Stomach Wind
This condition arises from being exposed to cool winds immediately after eating. Symptoms include abdominal distension and fullness, inability to eat or drink, emaciation with a large abdomen, aversion to wind, excessive sweating on the head, and cold stagnation in the diaphragm. Weifeng Tang (Stomach Wind Decoction) is the primary treatment. However, modifications should be made based on accompanying syndromes. The pulse at the right Guan position is wiry, slow, and floating.
Weifeng Tang (Stomach Wind Decoction)
See under the category of Dysentery Syndromes.
