肉攀睛者，与大 赤脉之症同。然此症者，脾胃热毒，脾受肝邪，多是七情郁结之人。
或夜思寻，家筵无歇，或饮酒乐欲，致使三焦壅热；或肥壮之人，血滞于大 。 肉发端
之时多痒，因乎擦摩， 肉渐渐生侵黑睛。日积月累者为实，乍发乍痛者为虚。治法∶实者
小钩为钩，钩起剪断些宽，三五日剪痕收满，方可点阴二阳四药，吹点，余翳渐清，避风忌
口，斋戒可也。若乍发不宜钩剪，宜服药，点以淡丹药可也。三焦心火俱炎，亦能生此疾
，治之须钩割后，宜服泻脾除热饮。

泻脾除热饮
黄 防风 茺蔚子 桔梗 大黄 黄芩 黄连 车前子 芒硝（各一两）
每服六钱，水煎服。
此症脾胃积热，相火胃火旺也。若经久翳浓施实乌睛者，宜钩剪，剪讫，次日用退翳卷
云散调津液点之，日一次，三黄汤加寒剂。常点用对交丹加清凉散。若筋肿浓大者，宜剪
，剪毕头处用火烙之，使其再不复生，愈后仍用三黄丸收功，镇其上炎之火。
三黄汤 治脾胃积热，致生此症，宜服。加芍药、宣连。
黄连 黄芩 大黄（各一两）
若热甚者，脉红盛者，加黄柏、石膏、山栀子之类，水煎，食后温服。
金花丸
黄连 黄柏（各四两） 黄芩 人参（各三两） 桔梗（三两半） 半夏（二两） 栀子仁（二两）
上为末，炼蜜为丸，梧桐子大。每服五十丸，茶下。
Nourish-Spleen Decoction to Remove Heat (Xie Pi Chu Re Yin) treats this condition caused by accumulated heat in the Spleen and Stomach. Add Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao) and Coptidis Rhizoma (Xuanlian).
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (each 1 liang).
If the heat is severe and the pulse is red and vigorous, add Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), or Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhizi), decoct in water, and take warm after meals.
Jinhua Wan (Golden Flower Pill)
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (each 4 liang), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (each 3 liang), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng) (3.5 liang), Pinelliae Tuberum (Banxia) (2 liang), Gardeniae Semen (Zhiziren) (2 liang).
Grind the above into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time, washed down with tea.
