(From the chest to the hand, eighteen acupoints on each side)
The Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian starts at Jiquan (HT1). Between the tendons in the axilla, where the artery pulses and can lead to the blue vessels on the chest, Qingling (HT4) is located three cun above the elbow. Shaohai (HT3) is provided at five fen inside the medial end of the transverse cubital crease when the elbow is flexed. Lingdao (HT4) is one and a half cun behind the palm.
Tongli (HT5) is traced one cun behind the wrist. Yinxi (HT6) is half a cun behind the wrist. Shenmen (HT7) is in the depression posterior to the prominent styloid process of the ulna (pisiform bone). Shaofu (HT8) is at the terminal end of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint. Shaochong (HT9) is taken on the radial side of the little finger, beside the corner of the nail.
(From the hand to the head, thirty-eight acupoints on each side)
Shaose (SI1) is at the outer end of the little finger. Qian Gu (SI2) is seen on the lateral side anterior to the metacarpophalangeal joint. Hou Xi (SI3) is taken at the transverse crease posterior to the metacarpophalangeal joint. Wanggu (SI4) is on the lateral side of the depression anterior to the wrist bone. Yanggu (SI5) is in the depression below the prominent styloid process of the ulna. Yanglao (SI20) is named one cun above the wrist. Zhizheng (SI7) is measured five cun behind the wrist. Xiaohai (SI8) is good at five fen from the end of the elbow. Jianzhen (SI9) is in the depression posterior to the shoulder tip. Naoshu (SI10) is examined in the depression below the great bone (humerus). Tianzong (SI11) is in the depression below the large scapular bone. Bingfeng (SI12) has an empty space when raising the shoulder. Qu Yuan (SI13) is inside the curved scapula. Waiguan (Note: Text likely implies a point near scapula, possibly Jianjing or similar contextually, but literally "outer scapula one cun up") follows one cun above the lateral scapula. Jianzhongshu (SI14) is two cun lateral to Dazhui (GV14). Tianchuang (SI16) is detailed at the pulsating artery under the cheek. Tianrong (SI17) is posterior to the curved mandible below the ear. Quanliao (SI18) is measured at the sharp bone of the face. Tinggong (SI19) is like a bead inside the ear. All belong to the Hand-Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian.
(From the head to the foot, Master Ma's note in the *Ling Shu: Jing Mai* chapter stops at one hundred twenty-six acupoints. Now corrected to obtain one hundred thirty-four acupoints on each side)
The Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian begins at Jingming (BL1) in the inner canthus. Cuanzhu (BL2) is taken in the depression at the brow head. Meichong (BL3) has a light pulse below the forehead. Qucha (BL4) is one and a half cun lateral to Shenting (GV24). Wuchu (BL5) is arranged next to Shangxing (GV23) (one and a half cun lateral to Shangxing). Chengguang (BL6), Tongtian (BL7), Luoque (BL8), Yuzhen (BL9) follow sequentially, moving backward along one and a five cun line. Tianzhu (BL10) is within the hairline at the nape, in the depression lateral to the greater tendon. From here, opening two cun from the spinal column: The first is Dashu (BL11), the second Fengmen (BL12). At the third vertebra is Feishu (BL13), fourth Jueryinshu (BL14), fifth Xinshu (BL15), sixth Duyushu (BL16), seventh Geshushu (BL17). Ninth Gaanshu (BL18), tenth Danshu (BL19), eleventh Pishu (BL20). Weishu (BL21) is palpated below the twelfth vertebra. Thirteenth Sanjiaoshu (BL22), fourteenth Shenshu (BL23), Qihaishu (BL24) is at the fifteenth. Dachangshu (BL25) corresponds to the sixteenth vertebra. Guan Yuanshu (BL26) is recorded at the seventeenth. Xiaochangshu (BL27) is below the eighteenth vertebra. Pangguangshu (BL28) is numbered at the side of the nineteenth vertebra. Zhonglushu (BL29) is inside the twentieth vertebra. Baihuanshu (BL30) is at the twenty-first vertebra. Shancigu, Zhongcigu, Xiagugu are shown in the eight holes below the lumbosacral bone (the high bones flanking the spine from the 16th to 18th vertebrae are called the lumbosacral bone). Huiyang (BL35) is beside the coccyx. The two rows of back acupoints are finished. Then opening three and a half cun from the spinal column: Fufen (BL43) is below the second vertebra. Pohu (BL42) is the third, Gaohuang (BL43 - Note: Standard numbering varies, text says 4th) is the fourth. Shen Tang (BL44) is joyfully below the fifth vertebra. Yixi (BL45) is the sixth, Ge Guan (BL46) is the seventh. Hun Men (BL47) is the ninth, Yang Gang (BL48) is the tenth. Yi She (BL49) corresponds to the spleen at the eleventh. Wei Cang (BL50) is pushed and followed at the twelfth. Huang Men (BL51) is taken sitting upright at the thirteenth. Zhi Shi (BL52) at the fourteenth need not be discussed. Bao Huang (BL54) at the nineteenth, Zhi Bian (BL54 - Note: Text lists 19 Baohuang then Zhibian, standard is BL54 for both or nearby, text implies sequence) at the edge. The three rows of back acupoints are even. Chengfu (BL36) is at the gluteal fold. Descending six cun is Yinmen (BL37). Fuxie (BL38) is obliquely one cun above Yinmen. Weiyang (BL39) returns down merging with Yinmen. Weizhong (BL40) is in the popliteal crease.
