四生散
治上攻下注，耳鸣目痒，鼻赤齿浮，或作口疮，下注阴湿，四肢瘙痒，遍体生疮。
人血风疮。
黄 丸
治肾脏风虚下注，腰脚生疮，行步艰难。（方见大方科虚损类。）
增益四物汤
治一切恶疮。
川芎 当归 地黄 甘草 芍药（各等分） 防风 荆芥 凤尾草（酌量加入）
上锉散，每服三大钱，水一盏半煎服。经验。
五香连翘汤
治风气风 疮，除升麻、大黄、独活、木通、乳香五味。忌食冷物，服后小水
见前。）
五苓散加瞿麦，大略治同上。此方得之艰，用之取效。
敷药合掌散
治遍身生疮，百药不效。

又方 贝母为末，入雄黄少许掺上。
菖蒲末
治遍身热毒疮，痛而不痒，手足尤甚，粘着衣被，夜不得睡。多取菖蒲为末，布于
使病者恣卧其间，仍以衣被覆之，五七日疮愈。疹疮烂用艾毡亦可。
葵花散
治一切疮。
郁金 黄连 黄柏 栀子仁 葵花（各等分）
上为末，冷水调成膏，贴疮痛处，神效。
松脂散
治一切恶疮，医所不识者。
水银 甘草 黄柏 黄连 松脂（黄明者） 腻粉 蜂窠（以沼故着壁上者）
上取水银放在掌心，以唾擦为泥，入瓷器中，用清油和匀，生绢滤如稀饧。先以温水洗
疮，
一扫散
治一切疮疥，但相对而生者便是，不问干湿 痛，日近年深，用之立效。

上为末，用大鲫鱼一个，入香油煎，候熟，去鱼，摊冷，调药搽疮。未效，可加信石末

真平胃散

梅肉、蜜和捻作饼子，如钱浓，以贴疮上。
苦楝膏
治大人小儿疮秃及恶疮，苦楝皮烧灰，以猪脂调敷。
青黛散
治中部生湿疮，热痒而痛，寒热，大小便涩，食亦减，身面微肿，多食鱼虾发风热
之。马齿苋四两研烂，入青黛一两，再研匀涂上，立有神效。仍服八正散，日三服。（

洗方苦参汤
苦参 蛇床子 白矾 荆芥穗
上等分，用水煎，放温洗。
驱风散
红椒（开口者七粒） 连根葱头（七个）
上同煮水，净洗。用绢衣 干即愈。
指缝瘙痒成疮，有窍出血不止，多年粪桶箍篾干烧灰，敷之即安。火气入疮，黄柏皮为
末，
漆毒成疮，磨铁槽中泥涂之即愈。又方，蟹黄涂之效。
四生散
治疗邪气上攻下注，出现耳鸣、目痒、鼻头红赤、牙齿浮动，或者发生口疮；下部湿注导致阴部潮湿，四肢瘙痒，全身生疮。
以及人血风疮。
黄丸
治疗肾脏风虚邪气下注，腰部和脚部生疮，行走困难。（此方详见大方科虚损类。）
增益四物汤
治疗各种恶疮。
川芎、当归、地黄、甘草、芍药（各等分），防风、荆芥、凤尾草（酌情加入）。
以上药材切碎成散剂，每次服用三大钱，加水一盏半煎煮后服用。有验效。
五香连翘汤
治疗风气引起的风疮，去除升麻、大黄、独活、木通、乳香这五味药。（忌食生冷食物，服药后小便情况见前文。）
五苓散加瞿麦，大致治法同上。此方得来不易，使用能取得疗效。
敷药合掌散
治疗全身生疮，用百药无效的情况。
槟榔（五个，研为粉末）、硫黄（五钱，生品研细末）、腻粉（半钱）。
以上药物混合均匀。每次取一钱，置于手心内，用油调匀，夜间睡觉时涂抹于外生殖器部位，涂后不得洗手，只需擦手使其干燥即可。
对于多年的恶疮不愈，可将马齿苋烂捣后敷贴患处。也治疗反花疮，其形状像花开一样，将药烧成灰后用猪脂调和敷贴。又有另一方：
赤小豆方
治疗善疮或恶疮疥癣，或者红肿，没有不治愈的。
取赤小豆七十七粒，研为粉末，敷贴患处即愈。或者用水调匀敷在疮口及四周红肿处，药屑脱落后再敷。又有另一方：
锉散末
杀虫方
鸡心槟榔（一两）、黄连、穿山甲（十个，烧至存性）、麝香（半钱）。
以上研为粉末，用腊茶末调匀涂抹，三到五日后用葱汤清洗。
恶疮方
白胶（选用红色的，一钱）、明矾（三钱）、黄丹（黄色，三钱）。
以上研为粉末，先用温热的酸浆水清洗患处，擦干，用清油调匀敷贴。
又有另一方：贝母研为粉末，加入少许雄黄撒在上面。
菖蒲末
治疗全身热毒疮，疼痛而不痒，手足部位尤其严重，粘着衣被，夜晚无法入睡。多取菖蒲研为粉末，铺在地上让病人随意躺卧其中，并用衣被覆盖，五到七天后疮愈。如果是疹疮溃烂，使用艾草铺垫也可以。
葵花散
治疗各种疮疡。
郁金、黄连、黄柏、栀子仁、葵花（各等分）。
以上研为粉末，用冷水调成膏状，贴在疮痛处，效果神奇。
松脂散
治疗各种恶疮，包括医生无法识别的疮疡。
水银、甘草、黄柏、黄连、松脂（黄色的）、腻粉、蜂窠（生长在沼泽边墙壁上的）。
以上取水银放在掌心，用唾液擦拭成泥状，放入瓷器中，用清油调和均匀，用生绢过滤如稀糖浆状。先以温水清洗疮口……
一扫散
治疗各种疮疥，只要是对称生长的就是，不问干湿、疼痛与否，无论病程长短，使用后立即见效。
藜芦皮（二两）、真轻粉（十贴）、好蚌粉（一两）、通明雄黄并水粉（一两）。
以上研为粉末，用大鲫鱼一条，放入香油中煎炸，待熟后去掉鱼，摊凉，调和药物搽抹疮口。如果未见效，可加入少许信石末。
真平胃散
治疗肿胀满闷后发生的疮疡，或者发水疱形成疮疡，这是脾土崩坏所致。以及治疗各种疮疡，用清油调敷，湿气重则用散剂掺敷。（此方详见大方科脾胃类。）
二黄膏
治疗各种疮疡。清油三两，煎巴豆二十粒至微黑，去掉巴豆，加入黄蜡一两熔化完毕，研磨雄黄、硫黄……（原文此处似有缺漏，依语境补全逻辑）制成膏剂。洗净患处，涂抹二三次，效果神奇。痘疹后的疮疡也可以使用。
神异膏
治疗各种疮疥。
全蝎（七个，去毒）、皂角（一挺，切碎）、巴豆（七粒，去壳）、蛇床子（三钱）、清油（一两）。
以上先用皂角、全蝎、巴豆煎油至变色。去掉这三味药，加入黄蜡熔化，取出冷却后加入雄黄、蛇床子末、轻粉……
净肌散
治疗各种恶疮。
雄黄、海螵蛸、大柏皮、宣连、水粉、轻粉、蚌粉、杏仁。
以上研为粉末，用真清油调匀敷贴。
又有另一方：治疗大风离（一种皮肤病）。枫树果实烧至存性，研为粉末，加入真轻粉，用香油调匀敷贴。
乌梅膏
治疗各种疮疡长出赘肉，如蛇伸出数寸长，用硫黄细研，薄薄地敷在赘肉上，赘肉即刻收缩。诸疮中新长出的肉，可用乌梅肉、蜂蜜和匀捏成饼子，如铜钱厚度，贴在疮上。
苦楝膏
治疗大人小儿秃疮及恶疮，苦楝皮烧成灰，用猪脂调和敷贴。
青黛散
治疗中部生湿疮，热痒且痛，伴有寒热，大小便涩滞，食欲减退，身面微肿，多因食用鱼虾引发风热之邪。马齿苋四两研烂，加入青黛一两，再研匀涂上，立即有神效。同时服用八正散，每日三次。（此方详见大方科积热类）
洗方苦参汤
苦参、蛇床子、白矾、荆芥穗。
以上等分，用水煎煮，放温后清洗。
驱风散
红椒（开口者七粒）、带根葱头（七个）。
以上同煮水，洗净患处。用绢布包裹擦干即愈。
指缝瘙痒成疮，有窍出血不止，多年粪桶箍篾干烧成灰，敷贴即安。火气入疮，用黄柏皮研为粉末……
漆毒引起疮疡，磨铁槽中的泥涂敷即愈。又有另一方，蟹黄涂敷有效。
Si Sheng San (Four Generations Powder)
Treats pathogenic factors attacking upward and pouring downward, manifesting as tinnitus (ear ringing), itchy eyes, redness of the nose, floating teeth, or aphthous ulcers in the mouth; dampness pouring downward causing genital dampness, itching of the four limbs, and generalized skin sores.
Also treats Ren Xue Feng Chuang (Human Blood Wind Sores).
Huang Wan (Yellow Pill)
Treats Kidney wind deficiency with pathogenic factors pouring downward, causing sores on the waist and legs, and difficulty walking. (See this formula in the Large Section on Deficiency and Damage.)
Zeng Yi Si Wu Tang (Increased Four Substances Decoction)
Treats all kinds of malignant sores.
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong Radix), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Rehmanniae Radix (Dihuang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) (each in equal parts), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Pteris Multifida Herba (Fengweicao) (added according to discretion).
The above are cut into pieces to make a powder. Take three large qian per dose, decoct with one and a half zhan of water, and take orally. Proven effective.
Wu Xiang Lian Qiao Tang (Five Fragrances Forsythia Decoction)
Treats wind-pathogen induced wind sores. Remove Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), and Ruxiang (Olibanum). Avoid cold food. The condition of urination after taking the medicine is described previously.
Wu Ling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) plus Qumai (Dianthus Herba) has roughly the same treatment indication. This formula was hard to obtain but yields good results when used.
Fu Yao He Zhang San (Palm-Summing Application Powder)
Treats generalized skin sores that have not responded to hundreds of medicines.
Areca Seed (Binglang) (five seeds, ground into powder), Sulfur (Liu Huang) (five qian, raw, ground into fine powder), Nifen (Calomel/Nitrum processed) (half qian).
Mix the above evenly. Take one qian each time, place it in the palm, mix with oil, and apply to the external genitals at night. Do not wash hands afterwards; simply wipe them until dry.
For chronic malignant sores that do not heal for many years, crush fresh Portulaca Oleracea Herba (Machixian) and apply as a poultice. It also treats Fan Hua Chuang (Reverse Flower Sores), which resemble blooming flowers; burn the herb to ash and mix with Pig Fat (Zhuzhi) for application. Another prescription:
Chi Xiao Dou Fang (Red Adzuki Bean Prescription)
Treats benign or malignant sores, scabies, or redness and swelling; nothing fails to heal.
Take seventy-seven Chi Xiao Dou (Vigna angularis seeds), grind into powder, and apply. Alternatively, mix with water to form a paste and apply to the sore and surrounding red/swollen areas. Reapply if the powder falls off. Another prescription:
Cuo San Mo (Cut Powder)
Sha Chong Fang (Parasite-Killing Prescription)
Chicken-heart shaped Areca Seed (Jixin Binglang) (one liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Pangolin Scales (Chuan Shan Jia) (ten scales, calcined to retain character), Moschus (Shexiang) (half qian).
Grind into powder. Mix with aged tea powder for topical application. Wash with Scallion Water after three to five days.
E Chuang Fang (Malignant Sore Prescription)
Baijiao (White Gelatin - use red-colored) (one qian), Mingfan (Alumen) (three qian), Huangdan (Lead Tetroxide/Yellow Red Lead) (three qian).
Grind into powder. First wash the area with warm sour plum juice, dry it, then mix with pure sesame oil for application.
Another prescription:贝mu (Fritillariae Bulb) ground into powder, add a small amount of Realgar (Xionghuang) and sprinkle on top.
Changpu Mo (Acorus Powder)
Treats generalized heat-toxin sores, painful but not itchy, especially severe on hands and feet, sticking to clothes and bedding, preventing sleep at night. Take abundant Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (Changpu), grind into powder, spread on the ground, and let the patient lie freely upon it. Cover with clothes/bedding. The sores will heal within five to seven days. For ruptured chickenpox sores, using Mugwort felt is also effective.
Kuihua San (Sunflower Powder)
Treats all types of sores.
Curcuma Longa Rhizome (Yujin), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren), Sunflower (Kuihua) (each in equal parts).
Grind into powder. Mix with cold water to form a paste. Apply to the painful sore area. Miraculous effect.
Song Zhi San (Pine Resin Powder)
Treats all kinds of malignant sores, including those unrecognized by physicians.
Mercurius (Shuiyin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Pine Resin (Songzhi - yellow and clear), Nifen (Calomel), Beehive (Fengke - those attached to walls in marshy areas).
Place Mercurius in the palm, rub with saliva until it becomes mud-like. Put into a porcelain vessel. Mix with pure sesame oil until uniform. Filter through raw silk cloth until it resembles thin syrup. First wash the sore with warm water...
Yi Sao San (One Sweep Powder)
Treats all kinds of sores and scabies. If they appear symmetrically, it applies regardless of whether they are wet or dry, painful or painless, acute or chronic. Immediate effect upon use.
Veratris Pericarpium (Lilupi) (two liang), Genuine Calomel (Zhen Qingfen) (ten ties/packets), Good Concha Margaritifera (Hao Bangfen) (one liang), Tongming Realgar (Tongming Xionghuang) and Shuifen (Water Powder) (one liang).
Grind into powder. Take one large crucian carp, fry in sesame oil until cooked. Remove the fish, let cool, and mix with the powder to apply to the sores. If ineffective, add a small amount of Realgar arsenite (Xinshi) powder.
Sha Jie Yao (Scabies-Killing Medicine)
Grind Mercury residue finely. Dip in lard (La Zhuzhi Gao) and rub over the whole body. Immediate effect.
Zhen Ping Wei San (True Stomach-Pacifying Powder)
Treats sores arising after swelling and fullness, or blisters forming sores, indicating collapse of Spleen Earth. Also treats all sores. Mix with pure sesame oil for application; if damp, use as a dusting powder. (See this formula in the Large Section on Spleen and Stomach.)
Er Huang Gao (Two Yellows Ointment)
Treats all kinds of sores. Pure sesame oil three liang, decoct twenty Semen Crotonis (Badou) until slightly black. Remove Badou, add one liang of Beeswax (Huangla) and melt. Grind Realgar (Xionghuang) and Sulfur (Liu Huang)... [text incomplete] ...form an ointment. Cleanse the area, apply two to three times. Miraculous effect. Also used for sores after chickenpox/smallpox.
Shen Yi Gao (Divine Extraordinary Ointment)
Treats all kinds of sores and scabies.
Scorpio (Quanxie) (seven, remove toxicity), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojiao) (one pod, crushed), Semen Crotonis (Badou) (seven kernels, shelled), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi) (three qian), Pure Sesame Oil (Qingyou) (one liang).
First decoct Zaojiao, Quanxie, and Badou in the oil until the color changes. Remove these three ingredients. Add Beeswax and melt. Remove from heat, cool, then add Realgar (Xionghuang) and Shechuangzi powder, Qingfen (Calomel)...
Jing Ji San (Pure Skin Cleansing Powder)
Treats all kinds of malignant sores.
Realgar (Xionghuang), Sepiae Endoconcha (Haipiaoxiao), Phellodendri Cortex (Da Baipi), Xuanlian (Coptis), Shuifen (Water Powder), Qingfen (Calomel), Concha Margaritifera (Bangfen), Almond (Xingren).
Grind into powder. Mix with genuine pure sesame oil for application.
Another prescription: Treats Da Feng Li (Severe Wind Disfigurement). Burn Fructus Aceri (Fengmuzi) to retain character, grind into powder, add genuine Qingfen, mix with sesame oil for application.
Wumei Gao (Dark Plum Ointment)
Treats various sores growing flesh tags, extending several inches like a snake. Grind Sulfur (Liu Huang) finely, apply thinly on the flesh tag, and it will immediately retract. For new flesh growth in sores, mix Dark Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou) and Honey, knead into cakes the thickness of a coin, and apply to the sore.
Kulian Gao (Toosendan Ointment)
Treats alopecia barbae/capitis and malignant sores in adults and children. Burn Cortex Toosendan (Kulianpi) to ash, mix with Pig Fat (Zhuzhi) for application.
Qingdai San (Indigo Naturalis Powder)
Treats damp sores in the middle jiao, characterized by heat, itching, pain, alternating chills and fever, difficult urination and defecation, reduced appetite, and slight swelling of the body and face, often triggered by consuming fish and shrimp causing wind-heat. Mash four liang of Portulaca Oleracea Herba (Machixian), add one liang of Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), grind uniformly, and apply. Immediate miraculous effect. Concurrently take Bazheng San (Eight-Herb Corrective Powder), three doses daily. (See this formula in the Large Section on Accumulated Heat.)
Xi Fang Kushen Tang (Washing Prescription: Sophora Decoction)
Sophora Root (Kushen), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Alumen (Baifan), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui).
Equal parts. Decoct in water. Let cool to warm temperature and wash.
Qu Feng San (Wind-Expelling Powder)
Red Pepper (Hongjiao) (seven pods with openings), Scallion Bulbs with Roots (Lianggen Congtou) (seven bulbs).
Decoct together in water. Wash the area clean. Wrap with silk gauze and dry; it will heal.
Itching between fingers leading to sores, with bleeding from orifices persisting for years: Dry bamboo strips from old manure buckets, burn to ash, and apply for immediate relief. If fire-qi enters the sore, apply Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbopi) ground into powder...
Sores caused by lac poison: Apply mud ground in an iron trough; heals immediately. Another prescription: Crab roe applied topically is effective.
