生附汤
治冷淋，小便秘涩，数起不通，窍中疼痛，增寒凛凛。多因饮水过度，或为寒泣，
志耗，皆有此证。
附子（去皮脐） 滑石（各半两） 瞿麦 木通 半夏（各三分）
上锉散。每服二大钱，水二盏，生姜七片，灯心二十茎，蜜半匙煎，去滓，空心服。
八味丸
治同上。（方见香港脚类。）
八正散
治热淋、血淋。加灯心、车前草煎，不拘时候服。（方见积热类。）
地肤子汤
治下焦有热，及诸淋闭不通。
地肤子（一两半） 知母 黄芩 猪苓（去皮） 瞿麦 枳实（去穣，切，炒） 升麻 通
草葵
上锉散。每服四钱，水一盏半煎，空心服。大便俱闭者，加大黄。女人房劳小便难，大
腹满
石苇散
治热淋，多因肾气不足，膀胱有热，水道不通，淋沥不宣，出少起数，脐腹急痛，
有时，劳倦则发。或尿如豆汁，或便出沙石，疼痛。兼治大病后余热为淋。

上为末，每服二钱，煎小麦汤调，食前，日三服。
清心莲子饮
治上盛下虚，心火炎上，口苦咽干，烦渴微热，小便赤涩，或欲成淋，并宜服
见消渴类。）
火府丹
治心经热，小便涩，及治五淋。
生干地黄（二两） 木通（一两） 黄芩（一两）
上为末，炼蜜杵丸，梧桐子大。每服三十粒，木通煎汤下。
生附汤
治疗冷淋，小便闭塞涩痛，频繁想排尿却排不出，尿道中疼痛，伴有怕冷战栗。多因饮水过多，或因寒气凝滞、意志耗损所致，都有这种证候。

以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用两大钱，加水二盏，生姜七片，灯心草二十茎，蜂蜜半匙煎煮，去渣后，空腹服用。
八味丸
治疗同上。（方剂见香港脚类。）
八正散
治疗热淋、血淋。加入灯心草、车前草煎煮，不限时间服用。（方剂见积热类。）
地肤子汤
治疗下焦有热，以及各类淋证闭塞不通。
地肤子（一两半） 知母 黄芩 猪苓（去皮） 瞿麦 枳实（去瓤，切片，炒制） 升麻 通草 冬葵子
以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半煎煮，空腹服用。如果大便也闭塞不通的，加大黄。女性因房劳导致小便困难，腹部胀满的（适用此方）。
石苇散
治疗热淋，多因肾气不足，膀胱有热，水道不通，淋漓不畅，尿量少且次数多，脐腹急痛，有时劳累疲倦就会发作。或者尿液像豆汁一样浑浊，或者排出沙石，伴有疼痛。兼治大病之后余热导致的淋证。
木通 石苇（去毛。各一两） 甘草 当归 王不留行 滑石 白术 瞿麦 赤芍药 冬葵子（原文此处似有缺字，依文意补全为冬葵子或类似籽类，但按规则保留原名，故译为葵子）
以上研为细末，每次服用二钱，用小麦汤煎服调匀，饭前服用，每天三次。
清心莲子饮
治疗上盛下虚，心火炎上，口苦咽干，烦渴微热，小便赤涩，或即将形成淋证，都适宜服用。（方剂见消渴类。）
火府丹
治疗心经热盛，小便涩痛，以及治疗五淋。
生干地黄（二两） 木通（一两） 黄芩（一两）
以上研为细末，用炼蜜捣制成丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十粒，用木通煎汤送服。
Shengfu Decoction (Raw Aconite Decoction)
Treats Cold Lin (Cold Strangury), characterized by obstructed and astringent urination, frequent urges with inability to void, pain in the urethra, and increased aversion to cold with shivering. This condition is often caused by excessive water intake, or due to cold coagulation and depletion of vital spirit, presenting with these symptoms.
Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi, processed, skin and umbilicus removed) [0.5 liang], Talcum (Huashi) [0.5 liang], Herba Dianthi (Qumai), Caulis Tetrapanacis (Mutong), Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Banxia) [each 3 qian].
Crush the above into a powder. Take two large qian per dose, decoct with two zhan of water, seven slices of fresh ginger, twenty stems of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao), and half a spoonful of honey. Strain and take on an empty stomach.
Bawei Wan (Eight-Ingredient Pill)
Treats the same as above. (Formula see Hongjiaojiao category.)
Bazheng San (Eight-Right Powder)
Treats Heat Lin (Heat Strangury) and Blood Lin (Blood Strangury). Add Juncus effusus (Dengxincao) and Plantago seed (Cheqiancao) for decoction; take at any time. (Formula see Jire category.)
Difuzi Tang (Kochia Decoction)
Treats heat in the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner) and various types of strangury with obstruction and inability to void.
Fructus Kochiae (Difuzi) [1.5 liang], Radix Anemarrhenae (Zhimu), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Sclerotium Poriae Cocos (Zhuling, skin removed), Herba Dianthi (Qumai), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhishi, pith removed, sliced, stir-fried), Rhizoma Cimicifugae (Shengma), Caulis Agastachis (Tongcao), Semen Malvae Verticillatae (Kuizi).
Crush the above into a powder. Take four qian per dose, decoct with one and a half zhan of water, and take on an empty stomach. If stool is also closed, add Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang). For women with difficult urination due to sexual fatigue and abdominal fullness.
Shiwei San (Periploca Powder)
Treats Heat Lin, often due to insufficiency of Kidney Qi and heat in the Bladder, leading to obstruction of the water passages, dribbling and incomplete voiding, small volume with frequent urination, urgent pain in the umbilical and abdominal region, which may flare up upon fatigue. Or urine resembling bean juice, or passage of sand and stones with pain. Also treats strangury caused by residual heat after severe illness.
Caulis Tetrapanacis (Mutong), Folium Periplocae Sepiae (Shiwei, hairs removed) [each 1 liang], Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Semen Vaccariae (Wangbuliuxing), Talcum (Huashi), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu), Herba Dianthi (Qumai), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao), Semen Malvae Verticillatae (Kuizi).
Pulverize the above. Take two qian per dose, mix with decoction of Triticeum Semen (Xiaomai), take before meals, three times daily.
Qingxin Lianzi Yin (Clear Heart Lotus Seed Drink)
Treats excess in the Upper and deficiency in the Lower, flaming-up of Heart Fire, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat, irritability, thirst, slight fever, red and astringent urination, or impending strangury; suitable for all these conditions. (Formula see Xiaoke category.)
Huofu Dan (Fire Mansion Pill)
Treats heat in the Heart Meridian, astringent urination, and five types of Lin (Strangury).
Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shengdihuang) [2 liang], Caulis Tetrapanacis (Mutong) [1 liang], Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin) [1 liang].
Pulverize the above, mix with refined honey, pound into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, wash down with Mutong decoction.
