扶衰仙凤酒 治男妇小儿诸虚百损、五劳七伤、瘦怯无力及妇人赤白带下，神效。
用肥线鸡一只，将绳吊死，退去毛屎不用，将鸡切四大块，再切入生姜四两、胶枣半斤，用
好酒五、六壶。共三味装入一大坛内，将泥封固坛口，重汤煮一日，凉水拔出火毒。每服以
空心将鸡酒连姜枣随意食之。其效如神。
徐国公仙酒方 张尚书传于龚预源。头酽好烧酒一坛，龙眼（去壳）二、三斤入酒内浸之
。日久则颜色娇红，滋味香美。专补心血，善壮元阳，疗怔忡惊悸不寐等症。早晚各随量饮
数杯。悦颜色，助精神，大有补益。故名仙酒。
红颜酒 一名不老汤。
胡桃仁（泡去皮，四两） 小红枣（四两） 白蜜（四两） 酥油（二两） 杏仁（泡去皮尖，不用双仁
，煮四、五沸，晒干）一两上用自造好烧酒一金华坛，先以蜜油溶开入酒，随将三药入
酒内浸三七日。每早服二、三杯。甚妙。
仙茅酒
仙茅四两（出四川，用米泔水浸去赤水尽，日晒） 淫羊藿（洗尽，四两） 南五加皮（四两，
酒洗净）
上锉剂，用黄绢袋盛，悬入无灰酒一中坛内，三七日后取。早晚饮一、二杯。殊效。
驻世珍馐 常用补虚。
当归（酒洗） 南芎 白芍（酒炒） 熟地黄 菟丝子（酒制） 巴戟（酒浸，去心） 肉苁蓉
（酒洗） 益智仁（酒炒） 牛膝（去芦，酒洗） 杜仲（姜酒炒，去丝） 山药 青盐 大茴
山茱萸（酒蒸，去核） 枸杞子（酒洗） 川椒（炒） 干姜 甘草（炙）上各等分
为细末，用 猪肉不拘多少，切片酒炒熟，入药再炒，不可用水，磁器收贮。空心
食之，好酒送下。忌生冷。
取龙虎水法 龙属水，虎属金，即童男童女。取之时谨择有五种不用。男五种者，生、
逮、半、变、渎也。生者，外肾不举；逮者，声雄皮粗；变者，腥膻狐臭；半者，黄肥多病
；渎者，疥癞疮疽。女五种者，罗、纹、服、交、脉也。罗者，阴户上有横骨；纹者，狐臭
体气；服者，实女也；交者，声雄发粗，皮肤粗糙无颜色；脉者，疮痍病患生理残障。二鼎器务
宜择眉清目秀，盈月之相，三停相等，唇红齿白，发黑声清，肤肥细腻，年方十三四、十五
六未破者。用黍稷稻梁、红豆、红枣、 猪肉、鲫鱼等味，与彼食之。忌葱蒜韭薤、五
荤三厌、秽汗二水，戒喧哗、手舞足蹈，耗散精华。未取之时，先调百日，十月起、三月止
，置瓷缸、磁坛于僻处收贮以盖之。积至二、三石，听候炼用。
阴炼龙虎石 将前积二水，置瓷缸三、四口或五、六口于静僻通沟去处，每缸置于五、
六分龙虎水，加井水五分，下白矾、白术各二两，松、柏叶各二两。取杨柳根三、四茎一扎
，顺搅千余下，盖之勿动。看待水澄清去盖，逼去清水，又加井水满缸，以绢滤去渣，又搅
二、三百转，盖之澄清。又尽逼去清水，仍加井水，又搅又逼又滤，如此十余次，直待水香
为止。逼去尽，用米筛三、四个，内铺白绵纸，将浑龙虎石取入筛内，候水干移在日色内处
，以竹刀划成骨牌路晒干，如粉之白，即是阴炼龙虎石。瓷盒收贮，合药用。此药能补心生
精，养血之至药也。
阳炼龙虎石 择露天空地砌灶二眼，坐东朝西，安三尺二寸、二尺四寸大锅两口，锅近
处安缸四口，先积下龙虎水二缸或三缸，方洗净锅锈。先于大锅内入五瓢，慢火熬至起沫，
以罩滤去滓，撤去油末，直待熬至不起沫方起锅于小锅内，细火熬。大锅内仍添二、三瓢，
又熬去沫，又起小锅内。如此少少渐添渐起，以尽为度。大锅住火，小锅慢慢火熬，用铲子
不住手铲。待水干成膏，上用一小盆合住锅口，周遭用泥封固严密，止留一孔出水气。看水
气尽，孔内飞出金星青气，急以泥封孔眼，缸底用湿布一方，不可水大，多只以水润之，小
火烧至锅底紫色退火，冷定至第二日。先去口上泥净揭开，升在缸上的已汞灵药红、黑、白
各色另收听候用。另打黄芽将锅底内黑膏子铲起，另入一小锅内，砖支起，大火烧。待黑烟
尽，连锅通红，退火晾冷。酌量下井水或露水尤妙。烧滚，先置净缸一口于室内，上安竹筛
，内铺绵纸，滤沥清水入缸筛内，黑滓不用，将滤下清水看如水清碧就磁盆煎出净石来。如
略有些黄色，还用前小锅煎干，再 一火晾冷，仍下水煎滚，照前滤入缸内，直看滤下水如
井水一般清碧，以瓷盆用砖去支起，徐徐添炭火煎前淋沥的清水，滚，以竹铲不住手铲，只
待煎铲焙干略待潮取出，倾在纸上，移于日色处晒干，似雪之白，即是阳炼龙虎石。
取红铅法 择十三、四岁美鼎，谨防他五种破败不用。五种者，罗、纹、服、交、脉也
。罗者，阴户上有大横骨，不便采择，一也；纹者，体气发黄，癸水腥 ，不堪制用，
二也；服者，实女无经，三也；交者，声雄皮粗，气血不清，四也；脉者，多病疮疽，经中
带毒，五也。有此五种，非为补益之妙丹。务择眉清目秀，齿白唇红，发黑面光，肌肤细腻
，不瘦不肥，三停相等，好鼎。算他生年月日起约至五千四十八日之先后，先看他两腮如桃
红花，额上有光，身热气喘，腰膝酸痛，困倦呻吟，即是癸将降矣。先预备绢帛儿槌洗，或
羊胞做橐龠，或用金银打就的偃月器，或候他花开，与他系合阴门，令他于椅凳上平坐，不
可斜倚，如觉有红，取下再换一付，多余处用绢帛来展，更换收入瓷盆内。待经尽，同制上
法五千四十八日。近有十三岁而来，十六七而至何也?皆因禀受父精母血浓薄不同，亦有长
成因受乳食致令气血各有不平，故难以期定。惟在观他动静，察他形色是其期也。如得年月
应期，乃是真正首经至宝，实为接命上品之药。如前后不等，只作首铅初至，金铅二次，红
铅三次，以后皆属后天红铅。只堪制配合药，不宜单作服食。既明采取之法，听后制服。三
腥五膻浊气必须仔细修炼，方成至药者焉。
制红铅法 先将乌梅一斤，煎水一桶，去梅核冷定。如取得有红铅，或器或帛俱入梅缸
内洗下。用乌梅水时，先看红铅，有一个止用梅水三碗，或多或少，随意加减，不可太过不
及。梅水洗下来铅再加井水或河水，用大瓷盆令满，以木棍搅数十转，用盖盖之，勿动。待
水清，轻轻逼去清水，将澄下铅仍加水，又打又搅又澄，如此七次或九次，数足，逼去水尽
，止剩得红浆一碗或半碗。取净灰用盆盛，贮中剐一孔，量容多少，以软绢铺纸，把铅浆倾
入纸上，荫水尽，方取，于日色处晒干。此即制服腥膻、秽垢之法，方合入药配合服。专主
助血养神，其功甚大，收贮听用。
制金乳粉法 择美鼎先看婴童肥白有精神者，即是气血盛而乳可用矣。亦用头生二八、
三七才可摘取，过期血弱不可用也。取下一碗或半碗，对露水均平，搅百遭，过夜，其乳自
分。逼去水，将乳入瓷盆内，晒干碾细成粉，渐取渐制，积得半斤四两，听候配红铅成丹也
三元丹 治诸虚百损，补气生精，安魂定魄，益寿延年。
红铅 娇乳（各一两） 辰砂 乳香（各一钱） 虚无秋石（一钱，用便盆或新砖自生者方可）
上俱为细末，用鸡子一个，磕一孔将青黄倾出，用纸展浮装前药入内，纸糊严密，放群
蛋内与鸡抱之三七，取出，乳和为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三丸，五更时人乳送下。稍有汗出
，不可见风。
神仙小圣药
红铅（半盏，真女首经更佳，二、三次出者次之；其色红黄为上，纯红者为中，紫黑者不
用） 朱砂（五钱，用辰州豆片者佳，有精神为最）
先将红铅取来，拌入朱砂，放瓷盆内，日晒月照四十九日毕，飞仙池文武火升三炷香，
其药透蔑过一边冷定，开看与金箔相似，用鸡翎扫下约一分八厘为上等；其次一分二厘以乌
金纸包，入小眼药罐内，以黄蜡封口，外尿胞皮通身包裹，仍放大瓶内，以绵絮塞紧，仍用
竹叶尿脬紧扎，用络以长绳引入井中去火毒，四十九日取出，择吉日将药置于桌上南向，香
纸供献俱南向。用好乳香末半分研细末，以人乳二、三滴将圣药和匀作三丸。服者对天南向
跪拜祝毕，举药入口，将人乳送下，即归室中静养三七日，然后方许出门动作。须发如银俱
皆变黑。服药一度，可延寿一纪。
彭祖小接命熏脐秘方 夫人禀天地之灵气，赖精血而化生。阴阳交媾，胚胎始凝，如太
极之未判，似混沌之未分。男子之左肾先具，外精裹血，而阴焉中处；女子之右肾先具，外
血裹精，而阳焉内存。肾乃生脾，脾次生乎肝，肝乃生肺，肺复生乎其心。凡在其内，四门
皆闭，九窍不通，唯有其脐则与母气相通。母呼则呼，母吸则吸。十月胎定，百神具备而与
母分离。剪脐落地，犹恐脐窍不闭有伤婴儿之真气，随用艾火熏蒸，外固脐蒂之坚牢，内保
真气而不漏。渐长成人，四门皆开，九窍俱启，因七情六欲之牵诱，五味五音之感通，真元
丧失，真气破倾。人之幼年，血气衰败，精神羸弱，渐觉有患，或生冷浓味伤其六腑，喜怒
哀乐损于五脏，致使心肾不交，阴阳偏盛，五劳七伤，渐进着体，七 八瘕，陆续沾身
，染患日久，殒躯丧命，良可叹也!譬诸草木，皆禀天地而生，根壮枝盛，本弱木衰；若水
灌、土培，根润而复生矣。人至中年，气血渐衰，疾病易起，止知疗患，不知壮根固本之法
，人生尘世，返不如草木而能回生也。凡人生育之时，脐带一落，用艾火以熏蒸即得坚固。
人之中年以后，患临其身，如草木复其浇培，以法熏蒸其脐，岂不去恶除疾而保生也。余哀
悯后人不终天年而夭丧，特传济世之方，普授延年之妙药。壮固根蒂、保护形躯，熏蒸本原
，却除百病，蠲五脏之痛患，保一身之康宁。其中药品禀性忠良，采阴阳之正气，配君臣之
辅佐，其效如神，其应如响，复有回生济世之功，保命延年之妙。此方遇高尚贤士可传，勿
示匪人，恐遭天遣。保而敬之。每年中秋日熏蒸一次，却疾延年，彻上部之火邪，去心肠之
宿疾，妇人月信不调，赤白带下，男子下元亏损，遗精白浊，阳事不举，并皆熏之。如熏蒸
之时，令人饱食，舒身仰卧；用 麦面水和捏一圈径过寸余，如脐大者三、二寸，内入药末
；用槐皮一块，去粗皮，止用半分浓覆圈药之上。如豆大艾壮灸之，百脉和畅，毛窍皆通，
上至泥丸，下至涌泉，冷汗如雨，久之觉饥，再食再灸。不可令痛，痛则反泄真气。灸至行
年数岁为止，无病者连日灸之，有病者三日一次，灸至腹内作声作痛，大便有涎沫等物出为
止。只服米汤，兼食白肉、黄酒，以助药力。若患风气，有郁热在腠理者，加女子红铅拌药
，则易汗出而疾随愈。槐皮如觉焦色，即易新的。凡灸之后，容颜不同，效应可验。今将制
药品味开列于后∶
乳香 没药 鼠粪（一头有尖者是） 青盐 两头尖 川续断（各一钱） 麝香（二分）
上共为细末用。
益寿比天膏 此药最能添精补髓，保固真精不泄；善助元阳，滋润皮肤，壮筋骨、理腰
膝；下元虚冷，五劳七伤，半身不遂，或下部虚冷，膀胱病症，脚膝酸麻，阳事不举。男子
贴之，行步康健，气力倍添，奔走如飞；女子贴之，能除赤白带下、沙淋血崩，兼下生疮疖
，能通二十四道血脉，坚固身体，返老还童。专治喘户，遇鼎气不泄真精，大臻灵验，非至
仁不可轻泄，其妙如神。
鹿茸 附子（去皮脐） 牛膝（去芦） 虎胫骨（酥炙） 蛇床子 菟丝子 川续断 远志肉
肉苁蓉 天门冬（去心） 麦门冬（去心） 杏仁 生地 熟地 官桂 川楝子（去核） 山茱
萸（去核） 巴载（去心） 破故纸 杜仲（去皮） 木鳖子（去壳） 肉豆蔻 紫稍花 谷精草
穿山甲 大麻子（去壳，各一两） 甘草（二两，净末，看众药焦枯方下） 桑、槐、柳枝（各七寸）
上锉细，用真香油一斤四两浸一昼夜，慢火熬至黑色；用飞过好黄丹八两、黄香四两入
内，柳棍搅，不住手；再下雄黄、倭硫、龙骨、赤石脂各二两，将铜匙挑药滴水成珠不散为
度；又下母丁香、沉香、木香、乳香、没药、阳起石、 蟾酥、哑芙蓉各二钱，麝香一钱为
末，共搅入内；又下黄蜡五钱。将膏贮磁罐内，封口严密，入水中浸五日，去火毒。每一个
重七钱。红绢摊开，贴脐上或两腰眼上。每一个贴六十日方换。其功不可尽述。
九天灵应散 治男子阴湿阳痿，每逢不举。
黑附子 蛇床子 紫稍花 远志 菖蒲 海螵蛸 木鳖子 丁香（各二钱） 朝脑（一钱五分
上为末。每用五钱，水三碗，煎至一碗半。温洗阴囊并湿处，日洗二次。留水温洗，多
洗更好。
扶衰仙凤酒：治疗男女小儿的各种虚损、五劳七伤、身体消瘦怯弱无力，以及妇女赤白带下，效果神奇。
用一只肥线鸡，用绳子吊死，褪去羽毛和粪便不用，将鸡切成四大块，再加入生姜四两、胶枣半斤，用好酒五到六壶。将这三味药装入一个大坛子里，用泥封固坛口，隔水蒸煮一天，放入凉水中去除火毒。每次空腹时，将鸡肉、酒连同姜枣随意食用。其效果如神一般灵验。
徐国公仙酒方：由张尚书传授给龚预源。取一坛浓稠的好烧酒，加入二至三斤龙眼肉（去壳）浸泡在酒中。时间久了颜色会变得娇红，滋味香美。专门补益心血，善于壮旺元阳，治疗怔忡惊悸、失眠等症状。早晚各随量饮用几杯。能愉悦面色，助益精神，大有补益功效。所以称为仙酒。
红颜酒：又名不老汤。
胡桃仁（泡去皮，四两）、小红枣（四两）、白蜜（四两）、酥油（二两）、杏仁（泡去皮尖，不用双仁，煮四五沸后晒干）一两。以上药材用自制的优质烧酒一金华坛，先将蜜和油溶化倒入酒中，随后将三种药材放入酒内浸泡三七二十一日。每天早晨服用二至三杯。非常奇妙。
仙茅酒：
仙茅四两（产自四川，用米泔水浸泡直到赤水色尽除，日晒干燥）、淫羊藿（洗净，四两）、南五加皮（四两，用酒洗净）。
以上切碎，用黄绢袋盛装，悬挂浸入无灰酒一中坛内，三七二十一日后取出。早晚饮用一至二杯。效果殊佳。
驻世珍馐：常用于补虚。
当归（酒洗）、南芎、白芍（酒炒）、熟地黄、菟丝子（酒制）、巴戟天（酒浸，去心）、肉苁蓉（酒洗）、益智仁（酒炒）、牛膝（去芦头，酒洗）、杜仲（姜酒炒，去丝）、山药、青盐、大茴香、山茱萸（酒蒸，去核）、枸杞子（酒洗）、川椒（炒）、干姜、甘草（炙）。以上各等分研为细末，用猪肉不拘多少，切片后用酒炒熟，加入药物再炒，不可用水，用瓷器收贮。空腹食用，好酒送服。忌食生冷。
取龙虎水法：龙属水，虎属金，指童男童女。采集时要谨慎选择五种情况不用的。男性五种情况是：生、逮、半、变、渎。“生”，指外肾不举；“逮”，指声音雄浑皮肤粗糙；“变”，指有腥膻狐臭；“半”，指黄胖多病；“渎”，指患有疥癞疮疽。女性五种情况是：罗、纹、服、交、脉。“罗”，指阴户上有横骨；“纹”，指有狐臭体味；“服”，指实女（处女膜完整未破者）；“交”，指声音雄浑头发粗硬，皮肤粗糙无光泽；“脉”，指有疮痍病患或生理残障。两个鼎器（指采集体格端正者）务必选择眉清目秀，满月之相，三停相等，唇红齿白，发黑声清，肤肥细腻，年龄正好十三四岁、十五六岁尚未破身者。用黍稷稻梁、红豆、红枣、猪肉、鲫鱼等食物给他们吃。忌食葱蒜韭薤、五荤三厌、秽汗二水，戒除喧哗、手舞足蹈，以免耗散精华。未采集之前，先调理百日，从十月起到三月止，将瓷缸、磁坛放在僻静处收贮并盖上盖子。积累至二、三石，听候炼制使用。
阴炼龙虎石：将前面积累的龙虎水，放置在三四口或五六口瓷缸中，置于安静偏僻且有排水沟的地方。每缸注入五六分的龙虎水，加入五分井水，再放入白矾、白术各二两，松叶、柏叶各二两。取杨柳根三至四茎扎成一束，顺着一个方向搅拌一千多下，盖上不要动。观察水澄清后去掉盖子，逼去清水，再加井水满缸，用绢布过滤去渣，又搅拌二三百转，盖上使其澄清。再次逼去清水，仍加井水，又搅又逼又滤，如此十几次，直到水发出香味为止。逼去干净后，用三四个米筛，里面铺上白绵纸，将浑浊的龙虎石取入筛内，等水干后移到日光下，用竹刀划成骨牌状路晾干，像粉一样白，这就是阴炼龙虎石。用瓷盒收贮，配合药用。此药能补心生精，是养血的极妙药物。
阳炼龙虎石：选择露天空地砌两个灶眼，坐东朝西，安装直径三尺二寸和二尺四寸的大锅两口，锅近处安放四口缸，先积累下龙虎水二缸或三缸，然后洗净锅锈。先在在大锅内加入五瓢水，慢火熬至起沫，用罩过滤去滓，撇去油末，直待熬至不起沫才起锅倒入小锅内，用细火熬。大锅内仍添加二、三瓢水，又熬去沫，又起锅倒入小锅内。如此少量逐渐添加逐渐起锅，以用完为度。大锅停火，小锅慢慢火熬，用铲子不停地铲。等到水干成膏，上面用小盆合住锅口，周遭用泥封固严密，只留一个孔出水气。看水气尽，孔内飞出金星青气，急忙用泥封住孔眼，缸底放一方湿布，不可水太大，只需润湿即可，小火烧至锅底紫色退去火气，冷却至第二天。先去掉口上的泥净揭开，升在缸上的已汞灵药红、黑、白各色另收听候使用。另外打黄芽将锅底内黑膏子铲起，另外放入一小锅内，用砖支起，大火烧。等到黑烟尽，连锅通红，退火晾冷。酌量加入井水或露水尤妙。烧滚，先放置一口干净的缸在室内，上面安竹筛，里面铺绵纸，滤沥清水入缸筛内，黑滓不用，将滤下的清水看如水清碧就放入磁盆煎出干净的石头来。如果略有些黄色，还用前小锅煎干，再一火晾冷，仍下水煎滚，照前滤入缸内，直看到滤下水如井水一般清碧，用瓷盆用砖支起，徐徐添炭火煎前淋沥的清水，滚，用竹铲不停地铲，只待煎铲焙干略待潮取出，倾在纸上，移到日光下晒干，像雪一样白，就是阳炼龙虎石。

制金乳粉法：选择美丽的鼎器，先看婴童肥白有精神的，就是气血盛而乳汁可用。也必须是头生二八、三七岁才可摘取，过期血弱不可用。取下一碗或半碗，对露水均平，搅一百遭，过夜，其乳自然分层。逼去水，将乳放入瓷盆内，晒干碾细成粉，渐取渐制，积得半斤四两，听候配红铅成丹。
三元丹：治疗各种虚损，补气生精，安魂定魄，益寿延年。
红铅、娇乳（各一两）、辰砂、乳香（各一钱）、虚无秋石（一钱，用便盆或新砖自生者方可）。
以上全部研为细末，用一个鸡蛋，磕一孔将青黄倾出，用纸展浮装前药入内，纸糊严密，放群蛋内与鸡抱孵三七二十一天，取出，用乳汁和为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三丸，五更时用乳汁送下。稍有出汗，不可见风。
神仙小圣药：

先将红铅取来，拌入朱砂，放瓷盆内，日晒月照四十九天完毕，飞仙池文武火升三炷香的时间，其药透蔑过一边冷却定，打开看与金箔相似，用鸡翎扫下约一分八厘为上等；其次一分二厘用乌金纸包，入小眼药罐内，用黄蜡封口，外面尿胞皮通身包裹，仍放大瓶内，用绵絮塞紧，仍用竹叶尿胞紧紧扎住，用络以长绳引入井中去火毒，四十九天取出，择吉日将药置于桌上南向，香纸供献俱南向。用好乳香末半分研细末，用人乳二、三滴将圣药和匀作三丸。服用者对天南向跪拜祝毕，举药入口，将人乳送下，即归室中静养三七二十一天，然后方许出门动作。须发如银皆会变黑。服药一度，可延寿一纪。
彭祖小接命熏脐秘方：夫人禀受天地之灵气，赖精血而化生。阴阳交媾，胚胎始凝，如太极之未判，似混沌之未分。男子之左肾先具，外精裹血，而阴焉中处；女子之右肾先具，外血裹精，而阳焉内存。肾乃生脾，脾次生乎肝，肝乃生肺，肺复生乎其心。凡在其内，四门皆闭，九窍不通，唯有其脐则与母气相通。母呼则呼，母吸则吸。十月胎定，百神具备而与母分离。剪脐落地，犹恐脐窍不闭有伤婴儿之真气，随用艾火熏蒸，外固脐蒂之坚牢，内保真气而不漏。渐长成人，四门皆开，九窍俱启，因七情六欲之牵诱，五味五音之感通，真元丧失，真气破倾。人之幼年，血气衰败，精神羸弱，渐觉有患，或生冷浓味伤其六腑，喜怒哀乐损于五脏，致使心肾不交，阴阳偏盛，五劳七伤，渐进着体，七瘕八瘕，陆续沾身，染患日久，殒躯丧命，良可叹也！譬诸草木，皆禀天地而生，根壮枝盛，本弱木衰；若水灌、土培，根润而复生矣。人至中年，气血渐衰，疾病易起，止知疗患，不知壮根固本之法，人生尘世，返不如草木而能回生也。凡人生育之时，脐带一落，用艾火以熏蒸即得坚固。人之中年以后，患临其身，如草木复其浇培，以法熏蒸其脐，岂不去恶除疾而保生也。余哀悯后人不终天年而夭丧，特传济世之方，普授延年之妙药。壮固根蒂、保护形躯，熏蒸本原，却除百病，蠲五脏之痛患，保一身之康宁。其中药品禀性忠良，采阴阳之正气，配君臣之辅佐，其效如神，其应如响，复有回生济世之功，保命延年之妙。此方遇高尚贤士可传，勿示匪人，恐遭天遣。保而敬之。每年中秋日熏蒸一次，却疾延年，彻上部之火邪，去心肠之宿疾，妇人月信不调，赤白带下，男子下元亏损，遗精白浊，阳事不举，并皆熏之。如熏蒸之时，令人饱食，舒身仰卧；用麦面水和捏一圈径过寸余，如脐大者三、二寸，内入药末；用槐皮一块，去粗皮，止用半分浓覆圈药之上。如豆大艾壮灸之，百脉和畅，毛窍皆通，上至泥丸，下至涌泉，冷汗如雨，久之觉饥，再食再灸。不可令痛，痛则反泄真气。灸至行年数岁为止，无病者连日灸之，有病者三日一次，灸至腹内作声作痛，大便有涎沫等物出为止。只服米汤，兼食白肉、黄酒，以助药力。若患风气，有郁热在腠理者，加女子红铅拌药，则易汗出而疾随愈。槐皮如觉焦色，即易新的。凡灸之后，容颜不同，效应可验。今将制药品味开列于后：
乳香、没药、鼠粪（一头有尖者是）、青盐两头尖、川续断（各一钱）、麝香（二分）。
以上共为细末用。
益寿比天膏：此药最能添精补髓，保固真精不泄；善助元阳，滋润皮肤，壮筋骨、理腰膝；下元虚冷，五劳七伤，半身不遂，或下部虚冷，膀胱病症，脚膝酸麻，阳事不举。男子贴之，行步康健，气力倍添，奔走如飞；女子贴之，能除赤白带下、沙淋血崩，兼下生疮疖，能通二十四道血脉，坚固身体，返老还童。专治喘户，遇鼎气不泄真精，大臻灵验，非至仁不可轻泄，其妙如神。
鹿茸、附子（去皮脐）、牛膝（去芦）、虎胫骨（酥炙）、蛇床子、菟丝子、川续断、远志肉、肉苁蓉、天门冬（去心）、麦门冬（去心）、杏仁、生地、熟地、官桂、川楝子（去核）、山茱萸（去核）、巴戟天（去心）、破故纸、杜仲（去皮）、木鳖子（去壳）、肉豆蔻、紫稍花、谷精草、穿山甲、大麻子（去壳，各一两）、甘草（二两，净末，看众药焦枯方下）、桑、槐、柳枝（各七寸）。
以上切碎，用真香油一斤四两浸一昼夜，慢火熬至黑色；用飞过好黄丹八两、黄香四两入内，柳棍搅，不住手；再下雄黄、倭硫、龙骨、赤石脂各二两，将铜匙挑药滴水成珠不散为度；又下母丁香、沉香、木香、乳香、没药、阳起石、蟾酥、哑芙蓉各二钱，麝香一钱为末，共搅入内；又下黄蜡五钱。将膏贮磁罐内，封口严密，入水中浸五日，去火毒。每一个重七钱。红绢摊开，贴脐上或两腰眼上。每一个贴六十日方换。其功不可尽述。
九天灵应散：治疗男子阴湿阳痿，每逢不举。
黑附子、蛇床子、紫稍花、远志、菖蒲、海螵蛸、木鳖子、丁香（各二钱）、朝脑（一钱五分）。
以上为末。每用五钱，水三碗，煎至一碗半。温洗阴囊并湿处，日洗二次。留水温洗，多洗更好。
Fushuai Xianfeng Jiu (Immortal Phoenix Wine for Supporting Decline): Treats various deficiencies and hundred damages in men, women, and children; five labors and seven injuries; emaciation, weakness, and lack of strength; as well as red and white leukorrhea in women. The effect is miraculous.
Use one fat line chicken, strangle it with a rope, remove feathers and feces, do not use them. Cut the chicken into four large pieces, then add four taels of fresh ginger and half a jin of jujube dates. Use five to six hu of good wine. Place these three ingredients into a large jar, seal the mouth with mud, boil over water for one day, and remove fire toxicity by cooling in cold water. Each time, on an empty stomach, consume the chicken, wine, ginger, and dates at will. Its effect is like magic.
Xu Guogong Xian Jiu Formula (Immortal Wine of Duke Xu): Passed down from Minister Zhang to Gong Yuyuan. Take one tan of strong distilled liquor, add two to three jin of Longan aril (shelled), and soak in the wine. After a long time, the color becomes tender red, and the taste is fragrant and beautiful. It specifically tonifies Heart blood, strengthens Yuan Yang (Primary Yang), and treats palpitations, fright, and insomnia. Drink a few cups according to capacity morning and evening. It brightens complexion, aids spirit, and greatly benefits health. Hence named Immortal Wine.
Hongyan Jiu (Red Face Wine): Also known as Bu Lao Tang (Ageless Decoction).
Walnut kernel (soaked, peeled, 4 taels), small red jujube (4 taels), white honey (4 taels), butter (2 taels), almond kernel (soaked, peeled tip, no double kernels, boiled 4-5 times, sun-dried) 1 tael. Use self-made good distilled liquor in a Jinhua jar. First dissolve honey and butter into the wine, then put the three herbs into the wine to soak for 3x7=21 days. Take 2-3 cups every morning. Very wonderful.
Xianmao Jiu (Curculigo Rhizome Wine):
Xianmao (Curculigo rhizome) 4 taels (from Sichuan, soaked in rice washing water until red water is gone, sun-dried), Yin yang huo (Epimedium herb) 4 taels (washed clean), Nan wujia pi (Acanthopanax bark) 4 taels (washed with wine).
Crush these, place in a yellow silk bag, suspend in a jar of unfermented wine for 3x7=21 days, then take out. Drink 1-2 cups morning and evening. Extremely effective.
Zhushi Zhenxiu (Precious Delicacy for Staying Alive): Commonly used for tonifying deficiency.
Dang gui (Angelica sinensis root, washed with wine), Nan xiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong rhizome), Bai shao (White peony root, stir-fried with wine), Shu di huang (Prepared Rehmannia root), Tu si zi (Cuscuta seed, processed with wine), Ba ji tian (Morinda officinalis root, soaked in wine, heart removed), Rou cong rong (Cistanche stem, washed with wine), Yi zhi ren (Alpinia oxyphylla fruit, stir-fried with wine), Niu xi (Achyranthes bidentata root, radix removed, washed with wine), Du zhong (Eucommia bark, stir-fried with ginger and wine, fibers removed), Shan yao (Dioscorea rhizome), Qing yan (Green salt), Da hui (Star anise), Shan zhu yu (Cornus officinalis fruit, steamed with wine, pit removed), Gou qi zi (Lycium barbarum fruit, washed with wine), Chuan jiao (Sichuan pepper, stir-fried), Gan jiang (Dried ginger), Gan cao (Licorice root, roasted). All in equal parts, grind into fine powder. Use pork as desired, slice and stir-fry with wine until cooked, add medicine and stir-fry again, do not use water. Store in porcelain. Consume on an empty stomach, taken down with good wine. Avoid raw and cold foods.
Qu Long Hu Shui Fa (Method for Obtaining Dragon and Tiger Water): Dragon belongs to Water, Tiger belongs to Metal, referring to virgin boys and girls. When obtaining, carefully select five types to avoid. For males: Sheng (born/immature), Dai (mature/coarse), Ban (half/defective), Bian (changed/smelly), Du (polluted/diseased). "Sheng": external genitals do not erect; "Dai": voice is masculine, skin is coarse; "Bian": has fishy odor or body odor; "Ban": yellowish, obese, prone to illness; "Du": suffers from scabies, leprosy, sores, and ulcers. For females: Luo (net/bone), Wen (pattern/scent), Fu (service/virgin), Jiao (intercourse/coarse), Mai (pulse/diseased). "Luo": transverse bone above the vaginal opening; "Wen": body odor like musk; "Fu": true virgin (intact hymen); "Jiao": masculine voice, coarse hair, rough skin without luster; "Mai": suffering from sores, ulcers, or physical disabilities. The vessels (subjects) must be chosen with clear eyebrows and bright eyes, full moon face shape, equal three divisions, red lips and white teeth, black hair, clear voice, plump and delicate skin, aged thirteen to sixteen years old, and not yet deflowered. Feed them millet, rice, beans, red dates, pork, crucian carp, etc. Avoid garlic, onions, leeks, shallots, five pungent vegetables, three abominations, dirty sweat, and two waters. Avoid noise, dancing, and hand-waving to prevent dissipating essence. Before collection, regulate for one hundred days, from October to March. Store in porcelain jars in a secluded place, covered. Accumulate two to three shi, await refining.
Yin Lian Long Hu Shi (Yin-Refined Dragon and Tiger Stone): Place the accumulated Dragon and Tiger water in three to four or five to six porcelain jars, located in a quiet, secluded place with drainage. Fill each jar with five to six parts Dragon and Tiger water, add five parts well water, then add two taels each of Bai fan (Alumen) and Bai zhu (Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome), and two taels each of Song ye (Pine needle) and Bai ye (Cypress leaf). Take three to four stems of Yang liu gen (Willow root), tie them together, stir clockwise more than a thousand times, cover, and do not move. Observe until the water clears, remove the lid, drain the clear water, refill with well water, filter through silk to remove dregs, stir two or three hundred turns, cover, and let clarify. Drain clear water again, add well water, stir, drain, and filter again. Repeat this ten-plus times until the water smells fragrant. Drain completely. Use three or four rice sieves lined with white cotton paper. Put the turbid Dragon and Tiger stone into the sieve. When dry, move to sunlight. Score into domino-like patterns with a bamboo knife and dry. When white as powder, it is Yin-Refined Dragon and Tiger Stone. Store in porcelain boxes for medicinal use. This medicine tonifies the Heart, generates essence, and is the supreme drug for nourishing blood.
Yang Lian Long Hu Shi (Yang-Refined Dragon and Tiger Stone): Choose an open-air space, build two stoves facing west from east. Install two large pots, one with a diameter of 3 chi 2 cun and another 2 chi 4 cun. Place four jars near the pots. First accumulate two or three jars of Dragon and Tiger water, then clean the pot rust. Add five pails of water to the large pot, simmer slowly until foam appears. Filter off dregs with a cover, skim off oil, and continue simmering until no more foam appears. Transfer to the small pot and simmer gently. Add two or three pails of water to the large pot again, repeat foaming and transferring. Continue adding and transferring gradually until finished. Stop heating the large pot. Simmer the small pot slowly, stirring constantly with a shovel. When water dries into paste, cover the pot mouth with a small basin, seal tightly with mud around the edges, leaving only one hole for steam. When steam ceases and golden star green gas flies out of the hole, quickly seal the hole with mud. Place a wet cloth on the bottom of the jar, not too wet, just moisten. Burn with small fire until the purple color of the pot bottom fades and fire energy dissipates. Cool until the next day. Remove mud from the top, uncover. The mercury spirit medicine risen to the jar, in red, black, and white colors, collect separately for later use. Scrape up the black paste from the bottom of the pot to make Huang Ya (Yellow Sprout). Place in a small pot supported by bricks, burn with high fire. When black smoke ceases and the pot glows red, extinguish fire and cool. Add well water or dew water appropriately. Boil. Place a clean jar indoors, put a bamboo sieve inside lined with cotton paper. Filter clear liquid into the jar sieve, discard black dregs. If the filtered water is clear and blue-green, pour into a porcelain basin and boil to precipitate clean stone. If slightly yellow, boil dry in the small pot again, cool, add water, boil, and filter again into the jar. Continue until the filtered water is as clear and blue-green as well water. Support the porcelain basin with bricks, slowly add charcoal fire to boil the filtered water. Stir constantly with a bamboo shovel until dried and slightly damp. Pour onto paper, move to sunlight to dry. When white as snow, it is Yang-Refined Dragon and Tiger Stone.
Qu Hong Qian Fa (Method for Obtaining Red Lead): Select a beautiful vessel aged thirteen or fourteen. Carefully avoid the five defective types. The five types are: Luo, Wen, Fu, Jiao, Mai. "Luo": large transverse bone above the vaginal opening, inconvenient for collection, type one; "Wen": body odor turns yellow, menstrual blood is fishy, unsuitable for preparation, type two; "Fu": true virgin without menstruation, type three; "Jiao": masculine voice, rough skin, unclear Qi and blood, type four; "Mai": prone to sores and ulcers, menstrual blood contains toxins, type five. Having any of these five types means it is not a wonderful elixir for tonification. Must choose a good vessel with clear eyebrows, bright eyes, white teeth, red lips, black hair, shiny face, delicate skin, neither thin nor fat, equal three divisions. Calculate approximately 5,048 days from her birth date. Observe if her cheeks are like peach blossom red, forehead shines, body feels hot, pants heavily, waist and knees ache, feels tired and groans. This indicates menstruation is about to descend. Prepare silk mallets for washing, or use sheep bladder as bellows, or silver/gold crescent-shaped vessels. Wait for her flowers to bloom (menstruation), attach to the vulva, have her sit flat on a chair, not leaning. If red flow appears, remove and replace with another. Wipe excess with silk, change and collect in porcelain basin. When menstruation ends, calculate another 5,048 days. Recently some start at thirteen and end at sixteen or seventeen. Why? Due to different concentrations of paternal essence and maternal blood received, or due to breastfeeding and diet causing Qi and blood imbalance, making timing hard to predict. Only by observing her movements and checking her appearance can you determine the time. If the year and month match the period, it is the true first menstruation, a supreme treasure, actually a top-grade medicine for extending life. If periods vary, treat as first lead initial arrival, gold lead second time, red lead third time. Thereafter, all belong to post-natal red lead. Can only be used to prepare compound medicines, not suitable for single consumption. Having clarified the collection method, await the refining method. Three fishy odors and five musky turbid gases must be carefully refined to become supreme medicine.
Zhi Hong Qian Fa (Method for Refining Red Lead): First, boil one jin of Wu mei (Dark plum) in one bucket of water, remove pits, and cool. If Red Lead is obtained, whether in vessels or silk, wash it in the plum water bucket. When using plum water, check the amount of Red Lead. One unit uses three bowls of plum water, adjust more or less as needed, do not exceed or fall short. Add well water or river water to the plum-washed lead to fill a large porcelain basin. Stir dozens of times with a wooden stick, cover, and do not move. When water clears, gently drain the clear water. Add water to the settled lead, beat, stir, and settle again. Repeat seven or nine times. When the count is complete, drain all water, leaving only one bowl or half bowl of red slurry. Take clean ash in a basin, make a hole in the middle. Line with soft silk paper. Pour lead slurry onto the paper. Shade to dry moisture. Then take out and dry in sunlight. This is the method to subdue fishy/musky odors and filth, making it suitable for medicinal compounding. It specifically assists blood and nourishes spirit, with great merit. Store for use.
Zhi Jin Ru Fen Fa (Method for Preparing Golden Milk Powder): Choose a beautiful vessel. First observe infants who are fat, white, and energetic; this indicates abundant Qi and blood, and milk is usable. Must be first-born, aged sixteen to twenty-one years old, to extract. Past this age, blood is weak and unusable. Extract one bowl or half bowl. Mix evenly with dew water, stir one hundred times. Leave overnight. The milk will naturally separate. Drain water. Put milk into a porcelain basin, dry in sun, grind into fine powder. Collect gradually, accumulate half a jin and four taels, await compounding with Red Lead into pills.
San Yuan Dan (Three Primal Elixir): Treats various deficiencies and hundred damages, tonifies Qi and generates essence, calms soul and stabilizes spirit, benefits longevity.
Hong Qian (Red Lead), Jiao Ru (Tender Milk) (each 1 liang), Chen sha (Cinnabar), Ru xiang (Frankincense) (each 1 qian), Xu Wu Qiu Shi (Void Autumn Stone) (1 qian, from urinals or newly formed bricks).
Grind all into fine powder. Crack one egg, remove yolk and white, line with paper, place medicine inside, seal tightly with paper paste. Place among other eggs for a hen to brood for 3x7=21 days. Take out, mix with milk to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take three pills each time, at dawn (Wu geng), taken down with human milk. Slight sweating may occur, avoid wind.
Shen Xian Xiao Sheng Yao (Divine Immortal Little Holy Medicine):
Hong Qian (Red Lead) (half zhan, true maiden's first menstruation is best, second/third time is inferior; red-yellow color is superior, pure red is medium, purple-black is unused), Zhu sha (Cinnabar) (5 qian, Chenzhou bean-flake type is best, those with spirit are finest).
First obtain Red Lead, mix with Cinnabar, place in porcelain basin. Sun-expose and moon-bathe for 49 days. At Feixian Pool, use civil and martial fire for the duration of three incense sticks. The medicine transfers to the opposite side. Cool down. Open to see similarity to gold foil. Sweep down about 1 fen 8 li with chicken feather for top grade; next 1 fen 2 li wrap in black gold paper, put in small eye medicine jar, seal with yellow wax, wrap entirely in sheep bladder, place in large bottle, stuff tightly with cotton, tie tightly with bamboo leaf sheep bladder, lower into well with long rope to remove fire toxicity. Take out after 49 days. Choose auspicious day, place medicine on table facing south, offer incense and paper facing south. Grind 0.5 fen of good frankincense into fine powder. Mix holy medicine evenly with 2-3 drops of human milk to form three pills. The taker kneels facing south to heaven, prays, puts medicine in mouth, takes down with human milk. Return to room and rest quietly for 3x7=21 days before allowing movement. Gray hair and beard will turn black. One dose extends life by one cycle (12 years).
Peng Zu Xiao Jie Ming Xun Qi Mi Fang (Peng Zu's Secret Recipe for Small Life-Extending Umbilical Moxibustion): Humans inherit spiritual energy from Heaven and Earth, generated relying on essence and blood. Yin and Yang intertwine, embryo begins to condense, like Taiji before separation, similar to chaos before division. In males, left Kidney develops first, external essence wraps blood, Yin resides within; in females, right Kidney develops first, external blood wraps essence, Yang resides within. Growing into adult, four gates open, nine orifices activate. Influenced by seven emotions and six desires, stimulated by five flavors and five tones, True Yuan is lost, True Qi collapses. In youth, Qi and blood decline, spirit weakens, gradually feeling illness. Raw/cold or rich flavors damage Six Fu organs, joy/anger/sorrow/happiness injure Five Zang organs, causing Heart-Kidney non-interaction, Yin-Yang imbalance, five labors and seven injuries, progressively affecting body, seven masses and eight growths attaching successively, contracting illness for long time, losing life, truly lamentable! Like plants and trees, all born from Heaven and Earth. Strong roots, lush branches; weak trunk, decaying wood. If watered and earthed, roots moisten and regenerate. Humans reach middle age, Qi and blood gradually decline, diseases easily arise. Knowing only to treat illness, not knowing how to strengthen roots and solidify foundation. Living in dust world, humans cannot revive like plants. When humans give birth, umbilical cord falls, use moxa fumigation to make it firm. After middle age, illness approaches body. Like plants being watered and earthed again, fumigate umbilicus by method. Does this not remove evil, cure disease, and protect life? I pity descendants dying young without completing natural lifespan. Specifically transmit this worldly-saving prescription, universally teach this longevity-miracle medicine. Strengthen roots, protect body, fumigate origin, eliminate hundred diseases, relieve Five Zang pain, ensure whole-body peace. Medicines have loyal nature, gather righteous Qi of Yin and Yang, arrange sovereign-minister-assistant-guide roles. Effect like god, response like echo. Has power to revive dead and save world, miracle to protect life and extend years. Pass this formula only to noble sages, do not show to unworthy people, lest incur heavenly punishment. Preserve and respect it. Fumigate once annually on Mid-Autumn Day. Eliminate disease, extend years. Clear upper burner fire evil, remove chronic heart/intestine diseases. Women with irregular menstruation, red/white leukorrhea; men with lower Yuan deficiency, spermatorrhea, white turbidity, impotence. All fumigate. During fumigation, person eats full meal, lies supine relaxed. Make circle of wheat flour dough, diameter over one cun, three to two cun larger than umbilicus. Put medicine powder inside. Cover medicine with thick layer of Huai pi (Locust tree bark, coarse skin removed), half fen thick. Moxa cone bean-sized, moxa. Hundred meridians harmonize, pores open. Up to Niwan, down to Yongquan. Cold sweat like rain. After long time, feel hungry, eat again, moxa again. Do not allow pain, pain leaks True Qi. Moxa until several years of age pass. Healthy people moxa consecutive days, sick people moxa once every three days. Moxa until sounds/pain in abdomen, saliva/fleam in stool appear, then stop. Only drink rice soup, eat white meat and yellow wine to assist medicine power. If suffering from Wind Qi, with stagnant heat in couli (skin/muscle interstices), add female Red Lead mixed with medicine, then easy to sweat and disease heals. If Huai pi feels scorched, replace with new. After all moxibustion, appearance differs, effects verifiable. Now list refined medicine ingredients below:
Ru xiang (Frankincense), Mo yao (Myrrh), Shu fen (Mouse feces, one end pointed), Qing yan (Green salt, both ends pointed), Chuan xu duan (Dipsacus root) (each 1 qian), She xiang (Musk) (2 fen).
Grind all together into fine powder for use.
Yi Shou Bi Tian Gao (Longevity Rivaling Heaven Ointment): This medicine best adds essence and tonifies marrow, secures true essence without leaking; helps Yuan Yang, moisturizes skin, strengthens tendons and bones, regulates waist and knees; treats lower Yuan deficiency cold, five labors and seven injuries, hemiplegia, or lower part deficiency cold, bladder diseases, soreness/numbness of feet/knees, impotence. Applied to men, walking becomes healthy, strength doubles, running like flying. Applied to women, removes red/white leukorrhea, sand strangury, bloody metrorrhagia, plus lower sores/furuncles. Mix all together. Add 5 qian of Huang la (Yellow beeswax). Store ointment in porcelain jar, seal tightly. Immerse in water for five days to remove fire toxicity. Each piece weighs 7 qian.
