治产后血滞，筋脉拘挛，腰背强直，遍身疼痛。

每服四钱，水煎，空心热服。
治产后中风，不省人事，口噤牙紧，手足螈 如角弓状，口吐涎沫。亦治血晕，四肢强
直，或筑心眼昏倒，吐泻欲死。
荆芥穗（焙，四钱） 归身尾（四钱） 口噤者干开灌，或吹鼻中可活。
上为末，每服三钱，豆淋酒调下，或温童便调亦可。
治产后诸风挛急，或痿弱无力。

治产后日久虚劳，针灸、服药俱不效。

上水一钟半，生姜三片，煎至一钟，食远温服。
治疗产后血行瘀滞，筋脉拘挛抽搐，腰背僵硬挺直，全身疼痛。
当归、官桂（肉桂的一种）、白术、牛膝（各半两）、甘草（炙用，三钱）、黄芩、独活、羌活、生姜、桑寄生（如果没有，可用续断代替）（各半两）。
每次服用四钱，加水煎煮，空腹时热服。
治疗产后中风，神志不清，牙关紧闭，手足抽搐呈角弓反张状，口吐涎沫。也治疗血晕证，四肢僵硬挺直，或突然昏倒伴有心悸，呕吐腹泻濒死感。
荆芥穗（焙干，四钱）、当归身尾（四钱）。对于牙关紧闭者，撬开灌药，或吹入鼻中可救活。
将上述药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，用豆淋酒调服，或用温热的童便调服也可以。
治疗产后各种风邪引起的筋脉拘急，或肢体痿软无力。
川芎、芍药、当归、熟地黄、秦艽、羌活、防风、白芷、茯苓、白术（各取一半研为细末制成蜜丸；另一半研为细末，用温酒调服，送下丸子五十粒）。
治疗产后虚劳病，虽然病程日久但脉象浮而盛大，发热不安。
柴胡（八钱）、黄芩、人参、半夏、甘草（炙用）、川芎、芍药、熟地黄、当归（以上药物加水一钟半，生姜三片，大枣二枚，煎煮后服用）。
另一方：治疗产后心腹部剧烈疼痛，或有败血瘀积导致胀闷者。
当归、川芎、芍药、熟地黄、玄胡索、桃仁、红花、香附、青皮、泽兰、牡丹皮、五灵脂（各等量），用童便和水混合煎煮，空腹服用。
治疗产后日久形成的虚劳病，针灸和服药均无效。
白术、茯苓、黄芩（各一两）、柴胡、人参（各一两六钱）、黄芩、半夏、甘草（各七钱）。
以上药物加水一钟半，生姜三片，煎至一钟，饭后稍远时温服。
Treats postpartum blood stasis, muscle spasm and contracture, stiffness and rigidity of the waist and back, and pain throughout the body.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Guigui (Cortex Cinnamomi), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) (each 0.5 liang), Zhigancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 3 qian), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), Qianghuo (Rhizoma Notopterygii), Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), Sangjisheng (Cacumen Taxilli) (if unavailable, Xuanchuan [Radix Dipsaci] may be used as a substitute) (each 0.5 liang).
Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with water, and take hot on an empty stomach.
Treats postpartum wind-stroke, loss of consciousness, trismus (lockjaw), convulsions of the hands and feet presenting as opisthotonos (arched back like a bow), and salivation from the mouth. It also treats blood syncope, stiffness and rigidity of the four limbs, or sudden fainting accompanied by palpitations, vomiting, diarrhea, and a sensation of impending death.
Jingjie Sui (Flos Schizonepetae, roasted, 4 qian), Danggui Shenwei (Radix Angelicae Sinensis root and tail, 4 qian). For cases with trismus, pry open the mouth to administer the medicine, or insufflate into the nose to save the patient.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with Doulinjiu (wine soaked with soybeans) or warm Tongbian (pediatric urine).
Treats various wind-induced spasms and cramps after childbirth, or flaccidity and weakness of the limbs.
Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Lactiflorae), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Shudi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Qinjiao (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae), Qianghuo (Rhizoma Notopterygii), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae). Take half of the mixture, grind into powder, and form pills with refined honey; take the other half as powder, mixed with warm wine, swallowing 50 pills at a time.
Treats postpartum deficiency-labor (chronic debility), where despite the long duration of illness, the pulse is floating and vigorous, accompanied by fever and restlessness.
Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri, 8 qian), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata), Zhigancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Lactiflorae), Shudi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis). Add 1.5 zhong of water, 3 slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), and 2 dates (Zao), decoct and take.
Another prescription: Treats severe epigastric and abdominal pain after childbirth, or distension and oppression caused by retained lochia and blood stasis.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Lactiflorae), Shudi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Yuanhu (Rhizoma Corydalis), Taoren (Semen Persicae), Honghua (Flos Carthami), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Qingpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride), Zelan (Herba Lycopi), Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), Wulingzhi (Faeces Trogopterori) (equal amounts). Decoct with Tongbian (pediatric urine) and water, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats chronic debility (deficiency-labor) resulting from prolonged postpartum conditions, where both acupuncture and herbal medicine have been ineffective.
Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Fuling (Poria), Huangqi (Radix Astragali) (each 1 liang), Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (each 1.6 liang), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) (each 7 qian).
Add 1.5 zhong of water and 3 slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), decoct until reduced to 1 zhong, and take warm well after meals.
