悬痈者，此疮生于谷道外肾之间。初发甚痒，状如松子，四十日赤肿如桃。迟治则破，
而大小便皆从此出，不可治矣。
国老汤 用横纹大甘草一两，截作三寸许，取出山涧东流水一碗，不可用井水、河水，
以甘草蘸水，文武火慢炙，不可急性，须用三时久，水尽为度。劈看草中润透，却以无灰酒
二碗煮至一碗，温服半月，消尽为度。
将军散
大黄（煨） 贝母（去心） 白芷 甘草节（各等分）
上为细末。酒调二钱，空心服。虚弱，加当归减半。
秘传奇方 治体气。
大田螺（一个，生者） 巴豆（去壳） 胆矾（一两） 麝香（少许）
上将螺用水养三日，去泥土，揭起螺靥，入矾、豆、麝在内；以线拴定于瓷器内，次日
化成水。须五更时，将药水抹在腋下，不住手抹药，直候腹中觉响，脏腑欲行住手。先要拣
空地内去大便，黑粪极臭，是其验也。以浓土盖之，不可令人知之；如不尽，再以药水抹之
，又去大便，以日用后药擦之，永拔病根。枯矾、蛤粉五钱、章脑一钱。为末，每以少许擦
之。
乌龙丸 治腋气。
当归（酒洗） 生地黄（各一两） 白茯苓（去皮，二钱） 枸杞子（炒） 石莲肉（焙，各一两） 莲
蕊（焙，五钱） 丁香（三钱） 木香 青木香 乳香 京墨（各五钱） 冰片（一分）
如妇人，加乌药（醋炒）、香附（童便炒）各三钱。上为末，陈米饭荷叶包，烧过捣烂，入
药为丸，如黄豆大，麝香一分，黄酒化为衣。每服三、四十丸，临卧半饥半饱，用砂仁炒，
入黄酒内送下。
收功后药
人参 当归 生 乳香 没药 官桂 木香 麝香（已上八味酒浸过） 青皮陈皮 白
芷良姜 麻黄 米壳 甘草（各一钱）
上锉一剂。水煎服。出汗，外用川椒、枯矾各一两为末，擦腋下。终身忌鳜鱼、羊肉。
去大小便，不可与女人同厕。
治腋臭。用自己小便洗一次，米泔洗二次，自然姜汁每日擦十次。一月之后，可以断根
治腋气
香白芷 枯矾 花椒（减半） 黄丹（各等分）
上共为末。擦之，不臭。
治腋气 五更时，用精猪肉二大片，以甘遂末一两拌之，挟腋下至天明；以生甘草一两
煎汤饮之。良久，泻出秽物。须在荒野之处则可，恐秽气传人故也。根据法三、五次即愈。虚
弱者，间日为之。其他蜜陀僧、胡粉之类皆塞窍，以治其末耳。
治狐臭方
麝香 巴豆（去壳） 木通（去皮）
上为末。每服一钱重。醉子酒熬膏为丸，金箔为衣。空心，水酒调化一丸服之。以净桶
盛腹内打下秽物，急盖闭勿闻，神效。
悬痈，是指这种疮疡生长在肛门与外生殖器之间的部位。初起时非常瘙痒，形状像松子一样，四十天后红肿如桃子般大小。如果治疗不及时就会破溃，导致大便和小便都从此处排出，这就无法治愈了。
国老汤：使用带有横纹的大甘草一两，截成约三寸长的段，取山涧东向流动的清水一碗，不可使用井水或河水。用甘草蘸水，在文火和武火之间交替慢炙，不可急躁，必须花费三个时辰的时间，直到水分烤干为止。劈开甘草看内部润透，然后用无灰酒两碗煮至剩下一碗，温服半个月，直到症状完全消除为止。
将军散：大黄（煨制）、贝母（去心）、白芷、甘草节（各等分）。以上药材研为细末。用酒调服二钱，空腹服用。体质虚弱者，加入当归并减半用量。
秘传奇方：用于治疗腋臭（体气）。大田螺（一个，活的）、巴豆（去壳）、胆矾（一两）、麝香（少许）。先将田螺用水养三天，去除泥土，揭开螺盖，放入胆矾、巴豆、麝香；用线拴好固定在瓷器内，第二天化成水。必须在五更天（凌晨3-5点）时，将药水涂抹在腋下，不停地涂抹，直到感觉腹中作响、脏腑有排便冲动时停止。事先要挑选空地排大便，排出极臭的黑色粪便，这是见效的征象。用厚土覆盖掩盖，不可让人知道；如果未排尽，再涂药水，再次排便后，用日常后面的药粉擦拭，以彻底根除病根。枯矾、蛤粉五钱、樟脑一钱。研为细末，每次取少量擦拭。
乌龙丸：用于治疗腋臭。当归（酒洗）、生地黄（各一两）、白茯苓（去皮，二钱）、枸杞子（炒）、石莲肉（焙，各一两）、莲蕊（焙，五钱）、丁香（三钱）、木香、青木香、乳香、京墨（各五钱）、冰片（一分）。如果是女性患者，加乌药（醋炒）、香附（童便炒）各三钱。以上药材研为末，用陈米饭荷叶包裹，烧过捣烂，加入药粉制成丸药，如黄豆大小，用一分麝香、黄酒化开作为包衣。每次服用三四十丸，睡前在半饥半饱状态下，用砂仁炒过后，用黄酒送服。
收功后的调理药方：人参、当归、生地黄、乳香、没药、官桂、木香、麝香（以上八味药酒浸过）、青皮、陈皮、白芷、良姜、麻黄、罂粟壳、甘草（各一钱）。以上药材锉碎为一剂。加水煎服。服药出汗后，外用川椒、枯矾各一两研为细末，擦拭腋下。终身忌食鳜鱼、羊肉。大小便时，不可与女人共用厕所。
治疗腋臭：用自己小便清洗一次，米泔水清洗两次，天然姜汁每日擦拭十次。一个月之后，可以断根。
治疗腋气：香白芷、枯矾、花椒（减半）、黄丹（各等分）。以上共同研为细末。擦拭患处，可消除异味。
治疗腋气：五更天时，用精猪肉两片，拌入一两甘遂末，夹在腋下直到天明；用生甘草一两煎汤饮用。良久之后，泻出秽物。必须在荒野之处进行，恐怕秽气传染他人。按照此法三到五次即可痊愈。体质虚弱者，隔日进行一次。其他如密陀僧、胡粉之类都是堵塞窍道，只是治标罢了。
治疗狐臭方：麝香、巴豆（去壳）、木通（去皮）。以上研为细末。每次服用一钱重。用醉人酒熬膏制成丸药，金箔为衣。空腹时，用水酒调化一丸服用。用干净的桶接住腹内排下的秽物，急忙盖闭不要闻气味，效果神奇。
Xuan Yong (Hanging Abscess) refers to a sore located between the anus and the external genitalia. Initially, it is extremely itchy and resembles a pine nut; after forty days, it becomes red and swollen like a peach. If treatment is delayed, it will rupture, causing both stool and urine to discharge from this site, rendering it incurable.
Guolao Tang (Old Man Decoction): Use one tael of large Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) with transverse striations, cut into segments approximately three cun long. Take one bowl of clear water flowing eastward in a mountain stream; well water or river water must not be used. Dip the licorice root in the water and slowly roast it over alternating mild and strong heat without haste. This process must last for three shichen (six hours) until the water is completely dry. Split the licorice root to check if it is thoroughly moistened inside. Then, boil it in two bowls of pure wine (without ash additives) until reduced to one bowl. Take warm for half a month until symptoms completely resolve.
Jiangjun San (General Powder): Rhubarb Root and Rhizome (Dahuang, 大黄, roasted), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu, 贝母, heart removed), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi, 白芷), and Licorice Root tips (Gancao Jie, 甘草节) in equal parts. Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with wine and take two qian on an empty stomach. For patients with deficiency and weakness, add Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 当归) and reduce the dosage by half.
Secret Legendary Prescription: Used to treat Axillary Odor (Tiqi, 体气). One live Large River Snail (Datianluo, 大田螺), Kernel of Chinese Date Seed (Badou, 巴豆, shell removed), Alum (Danfan, 胆矾, one tael), and Musk (Shexiang, 麝香, a small amount). First, keep the snail in water for three days, remove dirt, lift the operculum, and insert the alum, badou, and musk inside. Tie securely with thread and place in a porcelain vessel. By the next day, it will turn into liquid. At wugeng time (3-5 AM), apply the liquid medicine to the axilla continuously until a rumbling sensation is felt in the abdomen and the urge to defecate arises, then stop. Prior to this, go to an open area to defecate; the discharge of extremely foul-smelling black stool indicates efficacy. Cover the stool with thick soil to conceal it. If not fully discharged, reapply the medicine, defecate again, and then wipe the area with the following daily powder to permanently eradicate the root cause. Calcined Alum (Kufan, 枯矾) and Clam Shell Powder (Gafen, 蛤粉) five qian, Camphor (Zhangnao, 章脑) one qian. Grind into powder and apply sparingly.
Wulong Wan (Black Dragon Pill): Used to treat Axillary Odor. Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 当归, washed with wine) and Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) one tael each; Poria Sclerotium (Baifuling, 白茯苓, peel removed) two qian; Goji Berry (Gouqizi, 枸杞子, stir-fried); Lotus Seed Embryo (Shilianrou, 石莲肉, baked) one tael each; Lotus Stamen (Lianrui, 莲蕊, baked) five qian; Clove Bud (Dingxiang, 丁香) three qian; Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香), Blue Costus Root (Qingmuxiang, 青木香), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香), and Beijing Inkstone Ink (Jingmo, 京墨) five qian each; Borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) one fen. For female patients, add Ligusticum Rhizome (Wuyao, 乌药, stir-fried with vinegar) and Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu, 香附, stir-fried with child's urine) three qian each. Grind all ingredients into powder. Wrap in lotus leaves with aged rice porridge, bake, crush, mix with the powder, and form pills the size of soybeans. Coat with one fen of Musk dissolved in yellow wine. Take 30-40 pills before bed when half-hungry and half-full, administered with wine after stir-frying Amomum Fruit (Sharen, 砂仁).
Post-Treatment Recovery Formula: Ginseng Root (Renshen, 人参), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 当归), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi, 生地黄), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香), Myrrh (Moyao, 没药), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui, 官桂), Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香), and Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) — these eight herbs are soaked in wine; Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi, 白芷), Galangal Rhizome (Liangjiang, 良姜), Ephedra Stem (Mahuang, 麻黄), Poppy Capsule (Mikey, 米壳), and Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) one qian each. Decoct one dose in water and drink. Sweating should occur. Externally, apply powder made from Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) and Calcined Alum (Kufan, 枯矾) one tael each to the axilla. Lifelong avoidance of Mandarinfish (Guiyu, 鳜鱼) and Mutton (Yangrou, 羊肉) is required. Do not share latrines with women for bowel or bladder movements.
Treatment for Axillary Odor: Wash once with own urine, twice with rice washing water, and rub with natural Ginger Juice (Jiangzhi, 姜汁) ten times daily. After one month, the condition can be cured at the root.
Treatment for Axillary Qi: Angelica Dahurica Root (Xiang Baizhi, 香白芷), Calcined Alum (Kufan, 枯矾), Sichuan Pepper (Huajiao, 花椒, halved amount), and Red Lead (Huandan, 黄丹) in equal parts. Grind into powder and apply to eliminate odor.
Treatment for Axillary Qi: At wugeng time, use two slices of lean pork mixed with one liang of Kansui Root (Gansui, 甘遂) powder, clamp between the axillae until dawn. Drink decoction made from one liang of Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gancao, 生甘草). After some time, foul matter will be purged. This must be done in a desolate place to avoid spreading foul odors. Following this method three to five times leads to recovery. For weak patients, perform every other day. Other substances like Yellow Lead Monoxide (Mituo seng, 蜜陀僧) and White Lead (Hufen, 胡粉) merely block pores and treat only the symptoms.
Prescription for Fox Odor: Musk (Shexiang, 麝香), Kernel of Chinese Date Seed (Badou, 巴豆, shell removed), and Akebia Stem (Mutong, 木通, peel removed). Grind into powder. Take one qian per dose. Boil with intoxicating wine to make a paste, form pills, and coat with gold foil. On an empty stomach, dissolve one pill in water and wine mixture. Defecate foul matter into a clean bucket and immediately cover tightly to avoid smelling it. This yields miraculous effects.
