治无名肿毒。当归八钱，黄 五钱，粉甘草二钱，金银花一两，用水一碗，陈酒一碗，
合煎，空心服。
治无名肿毒、痈疽发背等症，三日即愈。穿山甲（炙研）、黄 、白芷、当归、生地各
三钱，用黄酒三碗或酒水各半煎一碗服之，在头面者加川芎五钱，在身上者加杜仲五钱，在
两腿者加牛膝五钱，在肢臂手足者加桂枝五钱。
治一切赤热肿痛，并痔漏诸毒。
京墨、熊胆、胡连、儿茶、牛黄各三钱，冰片一钱，麝香五钱。
上药各研末，用猪胆汁加生姜、大黄水浸取汁，酽醋各少许，相对和药为锭，用时以冷
水磨浓，用笔涂之，立愈。
治痈疽肿毒。重阳取芙蓉叶研末，端午前取苍耳烧存性研末，等分，蜜水调涂四周，其
毒自不走散。
桑木灰七钱，矿子灰五钱，荞麦秸灰一两，茄科灰一两，放锅内用水五碗，滚十数次，
用布袋滤去渣，用铁勺熬成一小杯，存用。如肿毒不得破头，将此药在所患顶上画一十字，
即出脓。诸般大疮有疔角腐肉不脱者，用此药水洗之。如点面上黑痣雀斑，尤神效。
庚生按∶用此破头虽效，然往往内溃太甚，沿烂好肉，不若待其脓足时，以刀针穿破为
妙，至用此方，洗腐肉，痛不可当，切弗轻用。

龙骨、血竭、红粉霜、乳香、没药、海螵蛸、赤石脂各一分，嫩石膏二分。
上药研细末，敷上极效。大凡生肌散内要配粉霜，若要去腐肉，每一两配入粉霜三分、
五分；如治下疳等疮，每两配一、二分。
治疗无名肿毒。用当归八钱，黄芪五钱，粉甘草二钱，金银花一两，用水一碗、陈酒一碗，混合煎煮，空腹服用。

治疗痈疽肿毒。重阳节采集芙蓉叶研成细末，端午节前采集苍耳烧至存性（保留药性）后研成细末，两者等分，用蜂蜜水调匀涂抹于肿毒四周，其毒气自然不再扩散。

（又名海龙粉）龙骨、血竭、红粉霜、乳香、没药、海螵蛸、赤石脂各一分，嫩石膏二分。将上述药物研成细末，敷贴患处极有效。一般来说，生肌散中必须配伍粉霜；如果要去除腐肉，每一两药粉中加入粉霜三分或五分；如果是治疗下疳等疮疡，每两药粉中加入一至二分粉霜。
Treatment for unnamed swelling and toxicity. Use 8 qian of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), 5 qian of Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huangqi), 2 qian of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata (Feng Gancao), and 1 liang of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua). Decoct with one bowl of water and one bowl of aged wine, combine and decoct. Take on an empty stomach.
Treatment for unnamed swelling and toxicity, carbuncles, and back abscesses, which will heal in three days. Use 3 qian each of Pangolin Scales (Chanshanjia, calcined and powdered), Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huangqi), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), and Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdi). Decoct with three bowls of yellow wine or half yellow wine and half water until one bowl remains. Take orally. If the lesion is on the head or face, add 5 qian of Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong); if on the trunk, add 5 qian of Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong); if on both legs, add 5 qian of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi); if on limbs, arms, hands, or feet, add 5 qian of Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi).
Treatment for all types of red, hot, swollen, and painful conditions, as well as various toxicities such as hemorrhoids and fistulas. Use 3 qian each of Beijing Ink (Jingmo), Bear Gallbladder (Xiongdan), Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulian), Camellia Seed Tea (Ercha), and Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), along with 1 qian of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian) and 5 qian of Moschus (Shexiang). Powder each of the above herbs separately. Extract juice from Pig's Bile (Zhudan) soaked with Ginger (Shengjiang) and Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang). Add a small amount of strong vinegar. Mix with the herbal powder to form tablets. When using, grind thickly with cold water, apply with a brush to the affected area, and it will heal immediately.
Treatment for carbuncles and swelling toxicity. Collect Hibiscus Mutabilis Leaves (Furongye) on the Double Yang Day (Chongyang Festival) and powder them. Collect Xanthium Strumarium (Canger) before the Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Festival), burn until charred but retaining efficacy, and powder them. Mix equal parts. Blend with honey water and apply around the periphery of the swelling; the toxicity will naturally not spread.
Use 7 qian of Mulberry Wood Ash (Sangmuhui), 5 qian of Mineral Ash (Kuangzihui), 1 liang of Buckwheat Straw Ash (Qiaomaijiehui), and 1 liang of Solanum Melongena Ash (Qiaokehui). Place in a pot with five bowls of water, boil repeatedly ten times. Filter out the dregs using a cloth bag. Boil down with an iron spoon into a small cup. Store for use. If a swelling cannot break open, draw a cross shape on the top of the lesion with this medicine, and pus will emerge. For various large sores with hard cores or necrotic flesh that do not detach, wash with this medicinal water. It is especially effective for removing black moles and freckles on the face. Gengsheng notes: Although this method effectively promotes opening, it often causes excessive internal ulceration and destroys healthy tissue. It is better to wait until the pus is fully formed and then puncture it with a knife or needle. Regarding the use of this formula to wash necrotic flesh, the pain is unbearable; do not use it lightly.
(Also known as Hailong Powder) Use 1 fen each of Os Draconis (Longgu), Dracaenae Sangues (Xuexie), Minium Preparatum (Hongfenshuang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrha (Moyao), Sepiae Endoconcha (Haipiaoxiao), and Kaolinite (Chishizhi), along with 2 fen of Calcitum Puerilum (Nen Shigao). Powder the above herbs finely and apply externally for extreme efficacy. Generally, Shengji San (Regenerate Flesh Powder) must be compounded with Minium Preparatum (Hongfenshuang). To remove necrotic flesh, add 3 fen or 5 fen of Hongfenshuang per 1 liang of powder; to treat chancres and other ulcers, add 1 to 2 fen of Hongfenshuang per 1 liang of powder.
