芦荟(焙干)、五灵脂(炒)、夜明砂(淘去灰沙焙干)、
缩砂仁、木香、陈皮(去白)、莪术、使君肉各二钱，黄
连、川芎(酒洗炒)。干蟾(30)(炙)各二钱，当归一钱半，
青皮二钱。因于虚者，加人参二钱，白术三钱，去莪术、
青皮、五灵脂。因于热者，加龙胆草三钱，去砂仁、莪
术。因于疟者，加鳖甲(炙焦)三钱。因于吐泄下痢者，
加白术二钱，内豆蔻(煨)、诃子肉各一钱五分。去青皮、
莪术。因积痛者，加三棱(煨)、川栋子肉、小茴香(炒)
各二钱，去当归、川芎。因于虫者，加芜荑一钱五分，
川栋肉二钱，去当归、川芎。因于渴者，加人参、白术
各二钱，去莪术、砂仁。右为末，用雄猪胆二个取汁，
和面糊为丸，米饮送下。
人参，白术，白茯苓、甘草、山药，白扁豆、桔
梗、薏米。莲肉各一钱，加归身一钱五分，川芎七分，
共为末。神曲糊丸，米饮送下。
使君子肉(炒)五钱，麦芽(炒)、陈皮。神曲、山楂
肉、白芜荑、黄连，胆草各等分，右为末，陈米饭为丸，
米饮送下。
西 江 月
小儿疳痨又险，愚夫不识根苗，面无血色发球焦，肚大颈干
脚小。吐泻时时举发。似疟非疟来潮，吃泥弄舌滞颐交，不治休嗟
命夭。
小儿伤食脾胃，疳痨烦热虚赢，黄连芦荟解蒸危，莪术缩青
去积，当归川芎养血，夜砂君子攻蛔，干蟾(31)木香五灵脂，粟米
糊丸为最。
【集圣丸】
芦荟（焙干）、五灵脂（炒制）、夜明砂（淘洗去灰沙后焙干）、缩砂仁、木香、陈皮（去除白色内皮）、莪术、使君子肉，各二钱；黄连、川芎（酒洗后炒制）、干蟾（炙烤）各二钱，当归一钱半，青皮二钱。如果是因虚证引起的，加入人参二钱、白术三钱，去掉莪术、青皮、五灵脂。如果是因热证引起的，加入龙胆草三钱，去掉砂仁、莪术。如果是因疟疾引起的，加入鳖甲（炙焦）三钱。如果是因呕吐、腹泻、下痢引起的，加入白术二钱，肉豆蔻（煨制）、诃子肉各一钱五分，去掉青皮、莪术。如果是因积滞疼痛引起的，加入三棱（煨制）、川楝子肉、小茴香（炒制）各二钱，去掉当归、川芎。如果是因虫积引起的，加入芜荑一钱五分，川楝肉二钱，去掉当归、川芎。如果是因口渴引起的，加入人参、白术各二钱，去掉莪术、砂仁。以上药物研为细末，用两个雄猪胆取汁，调和面糊制成丸剂，用米汤送服。
【五疳消积丸】
人参、白术、白茯苓、甘草、山药、白扁豆、桔梗、薏苡仁、莲肉各一钱，加入当归身一钱五分，川芎七分，共研为细末。用神曲糊制成丸剂，米汤送服。
【另一方】
人参、白术、麦冬、黄连、甘草、干葛、柴胡，以竹叶为引经药。
【又一法】
使君子肉（炒制）五钱，麦芽（炒制）、陈皮、神曲、山楂肉、白芜荑、黄连、龙胆草各等分，以上药物研为细末，用陈米饭制成丸剂，米汤送服。

小儿患疳痨病又危险，愚笨的丈夫不识病因根源，面色无血色头发焦枯，肚子大脖子细脚细小。呕吐腹泻时常发作，像疟疾又不是疟疾按时来潮，吃泥土弄舌头流口水不止，如果不治疗不要感叹性命夭折。
小儿伤食导致脾胃受损，疳痨烦热身体虚弱消瘦，黄连和芦荟解除蒸热危症，莪术、缩砂仁、青皮去除积滞，当归、川芎养血，夜明砂、使君子攻杀蛔虫，干蟾、木香、五灵脂，用粟米糊制成丸剂是最好的。
