埋土中三日出火毒。每日空心服三盏，日进三服。其药渣晒干为末，本酒打糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三钱丸
，空心本酒下。

上七十四味，修合一处，将药绢袋装盛，外用蜂蜜、核桃仁、红枣去子各一斤，同小黄米烧酒，共装入一大
坛内，竹叶封固。七日下锅煮三炷香取出，土埋二七去火毒，每早用一小钟，久服有功，四十以上者方可用。
中风一切实热，舌强口噤、谵妄惊狂、二便闭涩者，宜解表而通里也。（宜后方。）
防风通圣散 治中风一切风热，大便闭结、小便赤涩、头面生疮、眼目赤痛，或热生风舌强口噤，或鼻
生紫赤、风刺隐疹而为肺风，或成风厉而世呼为大风，或肠风而为痔漏，或肠郁而为诸热谵妄惊狂，并皆治之，
神效。
防风 川芎 当归 白芍 连翘 薄荷 麻黄（各四分） 石膏 桔梗 黄芩（各八分） 白术 桅子
荆芥（各三分） 滑石（二钱二分） 芒硝（四分） 甘草（一钱）
上锉一剂，生姜三片，水煎温服。其大黄、芒硝、麻黄三味，对症旋入。自利去硝黄，自汗去麻黄。
一饮酒中风，身热头疼如破者，加黄连、葱白煎服立愈，慎勿用麻黄、桂枝汤解之。
一风寒于肺，咳嗽喘急，每一两加半夏、桔梗、紫菀（各二钱）
一、解利四时伤寒，内外两伤，每一两加益元散一两、葱白十根、豆豉一合，生姜五钱、水一大碗，煎五
七沸，温服一半，以鹅翎探之即吐，吐后更服一半，汗出立解。
一头旋胸热、鼻塞浊涕时下，每一两加薄荷、黄连各二钱半。《内经》云∶胆移热于脑，则辛 鼻渊，鼻渊
者，浊涕下不已也。王注曰∶脑液下渗，则为浊涕，涕下不已，如彼水泉，故曰鼻渊也。此为足太阳与阳明脉俱
盛也。
一、风热上攻，头目昏眩闷痛，痰喘咳嗽，去麻黄、芒硝、加菊花、人参、砂仁、寒水石。
一、耳鸣因酒遏者，加柴胡、枳壳、桔梗、青皮、南星、荆芥。
一眼目赤肿，风热烂弦，内外瘴翳、羞明怕日、倒睫出泪、两睑赤烂、红筋瘀血，加菊花、细辛、羌活、
独活、蒺藜、木贼、蔓荆子、草决明、玄参、蝉蜕、生姜煎服。
一、小便淋闭，去麻黄加滑石、连翘煎药汤调木香末二钱；麻黄主表，不宜里故去之。
一、腰胁走注疼痛，加芒硝、石膏、当归、甘草，一服各二钱，调车前子末、海金沙末各一钱。《内经》云∶
腰者肾之府。
一、破伤风者，如在表则辛以散之，在里则苦以下之兼散之，汗下之后，通利血气祛除风邪者，每一两内加
荆芥穗、大黄各二钱，调全蝎末一钱、羌活末一钱。
一、小儿诸风抽搐、急慢惊风、大便闭结、邪热暴甚、肠胃干涩、寝汗切牙、目睛上窜、睡语不安、转筋惊
悸、肌肉蠕动，每一两加大黄一钱、栀子二钱，调茯苓末二钱。
一、肌肉蠕动者，调羌活末一钱。经曰∶肌肉蠕动，命曰微风。
一、打扑伤损，肢节疼痛、腹中恶血不下，每一两加当归、大黄各三钱半，调乳香、没药各二钱。
一、痈疽恶疮肿毒，本方一两，倍连翘、当归，加黄连、茯苓、黄 、人参、木香、白芷、金银花、牡蛎各
半两，名滕黄饮子。如疮在上，加当归用酒浸。
一、发斑热，本方一两，加黄连五钱。
一劳汗当风，汗出为鼓，郁乃痤，劳出于玄府，脂液所凝，去芒硝倍加芍药、当归，发散玄府之风，当调
其荣卫，俗云风刺。一生隐疹，或赤或白，麻黄、豆豉、葱白出其汗，麻黄去节，并去芒硝咸走血而内凝，故不
发汗，还根据前方中加四物汤、黄连解毒汤，三药合而服之，日二服，故《内经》曰∶以苦发之，谓热在肌表达内
也。一气逆者，调
木香末一钱服。一痢后鹤膝风良验。
中三十六种风症者，宜专攻也，（俱宜后方）。

口发狂言气心风，朱砂汤下；十指断裂，盐汤下；饮食无味，皂角汤下；遍身疥癣肺风，茶下；口眼 斜，茶汤
下；迎风冷泪，米泔汤下；手足皮肿，天麻汤下；大肠下血，烧独蒜汤下，心胸闷、胸膈噎塞，姜汤下；发狂吐

补遗方
秘传药酒方 治瘫痪腿疼、手足麻痒不能移动者。

上锉入绢袋内，入南酒或无灰酒，重汤煮一炷香为度。
早晚随量饮之，不忌诸物。
绒花散 大梁李沧溪传治左瘫右痪。
鳖甲（醋炙九次） 鹿茸 乳香 没药 绒花树皮（即夜合花根）
上五味各为细末，各二钱合一处研匀，分为二服，五更黄酒送下，一服五钱，男子至重者，二服出汗，
女人至重，止用一服神效。
独神丹 治瘫痪疼痛，手足挛拳。
用淮安陈曲一块，将四面削去各一指浓，用中心的打碎、砂锅内炒去湿气，为细末，用福建黑糖等分，入石
臼内捣匀，再用生姜汁熬熟，旋添入内，捣如泥丸，作弹子大，收贮瓷器内，每服细嚼。病在上者，晚上用黄
酒下；病在下者，五更用牛膝煎酒送下一丸；如全身有病，早晚如引送下，克日奏效。
秘方 治瘫痪如神。
熟牛骨内髓一碗，炼熟蜜一斤，二味滤过，入炒面一斤、炒干姜末三两。四味搅匀，丸如弹子大，一日服
三四丸，细嚼酒下，大效。
神仙外应膏 治左瘫右痪、筋骨疼痛、手足拘挛。
川乌一斤为细末，用隔年陈醋入砂锅内慢火熬如酱色，敷患处。如病有一年，敷后一日发痒；如病二年，二
日发痒。痒时令人将手拍痒处，以不痒为度。先用升麻、皮硝、生姜煎水洗患处，然后敷药，不可见风。

以上共四十四味药，全部切成片，用生丝布袋装好。用好酒一大金华坛浸泡药物三天，密封好后放入锅中悬空煮三个时辰，取出后埋在土中三天以去除火毒。每天空腹服用三盏，每日进服三次。剩下的药渣晒干研成粉末，用原酒打糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三钱丸药，空腹时用原酒送服。
仙传药酒方 治疗男女左侧或右侧肢体瘫痪、口眼歪斜、手足顽固麻木、筋骨疼痛、各种风症、痔疮漏管、寒湿脚气、疝气、
十膈五噎、产前产后病、子宫长期寒冷、赤白带下、无法受孕、月经不调、气滞痞块，其功效无法一一陈述。

以上七十四味药，加工合在一起，将药装入绢袋，外用蜂蜜、核桃仁、红枣去核各一斤，同小黄米烧酒一起装入一个大坛内，用竹叶封口密封。七天入锅煮三炷香的时间取出，埋入土中十四天以去除火毒，每天早上用一小杯饮用，长期服用有效，四十岁以上的人方可使用。
中风出现一切热证，舌体僵硬、牙关紧闭、胡言乱语、惊恐狂躁、大小便闭塞不通的，适宜采用解表并通里的方法治疗。（适宜参考后方。）
防风通圣散 治疗中风引起的一切风热证，大便闭结、小便赤涩、头面生疮、眼睛红肿疼痛，或者热盛生风导致舌强口噤，或者鼻子
生出紫红色斑点、风刺隐疹而成为肺风，或者发展成风厉病也就是世人称为的大风，或者肠风导致痔疮漏管，或者肠郁导致各种热证、胡言乱语、惊恐狂躁，都能治疗，效果神奇。
防风 川芎 当归 白芍 连翘 薄荷 麻黄（各四分） 石膏 桔梗 黄芩（各八分） 白术 栀子
荆芥（各三分） 滑石（二钱二分） 芒硝（四分） 甘草（一钱）
将上述药材锉碎为一剂，加生姜三片，用水煎煮温服。其中的大黄、芒硝、麻黄三味药，根据症状对症加入。如果自利（腹泻）则去掉硝黄，如果自汗则去掉麻黄。
有一种饮酒后中风，身体发热头痛如破裂感的，加黄连、葱白煎服立即痊愈，千万不要用麻黄、桂枝汤来解表。
有一种风寒侵袭肺部，咳嗽气喘急促的，每一两药中加入半夏、桔梗、紫菀（各二钱）
一种情况是，解除四季伤寒，内外同时受伤，每一两药中加入益元散一两、葱白十根、豆豉一合，生姜五钱、水一大碗，煎煮五到七沸，温服一半，用鹅毛探喉催吐，吐后再服另一半，出汗后立即缓解。
一种情况是，头晕胸热、鼻塞流浊涕不时落下，每一两药中加入薄荷、黄连各二钱半。《内经》说：胆热移于脑，则鼻窍辛辣，形成鼻渊，鼻渊
的症状是，浊涕不断流出。王冰注解说：脑液下渗，就形成浊涕，涕下不止，像泉水一样，所以叫鼻渊。这是足太阳经与阳明经脉都旺盛的表现。
一种情况是，风热向上攻冲，头目昏眩闷痛，痰喘咳嗽，去掉麻黄、芒硝，加入菊花、人参、砂仁、寒水石。
一种情况是，耳鸣因酒遏引起的，加入柴胡、枳壳、桔梗、青皮、天南星、荆芥。
一种情况是，眼睛红肿，风热导致眼睑溃烂，内外障翳、怕光畏日、倒睫流泪、眼睑赤烂、红筋瘀血，加入菊花、细辛、羌活、
独活、蒺藜、木贼、蔓荆子、草决明、玄参、蝉蜕、生姜煎服。
一种情况是，小便淋沥闭阻，去掉麻黄加入滑石、连翘煎药汤调服木香末二钱；因为麻黄主走表，不宜用于里证所以去掉它。
一种情况是，腰胁部游走性疼痛，加入芒硝、石膏、当归、甘草，各二钱，调用车前子末、海金沙末各一钱。《内经》说：
腰部是肾脏的府邸。
一种情况是，破伤风患者，如果在表则用辛味药发散，如果在里则用苦味药攻下兼以发散，发汗攻下之后，通畅气血祛除风邪的，每一两药内加
荆芥穗、大黄各二钱，调全蝎末一钱、羌活末一钱。
一种情况是，小儿各种风症抽搐、急慢惊风、大便闭结、邪热暴烈、肠胃干涩、盗咬牙关、眼球上窜、睡中呓语不安、转筋惊
悸、肌肉跳动，每一两药加大黄一钱、栀子二钱，调茯苓末二钱。
一种情况是，肌肉跳动的，调羌活末一钱。经文说：肌肉跳动，命名为微风。
一种情况是，跌打损伤，肢节疼痛、腹中有恶血不下，每一两药加当归、大黄各三钱半，调乳香、没药各二钱。
一种情况是，痈疽恶疮肿毒，本方一两，加倍连翘、当归，加入黄连、茯苓、黄芪、人参、木香、白芷、金银花、牡蛎各
半两，名为滕黄饮子。如果疮疡在上部，加当归并用酒浸泡。
一种情况是，发斑热，本方一两，加入黄连五钱。
一种情况是，劳作出汗当风，汗出形成鼓胀，郁结乃成痤疮，劳气出于玄府，脂液凝结，去掉芒硝加倍加入芍药、当归，发散玄府之风，应当调理
营卫，俗称风刺。一生隐疹，颜色或红或白，用麻黄、豆豉、葱白发汗，麻黄去节，并去掉芒硝因为咸味走血而内部凝滞，所以不
发汗，还根据前方中加入四物汤、黄连解毒汤，三种药合起来服用，每天两次服用，所以《内经》说：用苦味药发散，谓热在肌表达于内

木香末一钱服用。痢疾后鹤膝风疗效良好。

以上五味药各研成细末，各取二钱混合在一起研匀，分为两份服用，五更天用黄酒送下，一份五钱，男子病情至重的，两份一起服用出汗，
女子病情至重，只用一份服用效果神奇。
独神丹 治疗瘫痪疼痛，手足挛缩弯曲。

酒送服；病在下部的，五更天用牛膝煎酒送下一丸；如果全身有病，早晚如同引经药一样送服，几天内见效。
秘方 治疗瘫痪如神。

川乌一斤研成细末，用隔年陈醋放入砂锅内用慢火熬成酱色，敷于患处。如果病有一年，敷后一天发痒；如果病二年，二
天发痒。发痒时让人用手拍打痒处，以不痒为度。先用升麻、皮硝、生姜煎水洗患处，然后敷药，不可见风。

Total forty-four medicinal materials, all sliced, placed in a raw silk bag. Soak the medicine in a large Jinhua jar of good wine for three days, seal tightly and place in a pot to suspend-boil for three shichen (6 hours), take out and bury in soil for three days to remove fire toxicity. Take three cups on an empty stomach daily, administered three times a day. Dry the remaining medicinal dregs, grind into powder, use original wine to make paste for pills, size like wutong seeds. Take three qian of pills each time, on an empty stomach with original wine.

Seventy-four medicinal materials processed together, put the medicine in a silk bag, externally add honey, walnut kernels, red dates pitted each one jin, together with small yellow millet liquor,装入 a large jar, sealed with bamboo leaves. Boil in a pot for three incense sticks' time after seven days, bury in earth for fourteen days to remove fire toxicity, drink one small cup every morning, long-term use is effective, only usable for those over forty years old.
For stroke presenting with all heat syndromes, stiff tongue, locked jaw, delirium, fright and mania, constipation and urinary retention, it is appropriate to release the exterior and unblock the interior. (Refer to the following formula.)
Fang Feng Tong Sheng San Treats all wind-heat syndromes caused by stroke, constipation, dark and scanty urine, sores on head and face, red and painful eyes, or heat generating wind causing stiff tongue and locked jaw, or purple-red spots on nose, wind刺 hidden rashes becoming lung wind, or developing into Feng Li disease also known as Great Wind in the world, or intestinal wind causing hemorrhoids and fistulas, or intestinal depression causing various heat syndromes, delirium and mania, all can be treated, with miraculous effects.

Grind one dose, add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct with water and take warm. The three ingredients Rhubarb, Mirabilite, and Ephedra should be added according to symptoms. If spontaneous diarrhea, remove Mirabilite and Rhubarb; if spontaneous sweating, remove Ephedra.
For stroke after drinking alcohol, with body heat and headache like breaking, add Coptis and Scallion White, decoct and take for immediate cure, strictly avoid using Ephedra and Cinnamon Twig Decoction to release the exterior.
For wind-cold attacking the lungs, coughing and rapid breathing, add Pinellia, Platycodon, and Aster Root (each two qian) per one liang of the base formula.
One method for resolving four-season cold damage, internal and external injury simultaneously, add Yi Yuan San one liang, ten Scallion Whites, one he of Fermented Soybeans, five qian of fresh ginger, one bowl of water to one liang of the base formula, boil for five to seven boils, take half warm, probe throat with goose feather to induce vomiting, then take the other half after vomiting, relief occurs immediately upon sweating.
One method for dizziness, chest heat, nasal congestion with turbid discharge, add Mint and Coptis (each two qian half) per one liang. As stated in *Nei Jing*: "Gallbladder heat transfers to the brain, causing pungency in the nose, forming Bi Yuan." Bi Yuan refers to continuous turbid nasal discharge. Wang Bing's commentary states: "Brain fluid seeps down, forming turbid discharge; continuous discharge like a spring is called Bi Yuan." This indicates flourishing of both Foot Taiyang and Yangming meridians.
One method for wind-heat attacking upwards, causing dizziness, heavy head pain, phlegm-wheezing and cough, remove Ephedra and Mirabilite, add Chrysanthemum, Ginseng, Amomum, and Halloysitum Rubrum.
One method for tinnitus caused by alcohol obstruction, add Bupleurum, Aurantium, Platycodon, Tangerine Peel, Pinellia, and Schizonepeta.
One method for red and swollen eyes, wind-heat causing eyelid ulceration, internal and external nebulae, photophobia, inverted eyelashes, tearing, red and rotten eyelids, red veins and blood stasis, add Chrysanthemum, Asarum, Notopterygium, Angelica Dahurica, Tribulus, Equisetum, Vitex, Cassia Seed, Scrophularia, Cicada Slough, and Fresh Ginger, decoct and take.
One method for strangury and urinary retention, remove Ephedra, add Talcum and Forsythia, decoct medicine soup to mix with two qian of Costus root powder; Ephedra governs the exterior and is not suitable for interior conditions, hence removed.
One method for wandering pain in waist and hypochondrium, add Mirabilite, Gypsum, Angelica Sinensis, and Licorice, each two qian, mixed with Plantago seed powder and Lygodium spore powder, one qian each. As stated in *Nei Jing*: "The waist is the mansion of the Kidney."
One method for tetanus, if in the exterior, disperse with acrid herbs; if in the interior, purge with bitter herbs and disperse simultaneously. After sweating and purging, to unblock qi and blood and dispel wind pathogens, add Schizonepeta Spike and Rhubarb (each two qian) per one liang, mixed with one qian of Scorpion powder and one qian of Notopterygium powder.
One method for various pediatric wind syndromes with convulsions, acute and chronic infantile convulsion, constipation, violent evil heat, dry intestines and stomach, night sweats, teeth grinding, upward rolling of eyes, sleep-talking and restlessness, muscle twitching and palpitations, add one qian of Rhubarb and two qian of Gardenia per one liang, mixed with two qian of Poria powder.
One method for muscle twitching, mix with one qian of Notopterygium powder. The classic says: "Muscle twitching is named slight wind."
One method for traumatic injuries, joint pain, and stagnant blood in the abdomen, add Angelica Sinensis and Rhubarb (each three qian half) per one liang, mixed with two qian each of Frankincense and Myrrh.
One method for carbuncles, malignant sores, swelling and toxins, use one liang of this base formula, double Lian Qiao and Dang Gui, add Coptis, Poria, Astragalus, Ginseng, Costus, Angelica Dahurica, Honeysuckle, and Oyster Shell (each half liang), named Teng Huang Yin Zi. If sores are in the upper body, add Dang Gui soaked in wine.
One method for maculopapular fever, use one liang of this base formula, add five qian of Coptis.
One method for labor sweat exposed to wind, sweat forms鼓胀, depression leads to acne, labor qi exits through xuankou, lipid condenses, remove Mirabilite, double Peony and Angelica Sinensis, disperse wind from xuankou, regulate Ying and Wei, commonly known as wind刺. One life with hidden rashes, red or white, use Ephedra, Fermented Soybeans, and Scallion White to induce sweat, remove Ephedra joints, and also remove Mirabilite because salty flavor enters blood and coagulates internally, thus not inducing sweat; still follow the previous formula adding Si Wu Tang and Huang Lian Jie Du Tang, take three medicines combined, twice daily. Thus *Nei Jing* says: "Use bitter herbs to disperse," meaning heat is at the muscle layer reaching the interior. For qi rebellion, take one qian of Costus root powder. Excellent effect for crural deformity after dysentery.

Each of the five medicinal materials ground into fine powder, two qian each mixed together and ground evenly, divided into two doses, taken down with yellow wine at dawn, one dose five qian. For severe cases in men, take two doses to induce sweat; for severe cases in women, only one dose is needed for miraculous effect.
Du Shen Dan Treats paralysis pain, contracture of hands and feet.
Take a piece of Huai'an aged yeast, shave off one finger-thickness from all four sides, crush the center, stir-fry in a clay pot to remove moisture, grind into fine powder. Mix equally with Fujian brown sugar, pound evenly in a stone mortar, then add fresh ginger juice and cook until thick, continuously adding while pounding into mud-like pills, size like bullets, store in porcelain jars. Chew thoroughly when taking. For diseases in the upper body, take down with yellow wine at night; for diseases in the lower body, take one pill down with Niu Xi decocted wine at dawn; if the whole body is diseased, take morning and evening as guided, effective within days.
Secret Recipe Treats paralysis miraculously.
One bowl of marrow from cooked beef bones, one jin of refined honey, filter these two ingredients, add one jin of stir-fried flour, three liang of stir-fried dried ginger powder. Mix four ingredients evenly, make into bullet-sized pills, take three to four pills daily, chew thoroughly and take down with wine, highly effective.
Shen Xian Wai Ying Gao Treats left and right hemiplegia, bone and joint pain, contracture of hands and feet.
One jin of Chuan Wu ground into fine powder, use aged vinegar from last year, slowly boil in a clay pot until sauce-colored, apply to affected area. If disease has lasted one year, itching starts one day after application; if two years, itching starts on the second day. When itching, have someone pat the itchy area until itching stops. First wash the affected area with decoction of Cimicifuga, Mirabilite, and Fresh Ginger, then apply medicine, avoid wind.
