麝香（半钱，别研） 官桂末（三钱）
上和匀，作一服，温酒调下。须臾，如手推下。真珠研末，酒调一匕服，亦效。未效，
再多
专治小产，下血至多，而子死腹中。其人增寒，手指、唇口、爪甲青白，面色黄黑
胎上抢心，则绝闷欲死，冷汗自出，喘满不食。或食毒物，误服草药，伤动胎气，下血
胎尚未损，服之可安，胎已死，服之即下。

上为末，炼蜜丸如弹子大。每服一丸，细嚼，淡醋汤下。速进两丸，至胎腐烂腹中危甚
者，
治难产，子死腹中，昏沉脉微，每服一百二十粒，浓煎乳香汤服，两手更把石燕子

治妊妇欲产时，不肯伸舒行动，多是曲腰眠卧忍痛，儿在腹中，不能得转，故脚先
谓之逆生。须臾不救，母子俱亡。
上用乌蛇蜕一条，蝉蜕二七个，血余一握，并烧为灰，分二服，温酒调，并进二服，仰
卧霎
临产腰疼，方可服之。
延胡索 没药 白矾 白芷 姜黄 当归 桂心（各等分）
上为末，临产阵痛时，烧铧刃铁 （犁头是也。）令通赤，淬酒，调下三钱，服一二杯，
立产。
【功效】促使死胎排出。
【组成】麝香（半钱，单独研磨）、官桂末（三钱）。
【用法】将上述药物混合均匀，作为一剂服用，用温酒调服。不久之后，胎儿会像被手推出来一样自然娩出。真珠（珍珠）研磨成末，用酒调服一匕（古代量器，约等于一勺），也有效。如果未见效，再增加剂量。
专治小产（流产），出血量极大，且胎儿死于腹中。患者出现怕冷加重，手指、嘴唇、指甲呈现青白色，面色黄黑。若胎气上冲心脏，则会导致昏厥欲死，冷汗自出，气喘胸闷，无法进食。或者是误食毒物，误服草药，损伤胎气，导致下血。此时若胎儿尚未受损，服用此方可以安胎；若胎儿已死，服用此方即可促使死胎排出。
【组成】牡丹皮（去除木心）、白茯苓（去除黑皮）、桂枝（选用辛辣味浓的，刮去粗皮）、桃仁（用热水浸泡后去皮尖，用麸皮炒制，去掉麸皮不用）、赤芍药（以上五味药各等分）。
【用法】将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成如弹子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用淡醋汤送服。迅速服用两丸。对于胎儿在腹中腐烂、病情极其危重的情况，
治疗难产，胎儿死于腹中，患者神志昏沉，脉搏微弱。每次服用一百二十粒，用浓煎的乳香汤送服。同时双手各握一枚石燕子（一种矿物或化石），胎儿即可娩出，母亲存活。或者仅使用朴硝末，每次服用二钱，用童便（儿童尿液）和好酒调服，有效。（该方见大方科痼冷类）
治疗孕妇体内有热且大便秘结，脉象实有力，因死胎导致的昏迷不醒。用温水送服七丸，患者即可苏醒。（该方见大方科救急）
治疗孕妇临产时，不肯伸展身体行动，多是弯腰躺卧忍受疼痛，胎儿在腹中无法转动位置，因此脚先露出，
称为逆生（臀位或足位分娩）。如果不及时抢救，母子都会死亡。
【组成】乌蛇蜕一条，蝉蜕二十七个，血余（头发）一握。
【用法】将上述药物一起烧成灰，分为两次服用，用温酒调服，并一次性服完两剂，仰卧片刻。
临产时腰疼，才可以服用此方。
【组成】延胡索、没药、白矾、白芷、姜黄、当归、桂心（以上七味药各等分）。
【用法】将上述药物研为细末。临产阵痛时，烧红犁头铁（即铧刃铁），将其淬入酒中，取此酒调服三钱，服用一两杯，胎儿立即产出。
[Indication] Expelling a dead fetus.
[Ingredients] Moschus (She Xiang, 麝香) (half qian, ground separately), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guan Gui, 官桂) powder (three qian).
[Administration] Mix the above ingredients evenly to form one dose. Take with warm wine. Shortly after ingestion, the fetus will be expelled as if pushed out by hand. Pearl (Zhen Zhu, 珍珠) ground into powder, taken with wine using a bi (a small spoon-like measure), is also effective. If there is no effect, increase the dosage further.
Specifically treats miscarriage with excessive bleeding and fetal death in utero. The patient exhibits increased aversion to cold, cyanosis or pallor of the fingers, lips, and nail beds, and a sallow-black complexion. If the fetal qi rushes upward to the heart, it causes syncope and near-death sensation, spontaneous cold sweat, panting, chest fullness, and anorexia. This may result from ingesting toxic substances or mistakenly taking herbal medicines that injure the fetal qi, leading to vaginal bleeding. If the fetus is not yet damaged, this formula can stabilize the pregnancy; if the fetus is already dead, this formula will induce its expulsion.
[Ingredients] Moutan Cortex (Mudan Pi, 牡丹皮) (pith removed), Poria (Bai Fuling, 白茯苓) (black skin removed), Ramulus Cinnamomi (Guizhi, 桂枝) (choose those with strong pungent aroma, scrape off rough bark), Persicae Semen (Taoren, 桃仁) (soaked in hot water, remove skin and tips, stir-fried with bran, discard bran), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao Yao, 赤芍药) (all in equal proportions).
[Administration] Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like quail eggs. Chew one pill thoroughly per dose and swallow with light vinegar water. For rapid action, take two pills. In critical cases where the fetus has decomposed in the uterus:
Treats dystocia with fetal death in utero, characterized by coma and faint pulse. Take 120 pills per dose, administered with a thick decoction of Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香). Simultaneously, hold a Stone Swallow (Shi Yanzhu, 石燕子) in each hand; the fetus will then be delivered, and the mother will survive. Alternatively, use only Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao, 朴硝) powder, two qian per dose, mixed with children's urine and good wine, which is effective. (See Formula Category: Chronic Cold in Da Fang Ke)
Treats pregnant women with internal heat, constipation, solid pulse, and unconsciousness due to a dead fetus. Administer seven pills with warm water, and the patient will regain consciousness. (See Formula Category: Emergency Rescue in Da Fang Ke)
Treats pregnant women at term who refuse to stretch or move, often bending their waists and lying down enduring pain. The fetus cannot turn within the uterus, causing the feet to present first,
known as breech presentation (Ni Sheng, 逆生). Without timely rescue, both mother and child will die.
[Ingredients] Ophiosapris Skin (Wu She Tui, 乌蛇蜕) (one piece), Cicada Slough (Chan Tui, 蝉蜕) (twenty-seven pieces), Hirsutus Humanus (Xue Yu, 血余) (one handful).
[Administration] Calcine the above ingredients together into ash. Divide into two doses. Take with warm wine, consuming both doses at once. Lie supine for a moment.
Only administer when experiencing lower back pain during labor.
[Ingredients] Rhizoma Corydalis (Yanhusuo, 延胡索), Resina Mastichis (Moyao, 没药), Alum (Baifan, 白矾), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷), Turmeric (Jianghuang, 姜黄), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin, 桂心) (all in equal proportions).
[Administration] Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. During labor contractions, heat a plowshare iron (Hua Ren Tie, 铧刃铁) until red-hot, quench it in wine, and take three qian of this wine mixture. After drinking one or two cups, delivery occurs immediately.
