The acupoints of the Foot-Taiyin Lung Meridian begin with Zhongfu (LU-1). Yunmen (LU-2) is located approximately one cun below Zhongfu. Qihu (ST-15, note: text says Qi Hu but context implies ST or LI area, actually text says "Yunmen Qihu Pang Er Cun", likely referring to chest wall points, standard texts place Qihu as ST-15? No, Qihu is not a standard point name in this sequence, likely "Qihu" refers to a location or typo for another point like Qingyi or similar, but strictly translating: The point next to Yunmen two cun lateral is near Renying (LI-17) and between the two bones. Tianfu (LU-3) is sought three cun below the axilla. Taiyuan (LU-9) is at the end of the transverse crease of the wrist. Yuji (LU-10) can be felt where the dispersed vessels are located behind the first metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb. Shaoshang (LU-11) is at the medial tip of the thumb. If this acupoint is needled, the disease will diminish and heal.
The Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian belongs to the Large Intestine. Shangyang (LI-1) starts from the medial side of the index finger. Erjian (LI-2) is determined by taking the point anterior to the second metacarpophalangeal joint. Sanjian (LI-3) strengthens the condition by taking the point posterior to the second metacarpophalangeal joint. Hegu (LI-4) is sought in the depression between the divergent bones (radial styloid process). Quchi (LI-11) is obtained in the depression at the midpoint when the elbow is flexed. Sanli (LI-10, Hand Sanli) is a field two cun below Quchi. Zhou'liao (SI-10) is in the depression on the lateral edge of the large bone of the elbow. Wuli (SI-8) is measured three cun above the elbow. Binao (SI-10, usually SI-10 is Zhou'lia, Binao is LI-14, text seems to mix or refer to specific locations): Binao is taken one cun below [the elbow]. Jianjing (GB-21) is between the two bones at the shoulder apex. Jugu (SI-1) is inside the intersection of the clavicle and scapula. Tianding (SI-11) is needled above Quepen (LI-12). Futu (LI-18) is one cun below the curved jaw. Heliao (SI-19) is five fen lateral to Shuigou (DU-26). On both sides of the nostrils, five fen away, are the Yingxiang (LI-20) acupoints; both left and right are Yingxiang.
The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian belongs to the Stomach. Chengqi (ST-1) is sought seven fen below the eye. Sibai (ST-2) is at one cun, do not needle deeply. Juliao (ST-3) is eight fen lateral to the nostril. Dicang (ST-4) is close to four fen lateral to the corner of the mouth. Daying (ST-5) is three cun and three fen anterior to the curved jaw. Jiache (ST-6) is needled eight fen below the ear. Xiaguan (ST-7) is at the arterial pulse anterior to the ear. Touwei (ST-8) is taken one cun and five fen lateral to Benshen (GB-13). Renying (ST-9) is at the true large pulse beside the throat. Shuitu (ST-10) is under the large tendon of the neck. Going up to Qishe (ST-11), then entering Renying. Qishe is below Renying, flanking Tiantu (CV-22). Quepen (LI-12) is intimate with the depression in the collarbone. Qihu (ST-15) and Shufu (BL-17? Text says Shufu but context is Stomach meridian, likely a typo for a stomach point or referring to back shu incorrectly placed here, strictly translating: Shufu is two cun lateral). Up to six cun and four fen at the breast. Kufang (ST-16), Wuyi (ST-17), and Yingchuang (ST-18) are arranged closely. Ruzhong (ST-17) is exactly at the center of the nipple. Next, Rugen (ST-18) emerges one cun and six fen below the breast, not invading each other. The point named Jia (likely referring to a gap or specific point like Yifeng or similar, but text says "Xue Jia Youmen Yi Cun Wu") has Youmen at one cun and five fen. This point, Burong (ST-19), is calculated according to method. Below it are Chengman (ST-20) to Liangmen (ST-21). Guanmen (ST-22) and Taiyi (ST-23) start from the top. Sequentially arranged is Runimén (ST-24). Each is one cun as the main measure. Tianshu (ST-25) is lateral to the umbilicus. Wailing (ST-26) corresponds to one cun below Tianshu. Daju (ST-27) is at two cun, Shuidao (ST-28) at five cun. Guilai (ST-29) is sought at seven cun. Qichong (ST-30) is three cun lateral to Qugu (CV-2). Coming down to the center of the Qichong pulse. Biguan (ST-31) is six cun posterior to Futu (ST-32). Futu is strong three cun above Shi (likely referring to a landmark). Yinshi (ST-33) is approximately three cun above the knee. Liangqiu (ST-34) is obtained at two cun. Dubi (ST-35) is sought above the patella. Zusanli (ST-36) is sought three cun below the knee. Shanglian (ST-37) is three cun below Zusanli. Tiaokou (ST-38) is one cun below Shanglian. Xialian (ST-39) is connected one cun below Tiaokou. Fenglong (ST-40) is one cun lateral to Xialian. The upper malleolus eight cun mark is clearly recorded. Jiexi (ST-41) is one cun and half posterior to Chongyang (ST-42). Chongyang is connected two cun above Xangu (ST-43). Xangu is two cun posterior to Neiting (ST-44). Neiting is between the outer aspect of the second toe. Lidui (ST-45) is at the end of the second toe. Where the nail resembles a leek, the Stomach begins.
The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian begins at Yinbai (SP-1) on the medial side of the big toe. Dadu (SP-2) rises from the depression behind the joint. Taibai (SP-3) is in the depression under the nuclear bone. Gongsun (SP-4) reaches one cun posterior to the joint. Shangqiu (SP-5) is an acupoint belonging to Metal of the meridian. Xuehai (SP-10) is clearly above the patella. It is two cun on the medial inner margin. Jimen (SP-11) is six cun above Xuehai. The arterial pulse between the tendons must be examined carefully. Chongmen (SP-12) is five cun below Daheng (SP-15). Fushhe (SP-13) is sought at three cun and three fen. Fujie (SP-14) is three fen below Daheng horizontally. Daheng clamps the umbilicus, not false. Fu'ai (SP-16) is one cun and half away from Riyue (LR-24). It connects directly with Shidou (SP-19). Shidou, Tianxi (SP-20), and Xiongxiang (SP-21). Zhourong (SP-22) is each one cun and six fen. Dabao (SP-21) is three cun below Yuan (likely referring to a landmark or typo, standard is under armpit). It should be remembered that it emerges from the ninth intercostal space.
The Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian has its starting place. Yongquan (KI-1) is taken with the foot flexed and toes curled. RanGu (KI-2) is under the large bone anterior to the ankle. TaiXi (KI-3, text says "Tai Fu" which is likely a typo for Tai Xi given the location "behind ankle") is behind the ankle on the heel. DaZhong (KI-4) is sought five fen below [Tai Xi]. Zhao Hai (KI-6) is born from the Yin Qiao vessel below the ankle. Fu Liu (KI-7) is named two cun above the ankle. Jiao Xin (KI-8) is taken between the tendons and bones anterior to Fu Liu. It is also said to be two cun above the ankle moving along. Zhu Bin (KI-9) is at the six cun division. Yin Gu (KI-10) attaches to the bone inside the knee. Heng Gu (KI-11) has a depression like an inverted moon. Da He (KI-12), Qi Xue (KI-13), and Si Man (KI-14) occupy their places. Zhong Zhu (KI-15) and Huang Shu (KI-16) clamp the umbilicus correctly. These six acupoints are counted as one number over five cun. Shang Qu (KI-17), Shi Guan (KI-18), and Shang Yin Du (KI-19) are listed. Tong Gu (KI-20) and You Men (KI-21) are one cun apart. You Men is half a cun clamping Ju Que (CV-14). Bu Lang (KI-22), Shen Feng (KI-23), pass through Ling Xu (KI-24). Shen Cang (KI-25), Huo Zhong (KI-26) to Shu Fu (BL-17, text error for KI point, likely referring to the sequence ending or mixing meridians, strictly translating: Shu Fu). Each is one cun and six fen without error. To know where Shu Fu is located: it is two cun lateral to Xuanji (CV-15).
