宁志膏

桑螵蛸散
治小便日数十次，如稠米泔色，心神恍惚，憔悴，食减，以女劳得之，服此不终

石莲子肉、白茯苓（各一两） 益智仁 麦门冬 远志（用水浸泡，取肉质部分，用姜汁处理后炒制） 人参（各半两）
将上述药材切碎成散剂。每次服用三钱，用二十根灯心草煎煮后服用。若有热象，加入少许薄荷。
宁志膏
治疗心脏气血亏虚，神志不能内守，出现恐惧感，小便赤浊，经常精神恍惚，容易健忘，睡眠卧息不宁静，梦中经历危险情境等心脏相关疾病，均能治疗。

Ruilian Wan (Lotus Seed Pill)
Indicated for red turbid urine resulting from excessive mental worry damaging the Heart.
Poria Cocos (Fuling, 茯苓) peeled; Semen Nelumbinis (Shilianrou, 石莲肉) stir-fried and core removed; Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨) used raw; Tussilaginis Folium (Tianmendong, 天门冬) washed and core removed; Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 远志) washed, core removed, and soaked in licorice water; Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzaoren, 酸枣仁) stir-fried.
Grind the above into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂). Take 70 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, with warm wine or jujube soup.
Jiawei Qingxin Yin (Modified Clearing Heart Decoction)
Indicated for guest heat in the Heart causing irritability and red turbid urine with fatty sediment.
Semen Nelumbinis (Shilianrou, 石莲肉), Poria Cocos (Fuling, 茯苓) (each 1 liang); Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (Yizhiren, 益智仁); Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong, 麦门冬); Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 远志) soaked in water, flesh taken, processed with ginger juice and stir-fried; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) (each 0.5 liang).
Crush into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decocted with 20 stems of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao, 灯心草). If heat signs are present, add a small amount of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷).
Ningzhi Gao (Calming Spirit Paste/Pill)
Indicated for Heart deficiency leading to insecure spirit, fear, red turbid urine, frequent mental confusion, easy forgetfulness, restless sleep, and dreams of danger. It treats various Heart diseases.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) de-radicle; Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzaoren, 酸枣仁) slightly stir-fried, shell removed (each 1 liang); Cinabrium (Chensha, 辰砂) finely ground and wet-levigated (0.5 liang); Boswelliae Carthagenii Resina (Ruxiang, 乳香) (1 fen, ground in a mortar).
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in warm wine or jujube soup, taken on an empty stomach and before bed.
Shisiyou Wan (Fourteen Friends Pill)
Tonifies various deficiencies, nourishes blood, and consolidates Heart Qi. Indicated for palpitations, mental fatigue, restless sleep, and severe red or white turbid urine.

Xiangling San (Fragrant Poria Powder)
Indicated for red turbid urine in men and women unresponsive to other treatments.
Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria); Chensha Miaoxin San (Cinnabar Wonderful Heart Powder).
Mix evenly. Decoct Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong, 天门冬) and Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong, 麦门冬) without cores to make a decoction. Mix one da qian of the powder into the decoction and take on an empty stomach. Take three times daily; cure should be immediate.
Sangpiaoxiao San (Mantis Egg-case Powder)
Indicated for urination dozens of times daily, urine resembling thick rice wash, mental confusion, emaciation, reduced appetite, caused by sexual exhaustion. This formula calms the spirit and stabilizes the mind.

Laling Wan (Beeswax Poria Pill)

Yuanzhi Wan (Polygala Pill)
Indicated for red turbid urine, with miraculous effect.

Indicated for failure of Water and Fire to interact, palpitations below the heart, night sweats, red urine, and nocturnal emission.
