治杨梅疮，并杨梅疯毒，及误服轻粉等。筋骨疼痛瘫痪，不能动履者，
土茯苓（鲜者一两，干者七钱，白者佳，赤者伤人） 薏苡仁 白藓皮 木通 木瓜
防风 金银花（各五分） 皂角子（四分） 如虚弱加人参 当归（各七分）
共作一服，水一钟半，一日内早中晚服三次。渣并煎，病浅者十日愈，病深者四十日全
好。
忌牛肉，烧酒，房事，此疮必起于下疳疮，如下疳医治不愈，必成此疮。若以此药预服，
则功效易，免成此疮，慎之。
一方 吹药法。水银一钱，银朱一钱 黑铅一钱，雄黄五分。水银与铅死一处，枣三个
去皮核，共研匀，作三丸，阴干。每一日用一丸。入罐中盛，火烧，饱食以口吹药丸，待烧
通红，烟尽则止，数日愈，诸物不忌。
一方 治杨梅疮。百日后用水银、枯矾、胆矾各一钱同研无星，调涂两手心，两足心。

雄黄（二钱半） 杏仁（三十粒，去皮尖） 轻粉（一钱） 雄猪胆汁调搽，先洗疮净。
又治年久诸冷漏疮，各样恶疮，又贴癖病，俱有神效。
穿山甲（八片） 木鳖仁（十二个） 白芷 半夏 白芨 当归 黄芩 黄连 黄柏（各
三钱） 槐柳枝（各二十寸）先用油一斤四两，炸上药老黄色，去渣，净油十六两入飞过，
黄丹半斤熬，滴水成珠，下火待温，下后细药。
黄蜡（五钱） 官粉（二钱，先入） 乳香 没药 儿茶 雄黄 阿魏 血竭（各三钱）
龙骨（研细，二钱） 柳条搅匀收。忌烧酒，房事，四十日全好。
治疗杨梅疮，以及杨梅疯毒，还有因误服轻粉等药物导致的筋骨疼痛、瘫痪，无法行走的情况。
土茯苓（新鲜的用一两，干用的用七钱，白色的为佳，红色的会伤害人体） 薏苡仁 白鲜皮 木通 木瓜 防风 金银花（各五分） 皂角子（四分） 如果身体虚弱则加入人参 当归（各七分）。
以上药材共为一剂，加水一钟半（约300-450毫升），在一天内的早、中、晚三次服用。药渣连同药液一起煎煮服用。病情较轻的十天痊愈，病情较深的四十天完全康复。
忌食牛肉、烧酒，禁止房事。这种疮必定起源于下疳疮，如果下疳疮治疗不愈，必然演变成此疮。如果预先服用此药，则功效容易显现，可避免形成此疮，务必谨慎。
另一方法：吹药法。水银一钱，银朱一钱，黑铅一钱，雄黄五分。将水银与铅反应至“死”（即化合），取三个枣去皮去核，共同研磨均匀，制成三丸，阴干。每天使用一丸。放入罐中，用火焚烧，饱食后以口向火中吹药丸，待药丸烧得通红，烟尽为止，数日即可痊愈，诸物饮食无需禁忌。
另一方法：治疗杨梅疮。病发百日后，用水银、枯矾、胆矾各一钱共同研磨至无颗粒感，调和后涂抹于两手心、两足心。
点涂杨梅疮方：
雄黄（二钱半） 杏仁（三十粒，去皮尖） 轻粉（一钱） 用雄猪胆汁调和搽擦，先洗净疮面。
又治多年不愈的各种冷漏疮，各类恶疮，以及贴敷癖病，都有神效。

黄蜡（五钱） 官粉（二钱，先加入） 乳香 没药 儿茶 雄黄 阿魏 血竭（各三钱） 龙骨（研细，二钱）。用柳条搅拌均匀收膏。忌食烧酒，禁止房事，四十天完全康复。
Treats chancre (chancre), and chancre madness toxin, as well as bone and joint pain and paralysis caused by the mistaken ingestion of calomel (mercurous chloride) and other substances, rendering movement impossible.
*Tufuling* (Fresh: 1 liang; Dried: 7 qian; White variety is preferred; Red variety harms the body) *Yiyiren* (Coix Seed) *Baixianpi* (Dictamnus Root Bark) *Mutong* (Akebia Stem) *Mugua* (Chaenomeles Fruit) *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikovia Root) *Jinyinhua* (Honeysuckle Flower) (each 5 fen) *Zaojiaozǐ* (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (4 fen). If the constitution is deficient, add *Renshen* (Ginseng Root) and *Danggui* (Angelica Sinensis Root) (each 7 fen).
Combine all ingredients as one dose. Add 1.5 zhong (approx. 300-450 ml) of water. Take orally three times a day (morning, noon, evening). Decoct the dregs again and consume them together. For superficial disease, recovery occurs in ten days; for deep-seated disease, full recovery takes forty days.
Avoid beef, distilled spirits (shaojiu), and sexual intercourse. This sore invariably originates from chancre. If chancre is not cured, it will inevitably develop into this sore. If this medicine is taken prophylactically, its efficacy is easily achieved, preventing the formation of this sore. Exercise caution.
Another method: Blowing powder method. Calomel (Mercurous Chloride) 1 qian, Vermilion (Silver Cinnabar) 1 qian, Black Lead 1 qian, Realgar 5 fen. React the calomel with lead until "dead" (chemically combined). Take three dates, peel and remove pits, and grind together with the minerals until uniform. Form into three pills and dry in the shade. Use one pill per day. Place in a jar, burn over fire. After a full meal, blow air onto the burning pill through the mouth. Stop when the pill glows red and smoke ceases. Recovery occurs within several days; no dietary restrictions apply.
Another method: Treating chancre. After one hundred days of onset, grind Calomel, Calcined Alum (Ku Fan), and Chalcanthite (Dan Fan) (each 1 qian) finely until no granules remain. Mix and apply to the palms of both hands and soles of both feet.
Formula for applying to Chancre Sore:
Realgar 2.5 qian, Apricot Kernel (Xingren) 30 grains (peeled and tips removed), Calomel 1 qian. Mix with bile from a wild boar for topical application. First, cleanse the sore thoroughly.
Also treats chronic cold oozing sores, various malignant sores, and pizhi disease (abdominal masses) when applied topically, with miraculous effects.
Pangolin Scales (8 slices) *Mubiezi* (Strychnos Seminal) (12 kernels) *Baizhi* (Angelica Dahurica Root) *Banxia* (Pinellia Tuber) *Baiji* (Bletilla Rhizome) *Danggui* (Angelica Sinensis Root) *Huangqin* (Scutellaria Root) *Huanglian* (Coptis Rhizome) *Huangbai* (Phellodendron Bark) (each 3 qian) *Huailiu Zhi* (Willow Branches) (each 20 cun). First, fry the above herbs in 1 jin 4 liang of oil until they turn dark yellow. Remove dregs to obtain 16 liang of refined oil. Add half a jin of calcined Litharge (Huandan) and boil until it forms beads when dropped in water. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then add the following fine powders.
Beeswax (Huangla) 5 qian, Lead Carbonate (Guafen) 2 qian (add first), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Child's Tea (Ercha), Realgar, Asafoetida (Awei), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie) (each 3 qian), Fossilized Bone (Longgu) (finely ground, 2 qian). Stir evenly with a willow twig to collect the ointment. Avoid distilled spirits and sexual intercourse. Full recovery in forty days.
