肠 为痔，如大泽中有小山突出为痔。凡人于九窍中，但有小肉突起，皆曰痔。不
特于肛门边生者名之，亦有鼻痔、眼痔、牙痔等。其状不一，方分五种∶曰牡、曰牝、曰脉
、曰肠、曰气。牝痔者，肛门边生疮肿突出，一日数枚，脓溃即散；牡痔者，肛门边发露肉
珠，状如鼠奶，时时滴渍脓血；脉痔者，肠口颗颗发 ，且痛且痒，血出淋沥；肠痔者
，肛门内结核有血，寒热往来，登溷脱肛；气痔者，遇恐怒则发，肛门肿痛，气散则愈。又
有酒痔，每遇饮酒发动，疮即肿痛而流血；血痔者，每遇大便则血出而不止，宜解热调血顺
气为主。若久而不愈，必至穿穴为漏矣。
痔疮成 不破也。
当归连翘汤 治痔漏。
当归 连翘 防风 黄芩 荆芥 白芷 芍药 生地 山栀 白术 人参 阿胶 地榆
（各等分） 甘草（减半）
上锉一剂。乌梅一个，枣一枚，水煎，食前服。
黑白散
黑牵牛 白牵牛（各一钱半）
上二味各取头末，各一钱半。用公猪腰子一个，竹刀破开，去筋膜，入药末在内，线扎
纸裹水湿，灰火内煨熟，去纸。空心嚼吃至已时，腹中打下先脓后血，毒瓦斯出尽，永不再发
。必须忌半日饮食。
消毒百应丸 治痔漏疮，并脏毒神效（大梁孙都督传方）。
苍术 黄柏 槐花 金银花 当归 皂角（各四两）
上六味切片，分作四分。每分用水七碗，煎至四碗，去渣，留药汁浸大黄片一斤，浸一
宿，次日取出，安筛内晒干；如此将四次水浸晒尽为度；将大黄为细末，面糊为丸，如梧桐
子大。每一次六十四丸，空心熟白水送。忌浓味、胡椒、烧酒之类。
钓肠丸 治新久诸痔，肛边肿痛，或生疮痒，时有脓血；又治肠风下血及脱肛。
瓜萎（二个，烧灰存性） 刺 （二个，刺罐内烧灰存性） 白鸡冠花（五两，锉，微炒） 白矾（
枯） 绿矾（枯） 胡桃仁（十五个，不油者，烧存性） 白附子（生） 天南星（生） 枳壳（去穣，
麸炒） 大附子（生，去皮脐） 诃子（煨） 半夏（各二两）
上为末，面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，空心，临卧温酒送下。远年不愈者，十
日见效。久服永除根。并治肠风等疾二三年者，连服十余贴，永不再发。
脏连固本丸 凡膏梁富贵之人，患痔甚多，必干于饮食色欲所致，及有火酒犯房。若要
除根，必须服此。兼戒醇酒浓味、寡欲，方可痊矣。
怀生地（六两） 干山药（四两） 茯苓（三两，去皮） 牡丹皮（三两） 泽泻（二两） 山茱萸（四两，去
核） 黄连（四两） 黄柏（三两） 知母（去毛，二两） 人参（二两） 当归（二两） 皂角（二两） 槐角（三
两）
上为末，用 猪大肠头一段去油，灌入药末，两头线扎住；用糯米一升煮饭，将半
熟捞起入甑内，将药肠盘藏于饭之中如蒸饭之熟；待冷些时取出，去两头无药之肠，将药肠
捣烂为丸。如硬，加些饭捣丸，如梧桐子大。每服百丸，空心，白汤送下。
洗痔漏神方
花椒 艾叶 葱白 五倍子 皮硝 马齿苋 茄根
上各等分，锉碎。水煎，先熏后洗。当时痛止，指日可愈。
又方 神效。用随河柳条根上须一把，花椒、芥菜子三味，不拘多少。煎水，先熏后洗
，其虫头黑身白，俱从痔疮而出，立愈。
敷洗药
皮硝（炒燥） 五倍子（炒） 黄柏（猪胆汁炒） 黄连 滑石（各二钱） 血竭 乳香 没药
蜜陀僧 荆芥（各三钱）
先将皮硝、五倍子煎汤，洗患处；后将药为细末，燥渗无水出，芝油调敷。
漏者，溃出脓血也。
神雷丸 治漏。
芜荑仁（五分） 雷丸（白者，五分） 鹤虱（一钱） 木贼 黄芩 防风 茄子（各五分） 当归（酒
洗） 龟板（酒洗） 鳖甲（酒洗） 蝉退 蚕退（各三分） 小枳实（酒洗，三分） 大黄（少许） 皂角
刺（二十个，用黄蜡三钱炒）
上共作一服，水一大钟，乌梅一个，竹叶七片，无灰酒半钟，煎至八分，空心温服。用
干煎精猪肉压之。服至八服，筋根出虫，后去皂角刺、蝉退不用。外用生肌药∶白龙骨五分
，赤石脂五分。二味用鸡胚 皮包，入猪蹄角内火 过，去 角不用，将二味为末
，入前汤药内，每帖加二味药一钱，再服四帖除根。忌酸辣、鸡鱼、面筋、发毒、动风之物
，其余不忌，酒亦少用，忌烧酒，节欲色，戒恼怒。
济生莲蕊散
莲蕊（一两） 锦纹大黄 黑牵牛（取头末，各二两二钱） 当归 五倍子 矾红（各一钱） 黄连
（三钱） 乳香 没药（各一钱）
上为细末。欲服药，先一日勿吃晚饭，次日空心，用淡猪肉汁一钟，好酒一钟半，和猪
肉汁，秤前药末一钱二分调服。午后于净黄土上疏宣时见出毒物为验，或如烂杏五色相杂，
亦为验矣。如散药难服，用酒糊丸，如绿豆大，每服一钱五分。此方神效，不可轻忽。切忌
烧酒、色欲、恼怒及羊、鱼、大肉、发物。
千金不易治漏仙方
芫花根 川乌 草乌 南星 半夏 血竭 乳香 没药（各三钱，将上八味药用水数碗煮
至二碗于后） 麝香（四厘） 黄蜡（一钱） 孩儿茶（二钱） 片脑（二厘）
用黄丝线合过街蜘蛛丝，用篾作圈网之，合丝搓成线入药水煮为度。用猪鬃引线穿入漏
内，俟大便后带出线来扎紧，一日紧三遍。待八、九日线落而肉平矣。如孔多者，医好一孔
，外用此方，内服后平脏丸，除根。
平脏丸 治漏疮，旬日见效。
黄连（酒炒） 枳壳（麸炒） 地榆 槐角（各一两） 莲蕊 当归（各三钱） 侧柏叶（一钱） 京墨
（烧，存性，五钱） 乳香 没药（各二钱）
上为末，水丸。每服百丸，空心，白汤送下。渐减至六十丸止。若加黑丑头末五钱共丸
，尤效。
白银锭子 治漏，止有一孔者，用此药不过十日痊愈，又不作痛，神效。
白芷（三两） 白矾（一两）
上二味共研为细末，铁杓熔成饼，再入炭火 ，令净烟取出，去火毒，为末。用面糊和
为锭子成条插入漏内，直透里痛处为止。每一日上三次，至七日为止，至九日疮结痂而愈。
如漏未痊，用后生肌药。
生肌药
乳香 没药 轻粉 海螵蛸（用三黄汤煮过） 寒水石（ ） 龙骨（ ，各等分）
上为细末。掺患处。止，用太平膏。
太平膏
防风 荆芥 栀子 连翘 黄芩 大黄 羌活 独活 当归 生地 赤芍 甘草 金银
花五倍子 两头尖 头发（各二钱） 白芨 白蔹 山慈菇（各一两） 香油（一斤）
上锉细。入油内浸一昼夜，用文火熬焦，去渣滓再熬，滴水不散；用上好黄丹水飞过，
炒黑，用半斤入内再熬，滴水成珠为度；待温冷，再入乳香、没药、轻粉、血竭各二钱（为
末），于内搅匀；如药色嫩，再入官粉五钱，亦佳。务要看其火色不老不嫩得所为妙。
隔矾灸法 治痔漏神效。
皂矾（一斤，用瓦一片，两头用泥作一坝，再用香油制瓦上焙干，再着皂矾瓦上 枯，去
砂为末） 川山甲（一钱，入紫粉罐 存性，取出为末） 木鳖子（去壳，火 ，二钱半，净，为末
）乳香 没药（各钱半，为末，临灸时加服）
上药和匀一处。以冷水调，量疮大小作饼子，贴疮上，将艾炷灸三、四壮。灸毕，就用
熏洗药先熏后洗，日六度。三、五日如前法灸妙，以瘥为度。
熏洗方 前法灸毕，以此方熏洗。
皂矾（制法如前，为末，约手块二把） 知母（四两，焙干为末，取一两） 贝母（四两，为末，
取三两，净） 葱（七茎，另煎汤）
上件先将葱用水煎三四沸，倾入瓶内，再入前药。令患者坐于上瓶口熏之。待水温，倾
一半洗疮，留一半候再灸再熏洗，以瘥为度。
攻毒丸 治痔漏。用有子蜂房焙干存性为末，面糊为丸，如豌豆大。每服二十丸，空
心，黄酒送下。
补遗秘方
治痔漏秘方
当归（八分） 川芎（五分） 芍药（八分） 生地黄（一钱） 荆芥（七分） 乌梅（一个） 防风 条芩 枳
壳（去穣） 槐角 黄连 升麻（各五分）
上锉一剂。水煎，空心温服。
治痔漏效方 用极嫩木耳温水略煮，取出晒干为细末。初服一钱五分，用蜜水调服。一
日加一分，加至三钱，每服倒退一分。服至一月通好。要忌口。若穿臀漏极痛者，用鱼鳔捣
为泥贴之，其痛即止。
秘传神应膏 治痔漏如神。
片脑 熊胆 血竭 牛黄 乳香 没药（各五分）
上为细末，用蜗牛取肉捣成稀膏，每夜洗净拭干，将此膏搽上患处，数遍即愈。若蜗牛
无鲜者，用干的放水碗内泡一宿去壳，内自然成肉；将前六味药要极细末，以蜗牛肉共捣，
不要干了，要稀稠得所。用磁罐收贮固封，勿使风尘在内，则不效矣。
熏洗痔漏却毒汤
五倍子 花椒 防风 侧柏叶 枳壳 葱白 苍术（各三钱） 瓦松 马齿苋 甘草（各五钱
皮硝（一两）
上用水五碗，煎至三碗，先熏后洗，一日三次。
牛黄金花散
黄连 黄芩 黄柏（各一钱，为细末） 真牛黄（三分）
上共研细。如痔疮，用蜜水调搽上，不过四、五次。如是捻成锭子晒干，量疮眼大小纳
入，不过二七即好。
一男子患痔，脓血淋漓，口干作渴，晡热便血，自汗盗汗。余谓此肾肝阴虚也。不信，
仍服四物汤、柏、知母之类，食少泻呕。余先用补中益气汤加茯苓、半夏、炮姜，脾胃渐醒
；后用六味丸朝夕而服。两月余，诸症悉愈（二方俱见补益）。
肠道生出痔疮，就像大沼泽中有小山丘突出一样形成痔疮。凡是人体九窍中，只要有小肉突起，都称为痔。不仅肛门边生长的叫痔，也有鼻痔、眼痔、牙痔等。其症状表现不一，方书中分为五种：即牡痔、牝痔、脉痔、肠痔、气痔。牝痔，是在肛门边生疮肿并突出，一天发作数次，脓液溃破后肿胀消散；牡痔，是肛门边露出肉珠，形状像鼠奶，时常滴流脓血；脉痔，是肛门口颗粒状突起，既痛又痒，血液淋漓流出；肠痔，是肛门内有结核伴有出血，寒热往来，如厕时脱肛；气痔，是遇到惊恐愤怒时发作，肛门肿痛，气机疏散后痊愈。又有酒痔，每次饮酒后诱发，疮口即肿痛并流血；血痔，是每次大便时出血不止，治疗应以清热凉血、调理气血为主。如果久治不愈，必定会导致穿孔成为漏症。
痔疮成块而不破溃。
当归连翘汤，治疗痔疮和漏症。
当归、连翘、防风、黄芩、荆芥、白芷、芍药、生地、山栀、白术、人参、阿胶、地榆（各等分），甘草（减半）。
以上药材锉碎为一剂。加乌梅一个，枣一枚，用水煎煮，饭前服用。
黑白散
黑牵牛、白牵牛（各一钱半）。
以上两味药各取头末（最细粉末），各一钱半。用公猪腰子一个，用竹刀剖开，去除筋膜，将药末放入其中，用线扎紧，外面裹纸并浸湿，在灰火中煨熟，去掉纸。空腹嚼食，至巳时（上午9-11点），腹中排出先脓后血，毒气排尽，永不复发。必须禁食半天。
消毒百应丸，治疗痔疮、漏症及脏毒，神效（由大梁孙都督传方）。
苍术、黄柏、槐花、金银花、当归、皂角（各四两）。

钓肠丸，治疗新发和久患的各种痔疮，肛边肿痛，或生疮瘙痒，时有脓血；又治疗肠风下血及脱肛。
瓜蒌（二个，烧灰存性）、刺蓟（二个，刺入罐内烧灰存性）、白鸡冠花（五两，锉碎，微炒）、白矾（枯）、绿矾（枯）、胡桃仁（十五个，不油腻的，烧存性）、白附子（生）、天南星（生）、枳壳（去瓤，麸炒）、大附子（生，去皮脐）、诃子（煨）、半夏（各二两）。
以上研为细末，用面糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹，临睡前用温酒送下。多年不愈者，十日见效。长期服用可除根。并治疗肠风等疾病二三年者，连续服用十余帖，永不复发。
脏连固本丸，凡是饮食肥甘厚味的富贵之人，患痔疮很多，必然与饮食色欲有关，以及有酒后行房之事。若要除根，必须服用此药。同时戒除醇酒浓味、节制欲望，才可以痊愈。
怀生地（六两）、干山药（四两）、茯苓（三两，去皮）、牡丹皮（三两）、泽泻（二两）、山茱萸（四两，去核）、黄连（四两）、黄柏（三两）、知母（去毛，二两）、人参（二两）、当归（二两）、皂角（二两）、槐角（三两）。
以上研为细末，取一段猪大肠头，去油，灌入药末，两头用线扎住；用糯米一升煮饭，将半熟时捞起放入甑内，将药肠盘藏于饭之中，像蒸饭一样煮熟；待稍冷时取出，去掉两头无药的肠段，将药肠捣烂制成丸药。如果太硬，加些饭一起捣丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用一百丸，空腹，用白开水送下。
洗痔漏神方
花椒、艾叶、葱白、五倍子、皮硝、马齿苋、茄根。
以上各等分，锉碎。用水煎煮，先熏后洗。当时疼痛停止，指日可愈。
又一方，神效。用随河柳条根上的须一把，花椒、芥菜子三味，不拘多少。煎水，先熏后洗，其中的虫头黑身白，都从痔疮中排出，立即痊愈。
敷洗药
皮硝（炒燥）、五倍子（炒）、黄柏（猪胆汁炒）、黄连、滑石（各二钱）、血竭、乳香、没药、蜜陀僧、荆芥（各三钱）。
先将皮硝、五倍子煎汤，清洗患处；后将其他药研为细末，若患处干燥渗液无水出，用芝麻油调敷。
神雷丸，治疗漏症。
芜荑仁（五分）、雷丸（白色的，五分）、鹤虱（一钱）、木贼、黄芩、防风、茄子（各五分）、当归（酒洗）、龟板（酒洗）、鳖甲（酒洗）、蝉退、蚕退（各三分）、小枳实（酒洗，三分）、大黄（少许）、皂角刺（二十个，用黄蜡三钱炒）。
以上共作一服，用水一大钟，乌梅一个，竹叶七片，无灰酒半钟，煎至八分，空腹温服。用干煎的精猪肉压在患处。服用至八服，筋根处会排出虫子，之后去掉皂角刺、蝉退不再使用。外用生肌药：白龙骨五分，赤石脂五分。这两味药用鸡胚皮包裹，放入猪蹄角内火煅过，去掉角不用，将这两味药研为细末，加入前面的汤药内，每帖加这两味药一钱，再服四帖以除根。忌食酸辣、鸡鱼、面筋、发毒、动风之物，其余不忌，酒也少用，忌烧酒，节制性欲，戒除恼怒。
济生莲蕊散
莲蕊（一两）、锦纹大黄、黑牵牛（取头末，各二两二钱）、当归、五倍子、矾红（各一钱）、黄连（三钱）、乳香、没药（各一钱）。
以上研为细末。准备服药前一天晚上不要吃晚饭，次日空腹，用淡猪肉汁一钟，好酒一钟半，混合猪肉汁，称取前药末一钱二分调服。午后在干净的黄土上排泄时看到排出毒物为验证，或者像烂杏五色相杂，也是验证。如果散药难服，用酒糊制成丸药，如绿豆大小，每次服用一钱五分。此方神效，不可轻视。切忌烧酒、色欲、恼怒及羊、鱼、大肉、发物。
千金不易治漏仙方
芫花根、川乌、草乌、南星、半夏、血竭、乳香、没药（各三钱，将上述八味药用水数碗煮至二碗备用）、麝香（四厘）、黄蜡（一钱）、孩儿茶（二钱）、片脑（二厘）。
用黄丝线和过街蜘蛛丝，用篾片做成圈网住它们，合丝搓成线，放入药水中煮透。用猪鬃引线穿入漏管内，等到大便后带出线来扎紧，一天扎紧三次。等到八九日线脱落而肌肉平整。如果孔多者，医生治好一个孔后，外用此方，内服平脏丸，以除根。
平脏丸，治疗漏疮，旬日见效。
黄连（酒炒）、枳壳（麸炒）、地榆、槐角（各一两）、莲蕊、当归（各三钱）、侧柏叶（一钱）、京墨（烧，存性，五钱）、乳香、没药（各二钱）。
以上研为细末，用水泛丸。每次服用一百丸，空腹，用白开水送下。逐渐减量至六十丸为止。如果加入黑丑头末五钱共同制丸，效果更佳。
白银锭子，治疗漏症，只有一个孔的，用此药不超过十日痊愈，且不疼痛，神效。
白芷（三两）、白矾（一两）。
以上两味药共研为细末，铁勺熔化成饼，再放入炭火中烧炼，令净烟取出，去掉火毒，研为细末。用面糊调和成锭子成条，插入漏管内，直透到里面痛处为止。每天上药三次，至七日为止，至第九日疮口结痂而愈。如果漏症未痊愈，用后面的生肌药。
生肌药
乳香、没药、轻粉、海螵蛸（用三黄汤煮过）、寒水石（煅）、龙骨（煅，各等分）。
以上研为细末。撒在患处。伤口愈合后，用太平膏。
太平膏
防风、荆芥、栀子、连翘、黄芩、大黄、羌活、独活、当归、生地、赤芍、甘草、金银花、五倍子、两头尖、头发（各二钱）、白芨、白蔹、山慈菇（各一两）、香油（一斤）。
以上锉细。放入油内浸泡一昼夜，用文火熬焦，去渣滓再熬，滴水不散；用上好的黄丹水飞过，炒黑，用半斤加入再熬，滴水成珠为度；待温冷，再加入乳香、没药、轻粉、血竭各二钱（研为细末），在里面搅匀；如果药色嫩，再加入官粉五钱，也很好。务必看火候不老不嫩得当为妙。
隔矾灸法，治疗痔疮和漏症神效。
皂矾（一斤，用瓦一片，两头用泥做一个坝，再用香油涂抹瓦上焙干，再将皂矾放在瓦上煅枯，去掉砂为细末）、川山甲（一钱，放入紫粉罐中煅存性，取出为细末）、木鳖子（去壳，火煅，二钱半，净，为细末）、乳香、没药（各钱半，为细末，临灸时加服）。
以上药物混合均匀。用冷水调匀，根据疮口大小做成饼子，贴在疮上，将艾炷灸三、四壮。灸完后，就用熏洗药先熏后洗，每天六次。三、五日后如前法再次灸疗妙，以痊愈为度。
熏洗方，前法灸完后，用此方熏洗。
皂矾（制法如前，为细末，约手抓两块）、知母（四两，焙干为细末，取一两）、贝母（四两，为细末，取三两，净）、葱（七茎，另煎汤）。
以上先将葱用水煎三四沸，倒入瓶内，再放入前面的药。让患者坐在瓶口上熏之。待水温后，倒出一半洗疮，留一半等候再次灸疗和熏洗，以痊愈为度。
攻毒丸，治疗痔疮和漏症。用有子的蜂房焙干存性为细末，面糊制成丸药，如豌豆大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹，用黄酒送下。
补遗秘方
治痔漏秘方
当归（八分）、川芎（五分）、芍药（八分）、生地黄（一钱）、荆芥（七分）、乌梅（一个）、防风、条芩、枳壳（去瓤）、槐角、黄连、升麻（各五分）。
以上锉碎为一剂。用水煎煮，空腹温服。
治痔漏效方，用极嫩的木耳温水略煮，取出晒干为细末。初服一钱五分，用蜜水调服。一天增加一分，加至三钱，每次服用倒退一分。服用一个月通体好转。要忌口。如果穿透臀部漏症极痛者，用鱼鳔捣为泥贴之，疼痛即止。
秘传神应膏，治疗痔疮和漏症如神。
片脑、熊胆、血竭、牛黄、乳香、没药（各五分）。
以上研为细末，用蜗牛取肉捣成稀膏，每晚洗净拭干，将此膏搽在患处，数遍即愈。如果没有新鲜的蜗牛，用干的放水碗里泡一夜去壳，内部自然成肉；将前面六味药要极细末，与蜗牛肉共同捣碎，不要干了，要稀稠适中。用磁罐收贮密封，不要让风尘进入，否则无效。
熏洗痔漏却毒汤
五倍子、花椒、防风、侧柏叶、枳壳、葱白、苍术（各三钱）、瓦松、马齿苋、甘草（各五钱）、皮硝（一两）。
以上用水五碗，煎至三碗，先熏后洗，一日三次。
牛黄金花散
黄连、黄芩、黄柏（各一钱，为细末）、真牛黄（三分）。
以上共研细。如果是痔疮，用蜜水调搽在上面，不超过四、五次。如果是捻成锭子晒干，根据疮眼大小纳入，不超过十四天即可好。
一男子患痔疮，脓血淋漓，口干作渴，傍晚发热便血，自汗盗汗。我认为这是肾肝阴虚所致。他不相信，仍然服用四物汤、柏子仁、知母之类，导致食少腹泻呕吐。我先用补中益气汤加茯苓、半夏、炮姜，脾胃逐渐恢复；后用六味丸早晚服用。两个多月后，所有症状全部痊愈（这两个方子都在补益篇中见到）。
Intestinal hemorrhoids are like small hills protruding from a large swamp. Any small fleshy protrusion in the nine orifices of the human body is called hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids). It is not only those growing around the anus that are named hemorrhoids, but also nasal hemorrhoids, eye hemorrhoids, and dental hemorrhoids. Their manifestations vary, and they are classified into five types in medical texts: Mu Hemorrhoids (Yang Hemorrhoids), Pin Hemorrhoids (Yin Hemorrhoids), Mai Hemorrhoids (Vein Hemorrhoids), Chang Hemorrhoids (Intestinal Hemorrhoids), and Qi Hemorrhoids (Qi Hemorrhoids). Pin Hemorrhoids present as sores and swelling protruding from the side of the anus, occurring several times a day, with swelling subsiding after pus discharge; Mu Hemorrhoids present as exposed fleshy nodules resembling mouse milk at the side of the anus, with frequent dripping of pus and blood; Mai Hemorrhoids present with granular protrusions at the anal opening, accompanied by pain and itching, and dripping blood; Chang Hemorrhoids present with nodules inside the anus accompanied by bleeding, alternating chills and fever, and rectal prolapse during defecation; Qi Hemorrhoids occur upon experiencing fear or anger, causing swelling and pain in the anus, resolving when the Qi disperses. There is also Wine Hemorrhoids, triggered by drinking alcohol, causing immediate swelling, pain, and bleeding of the sores; Blood Hemorrhoids involve continuous bleeding during defecation, treated primarily by clearing heat, cooling blood, and regulating Qi. The above herbs are coarsely crushed for one dose. Add one Chinese plum (Wumei) and one jujube (Zao), decoct in water, and take before meals.
Heibai San (Black and White Powder)
Black Barbary Fig Fruit (Heiqianniu), White Barbary Fig Fruit (Baiqianniu) (each 1.5 qian).
Take the finest powder of each of the two herbs, 1.5 qian each. Use one male pig kidney, cut open with a bamboo knife, remove fascia, insert the herbal powder inside, tie tightly with thread, wrap in wet paper, and bake in ash fire until cooked. Remove the paper. Chew and eat on an empty stomach; by Si hour (9-11 AM), pus and then blood will be discharged from the abdomen, expelling all toxins, preventing recurrence forever. Fasting for half a day is required.
Xiaodu Baiying Wan (Disinfecting Hundred-Response Pill) treats hemorrhoids, fistulas, and visceral toxicity with divine efficacy (prescription passed down from General Sun of Daliang).
Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Sophorae Flower (Huaihua), Lonicerae Flos (Jinyinhua), Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Gleditsiae Spina (Zaojiao) (each 4 liang).
Slice the above six herbs and divide into four portions. For each portion, add seven bowls of water, decoct to four bowls, strain, and retain the liquid to soak one jin of Rhubarb slices overnight. Take out the next day, spread on a sieve, and dry in the sun; repeat this soaking and drying process four times until finished. Grind the Rhubarb into fine powder, make pills with wheat paste, sized like sophora seeds. Take 64 pills each time on an empty stomach with warm boiled water. Avoid strong flavors, pepper, and distilled spirits.
Diaochang Wan (Hooking Intestine Pill) treats new and chronic various hemorrhoids, swelling and pain around the anus, or sores with itching and occasional pus and blood; also treats intestinal wind bleeding and rectal prolapse.

Grind into fine powder, make pills with wheat paste, sized like sophora seeds. Take 20 pills each time on an empty stomach and before bed with warm wine. For chronic cases unhealed for years, improvement is seen in ten days. Long-term use removes the root cause. Also treats intestinal wind diseases lasting two to three years; continuous intake of over ten doses prevents recurrence.
Zanglian Guben Wan (Visceral-Connected Root-Firming Pill) is for wealthy people who consume rich foods and have many hemorrhoids, caused by diet and sexual indulgence, including intercourse after drinking wine. To remove the root cause, this pill must be taken. One must also abstain from strong wine and rich foods, and practice moderation in desires to achieve recovery.

Grind into fine powder. Take a segment of pig large intestine head, remove fat, stuff with herbal powder, and tie both ends with thread. Cook one sheng of glutinous rice into porridge, remove when half-cooked, place in a steamer, hide the medicated intestine within the rice, and steam until cooked. When cool, remove the intestine parts without medicine, mash the medicated intestine into pills. If too hard, add some rice while mashing, size like sophora seeds. Take 100 pills each time on an empty stomach with plain water.

Decoct in water, fumigate first, then wash. The worms, black-headed and white-bodied, will exit from the hemorrhoids, leading to immediate cure.

First, decoct Mirabilite and Chinese Gall, wash the affected area. Then grind the remaining medicines into fine powder. If the lesion is dry with no exudate, mix with sesame oil for application.
Fistula refers to the discharge of pus and blood from an ulcer.

Chaulmoogra Seed (Wangyi Ren), Omphalia Mushroom (Leiwang) (white ones, 5 fen), Nematode Worm Herb (Heshi), Equisetum Ramulus (Muzei), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Eggplant (Qiezi) (each 5 fen), Angelicae Radix (Danggui) (wine-washed), Tortoise Plastron (Guiban) (wine-washed), Turtle Carapace (Biejia) (wine-washed), Cicada Slough (Chantui), Silkworm Slough (Canthui) (each 3 fen), Small Immature Bitter Orange (Xiao Zhishi) (wine-washed, 3 fen), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (a little), Gleditsiae Spina (Zaojiaci) (20 pieces, stir-fried with 3 qian yellow beeswax).
Combine as one dose. Add one large cup of water, one Chinese plum, seven bamboo leaves, and half a cup of unadulterated wine. Decoct to 80% volume. Take warm on an empty stomach. Press with dried lean pork. After eight doses, worms will emerge from the tendon roots; thereafter, discontinue Gleditsiae Spina and Cicada Slough. External application for generating flesh: White Ochre (Bailonggu) 5 fen, Red Kaolin (Chishizhi) 5 fen. Wrap these two in chicken embryo skin, calcine in pig trotter horn, discard the horn, grind to powder, and add to the previous decoction. Add 1 qian of these two powders per dose, continue for four more doses to remove the root. Avoid sour, spicy, chicken, fish, gluten, toxic-promoting, and wind-aggravating foods. Rest is advised, limit alcohol, avoid distilled spirits, moderate sexual desire, and avoid anger.
Jisheng Lianrui San (Jisheng Lotus Stamen Powder)
Lotus Stamen (Lianrui) (1 liang), Brocade-patterned Rhubarb (Jinwen Dahuang), Black Barbary Fig Fruit (Heiqianniu) (finest powder, each 2.2 liang), Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Chinese Gall (Wubeizi), Alum Red (Fanhong) (each 1 qian), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) (3 qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao) (each 1 qian).
Grind into fine powder. On the day before taking the medicine, skip dinner. Next morning on an empty stomach, mix 1 qian of the herbal powder with one cup of light pork broth and 1.5 cups of good wine. By afternoon, observe the excretion on clean yellow earth; expulsion of toxic matter or colorful rotting apricot-like substances confirms efficacy. If powder is hard to swallow, make pills with wine paste, sized like mung beans, take 1.5 qian each time. This formula is highly effective and should not be neglected. Strictly avoid distilled spirits, sexual indulgence, anger, lamb, fish, heavy meat, and triggering foods.
Thousand-Gold Unchanging Divine Prescription for Treating Fistula
Genkwa Flower Bud (Yuanhua Gen), Sichuan Aconite (Chuanwu), Grass Aconite (Caowu), Arisaema Rhizome (Nanxing), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao) (each 3 qian, boil these eight herbs in several bowls of water until reduced to two bowls); Musk (Shexiang) (4 li), Yellow Beeswax (Huangla) (1 qian), Child's Tea (Haiercha) (2 qian), Borneol (Pian Nao) (2 li).
Use yellow silk threads and spider silk from crossing streets, weave them into a net using bamboo strips, twist into a cord, and boil in the prepared medicinal liquid. Use hog bristle to thread the cord into the fistula tract. After defecation, pull the thread tight, tightening three times a day. After eight or nine days, the thread falls off and flesh levels. For multiple holes, treat one hole externally with this formula and internally with Pingzang Wan to remove the root.

Grind into powder, make water pills. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach with plain water. Gradually reduce to 60 pills. Adding 5 qian of Black Barbary Fig Fruit finest powder enhances efficacy.
Silver-Ingot Tablet (Baiyin Dingzi) treats fistula; for single-hole cases, cures within ten days without pain, highly effective.
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) (3 liang), Alum (Baifan) (1 liang).
Grind together into fine powder. Melt in an iron spoon into a cake, roast in charcoal fire until smoke clears, remove to eliminate fire toxicity, and grind to powder. Mix with wheat paste to form tablet strips, insert into the fistula tract until reaching the painful depth. Apply three times daily for seven days; by the ninth day, the sore scabs and heals. If the fistula is not cured, use the following flesh-generating medicine.

Grind into fine powder. Sprinkle on the affected area. Once healed, use Taiping Ointment.

Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo), Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Licorice Root (Gancao), Lonicerae Flos (Jinyinhua), Chinese Gall (Wubeizi), Two-Ended Sharp (Liandoujian), Human Hair (Toufa) (each 2 qian), Bletilla Rhizome (Baiji), Ampelopsis Rhizome (Bailian), Fritillaria Bulb (Shancigu) (each 1 liang), Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) (1 jin).
Crush finely. Soak in oil for one day and night. Boil gently until charred, strain, and boil again until a drop does not disperse in water. Add half a jin of purified, blackened lead tetroxide (Huandan), boil until drops form pearls. Cool, then add Frankincense, Myrrh, Calomel, and Dragon's Blood (each 2 qian, powdered), mix well. If the color is too pale, add 5 qian of refined starch (Guanfen). Carefully control the fire to ensure it is neither too hot nor too cold.
Salt-Vitriol Moxibustion Method (Ge Fan Jiu Fa) treats hemorrhoids and fistulas with divine efficacy.
Green Vitriol (Zaofan) (1 jin, place on a tile supported by mud dams, dry with sesame oil, calcine the vitriol on the tile, remove sand, grind to powder), Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (1 qian, calcine in a purple powder jar until preserved nature, grind to powder), Momordica Seed (Mubiezi) (shelled, calcined, 2.5 qian, clean, grind to powder), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao) (each 1.5 qian, powdered, add before moxibustion).
Mix herbs evenly. Blend with cold water to form cakes according to sore size, apply to the sore. Perform moxibustion with three to four cones. After moxibustion, fumigate and wash with the fumigation/washing formula, six times daily. Repeat moxibustion every three to five days as before until healed.

Prepared Green Vitriol (Zaofan) (powdered, approx. two handfuls), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) (4 liang, dried and powdered, take 1 liang), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu) (4 liang, powdered, take 3 liang, clean), Scallion (Cong) (7 stalks, decoct separately).
First, decoct scallion in water for three to four boils, pour into a bottle, add the other herbs. Have the patient sit over the bottle mouth to fumigate. When water temperature is suitable, pour half to wash the sore, reserve half for subsequent moxibustion and washing until healed.
Gongdu Wan (Attack-Toxin Pill) treats hemorrhoids and fistulas. Dry and preserve the nature of bee nests containing larvae, grind to powder, make pills with wheat paste, sized like peas. Take 20 pills on an empty stomach with yellow wine.

Use very tender wood ear mushrooms, briefly boil in warm water, remove, dry, and grind to fine powder. Initial dose 1.5 qian, mixed with honey water. Increase by 1 fen daily up to 3 qian, then decrease by 1 fen per dose. Complete recovery in one month. Observe dietary restrictions. For severe buttock fistula pain, apply mashed fish bladder to stop pain.
Secretly Transmitted Divine Response Ointment (Shenying Gao) treats hemorrhoids and fistulas divinely.
Borneol (Pian Nao), Bear Bile (Xiongdan), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao) (each 5 fen).
Grind to fine powder. Mash fresh snail meat into a thin paste. Clean and dry the area nightly, apply ointment. Heals in a few applications. If fresh snails are unavailable, soak dried snails in water overnight, remove shells, use the natural meat. Grind the six herbs finely, mash with snail meat to a consistent paste. Store in a sealed ceramic jar, protected from dust and wind, otherwise ineffective.
Fumigation and Washing Decoction to Expel Toxin for Hemorrhoids and Fistulas

Grind finely. For hemorrhoids, mix with honey water and apply; four to five applications suffice. For fistulas, roll into tablets, dry, and insert according to sore size; heals within fourteen days.
A man suffered from hemorrhoids with dripping pus and blood, dry mouth and thirst, evening fever with bloody stool, spontaneous sweating, and night sweats. I diagnosed this as Yin deficiency of the Kidney and Liver.
