钱） 赤铅华（即东丹，炒紫色，一钱） 玉虚 （即冰片，一分） 水银腊（即轻粉，三分）
诗曰∶赤铅华在明羽泽，溺中 合水银腊，百虫仓有玉虚 ，治走马急疳第一方。
上以前四味各等精制，并研罗过，加后二味少许，再研匀极细末用。
绿袍散 治症同前。
山屠粉（即黄柏末） 蓝宝华（即青黛） 羽KT 灰（即枯矾） 玉虚 （即冰片）
诗曰∶山屠粉和玉虚 ，蓝宝华同羽泽灰，善治急疳名走马，绿袍散是药之魁。
上以前三味各研细末，和成柳叶色，然后加入后一味少许，再研匀用。
二圣散 治症同前。
黄山屠（即黄柏） 白羽KT （即白矾， 存性）
诗曰∶黄口生疳何用医，速求二圣散无疑，黄山屠和白羽KT ，为末频频干敷之。
上二味等分为极细末用。
立效散 治HT 内生疳肿胀，脓血臭秽。
羽KT 灰（即枯矾） 片胚子（即干胭脂） 拔萃团（即麝香）
诗曰∶立效散治耳HT 疳，羽泽灰成拔萃团，更加一味片胚子，为末吹之即便安。
上二味等分，研细后加下一味少许，研匀用。
鹿儿膏 治胎毒头疳，脓血满头，腥臭滋水淋漓，延及肢体，或痛或痒。
赤铅华（即黄丹，水飞，四两） 琥珀丝（即松香，研细，八两）
诗曰∶头疳红药鹿儿膏，四两赤铅华水淘，飞过炒如霞紫色，八两琥珀丝共熬，葱齑汁
内煎数沸，重研极细末为高，更加一分茅君散，香油和拌要匀调。
上二味制度研细，贮葱管内入于齑汁中煮数沸，去葱取药，再研细，加茅君散四两，水
银腊一钱，和匀用。其茅君散，苍术也。

十仙丹 治头面手足偏身疳疮。

KT上若梓皮，减半分两磨罗起，风儿肉比又减半，调理疳生周遍体，米泔汤洗猪油调，痒加
二妙疼还去，若增二黄更有治，大人疥癣疮无此。
上磨罗为极细末用。
二妙丹 治痒，杀虫，去湿。

上二味研等分，为极细末用。
二黄散 治痒，杀虫，去毒。小儿药中勿用。
昆仑黄（即硫黄，一两） 黄食石（即雄黄，三钱）
上研为细末，加入十仙丹内。每贴一匕。
诗曰∶二妙丹中何为妙，铜华精枯羽泽良，二黄散内有二味，黄食石佐昆仑黄。
冰黄散 治下疳。

洞庭奴隶（即枳壳，去白，面炒） 林兰（即石斛，去芦） 芦橘叶（即枇杷叶，去毛）
颠勒（即天冬，去心，焙） 国老（即甘草） 羊韭（即麦冬，去心） 腐赐（即黄芩） 茵陈 熟芭（即熟地）
诗曰∶颠勒生地出洞庭，腐赐熟芭要茵陈，林兰国老生芦橘，羊韭和成甘露春。
上 咀，每服三钱，水一盏，煎七分，食后温服。
消疳丸 治疳生于内，面黄腹胀，潮热，便浊腹疼，及虫痛羸瘦。
黑金屑（即铁屑，一两，苦酒炒） 茅君散（即平胃，二两）
诗曰∶磨积消疳丸妙绝，苦酒炒干黑金屑，茅君散和醋糊丸，空心米饮服为捷。
上以苦酒拌黑金屑，炒干，入茅君散和匀，用醋糊丸，空心米饮服。
保童丸 治五疳。
风梭御史（即使君子，炒黑色） 散雪玉尘（即面炒黑色）
诗曰∶五疳保童治五疳，风棱御史玉尘兼，二味各炒令黑色，米饮送下面糊丸。
上为末，面糊为丸，空心米饮下。
肥儿丸 治疳瘦，进饮食，健脾胃，杀虫清积。
化米先生（即神曲，炒，一两一钱） 绶米带（即麦芽，六钱） 风梭御史（即使君子，净，
五钱） 滴胆芝（即黄连，一两二钱） 脾家瑞气（即槟榔，二钱五分） 大通绿（即木香，二钱五分）
诗曰∶化米先生绶米带，风梭御史滴胆芝，脾家瑞气大通绿，洗瘴丹能肥小儿。
上为细末，面糊为丸黍米大，空心米汤下。
圣饼子 治走马急疳。用此能拔毒。
抱灵居士（即香附，去毛） 痰宫霹雳（即半夏）
诗曰∶圣饼抱灵居士耳，痰宫霹雳两均研，鸡子清调和作饼，男左女右足心淹。
上二味等分为末，以鸡子清调和成饼，男左女右贴于足心，干则易之。
兰香散 治鼻疳烂。
铜华精（即铜青，五分） 兰香叶（二钱） 水银腊（即经粉，二分）
诗曰∶兰香散用兰香叶，水银腊与铜华精，能治鼻疳疮作烂，为末干敷一扫平。
上为细末，看疮大小干贴之。
Zijin San (Purple Gold Powder): Treats canker sores all over the mouth, producing foul-smelling ulcers that spread to the throat with rapid deterioration; hence named "Zouma Gan" (Running Horse Canker).
Mingyu Ze (i.e., Mingfan, Alum, 3 qian) Niao Zhong Gou (i.e., Renzhongbai, Human Tooth Calculus, 2 qian) Baichong Cang (i.e., Wubeizi, Chinese Gallnut, 5 qian) Chi Qianhua (i.e., Dongdan, Red Lead, stir-fried until purple, 1 qian) Yuxu (i.e., Bingpian, Borneol, 1 fen) Shuiyin La (i.e., Qingfen, Calomel, 3 fen)
Poem: When Chi Qianhua meets Mingyu Ze, and Niao Zhong Gou combines with Shuiyin La, along with Baichong Cang and Yuxu, this is the premier formula for treating acute Zouma Gan.
The first four ingredients are each refined in equal amounts, ground and sieved. Add a small amount of the latter two ingredients, grind uniformly into an extremely fine powder for use.
Lü Pao San (Green Robe Powder): Treats symptoms identical to the above.
Shantu Fen (i.e., Huangbai End, Powder of Phellodendron Bark) Lanbaohua (i.e., Qingdai, Indigo Naturalis) Yu KT Hui (i.e., Kufan, Calcined Alum) Yuxu (i.e., Bingpian, Borneol)
Poem: Shantu Fen mixed with Yuxu, Lanbaohua combined with Yuze Hui, effectively treats acute canker known as Zouma, and Lü Pao San is the chief among medicines.
The first three ingredients are each ground into fine powder and mixed to a willow-leaf color. Then add a small amount of the last ingredient, grind uniformly for use.
Er Sheng San (Two Sages Powder): Treats symptoms identical to the above.
Huangshantu (i.e., Huangbai, Cortex Phellodendri) Baiyu KT (i.e., Baifan, White Alum, preserved nature)
Poem: Why seek medical treatment for canker in the yellow mouth? Quickly seek Er Sheng San without doubt. Huangshantu and Baiyu KT, made into powder and frequently applied dry.
The two ingredients are divided equally into an extremely fine powder for use.
Li Xiao San (Instant Effect Powder): Treats canker swelling inside the ear, with purulent blood and foul odor.
Yu KT Hui (i.e., Kufan, Calcined Alum) Pian Peizi (i.e., Ganyanzi, Dry Madder Root) Bacui Tuan (i.e., Shexiang, Moschus)
Poem: Li Xiao San treats ear canker; Yuze Hui forms Bacui Tuan. Adding one more ingredient, Pian Peizi, ground into powder and blown in brings immediate relief.
The first two ingredients are taken in equal parts, ground finely, then add a small amount of the next ingredient, grind uniformly for use.
Lu'er Gao (Deer Child Ointment): Treats head canker caused by fetal toxins, with pus and blood covering the head, foul-smelling exudate dripping continuously, spreading to limbs, causing pain or itching.
Chi Qianhua (i.e., Huangdan, Litharge, water-floating method, 4 liang) Hunpo Si (i.e., Songxiang, Pine Rosin, ground fine, 8 liang)
Poem: The red medicine for head canker is Lu'er Gao. Four liang of Chi Qianhua are washed with water, floated, and stir-fried until rosy-purple. Eight liang of Hunpo Si are boiled together. Decocted in scallion juice for a few boils, then re-ground into an extremely fine powder. Add one part Maojun San, mix evenly with sesame oil.
The two ingredients are processed and ground finely according to regulations. Store in scallion tubes and boil in scallion juice for a few boils. Remove scallions, take the medicine, re-grind finely. Add Maojun San 4 liang, Shuiyin La 1 qian, mix evenly for use. Its Maojun San is Cangzhu (Atractylodes Rhizome).
Maojun San (Master Mao's Powder): Treats damp-toxic canker sores.
Toumi Shanhu (i.e., Gancao, Licorice Root, 3 liang) Chibodan (i.e., Houpo, Magnolia Bark, 3 liang) Maojun Baoyan (i.e., Cangzhu, Atractylodes Rhizome, 5 liang) Chenguilao (i.e., Chenpi, Tangerine Peel, 3 liang)
Poem: Inside Lu'er Gao is Maojun San, five liang of Maojun Baqie sifted. Toumi Shanhu and Chibodan, add three liang of Chenguilao and mix.
Grind into an extremely fine powder for use.
Shixian Dan (Ten Immortals Pill): Treats canker sores on the head, face, hands, feet, and half of the body.
Jingfengwei (i.e., Jingjie, Schizonepeta Spike, 1 jin) Huangzibo (i.e., Huangbai, Cortex Phellodendri, 1 jin) Hunpo Si (i.e., Songxiang, Pine Rosin, 1 jin) Baiyaosu (i.e., Jiancao, Glycyrrhiza, 1 jin) Suomeigen (i.e., Kushen, Sophora Root, 1 jin) Ermi (i.e., Shechuangzi, Cnidium Fruit, 1 jin) Liangpingzhang (i.e., Duhuo, Angelica Pubescens, 1 jin) Ruozipi (i.e., Haitongpi, Peucedani Radix, 0.5 jin) Baiyu KT (i.e., Baifan, White Alum, 0.5 jin) Feng'rou (i.e., Dafengzirou, Chaulmoogra Seed Meat, 4 liang)
Poem: Hunpo Si has Jingfengwei, Liangpingzhang moves Ermi. Huangzibo grows with Baiyaosu, Suomeigen must be even. Baiyu KT upon Ruozipi, halve the weight and grind/sift. Feng'rou is halved again. Regulate canker throughout the body. Wash with rice water, mix with lard. For itching add Ermiao, for pain remove it. If adding Erhuang, there is better treatment. This is lacking for adult tinea and psoriasis.
Grind and sift into an extremely fine powder for use.
Ermiao Dan (Two Marvels Pill): Treats itching, kills parasites, removes dampness.
Tonghuajing (i.e., Tongqing, Verdigris) Ku Yuze (i.e., Kufan, Calcined Alum)
The two ingredients are ground in equal parts into an extremely fine powder for use.
Erhuang San (Two Yellows Powder): Treats itching, kills parasites, removes toxicity. Do not use in pediatric formulas.
Kunlunhuang (i.e., Liuhuang, Sulfur, 1 liang) Huangshishi (i.e., Xionghuang, Realgar, 3 qian)
Grind into fine powder, add to Shixian Dan. Apply one bi per application.
Poem: What is marvellous in Ermiao Dan? Tonghuajing and Kuyuze are good. Inside Erhuang San are two ingredients: Huangshishi assists Kunlunhuang.
Binghuang San (Ice Yellow Powder): Treats chancres (lower canker).

Poem: Boil Lugongshi with Yuxu, boil Haiziming with Zhuizi Xiang. Mix Shuiyin La with Qilin Xue, adding Manlonggu Xue is beneficial.

Xiaodu San (Detoxification Powder): Treats damp-toxic oral canker.

Poem: Dianle and Shengdi come from Dongting, Fuci and Shuba require Yinchin. Linlan, Guolao, raw Luju, and Yangjiu combine to form Sweet Dew Spring.
Cut into pieces. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct in one cup of water until reduced to 0.7 cups. Take warm after meals.
Xiao Gan Wan (Cancer-Reducing Pill): Treats internal canker, yellow complexion, abdominal distension, tidal fever, turbid urine, abdominal pain, and emaciation due to worm pain.
Heijinxie (i.e., Tiexie, Iron Filings, 1 liang, stir-fried with vinegar) Maojun San (i.e., Pingwei San, Stomach-Calming Powder, 2 liang)
Poem: Moji Xiao Gan Wan is superbly effective. Vinegar-fried dried Heijinxie. Mixed with Maojun San and vinegar paste pills. Taken on an empty stomach with rice drink for quick results.
Mix Heijinxie with vinegar, stir-fry until dry. Add Maojun San, mix evenly. Form pills with vinegar paste. Take on an empty stomach with rice drink.
Bao Tong Wan (Child-Protecting Pill): Treats the Five Kans (Five Types of Pediatric Malnutrition).
Fengsuo Yushi (i.e., Shijunzi, Quisqualis Fruit, stir-fried black) Sanxue Yuchen (i.e., Flour stir-fried black)
Poem: Bao Tong treats the Five Kans. Fengling Yushi and Yuchen combined. Stir-fry both ingredients until black. Send down with rice drink as flour-paste pills.
Grind into powder, form pills with flour paste. Take on an empty stomach with rice drink.
Fei'er Wan (Child-Fattening Pill): Treats canker-induced emaciation, promotes appetite, strengthens spleen and stomach, kills parasites, clears accumulation.
Huami Xiansheng (i.e., Shenqu, Medicated Leaven, stir-fried, 1.1 liang) Shumidai (i.e., Maiya, Sprouted Barley, 6 qian) Fengsuo Yushi (i.e., Shijunzi, Quisqualis Fruit, cleaned, 5 qian) Didan Zhi (i.e., Huanglian, Coptis Rhizome, 1.2 liang) Jia Ruiqi (i.e., Binglang, Areca Seed, 2.5 qian) Datong Lv (i.e., Muxiang, Aucklandia Root, 2.5 qian)
Poem: Huami Xiansheng and Shumidai, Fengsuo Yushi and Didan Zhi. Jia Ruiqi and Datong Lv, Xizhang Dan can fatten children.
Grind into fine powder, form pills the size of millet seeds using flour paste. Take on an empty stomach with rice soup.
Sheng Bingzi (Holy Cake): Treats acute Zouma Gan. Using this can extract toxins.
Baoling Jushi (i.e., Xiangfu, Cyperi Rhizoma, hairs removed) Tangong Pili (i.e., Banxia, Pinellia Tuber)
Poem: Holy Cake uses Baoling Jushi. Tangong Pili ground equally. Mix with egg white to make cakes. For males apply to left sole, for females to right sole.
The two ingredients are ground into equal parts of powder. Mix with egg white to form cakes. Apply to the sole of the left foot for males and the right foot for females. Replace when dry.
Lanxiang San (Orchid Fragrance Powder): Treats nasal canker ulcers.
Tonghuajing (i.e., Tongqing, Verdigris, 5 fen) Lanxiang Ye (Orchid Leaf, 2 qian) Shuiyin La (i.e., Qingfen, Calomel, 2 fen)
Poem: Lanxiang San uses Lanxiang Ye. Shuiyin La and Tonghuajing. Can treat nasal canker ulcers. Made into powder and applied dry for complete clearance.
Grind into fine powder. Apply dry according to the size of the ulcer.
