治气血劳伤，冲任脉虚，经血非时注下，或如豆汁，或成血片，或五色相杂，脐腹疼痛，
经久不止。
川芎（三两） 肉桂（五钱） 当归（炒） 干姜（炮。各七钱半） 赤石脂（一两） 艾
叶（炒，三两） 甘草（炙，五钱） 麦冬（一两） 伏龙肝
一方 虚闷胀饱气滞，加阿胶、续断、白术、陈皮、香附各五分。
上每服四钱，水一钟半，枣二枚，煎至一钟，空心温服。
一方 治血崩及诸血。
柏叶和矾煮，干棕用火烧，槐花各等分，用炒十分焦。三钱酒调下，诸血一时消。
止血后，服四物汤加阿胶、艾叶炒三四贴，调理。
治血崩。大补气血，滋养脾胃。

以上药物每次服用四钱，加水一钟半，大枣两枚，煎煮至一钟量，空腹温服。
将侧柏叶与明矾一起煮，将干棕皮烧成炭，槐花各取等分，炒至十分焦黑。每次三钱，用酒调服，各种出血症状立即消除。
止血后，服用四物汤加入阿胶、炒制的艾叶，连续服用三四剂，进行调理。

红色属血，白色属气。湿热致病，以燥湿为先。漏下和带下都是胃中痰积，流注渗入膀胱。治疗方法应当提升阳气。
以上药物加水一钟半，生姜三片煎煮，空腹服用。
Treats Qi and Blood exhaustion and injury, deficiency of the Chong and Ren meridians (Chong and Ren vessels), abnormal uterine bleeding occurring at non-menstrual times, where the blood may be thin like bean juice, form clots, or appear mixed with five colors. Accompanied by pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, persisting for a long time without cessation.

Alternative prescription: For symptoms of deficiency, distension, fullness, and Qi stagnation, add Ejiao Donkey-Hide Gelatin, Xu Duan Dipsacus Root, Baizhu Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, Chenpi Tangerine Peel, and Xiangfu Cyperi Rhizome, each one fen.
Take four qian of the above herbs per dose, add one zhong and a half of water, two dates, decoct until one zhong remains, and take warm on an empty stomach.
Alternative prescription: Treats metrorrhagia (blood flooding) and various types of bleeding.
Boil Cebaiye Biota Top and Mingfan Alum together; burn dry Zonglu Palm Stem to charcoal; use Huaihua Sophora Flower in equal parts. Stir-fry until thoroughly charred. Take three qian, mixed with wine, to instantly resolve all bleeding.
After hemostasis is achieved, administer Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Ejiao Donkey-Hide Gelatin and stir-fried Aiyè Mugwort Leaf, taken for three to four doses for conditioning.
Treats metrorrhagia. Greatly tonifies Qi and Blood, nourishes the Spleen and Stomach.

Red corresponds to Blood, White corresponds to Qi. When disease is caused by Damp-Heat, drying Dampness should be prioritized. Metrorrhagia (leaking) and leukorrhea (discharge) are both due to Phlegm accumulation in the Stomach, flowing down and mixing into the Bladder. The treatment method should involve raising Yang.
