Song on "Legs Do Not Exceed the Knee, Arms Do Not Exceed the Elbow"
On Yang days during Yang hours, Qi is in front and Blood is behind, with the pulse located at the periphery. On Yin days during Yin hours, Blood is in front and Qi is behind, with the pulse returning to its origin. During Yang days and Yang hours, rotate the needle counter-clockwise; first select Yang meridians to treat Fu-organ diseases. During Yin days and Yin hours, rotate the needle clockwise; proceed through Yin meridians to cure Zang-organ diseases.
