上为末，面糊丸，绿豆大。临卧时服十五丸，金银薄荷汤下，加至二十丸。次服甘草散。
甘草 滑石（各半两） 山豆根（一两，生) 大黄（一分，生)
上为末。每服一钱，蜜熟水调下，日二服。次服解毒丸。
栝蒌根（三两） 甘草（半两，炒) 大黄（一分，生) 朴硝（一分，别研)
上为末，面糊丸，如绿豆大。每服二十丸至三十丸，白汤下。次服福神丹。
诃子（四个，炮) 巴戟(炒) 黑牵牛(生，各半两） 甘草（三钱，生) 赤小豆（四十九粒，生)
上为末，面糊丸，如绿豆大。每服十丸至十五丸，薄荷汤下。次用水膏药。
敷贴破处及面脚上疮令生肉。
陈皮(去灰土，半斤，炒紫色) 陈麦米（半升，炒紫) 藿香 马蹄香（各一两） 麝香（一钱，别研)
上同为末，入麝香。用冷水调，扫敷疮上有脓处；如损破，即煎槐枝汤洗，再上药。此
十方乃倪处士秘传，曾用有验，大要病患须能如法将息理会，敬而信之。
治大风恶疾。
郁金（半两，生) 大黄（一两，炮) 白牵牛（六钱，半生半炒) 皂角刺（一两，炮，经年黑大者)
上为末。每服五钱，日未出面东以无灰酒下，尽量为度。晚利黑头小虫；病稍轻者，止
利如鱼肠臭秽物。忌毒半月，但食稠粥软饭，渐生眉毛，皮肤如常。甚者，不过三两次。须
将理，不可妄有劳动，及终身不得食牛、马、骡、驴等肉，犯者死不救。
三济丸 治如前。
当归 熟地黄 川芎 荆芥穗（各二两） 防风 细辛（各一两） 桂心（一分）
上为锉散，先以醋一升浸一宿，漉出焙干，再以生地黄一斤捣汁，浸一宿焙干，酒一升
浸一宿焙干，旋入乳香半两，以余酒醋地黄汁释蒸饼为丸，如梧子大。用好川乌头一个炮裂
锉、荆芥穗半两，浸酒三升，旋温下药五十丸。
赤芍药、甘草、滑石（各半两）、巴豆（去皮炒制，单独研细后加入）、黑牵牛（一两，一半生用一半炒用）、朴硝、大黄（各一分）。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。临睡前服用十五丸，用金银花和薄荷煎汤送服，剂量可逐渐增加至二十丸。随后服用甘草散。
甘草、滑石（各半两）、山豆根（一两，生用）、大黄（一分，生用）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用蜂蜜和熟水调服，每日两次。随后服用解毒丸。
栝蒌根（三两）、甘草（半两，炒用）、大黄（一分，生用）、朴硝（一分，单独研细）。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用二十丸至三十丸，用白开水送服。随后服用福神丹。
诃子（四个，炮制）、巴戟天（炒用）、黑牵牛（生用，各半两）、甘草（三钱，生用）、赤小豆（四十九粒，生用）。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用十丸至十五丸，用薄荷汤送服。随后使用水膏药。
外敷于破损处以及面部和脚部的疮疡，以促进肌肉生长。
陈皮（去除灰土，半斤，炒至紫色）、陈麦米（半升，炒至紫色）、藿香、马蹄香（各一两）、麝香（一钱，单独研细）。
以上药物共同研为细末，加入麝香。用冷水调匀，扫敷在疮疡有脓的部位；如果皮肤破损，则先煎煮槐枝汤清洗，然后再上药。这十方是倪处士的秘传方剂，曾经使用过且有效，大抵要求患者必须能够按照方法调养护理，恭敬并信任它。
治疗大风恶疾（麻风病等严重皮肤病）。
郁金（半两，生用）、大黄（一两，炮制）、白牵牛（六钱，一半生用一半炒用）、皂角刺（一两，炮制，选用经年变黑的大者）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用五钱，在未出太阳时面向东方，用无灰酒送服，以喝到最大限度为度。晚上会排出黑色头状的小虫；病情较轻者，仅排出像鱼肠一样臭秽的物质。忌食有毒食物半个月，只吃稠粥和软饭，眉毛会逐渐再生，皮肤恢复正常。病情严重者，不过两三次即可。必须注意调养，不可妄自劳累，并且终身不得食用牛、马、骡、驴等肉类，违反者死亡无法救治。
三济丸 治疗方法同上。
当归、熟地黄、川芎、荆芥穗（各二两）、防风、细辛（各一两）、桂心（一分）。
以上药物锉成散剂，先用醋一升浸泡一夜，滤出焙干，再用生地黄一斤捣汁，浸泡一夜后焙干，然后用酒一升浸泡一夜后焙干，随即加入乳香半两，用剩余的酒、醋和地黄汁润湿蒸饼制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。取一个炮裂锉碎的优质川乌头半个、荆芥穗半两，浸泡在三升酒中，随时温药液，送服五十丸。
Red Peony Root (Chishao), Licorice Root (Gancao), Talcum (Huashi) (each half liang); Croton Seed (Badou) (peeled, stir-fried, separately ground and added later); Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqianniu) (one liang, half raw, half stir-fried); Mirabilite (Puxiao), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (each one fen).
The above ingredients are powdered, mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take fifteen pills before retiring, washed down with a decoction of Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua) and Mint (Bohe); the dosage may be increased to twenty pills. Subsequently take Gancao San.
Licorice Root (Gancao), Talcum (Huashi) (each half liang); Velvet Bean Tree Bark (Shandougen) (one liang, raw); Rhubarb (Dahuang) (one fen, raw).
The above ingredients are powdered. Take one qian per dose, mixed with honey and boiled water; take twice daily. Subsequently take Jiedu Wan.
Trichosanthes Root (Gualougen) (three liang); Licorice Root (Gancao) (half liang, stir-fried); Rhubarb (Dahuang) (one fen, raw); Mirabilite (Puxiao) (one fen, separately ground).
The above ingredients are powdered, mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take twenty to thirty pills per dose, washed down with plain hot water. Subsequently take Fushen Dan.
Chebula Fruit (Hezi) (four fruits, processed); Morinda Root (Bajitian) (stir-fried); Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqianniu) (raw, each half liang); Licorice Root (Gancao) (three qian, raw); Red Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) (forty-nine grains, raw).
The above ingredients are powdered, mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take ten to fifteen pills per dose, washed down with Mint (Bohe) decoction. Subsequently apply Shui Gaoyao externally.
Apply to broken areas and sores on the face and feet to promote flesh regeneration.
Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) (free from dust, half jin, stir-fried until purple); Aged Wheat Rice (Chenmaimi) (half sheng, stir-fried until purple); Agastache (Huoxiang); Cyperus Root (Matixiang) (each one liang); Musk (Shexiang) (one qian, separately ground).
The above ingredients are jointly powdered, then Musk is added. Mix with cold water and sweep/apply onto sores with pus; if skin is broken, first wash with a decoction of Locust Branch (Huai Zhi), then apply the medicine. These ten prescriptions are secret transmissions from Scholar Ni, who has verified their efficacy. Generally, patients must be able to follow the method for care and nursing, respecting and believing in them.
Treating Feng Da E Ji (severe dermatological diseases such as leprosy).
Curcuma Tuber (Yujin) (half liang, raw); Rhubarb (Dahuang) (one liang, processed); White Morning Glory Seed (Baiqianniu) (six qian, half raw, half stir-fried); Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn (Zaojiaoci) (one liang, processed, selecting large ones that have turned black over years).
The above ingredients are powdered. Take five qian per dose, facing east before sunrise, washed down with unadulterated wine (Wuhui Jiu), to the maximum tolerance. At night, black-headed small worms will be discharged; for milder cases, only fish-intestine-like foul-smelling matter is discharged. Avoid toxic foods for half a month, consume only thick porridge and soft rice; eyebrows will gradually regrow, and skin will return to normal. For severe cases, no more than two or three doses are needed. Careful management is required; do not engage in reckless labor, and never consume beef, horse, mule, or donkey meat for life. Violators will die without hope of rescue.
Sanji Wan: Treat as described above.
Angelica Root (Danggui), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang), Szechuan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjiesui) (each two liang); Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Asarum Root (Xixin) (each one liang); Cinnamon Twig (Guixin) (one fen).
The above ingredients are cut into fragments. First, soak in one sheng of vinegar overnight, strain and dry by roasting. Then, soak in juice extracted from one jin of fresh Rehmannia Root overnight, strain and dry by roasting. Then, soak in one sheng of wine overnight, strain and dry by roasting. Immediately add half liang of Frankincense (Ruxiang). Use the remaining wine, vinegar, and Rehmannia juice to moisten steamed yeast cake dough to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take one well-processed and cracked Aconite Root (Chuanwutou) and half liang of Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjiesui), soak in three sheng of wine. Warm the medicine liquid and take fifty pills.
