Fusang Zhibao Wan (Fusang Ultimate Treasure Pill): Long-term use can extend longevity, improve emaciation, rescue critical weakness, preserve youthfulness, turn white hair black, prevent disease, prolong life, replenish marrow and essence, with miraculous efficacy. Select tender mulberry leaves from one's own garden, remove stems, wash with running water, dry, and grind into powder (net weight 1 jin); Jushengzi (Sesami Nigris Semen, i.e., black sesame seed), which guides the action of the above herbs upward (net weight 4 liang); White honey (1 jin). First, boil the sesame seeds in yin-yang water to extract a thick juice, discard the seeds, keep the juice. Mix with honey and refine until it forms beads when dropped in water. Add the herb powder and mix thoroughly to form pills the size of a paulownia seed. Take 100 pills per dose, with salt water in the morning and wine at night. This formula was transmitted by a Hu monk to an 88-year-old man named Jie Xi. The Hu monk lived for hundreds of years. Silkworms eat mulberry leaves and spin silk to weave brocade; humans consume animal fat to prolong life and remove calamities. The song goes: "Fusang reaches high above the sea clouds, the east sun's misty vapor changes the blue sea, after years of effort where has this tree moved its roots? Its fruits are red like cinnabar, suddenly black like lacquer, lush green leaves vibrant and touchable. The true person gathers the qi of heaven and earth, leaving it for the red clouds to swallow and exhale. Grinding it into the cauldron makes it a spiritual medicine, consuming it among the masses is like eating lingzhi. Some have become immortals, I now consume this gentleman's leaves morning and evening. Oh leaves, oh leaves, looking towards the jade maiden, under the green shade, the peach spring grants vitality, upon completion of teaching, he departed forever, no other wonder can be found, the old man no longer withheld it. Meaning that later his illness became severe. The medicine was indeed effective, so he recalled what the Hu monk had transmitted, gathered and processed it. He followed the formula exactly and took it. The illness vanished instantly. His skin and muscles regenerated throughout his body, returning to peace, as if he had shed his skin and bones. Only then did he realize the divine monk had not deceived him. Taking it continuously without stopping, even in old age his ears and eyes remained sharp like a young man. He said, 'I judged the Hu monk by appearances. Now, though frail as a cattail, I enjoy the longevity of pine and cypress. How could I forget the Hu monk?' Therefore, he widely disseminated this formula to leave for those who understand, to ascend together to the realm of longevity. Do not let my past suspicion of the Hu monk lead you to suspect me."
