治精滑梦遗及小便后遗沥。金樱子、芡实、白莲花芯， 龙骨各五钱，为末米糊丸如梧
子大。每服七八十丸，盐酒汤送下。

凡少年思欲不遂，相火郁结，兼受湿热，致有此症。以大黄三钱，裹入无馅馒头内，蒸
熟晾燥，炒研细末，以生白酒调下即愈。
又方∶用六一散凉开水调服三钱亦愈。并治小儿尿如米泔水者，减半服之，立效如神。
五分，白术一两，甘草梢三钱，水煎服即愈。均极效。

Cook *Dioscorea opposita* (Shanyao) until soft, peel, mash into a paste, mix with the powder to make pills the size of a small bean. *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata* (Shudi) and *Alisma orientalis* rhizome (Zexie) each 3 qian, *Moutan Cortex* (Danpi) 8 fen, *Poria cocos* (Fuling), *Dioscorea opposita* (Shanyao), *Cornus officinalis* fruit (Zaopi), *Euryale ferox* seed (Qianshi), *Cuscuta chinensis* seed (Tusizi), *Eucommia ulmoides* bark (Duzhong), *Morinda officinalis* root (Ba Ji), and lard (Zhuyou) each 1 qian. Decoct and take orally; extremely effective.
Take one pig stomach, wash clean of grease, insert half a jin of lotus seeds (Lianzi) with hearts removed, steam until soft inside the stomach. Eat with wine or with rice; consuming two or three will result in cure.
Another prescription: *Dioscorea hexandra* rhizome (Bixie) (stir-fried with salt water), *Acorus tatarinowii* rhizome (Shichangpu), *Alpinia oxyphylla* fruit (Yizhiren), and *Lindera aggregata* root (Wuyao) each 5 qian. Decoct in water and take orally.

In young men, unfulfilled sexual desires cause stagnation of ministerial fire, combined with damp-heat, leading to these symptoms. Mix with raw white wine and take orally for cure.
