Injuries vary in depth; medication should be administered according to the prognosis (auspicious or inauspicious). For bone fractures, use the following Twenty-Five-Ingredient Bone-Setting Decoction, adding Pyritum (Ziran Tong), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi),
Moyao (Myrrha, implied by context but text cuts off at 'Mo').
If viscera are injured, use Qingxin Yao (Clear Heart Medicine) added with Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), and Paeoniae Rubra Radix (Chishao), each 3 qian. Or if the abdominal intestines are ruptured, add Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji) 5 qian, together with the subsequent Qingxin Yao (Clear Heart Medicine)...

If the skin is hot, add Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai Pi) and Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Zaojiao), each 5 qian, incorporated into the anti-swelling medicine; the swelling will naturally recede.
