大指二指间为虎口，又名叉指。取锻石内未曾烧化过之石子，和生蜜在粗石上捶融，敷
患处，即愈。
手掌心忽肿突成疽，昼夜疼痛非常，名曰擎疽，又名拓盘。用元参、银花各二两，生地
、当归各一两，紫花地丁五钱，贝母二钱，水煎服。未溃者三服即愈，已溃者八服收功。
又方∶用水藻如松毛者，同生蜜捣烂涂之，亦效！
有人右臂毛窍如针孔，昼夜出血不止，面色洁白，身倦无气。用穿山甲炒珠研为细粉罩
之，用帕扎住立止。随服补血汤，数服而愈。
手掌脱皮，血肉外露，用豆腐热沫洗之，洗后拭干，涂以桐油，再用松毛烧烟薰之。愈
后戒食鹅肉。
又方∶用密陀僧一两为末，取出笼热蒸馒头一个，分为两开，将末撒在馒内合住，以两
手把握馒头，使热气熏蒸良久，不过三四次即愈。
又方∶用青盐、防风、地骨皮、槐条各等分，煎水多洗，极效。
又方∶用苍耳子仁为末，将痂起去，香油调搽，神效。并治牛皮癣。
又方∶真蕲艾四五两，煎水入大口瓦瓶内，瓶口上用粗麻布数层盖口缚住，将手心放瓶
口麻布上熏之，待温以手洗浸，如冷再热再熏再洗，奇效。
又方∶雄黄、甲片，火烧熏之，数次自愈。此吕祖乩传之方。
又方∶艾叶、侧柏叶，煎汤熏洗，一月即愈。
又方∶用豆腐泔水洗手，一月即愈。
又方∶雄黄、甲片、五倍子（去虫）各五钱（研细），蕲艾四两，药和艾叶放瓦瓶内，

又方∶治鹅掌风并面癣诸癣。天麻叶煮浓汁热洗，多擦之。如无叶，即用天麻子煮汁亦
效。
又方∶五倍子研末，桐油调搽，以炭火烘之。
The area between the thumb and index finger is called the Tiger's Mouth (Hukou), also known as Forked Fingers. Take stones from calcined stone (Duanshi) that have not been fully melted by fire, mix them with raw honey, and pound them into a paste on a rough stone. Apply this to the affected area, and it will heal immediately.
Sudden swelling and protrusion forming a carbuncle (Ju) on the palm of the hand, accompanied by severe pain day and night, is named Qing Ju (Lifting Carbuncle), also known as Tuo Pan. Use 2 liang of Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen) and 2 liang of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Yinhua), 1 liang of Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi), 1 liang of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), 5 qian of Violae Herba (Zihuadiding), and 2 qian of Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu). Decoct in water and take orally. For those not yet ulcerated, three doses will cure; for those already ulcerated, eight doses will complete the treatment.
Another prescription: Use aquatic algae resembling pine needles, mash it together with raw honey, and apply it. This is also effective!
New mulberry leaves pounded into a paste applied to the palm can cure new growths/spots there immediately. It is crucial to avoid eating goose meat after recovery.
Take 3-5 pieces of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Praeparata (Caowu), grind them with vinegar, and apply. Grinding raw Arisaematis Rhizoma (Sheng Nanting) for application is also excellent.
A person had pores on their right arm like needle holes, bleeding continuously day and night, with a pale complexion, fatigue, and lack of qi. Cover the area with fine powder made from炒珠 (fried beads) of Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia), bind tightly with a cloth, and the bleeding stops immediately. Subsequently, administer Bu Xue Tang (Blood-Nourishing Decoction); several doses lead to recovery.
Peeling skin on the palm with exposed flesh and blood: Wash with hot foam from tofu, dry thoroughly, apply Tung Oil (Tongyou), and fumigate with smoke from burning pine needles. Avoid eating goose meat after recovery.
Another prescription: Grind 1 liang of Lithargyrum (Mituoseng) into powder. Take one freshly steamed bun, split it open, sprinkle the powder inside, close it, and grasp the bun with both hands to fumigate the affected area with the heat for a long time. Three or four applications are sufficient for a cure.
Another prescription: Equal parts of Halitum (Qingyan), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Lycii Cortex (Digupi), and Sophorae Flavescentis Ramulus (Huaitiao). Decoct in water and wash frequently; highly effective.
Another prescription: Grind Semen Xanthii (Cangerzi Ren) into powder, remove scabs, and apply mixed with Sesame Oil (Xiangyou). Miraculous effect. Also treats Psoriasis (Niuxuan Feng).
Another prescription: Use 4-5 liang of Artemisia argyi (Qiai). Decoct in water and pour into a large earthenware bottle. Cover the bottle mouth with several layers of coarse hemp cloth and tie securely. Place the palm over the cloth on the bottle mouth to fumigate. When warm, wash and soak the hand with the liquid. Reheat and repeat fumigation and washing as it cools down. This yields miraculous results.
Another prescription: Burn Realgar (Xionghuang) and Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Jiapian) for fumigation. Self-heals after several times. This is a formula transmitted via spirit writing by Lü Zu.
Another prescription: Decoct Folium Artemisiae argyi (Aiye) and Platycladi Cacumen (Ceboye) for fumigation and washing. Heals within one month.
Another prescription: Wash hands with tofu wastewater for one month until healed.

Another prescription: Treats Goose Palm Wind (Ezhangfeng) and facial tinea (Mianxuan) and other tinea conditions. Boil fresh Tianma leaves to make a concentrated decoction, wash with it while hot, and rub frequently. If leaves are unavailable, boiling Tianma seeds for juice is also effective.
Another prescription: Grind Wubeizi into powder, mix with Tung Oil (Tongyou) for application, and bake with charcoal fire.
