For *Yukou Biandu* (Fish-mouth groin abscess), regardless of whether it has formed an abscess or not, it can be dissipated immediately. First, fumigate and wash the affected area with a decoction prepared from *Ecballii Fructus* (Momordica fruit). Then, crush green onion (*Allium fistulosum*) to extract its juice, mix it with white honey, and apply the mixture to the affected area; the condition will dissipate immediately. Some patients who applied this several times found their illness completely vanished.

Another prescription: Three qian of raw *Alumen* (Alum), or five qian for severe cases, ground into powder and taken with good wine. Suppress the urge to vomit. After experiencing three to five bowel movements, one may resume eating rice porridge. For severe swelling, administer another dose every other day.
