This resembles the "Flying Eagle Spreading Wings" (Fei Ying Zhan Chi) posture in the front-facing diagram. All other breathing and Qi count methods are identical to the preceding ones.
5. Horseback Adjusting Helmet Posture (Mashang Zheng Kui Shi). Following the previous posture, both palms invert and turn upward, mimicking the action of adjusting a helmet while mounted. This resembles the "Two Hands Holding Up the Pagoda" (Shuang Shou Tuo Ta) posture in the front-facing diagram. All other breathing and Qi count methods are identical to the preceding ones.
6. Horseback Riding the Wind Posture (Mashang Cheng Feng Shi). Following the previous posture, both palms are lowered along the flow to the corners of the shoulders, symbolizing riding a horse against the wind to facilitate galloping. This resembles the "Three Peaks Standing Firmly" (San Feng Zhi Li) posture in the front-facing diagram. All other breathing and Qi count methods are identical to the preceding ones.
7. Leftward Reining Horse Posture (Xiang Zuo Le Ma Shi). The upper body adopts the "Dragon Probing Right Claw" (Long Tan You Zhua) posture from the front-facing diagram, while the lower body maintains the horse-riding stance shown in this diagram. Viewed together, it resembles reining a horse to the left. All breathing, Qi count, concentration, and guiding methods are exactly the same as those for the "Dragon Probing Right Claw" posture.
8. Rightward Reining Horse Posture (Xiang You Le Ma Shi). This posture is identical to the Leftward Reining Horse Posture, differing only in direction.
9. Horseback Horizontal Humerus Posture (Mashang Heng Gong Shi). The upper body adopts the "Horizontal Humerus Squatting Stand" (Heng Gong Dun Li) posture from the front-facing diagram, while the lower body maintains the horse-riding stance shown in this diagram. All other breathing and Qi count methods are identical to the preceding ones.
10. Horseback Interlocking Pass Posture (Mashang Jiao Guan Shi). Following the previous posture, the ten fingers of both hands are stacked and interlocked as much as possible between the neck and shoulders. One inhalation is taken to prepare for the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
11. Forward Saddle Straightening Posture (Xiang Qian Zheng An Shi). Following the previous posture, following the body's natural alignment, the arms and humerus are extended, pressing down forcefully toward the Dantian (Lower Elixir Field). One inhalation is taken, visualizing the act of straightening the saddle while riding forward. All other methods remain the same.
12. Forward Casting Reins Posture (Xiang Qian Pao Jiang Shi). Following the previous posture, both hands extend forward, aligning the arms and humerus with the shoulders. One hand, with the Yang palm (palm facing outward), stands firm pushing forward. One inhalation is taken, visualizing the act of casting reins forward while riding. All other methods remain the same.
13. Left-Right Splitting Reins Posture (Zuo You Fen Jiang Shi). Following the previous posture, both Yang palms are spread apart as far as possible, with inverted palms supporting. This mimics splitting reins to the left and right while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
14. Backward Saddle Straightening Posture (Xiang Hou Zheng An Shi). Following the previous posture, both Yang palms extend directly to the back. The arms and humerus remain extended, with the ten fingers interlocked behind. The Yang palm faces up, and the Yin palm (palm facing inward/downward) faces down, throwing force downward behind. This visualizes straightening the saddle backward while riding. One inhalation is taken. All other methods remain the same.
15. Forward Pulling Reins Posture (Xiang Qian Ti Jiang Shi). Following the previous posture, extending the arms and humerus from behind, the body moves forward closely, raising the arms to shoulder level. The fingers remain interlocked, palms facing the chest, pushing forward as far as possible. This visualizes pulling reins forward while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
16. Forward Casting Reins Posture (Xiang Qian Pao Jiang Shi). Following the previous posture, the palms are flipped so that they face outward, pushing forward as far as possible. This also visualizes casting reins forward while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
17. Left-Right Splitting Reins Posture (Zuo You Fen Jiang Shi). This posture is identical to the Left-Right Splitting Reins method described earlier in this diagram.
18. Horseback Climbing Willow First Posture (Mashang Pan Yang Di Yi Shi). Following the previous posture, both hands slide up from the armpits and beside the ears. The arms are extended and the humerus straightened. The standing palms change to joined palms, with palms facing inward and backs of hands outward, leaving an empty space no more than one chi (approx. 33 cm) in the middle. The fingers point upward as far as possible, visualizing climbing willow branches while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
19. Horseback Climbing Willow Second Posture (Mashang Pan Yang Di Er Shi). Following the previous posture, the ten fingers of both hands are interlocked, with palms facing down and backs of hands facing up, lifting upward. This visualizes holding onto willow branches while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.
20. Forward Pulling Reins Posture (Xiang Qian Ti Jiang Shi). Following the previous posture, the arms and humerus are extended and lowered along the flow to shoulder level. The ten fingers are interlocked, with the shoulder angle opposite the anterior wrist. A forceful push forward is executed, visualizing pulling reins forward while mounted. One inhalation is taken before proceeding to the next posture. All other methods remain the same.

25. Rising to Face Heaven Posture (Qi Li Chao Tian Shi). Following the previous posture, the heels are firmly planted on the ground, knees are straightened, legs are extended, and the waist and spine are erect. Then, breathing and Qi guidance are performed: Qi ascends from the toes, passes through the Queqiao (bridge formed by tongue touching the palate), turns over the Niwan Palace (brain), and reaches the Weilu (tailbone) as one cycle (Zhuan). It then moves from the Weilu, through the Dantian, and reverses up to the Niwan Palace as one transport (Yun). The head is tilted back three times, accompanied by three breaths. The methods for tilting back and reversing Qi are identical to the "Facing Heaven Tilting Head" (Yang Mian Chao Tian) posture in the front-facing diagram.
