To treat chancre (genital ulcer) with damage and breakdown, and all types of syphilis. Take three qian of *Concha Melaniae* (Snail Shell, Tianluo Ke), one qian of *Calomelas* (Qingfen), two fen each of *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian) and *Moschus* (Shexiang). Grind them together into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil for external application; if the lesion is moist, sprinkle the dry powder directly.

To treat yaws-like internal chancre and syphilitic lesions in various parts of the body. Use equal parts of *Pearl* (Zhenzhu), *Calomelas* (Qingfen), *Catechu* (Ercha), *Lead Subcarbonate* (Shuifen), *Rhizoma Coptidis* (Huanglian), *Olibanum* (Ruxiang), *Myrrha* (Moyao), *Concha Arcae* (Gefen), and *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi). Grind to an extremely fine powder. Wash the affected area with warm rice water, then frequently sprinkle the powder.

To treat chancre and scrotal eczema (Scrotal Wind) causing rotting. Take six qian of refined tin, melt it in a small pot, add two qian of *Cinnabar* (Zhusha) powder, stir-fry until the cinnabar becomes dry/calcined, remove the cinnabar residue, keep the tin, and melt it again. Add one liang of *Hydrargyrum* (Shuiyin/Mercury) and mix evenly; pour out for use. Separately, grind one liang of *Lead Subcarbonate* (Shuifen) finely, spread it on cotton paper, roll it into a strip, ignite one end, burn until the paper is consumed, and blow away the ash. Mix this powder with the tin-mercury amalgam, add one liang of *Calomelas* (Qingfen), and grind together to an extremely fine consistency. Store in a porcelain bottle. First, wash the area with a decoction of black soybean and licorice, dry it, then either sprinkle the dry powder or apply it mixed with oil. This promotes tissue regeneration and relieves pain.

To treat chancre and yaws-like sores causing rotting. Take one liang of lead, melt it in a small pot, add five qian of *Hydrargyrum* (Shuiyin/Mercury), stir-fry until it forms a powder/amalgam, and grind together until no mercury globules are visible. Then add seven qian of *Alumen Crudum* (Han Shui Shi), five qian of *Calomelas* (Qingfen), and three qian of *Borax* (Pengsha). Grind all together to an extremely fine powder. First, wash the area with mugwort decoction, then either sprinkle or apply.

To treat condyloma (late-stage syphilis complications) attacking the nose, causing nasal obstruction and inability to breathe. Use equal parts of *Calabash Shell Ash* (Hulu Ku - shell burned to ash retaining its nature), *Spathosites* (Shi Zhong Ru), *Vitriolum* (Danfan), and *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian). Grind to a fine powder and insufflate into the nose daily.

To treat scrotal eczema (Scrotal Wind) and genital itching. Take three qian each of *Radix Stellerae Chamaejasmes* (Yelangdu), *Pericarpium Zanthoxyli* (Chuanjiao), *Sulfur* (Liuhuang), *Areca Seed* (Binglang), *Alumen Ustums* (Kufan), *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi), *Semend Arecaceae* (Dafengzi), and *Fructus Cnidii* (Shechuangzi). Grind to an extremely fine powder. Boil one zhong of sesame oil, add one he of pig bile, mix evenly, and prepare as a paste for topical application.

To treat nodules growing outside the genitals and "small worms" inside, causing extreme itching and severe suffering. Take two qian each of lead and *Hydrargyrum* (Shuiyin/Mercury) (stir-fried together to form a powder), fried apricot kernels, realgar...
