一，取犁（藜）卢二齐，乌 （喙）一齐， 一齐，屈居（据）□齐，芜华（花）一齐，
并和以车故脂，如□□□（四一三）裹。善洒，干，节（即）炙裹乐（药），以靡（磨） 其
骚（瘙），□靡（磨）脂□□脂，骚（瘙）即已（四一四）。
一，取阑（兰）根、白付，小 一升，舂之，以 、沐相半洎之， （才）□□，置温
所三日，而入猪膏□□（四一五）者一合其中，因炊【三】沸，以敷疥而炙之。干而复敷者

一，煮桃叶，三KT ，以为汤。之温内，饮热酒，已，即入汤中，有（又）饮热酒其
中，虽久骚（瘙）【已】（四一七）。
一，干骚（瘙）∶煮弱（溺）二斗，令二升；豕膏一升，冶黎（藜）户二升，同敷之（四
一八）。
【干瘙方】：取雄黄二两，水银一两半，猪头脂一升。将雄黄研磨混合水银至手部感觉不到颗粒（即完全融合），持续搅拌直至熟透。先用热水清洗患处（瘙痒处），使其溃破流脓，用布擦拭干净，然后涂抹药膏，每晚一次。
其一：取菱角一斤，炒至黄色，用五升清酒煮它，煮到三沸后停止，滤出汁液。晚上不要吃东西，睡前服用一杯，选取最大的菱角一枚，捣碎。再用杵臼捣烂，拌入油脂，制成大丸药。每次取一枚，取芦根，切碎，用酒浸泡，第二天晚上用来涂敷患处，即可痊愈。
其二：取藜芦二份，乌喙一份，附子一份，芫花一份，一起混合用车旧脂包裹。仔细清洗患处，擦干，随即炙烤包裹好的药包，磨碎其上的药脂涂抹于患处，瘙痒即可痊愈。
其三：取兰根、白附子各一小升，捣碎它们，用醋和沐汤各一半调和，待温度适宜，放置在温暖的地方三天，然后放入猪脂一合在其中，再煮沸三次，用来敷治疥疮并加以炙烤。干燥后再敷。过两天再洗澡，疥疮即可痊愈。
其四：煮桃叶，煮三沸，做成汤剂。趁温热时内服，喝热酒，症状缓解后，立即进入汤中洗浴，之后再喝热酒，即使是久治不愈的瘙痒也能痊愈。
[Formula for Dry Itching]: Take 2 liang of Realgar (Xionghuang), 1.5 liang of Mercury (Shuiyin), and 1 sheng of Pig Head Fat (Tou Zhi). Grind the Realgar to mix with the Mercury until no granules are felt by hand, stirring continuously until thoroughly mixed. First, wash the affected area (itching site) with hot water to induce suppuration, wipe dry with a cloth, then apply the ointment, once every night.
Method 1: Take 1 jin of Water Calathea (Ling/Ji), stir-fry until yellow, and boil it in 5 dou of pure wine. Stop boiling after three boils, filter out the juice. Do not eat anything in the evening; before sleep, take one cup. Select the largest calathea fruit, crush it. Pound it further with a mortar and pestle, mix with fat, and form into large pills. Take one pill each time, take Reed Rhizome (Lu Ben), chop it, soak it in wine, and use it to apply to the affected area the next night; it will be cured.
Method 2: Take 2 parts of Veratrum Nigrum (Lilu), 1 part of Aconitum Carmichaelii Dehscendens Root (Wuhui), 1 part of Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root (Fuzi), and 1 part of Genkwa Flos (Wanhua). Mix them together and wrap in old chariot axle grease. Cleanse the affected area carefully, dry it, then roast the wrapped medicine. Grind the medicinal fat from it and apply it to the itching site; the itching will cease.
Method 3: Take 1 small sheng of Cymbopogon Root (Lan Gen) and 1 small sheng of White Typhonium Rhizome (Baifu), pound them. Mix with half vinegar and half bathing water. When the temperature is suitable, place it in a warm location for three days. Then add 1 he of Pig Lard (Zhugao) into it, boil three times more, apply to treat scabies, and roast over heat. Apply again when dry. Bathe after two days, and the scabies will be cured.
Method 4: Boil Peach Leaves (Taoye) for three boils to make a decoction. Drink it while warm, followed by hot wine. Once symptoms alleviate, immediately enter the decoction for a bath, then drink more hot wine. Even chronic itching will be cured.
Method 5: For Dry Itching: Boil 2 dou of Urine (Niao), reduce to 2 sheng; mix with 1 sheng of Pig Lard and 2 sheng of Veratrum Nigrum (Lilu), and apply together.
