经霜桑叶用水浸，以好米醋拌蒸七次，贴患处。干又换之，拔毒收口，屡见奇效。
又方∶用桐叶，醋蒸贴之，退热止痛，渐渐生肌收口，虽痈疽、发背大如盘，腐臭不可
近者，亦极神妙。
又方∶治痈疽、发背欲死，用冬瓜切去头合疮上，瓜当烂再切去又合之，使其拔去疮毒
，瓜未尽、疮已小敛矣。然后再用膏药贴之，此法甚妙。
又方∶用牛皮胶二两，酒二斤，同煮，候溶化放温，徐徐饮尽，未结成者能消，已溃者
易愈。
又，发背如神真秘方∶先用生葱熬汤洗疮，再用狗牙（要大者）炒黑，研细末，以好醋
调
又方∶车前子、 草、巴山虎草、金银花各等分，以多年陈米粉为糊，调敷患处。
又方∶全黑公牛粪、黑芝麻等分，同捣极细，用鸭翎蘸扫患处，已溃未溃俱效。
宫粉一两，轻粉、银朱、雄黄、制乳香、制没药各二分半，共研极细末，用猪腰子一个
切开，掺药末五分于腰子上，盖贴患处，待药如蒸，良久取去，一日一次，拔毒减痛，溃出
脓秽不可手挤，每贴先用茶叶煎浓汤，洗净患处，轻者贴两三次，得者七八次可愈。
泽兰叶二三十片，做一叠，用银簪扎数十孔，好醋一钵，将叶放醋内同蒸烂，冷后取一
叶贴毒上，将干即换，虽穿心及诸背毒皆治，能去死肉生新肉，神方也！
Frost-fallen mulberry leaves are soaked in water, mixed with good rice vinegar, steamed seven times, and applied to the affected area. Replace when dry; it draws out toxins and promotes wound closure, frequently yielding miraculous effects.
Another prescription: Use *Paulownia* leaves (Tongye), steam them with vinegar, and apply. It reduces fever and relieves pain, gradually generating flesh and closing the wound. Even for carbuncles or back sores as large as a plate, which are putrefied, foul-smelling, and unbearable to approach, this method is extremely effective.
Yet another prescription: For treating severe cases of carbuncles or back sores where the patient is near death, cut off the top of a winter melon and place it over the sore. When the melon rots, cut it again and reapply, allowing it to draw out the sore's toxicity. Before the melon is exhausted, the sore will have shrunk and begun to close. Then apply a plaster. This method is very ingenious.
Another prescription: Take two taels of ox-hide glue (Niujiao) and two jin of wine. Boil them together until dissolved, let cool to warm temperature, and drink slowly until finished. If the abscess has not yet formed, it can be resolved; if already ulcerated, it heals easily.
Furthermore, the "Miraculous True Secret Recipe" for treating back sores: First, wash the sore with decoction made from raw green onions. Then, take dog teeth (preferably large ones), stir-fry until black, grind into fine powder, and mix with good vinegar... [Note: Original text appears fragmented here].
Another prescription: Equal parts of Plantago seeds (Cheqianzi), [Missing character] grass, Bashanhu grass, and Honeysuckle flowers (Jinyinhua). Make a paste using aged rice flour and apply to the affected area.
Another prescription: Equal parts of completely black cattle dung and black sesame seeds. Pound them until extremely fine. Apply to the affected area using duck feathers. Effective for both ulcerated and non-ulcerated conditions.
One tael of Palace Powder (Gongfen), half a qian each of Calomel (Qingfen), Vermilion (Yinzhu), Realgar (Xionghuang), processed Frankincense (Zhizhuxiang), and processed Myrrh (Zhimoyao). Grind all into an extremely fine powder. Cut open one pig kidney, sprinkle five fen of the powder onto the kidney, cover and apply to the affected area. Wait until the application feels hot like steaming, then remove after a long period. Apply once daily to draw out toxins and reduce pain. Do not squeeze pus or filth from the ulcer manually. Before each application, wash the area thoroughly with strong tea decoction. Mild cases heal in two or three applications; severe cases in seven or eight.
Twenty to thirty leaves of *Lycopus* (Zelan Ye), stacked together, pierced dozens of times with a silver hairpin. Place the leaves in a bowl of good vinegar and steam until soft. After cooling, take one leaf and apply to the toxic sore. Replace when dry. It treats even penetrating sores and various back sores, removing necrotic tissue and promoting new growth. A miraculous formula!
