即信石也。此症如用鸭血治活，终身戒食鸭。防风一两、研末冷水调服。或用四两冷水
擂汁灌服亦可。屡试如神，万无一失。
又方∶杀白鸭取血，对口急急灌之即活，迟则血冷。如已服防风必能回生，可以不必服
此，以免杂乱，反致不救。
照前取地浆水三四碗，入喉即活，至神至妙，切勿轻视，亦不必用别药（以盐擦牛舌上
，以碗盛牛涎灌之奇效）。
此症治好须戒杀生。
此草有尖、圆两种，如服尖叶者，不过一二日内即消化，急用活羊血灌一二碗即活，最
有神妙。有人以此草放猪尿胞内，草自走动，脬自浇薄，后以羊血灌入，即不动矣。或服羊
油二三两亦妙。此草惟羊食之最肥，故饮羊油、羊血即解。
又方∶蕻菜捶汁灌之，其效如神。如不见信，以菜汁洒生断肠草上，草即萎黄而死。
又方∶韭菜捣汁灌入亦效。
又方∶用抱过鸡蛋两三个，破开和清油灌入。或未抱过鸡蛋亦可。
又方∶照后解野葛毒方治之神效。此方能解水莽草毒。
即水莽草，或云即断肠草。黑豆一升，煮脓汁候冷透饮之立解。或照前解断肠草毒及后
野葛毒方治之，均极神效。

This is Xingshi (Realgar, 信石). If this condition is treated with duck blood and the patient survives, they must abstain from eating duck for life. Use Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 防风) one liang, grind into powder, mix with cold water, and take orally. Alternatively, use four liang of Fangfeng, grind in cold water to extract juice, and administer via gavage. This has been tested repeatedly with miraculous results and is foolproof.
Another prescription: Slaughter a white duck, collect the blood, and urgently administer it directly into the patient's mouth to save them; delay will cause the blood to cool and lose efficacy. If Fangfeng has already been administered, revival is certain, so there is no need to take this remedy to avoid medicinal complexity, which might otherwise hinder recovery.
Follow the previous method to obtain Di Jiang Shui (Earth Slurry Water, 地浆水), three or four bowls. Drinking it leads to immediate recovery; it is extremely miraculous. Do not underestimate it, nor is it necessary to use other medicines (an alternative effective method is to rub salt on an ox's tongue, collect the saliva in a bowl, and administer it).
After recovery from this condition, one must abstain from killing living beings.
This wild herb comes in two varieties: pointed leaves and round leaves. If the pointed-leaf variety was ingested, it will be digested within one or two days. Urgently administering one or two bowls of fresh sheep blood can save the patient, which is most miraculous. It is said that when this herb is placed inside a pig bladder, it moves around, thinning the bladder wall. Later, when sheep blood was administered, the herb stopped moving. Alternatively, taking two or three liang of sheep fat is also wonderful. Since sheep grow fattest when feeding on this herb, drinking sheep fat or sheep blood can detoxify it.
Another prescription: Crush Hong Cai (Brassica parachinensis, 蕻菜) to extract juice and administer it; the effect is miraculous. If you do not believe this, sprinkle the vegetable juice on Duan Chang Cao (Kadsura Longipedunculata Root, 断肠草); the herb will wither and die.
Another prescription:捣碎 Jiu Cai (Chinese Chives, 韭菜) to extract juice and administer it; this is also effective.
Another prescription: Use two or three eggs that have been incubated by a hen, break them open, mix with clear oil, and administer. Eggs that have not been incubated are also acceptable.
Another prescription: Treat according to the prescription for relieving Yege Du (Aconitum Toxicity, 野葛毒) listed later; the effect is miraculous. This prescription can relieve Shuimang Cao Du (Water Mang Herb Toxicity, 水莽草毒).
This is Shuimang Cao (Water Mang Herb, 水莽草), or some say it is Duan Chang Cao (Kadsura Longipedunculata Root, 断肠草). Use one sheng of Hei Dou (Black Soybean, 黑豆), boil into a thick decoction, let it cool completely, and drink; detoxification occurs immediately. Alternatively, treat according to the prescriptions for relieving Duan Chang Cao Du and Yege Du listed previously; all are extremely effective.
