朱砂丸
镇心神，化痰涎，退潮热，利咽膈，止烦渴。
铁粉 天竺黄（各一两） 金银箔（各二十片） 人参（二钱） 脑子（半钱） 生麝

上为末，水丸，朱砂为衣，共丸作六百丸。每服一丸至五丸。痰盛潮热，薄荷、沙糖、
生葛自然汁、井水下。
狂言谵语，涎壅膈上，地龙三两、薄荷及沙糖水研。心神不宁，金银箔、薄荷汤化下。
洗心散
治心神烦躁，涎壅咽干，口苦多渴。（方见积热类。）
泻心汤
治心受积热，谵言发狂，逾墙上屋。
大黄 黄芩 黄连（各五钱）
上锉散，每服四钱，水一盏半，煎服。
甘遂散
治癫痫，及妇女心风血邪。
上以甘遂一钱为末，用猪心取三管血三条和甘遂，多少和之，将心批作两片，入在内，

以上药物研成细末，用水泛制成丸，用朱砂粉末作为包衣，共制成六百丸。每次服用一丸至五丸。若痰多且伴有潮热，用薄荷、砂糖、鲜葛根自然汁及井水送服。
若出现胡言乱语、谵妄，痰涎壅塞于胸膈之上，用地龙三两、薄荷及砂糖水研磨后送服。若心神不宁，用金银箔、薄荷汤化开送服。
洗心散
治疗心神烦躁，痰涎壅塞导致咽干，口苦且多饮。（方剂见“积热类”章节。）
泻心汤
治疗心脏受积热困扰，出现胡言乱语、发狂，甚至做出翻越高墙、登上屋顶等异常行为。
大黄、黄芩、黄连（各五钱）。
以上药物切碎成散剂，每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎煮后服用。
甘遂散
治疗癫痫，以及妇女因心风血邪引起的病症。
取甘遂一钱研成细末，用猪心取出三管血（三条），与甘遂混合，根据情况调整比例，将猪心剖成两片，把药放入其中，再合拢制成丸剂。
胃气
辰砂妙香散
治疗男子和妇人心气不足，意志不定，易受惊吓、心悸、恐惧，悲伤忧愁凄惨，虚烦失眠，情绪喜怒无常，出汗，饮食无味，头目昏眩。
麝香（一钱，单独研细），山药（姜汁炙烤，一两），人参（半两），木香（煨制，一两半），茯苓（不烘焙），远志（去心，姜汁炒，一两）。
以上药物研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，不拘泥于具体时间。
引神归舍丹
治疗心气病，也治疗心风病。
大天南星（剖开，去皮，取中心部分，称取一两，生用），附子（一枚，重量在七钱以上的，炮制，去皮和脐部），朱砂（一两，水飞法处理）。
以上药物研成细末，用猪心血泛制成丸，大小如梧桐子。如果药丸不够粘稠，加入少许面糊，用忘忧草根煎汤送服。
茯神丸
治疗心气虚弱，或癫证、疼痛。
附子（大的一个，挖空做成罐状，放入块状朱砂半两，仍用原物塞住，用茯神和面粉做成药皮包裹，煨制）。
以上药物研成细末，用猪心血泛制成丸。用人参汤送服。
惊气丸
治疗惊恐忧郁导致的气机郁结，心脏受风邪侵袭，发作时牙关紧闭，痰涎上涌导致昏厥堵塞，清醒后精神恍惚如同痴呆。
附子（炮制，去皮和脐部），南木香，白僵蚕（炒制），花蛇（酒浸，炙烤，去皮骨），橘皮，麻黄（去节，浸泡一夜）。
以上药物研成细末，加入研细的脑子、少许麝香，一同研匀，用炼蜜制成如龙眼大小的丸剂，用少量朱砂作为包衣。每次服用一丸，用金箔汤送服（原文此处似有缺漏，依常理推断为送服方式，但严格忠实原文仅列出成分与制法，最后“金”字可能指金箔或金器相关，结合前文镇心丸语境，此处暂译为按此法制备，每服一丸，以...送服，原文截断）。
镇心丸
治疗心气不足，老年人、体虚者以及用脑过度者，心脉虚弱所致的心神疾病，均适宜服用。

Zhusha Wan (Cinnabar Pill)
Calms the heart and spirit, resolves phlegm and saliva, reduces tidal fever, unblocks the throat and diaphragm, and stops irritability and thirst.
Tie Fen (Iron Powder), Tianzhu Huang (Bambusa Textilis Tuber) (each 1 liang); Jinyin Bo (Gold and Silver Leaf) (each 20 pieces); Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (2 qian); Naozi (Borneolum Syntheticum) (0.5 qian); Sheng Shexiang (Fresh Moschus) (1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, make pills with water, coat with Zhusha (Cinnabaris) powder, totaling 600 pills. Take 1 to 5 pills per dose. For excessive phlegm and tidal fever, take with Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Shatang (Saccharum Sinense), Sheng Gezhi (Puerariae Radix Natural Juice), and well water.
For delirious speech and mania with phlegm obstructing the upper diaphragm, grind Dilong (Pheretima) (3 liang) and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) in Shatang (Saccharum Sinense) water and take. For restless heart spirit, dissolve Jinyin Bo (Gold and Silver Leaf) in Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction) and take.
Xixin San (Heart-Washing Powder)
Treats heart spirit irritability, phlegm obstruction causing dry throat, bitter taste, and excessive thirst. (Formula see "Jire" Category.)
Xiexin Tang (Drain Heart Decoction)
Treats heart affected by accumulated heat, manifesting as delirious speech, mania, and behaviors such as climbing over walls or roofs.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (each 5 qian).
Crush the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 cups of water, decoct, and take.
Gansui San (Kansui Powder)
Treats epilepsy and women's conditions caused by wind-phlegm and blood pathogenic factors affecting the heart.
Take Gansui (Kansui Radix) (1 qian), grind into powder. Extract three tubes of blood from Zhu Xin (Porcine Cor) and mix with Gansui according to proportion. Slice the Zhu Xin (Porcine Cor) into two halves, insert the mixture inside, reassemble, and form into pills.
Weiqi (Stomach Qi)
Chensha Miaoxiang San (Cinnabar Wonderful Fragrance Powder)
Treats men and women with insufficient heart qi, unstable will, palpitations, fear, sadness, and distress; deficiency-related irritability, insomnia, erratic emotions, sweating, loss of appetite, and dizziness of head and eyes.
Shexiang (Moschus) (1 qian, separately ground); Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (roasted with ginger juice, 1 liang); Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (0.5 liang); Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (roasted, 1.5 liang); Fuling (Poria) (not roasted); Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (heart removed, stir-fried with ginger juice, 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with warm wine, at any time.
Yinshen Guishe Dan (Guiding Spirit Returning Home Pill)
Treats heart qi disorders and also wind-phlegm disorders of the heart.
Da Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Cum Bile Rhizoma) (cut open, peel, take the center, weigh 1 liang, raw use); Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (one piece, weighing more than 7 qian, processed, peel and remove umbilicus); Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (1 liang, water-triturated).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, make pills using Zhu Xinxue (Sanguis Porcinus Cor) size of Sophora japonica seeds. If not sticky enough, add a little wheat paste decoction of Wangyougen (Hemerocallis Radix) for administration.
Fushen Wan (Poria Spirit Pill)
Treats heart deficiency, or epilepsy and pain.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (large one, hollowed out like a jar, insert Banliang of chunk Zhusha (Cinnabaris), seal with original material, wrap with Fushen (Poria cum Radice) and flour dough, roast).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, make pills using Zhu Xinxue (Sanguis Porcinus Cor). Take with Renshen Tang (Ginseng Decoction).
Jingqi Wan (Startling Qi Pill)
Treats accumulation of qi due to fright and sorrow, wind pathogen invading the heart; upon onset, jaw stiffness, tidal phlegm causing coma and obstruction; after waking, mental state appears dull or foolish.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (processed, peel and remove umbilicus); Nanmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix); Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) (stir-fried); Huashe (Zaocys); Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium); Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (remove joints, soak overnight).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, add ground Naozi (Borneolum Syntheticum) and a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus), grind uniformly, make pills with refined honey the size of a longan fruit, coat with a small amount of Zhusha (Cinnabaris).
