此药敷毒上，麻木、任割不痛。川乌尖、草乌尖、生南星、生半夏各五钱，蟾酥四钱，
胡椒一两，共为细末，烧酒调敷。一方加荜茇五钱。一方加细辛一两。
自然铜一两（酒炙），地鳖虫（去头足）、水蛭（火 、醋淬）、地龙（酒洗，火 ）、龙
骨、
血竭、
黄郎刺根二两，红曲粉一两五钱，老山栀三两，共为末。用糯米饭同捣糊敷伤处，以杉
树皮夹上，效。
亦接骨药也。无名异二分，自然铜（ ）八分，狗脊二钱，麝香五分，共为细末，每服
一
黄榔刺树根四两，（如无用五加皮四两代之），小雄鸡四五两重一只，去毛，糯米饭一盏
同捣糊贴在断骨处，外包好，一日一夜去药，其骨自接。如夏天加枣树根少许同捣，则不生
虫。或未全愈，再用外接骨方∶葱白四两，桃仁三两，生姜、当归各三两，五加皮二两，赤
芍一两，白芥子五钱，樟冰五钱，共捣烂炒热，同荞麦粉调成膏包伤处，半用全愈。
小鸡一只约重五六两，连毛同五加皮一两捣为糊， 在伤处，一炷香时解下，后用山
栀三钱，五加皮四钱，酒一碗，煎成膏贴之，再以大瓦松煎酒服之。真神方也！
急用鸡子一个，轻轻击碎周遭去硬壳，取壳内膜套在舌上，外用洪宝丹敷之，自然接续
如有风寒作痛，以四物汤加柴胡、地骨皮煎汤服，愈。
Apply this medicine to the toxic sore; the area will become numb, and cutting it will cause no pain. Use *Chuanwu* (Aconiti Radix), *Caowu* (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), raw *Nanxing* (Arisaematis Rhizoma), raw *Banxia* (Pinelliae Rhizoma), each 5 qian, *Chansu* (Toad Venom) 4 qian, and *Hujiao* (Piperis Longi Fructus) 1 liang. Grind them together into a fine powder, mix with distilled liquor (Shaojiu), and apply externally. Another prescription adds *Bibo* (Long Pepper Fruit) 5 qian. Yet another adds *Xixin* (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang.
*Natural Copper* (Ziran Tong, Ferri Sulfas) 1 liang (calcined with wine), *Dibiechong* (Eupolyphaga Steleophaga, removed head and feet), *Shizhi* (Hirudo, roasted over fire and quenched in vinegar), *Dilong* (Pheretima, washed with wine and roasted), *Longgu* (Fossil Bones), *Xuexie* (Dragon's Blood), *Huanglangci* root 2 liang, *Hongqu* (Red Yeast Rice) 1.5 liang, and old *Zhizi* (Gardeniae Fructus) 3 liang. Grind all into powder. Mix with glutinous rice paste, apply to the injured area, and fix with fir bark. This is effective.
This is also a bone-setting medicine. *Wumingyi* (Limonitum) 2 fen, *Ziran Tong* (Ferri Sulfas) 8 fen, *Gouji* (Cibotii Rhizoma) 2 qian, *Shexiang* (Musk) 5 fen. Grind into a fine powder. Take [one dose] each time.
*Huanglangci* tree root 4 liang (if unavailable, substitute with *Wujiapi* (Acanthopanacis Cortex) 4 liang). Take one small rooster weighing about 4-5 liang, remove feathers, and mash together with one cup of glutinous rice into a paste. Apply to the fractured bone site, wrap securely, leave for one day and night, then remove the medicine. The bone will knit naturally. In summer, add a little *Zaoshu* root (Zizyphi Tree Root) when mashing to prevent worms. If not fully healed, use an external bone-setting formula: *Congbai* (Scallion White) 4 liang, *Taoren* (Persicae Semen) 3 liang, *Shengjiang* (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and *Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) each 3 liang, *Wujiapi* (Acanthopanacis Cortex) 2 liang, *Chishao* (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) 1 liang, *Baijiezi* (Sinapis Semen) 5 qian, *Zhangbing* (Borneolum Syntheticum) 5 qian. Mash thoroughly, stir-fry until hot, mix with buckwheat flour to form a paste, and apply to the injury. Half recovery can be achieved.
Take one small chicken weighing about 5-6 liang, mash together with its feathers and 1 liang of *Wujiapi* (Acanthopanacis Cortex) into a paste. Apply to the injury site. After burning one incense stick's worth of time, remove it. Then, decoct 3 qian of *Zhizi* (Gardeniae Fructus) and 4 qian of *Wujiapi* (Acanthopanacis Cortex) in one bowl of wine into a paste for application. Subsequently, take wine decocted with *Dasongsun* (Tree Fern Rhizome). Truly a miraculous prescription!
For urgent use, take one egg, gently crack the shell around the edges, remove the hard shell, and take the inner membrane to cover the severed tongue. Externally apply *Hongbao Dan*. The tongue will naturally reconnect. If there is pain due to wind-cold, decoct *Sini Tang* (Four Substance Decoction) with added *Chaihu* (Bupleuri Radix) and *Digupi* (Phellodendri Cortex) and drink the soup. It will heal.
