泽兰、赤芍，加藿香、香朴。水煎，热服。
一方 治产后乳肿。马溺涂之，立止。
又方 黄柏末，鸡子清调敷，好。
一方 治妇人乳头破裂。鹿角灰酒敷，或石上磨脓汁敷，或苎麻根捣汁敷，或秋后自裂

以上药材研为极细末，用炼蜜制成如弹子大小的丸剂，可用童便、酒、米汤、醋汤或温水送服。制成小丸也可以。
另一方：治疗产后血块不散。发热、心胸烦闷，胁肋疼痛，腰腹痛，或因气郁结所致者。
桃仁（一钱）、青皮（醋炒，五分）、香附（童便浸，醋炒，一钱二分）、红花（五分）、贝母（七分）、陈皮（七分）、茯苓（七分）、甘草（炙，五分）、柴胡（一钱）、当归（一钱）。
另一方：治疗产后败血不散。小腹绕脐作痛，俗名“儿枕痛”。服用一次即可痊愈。

苍耳的苗叶捣碎，绞取汁液，温服半钟，一日三四次，空腹服用。
另一方：治疗产后风湿。全身疼痛，麻木不仁，以及男子因寒湿引起的疼痛，久治不愈者。
防风、羌活（各一两五钱）、甘草、肉桂、杏仁、独活、麻黄、蝉蜕、芍药、川芎、苦参、僵蚕（各五钱）、两头尖、白附子、当归、薏苡仁、苍术、白术、木瓜、威灵仙（各一两）。
以上药材切碎，装入绢袋，用黄酒二十壶浸泡七日。每日三次，温饮两三杯。
另一方：治疗产后子宫不闭合。用荆芥、藿香、臭椿皮煎汤，熏洗患处。
另一方：治疗产后子宫不闭合。使用补中益气汤加白芍、醋炒香附、半夏、酒黄连，若热不退则加黄柏。
以上药材加水一钟半，煎至一钟，空腹趁热服用。药渣再次煎煮。
另一方：治疗产后子宫脱垂，如手掌大小无法收回。这是因为产前因劳累损伤元气导致肝痿，又因气血虚弱而下陷。
用黄芪、白术、升麻各五分，人参、当归各一钱，或加白芍、陈皮，连续服用三剂即可收回。
另一方：治疗产后疟疾，伴有头痛、恶寒发热者。
柴胡、当归、芍药、白术、茯苓、甘草、川芎、青皮（炒），用水煎煮服用。
另一方：治疗产后痢疾腹痛，里急后重，下痢赤白，均可使用。
当归、川芎、芍药、香附、陈皮、茯苓、甘草、砂仁、泽泻、白术。
空腹，用水煎煮服用。
另一方：治疗产后泄泻。
人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、半夏、姜厚朴、砂仁、当归、神曲、泽泻。空腹，用火煨生姜三片、大枣二枚，用水煎煮服用。
另一方：产后腹胀呕吐。
赤芍、半夏、泽兰、陈皮、人参（各一钱）、甘草（五分）、生姜（五钱）。若恶露过多，去掉泽兰、赤芍，加藿香、香朴。用水煎煮，趁热服用。
另一方：治疗产后乳房肿胀。用马尿涂抹，立即停止（肿痛）。
又一方：黄柏末，用鸡蛋清调和敷贴，效果良好。
Treat postpartum cold and wind invasion, characterized by cough, wheezing, chest fullness, profuse phlegm and saliva, nasal congestion, and heavy voice.
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Armeniacae Semen (Xingren, stir-baked), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Inulae Flos (Xuanfuhua), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Poria (Fuling), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao).
Add five slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) to the above herbs, decoct in water, and take hot. Decoct the dregs again and take.
Treat postpartum headache.
Linderae Radix (Wuyao), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong).
Pulverize the above herbs into fine powder. Take three qian per dose. Red-hot a steelyard weight is quenched in wine, and the powder is taken with this wine mixture.
Treat postpartum stagnant blood attacking upward, flowing into the Lung meridian, causing cough or wind-cold induced cough. Suitable for cases with excessive phlegm.
Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu), Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Beimu), Poria (Baifuling), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 5 qian each), Persicae Semen (Taoren), Armeniacae Semen (Xingren, both peeled and removed of kernels, 1 liang each).
Add one and a half zhong of water and three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) to the above herbs, decoct and take. Decoct the dregs again.
Treat postpartum blood entering the lungs, presenting with flushed face, severe wheezing approaching death.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 1 liang, pulverized), Sappan Lignum (Sumu, 2 liang, crushed). Decoct Sumu in water to mix with the Renshen powder.
This is Fanhun Dan (Resurrection Pill). It treats all conditions before and after childbirth and has maximum efficacy. It is suitable for regular use.
Leonurus Herba (Yimucacao, stems, leaves, and fruits used entirely, roots removed, avoid iron, 1 jin), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Guangmuxiang, 1 qian), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 6.5 qian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 7 qian).
Pulverize the above herbs into an extremely fine powder. Form pills as large as bullet seeds using refined honey. The pills can be taken with child's urine, wine, rice soup, vinegar soup, or warm water. Smaller pills are also acceptable.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum blood stasis that does not dissipate. Symptoms include fever, chest oppression, hypochondriac pain, lower abdominal and lumbar pain, or qi stagnation.
Persicae Semen (Taoren, 1 qian), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingpi, stir-fried with vinegar, 5 fen), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu, soaked in child's urine, stir-fried with vinegar, 1.2 qian), Carthami Flos (Honghua, 5 fen), Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Beimu, 7 fen), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 7 fen), Poria (Fuling, 7 fen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Zhigancao, stir-baked, 5 fen), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 1 qian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 1 qian).
Another prescription: Treats postpartum stagnant blood that does not dissipate. Symptoms include pain around the umbilicus in the lower abdomen, commonly known as "Erzhen Tong" (Childbed Pillow Pain). One dose cures.
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Medicated Leaven (Shenqu), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Persicae Semen (Taoren, 7 fen each), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu, stir-fried with child's urine, 1.5 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 4 fen), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 1.5 qian). For Erzhen Tong, add Crataegi Fructus (Shanzha) 1 qian.
Add one and a half zhong of water to the above herbs, decoct until one zhong remains, and take on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Treats various types of postpartum dysentery with miraculous effect.
Cruciatae Herba (Canger Miaoye) is crushed, juice is extracted, half a zhong is taken warm, three to four times a day, on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum wind-dampness. Symptoms include whole-body pain, numbness, and loss of sensation, as well as chronic cold-dampness pain in men.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 1.5 liang each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui), Armeniacae Semen (Xingren), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Bombyx Batryticatus (Chantui), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 5 qian each), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Liangtoujian), Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus (Baifuzi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Coicis Semen (Yiyiren), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Chaenomelis Fructus (Mu Gua), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Weilingxian, 1 liang each).
Cut the above herbs coarsely, place in a silk bag, and soak in twenty hu of yellow wine for seven days. Drink two to three cups warm, three times daily.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum uterine prolapse/incomplete closure. Decoct Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang), and Toosendan Cortex (Chouqunpi) in water for fumigation and washing.

Another method: Pulverize Myrobalani Fructus (Wubeizi) and Alum (Baifan). Wash with boiling water, or apply dry powder directly.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum uterine prolapse, resembling a palm-sized mass that cannot retract. This condition arises from qi deficiency due to overexertion during pregnancy leading to Liver flaccidity, compounded by weak qi and blood descending.
Use Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huangqi), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), and Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) 5 fen each; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 1 qian each. Optionally add Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi). Take continuously for three doses to achieve retraction.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum malaria with headache, chills, and fever.

Decoct in water and take.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum dysentery with abdominal pain, tenesmus, and passage of red and white discharge. Applicable to all such cases.

On an empty stomach, decoct with three slices of fire-roasted Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) and two Jujubae Fructus (Zao) in water.
Another prescription: Postpartum abdominal distension and vomiting.
Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia), Lycopi Herba (Zelan), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 1 qian each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 5 fen), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 5 qian). If lochia is excessive, remove Lycopi Herba (Zelan) and Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao), add Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang) and Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Xiangpo). Decoct in water and take hot.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum breast swelling. Apply horse urine externally; swelling stops immediately.
