敷痔极效。
熊胆（研细） 脑子（研细）
上各少许，用井花水调，以鸡羽拂痔上。
枯矾散
治五痔痛痒。
枯矾（半钱） 脑子（一字）
上并研为末，先用鱼腥草浓煎汁，放温洗，次用少许敷痔上，效。
硝石散
上用寒水石、朴硝为末，以津润手指，点药敷疮上，立效。
葱青散
上以葱青刮去涎，对停入蜜调匀，先以木鳖子煎汤熏洗，然后敷药，其冷如冰。
又方
耳环草，一名碧蝉儿花，手挪软，纳患处即愈。
又方
穿山甲自尾根尽处数，除三鳞不用，取第四、第五、第六鳞，横三行，烧存性为末，
用麝香少许，腊茶一匙同调，空心服。以澄下浓者敷疮上，其冷如冰，永不痛，无不效。
蜗牛散 治痔疮肿胀，作热如火。
上用蜗牛螺一个，以冰片脑子、麝香各少许，同入瓦器内盛，顿逼半日，自化成水。以

平立量脊骨与脐平，椎上灸七壮。或年深，更于椎骨两旁各一寸，灸如上数，无不除
又法，治痔疾大如胡瓜，贯于肠头，热如 灰火，发则僵仆。以柳枝浓煎汤洗后，以艾炷灸
其上三五壮。若觉一道热气入肠中，大泻鲜红血秽恶，一时至痛楚，泻后其疾如失。久冷五
痔便血，灸脊中百壮。五痔便血失屎，灸回气百壮，穴在脊穷骨上。
熊胆膏
治疗痔疮极其有效。
取少量熊胆（研磨成细粉）、少量冰片（研磨成细粉）。
将上述药物各取少许，用井水调和，用鸡毛蘸药液涂抹于患处。
枯矾散
治疗五种痔疮引起的疼痛和瘙痒。
取半钱枯矾、一字冰片。
将两者共同研磨成粉末。先用浓煎的鱼腥草汁，待温度适宜后清洗患处，然后取少量药粉敷于痔疮上，效果显著。
硝石散
取寒水石、朴硝研磨成粉末。用唾液润湿手指，蘸取药粉点涂在疮口上，立即见效。
葱青散
取葱的青色部分，刮去表面的黏液，对折放入蜂蜜中调匀。先用木鳖子煎汤熏洗患处，然后敷上药膏，感觉冰凉如冰。
又一方
使用耳环草，又名碧蝉儿花，用手揉搓至柔软，直接塞入患处即可痊愈。

从穿山甲尾部根部开始数鳞片，去掉前三片不用，取第四、第五、第六片鳞片，横向排列三行，烧至存性（保留药性）后研磨成粉末。
取少量麝香、一匙腊茶一同调和。空腹服用。将沉淀下来的浓稠药液敷在疮口上，感觉冰凉如冰，永不疼痛，无不奏效。
蜗牛散
治疗痔疮肿胀，发热如火烧般。
取一个蜗牛螺，加入少量冰片、少量麝香，一同放入瓦器中密封，闷置半天，自然化成水状液体。取少量……
灸法：
站立姿势，测量脊骨与肚脐平齐的位置，在该椎骨上艾灸七壮。如果病程日久，再在椎骨两旁各一寸处，按上述数量进行艾灸，无不治愈。
另一种方法，治疗痔疮大如胡瓜，脱出肠头，热如灰火，发作时使人僵倒。先用柳枝浓煎汤清洗患处，然后用艾炷在其上艾灸三五壮。如果感觉到一股热气进入肠中，大量排泄鲜红恶臭的血便，此时会感到剧烈疼痛，泻后疾病即刻消失。对于久病寒冷的五痔便血，在脊中穴艾灸一百壮。对于五痔便血且失禁者，在回气穴艾灸一百壮，该穴位位于脊柱尽头骨头之上。
Xiongdan Gao (Bear Bile Ointment)

Xiaoshi San (Niter Powder)
Use Han Shui Shi (Halloysitum Rubrum) and Poxiao (Mirabilite) ground into powder. Moisten fingers with saliva, dip in the medicine, and dab it onto the ulcer. Immediate effect.
Congqing San (Green Scallion Powder)
Take the green part of the scallion, scrape off the mucus, place it opposite itself, and mix evenly with honey. First, fumigate and wash the area with a decoction of Momordica Charantia Seed (Mubiezi), then apply the medicine. It feels cold as ice.
Another Prescription
Erhuan Cao (Ear-ring Grass), also known as Bi Chan'er Hua (Green Cicada Flower). Rub it soft with hands, insert into the affected area, and it will heal.

Count the scales from the root of the tail of Manis Pentadactyla (Pangolin). Discard the first three scales. Take the fourth, fifth, and sixth scales. Arrange them in three horizontal rows, burn until carbonized but retaining efficacy (Cortex Manis Praeparatus), and grind into powder.
Mix with a small amount of Moschus (Musk) and one spoonful of Lacha (aged tea). Take on an empty stomach. Apply the thick sediment to the ulcer. It feels cold as ice, never painful, and always effective.

Moxibustion Method:
Stand upright. Measure the vertebra level with the umbilicus. Apply seven moxa cones (Zhuang) on this vertebra. If the condition is chronic, additionally apply moxibustion at the same number of cones on both sides of the vertebral column, one cun away. This removes the disease without fail.
Another Method:
Treats hemorrhoids large as a cucumber, prolapsed from the anus, hot as embers, causing stiffness and collapse upon onset. Wash thoroughly with a strong decoction of Salix Purpurea (Willow Branch) twigs, then apply moxa cones to the area for three to five cones. If a stream of hot qi is felt entering the intestine, profuse discharge of fresh red, foul-smelling blood occurs, accompanied by sudden severe pain. After defecation, the disease vanishes instantly. For long-standing cold-type hemorrhoids with rectal bleeding, apply one hundred moxa cones to Jizhong (DU14). For hemorrhoids with bleeding and fecal incontinence, apply one hundred moxa cones to Huiqi (DU35), located above the coccyx.
