治血迷，血晕。
人参 泽兰（各一钱） 荆芥 川芎（各半钱） 甘草（二钱）
上作一服，滚水和，温酒各半钟，调服。
治大小产后血上心，已死。
用郁金烧灰存性，为末。每服二钱，米醋汤调下，神效。
一方 产后发热，头痛身痛，筋脉拘急，饮食少进，寒热往来。或咳嗽吐痰，胸膈痞闷。
或泄泻痢疾，腹痛。俱可服。 又名柴胡四物汤。
当归（酒制） 芍药（酒炒，冬去） 川芎 人参 白术 茯苓 甘草 羌活 防风 白
芷（如无头疼拘急，去此三味） 官桂（夏去） 柴胡 半夏 黄芩 干姜（炒黑）
上水一钟半，火烧生姜三片，煎至一钟，食前。
治产后闭口不语，是热痰迷塞心窍。
上用白矾研细，熟水调下一钱。
治产后恶露不下，结聚成块，心胸痞闷，脐腹坚痛。
当归（炒） 血竭 蓬术 芍药（各一两） 五灵脂（四两）
上为末，醋糊丸，温酒或米汤空心下五十丸。
治产后恶露不尽，脐腹疼痛，时发寒热。非大便燥结不可用。
当归 川芎 赤芍 熟地 大黄 甘草 硝（各一钱半）
上水二钟，煎至一钟，空心热服。渣再煎服。
一方 治小产下血不止。
人参 黄 当归 白术 芍药 艾叶 甘草 阿胶 川芎 青皮 香附 砂仁 生地
水煎，空心温服。
治疗血迷、血晕。

以上药材作为一剂，用滚开水调和，加入温酒半钟，调匀后服用。
治疗大小产后血气上冲于心，导致假死状态。
取郁金烧成灰但保留药性，研为细末。每次服用二钱，用米醋汤送服，效果极佳。
另一方案：适用于产后发热、头痛、全身疼痛、筋脉拘挛紧急、饮食减少、寒热往来。或者咳嗽吐痰、胸膈痞闷。或者泄泻痢疾、腹痛。这些情况都可以服用。此方又名柴胡四物汤。
当归（酒制）、芍药（酒炒，冬季去掉）、川芎、人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、羌活、防风、白芷（如果没有头痛和筋脉拘急，去掉这三味药）、官桂（夏季去掉）、柴胡、半夏、黄芩、干姜（炒黑）。
以上药材加水一钟半，放入火烧过的生姜三片，煎煮至一钟，饭前服用。
治疗产后闭口不言语，这是热痰迷塞心窍所致。
取上面提到的白矾研细，用熟水调服一钱。
治疗产后恶露不下，结聚成块，心胸痞闷，脐腹坚硬疼痛。
当归（炒）、血竭、蓬术、芍药（各一两），五灵脂（四两）。
以上药材研为细末，用醋糊制成丸药，空腹时用温酒或米汤送服五十丸。
治疗产后恶露不尽，脐腹疼痛，时常发作寒热。如果不是大便燥结则不可使用。
当归、川芎、赤芍、熟地、大黄、甘草、硝（各一钱半）。
以上药材加水二钟，煎煮至一钟，空腹热服。药渣再次煎煮服用。
另一方案：治疗小产下血不止。
人参、黄芪、当归、白术、芍药、艾叶、甘草、阿胶、川芎、青皮、香附、砂仁、生地。
用水煎煮，空腹温服。
Treats blood confusion (Xue Mi) and blood fainting (Xue Yun).
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Zelan (Drynariae Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each half qian), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) (2 qian).
Combine as one dose, mix with boiling water, add half a zhong of warm wine, stir and take.
Treats postpartum blood rushing to the heart causing apparent death after major or minor delivery.
Use Yujin (Curcumae Radix) burned to ash while retaining its properties, ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, administered with rice vinegar decoction; this is highly effective.
Another prescription: For postpartum fever, headache, body pain, muscle spasm and stiffness, reduced appetite, alternating chills and fever. Or cough with expectoration, chest and diaphragm fullness and oppression. Or diarrhea and dysentery, abdominal pain. All these conditions can be treated with this formula. It is also known as Chaihu Siwu Tang (Bupleurum Four Substances Decoction).
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix prepared with wine), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix prepared with wine, omit in winter), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (omit these three if there is no headache or muscle spasm), Guigui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (omit in summer), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum) (stir-fried until black).
Add 1.5 zhong of water, three slices of ginger roasted in fire, decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take before meals.
Treats postpartum mutism due to heat-phlegm obstructing the heart orifices.
Take BaiFan (Alumen) mentioned above, grind finely, mix with boiled water, and take 1 qian.
Treats postpartum lochia retention, forming clumps, chest and heart fullness and oppression, hard and painful umbilical and abdominal regions.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix stir-fried), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Pengze (Curcumae Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 1 liang), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (4 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste. Take 50 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine or rice gruel.
Treats postpartum lochia not clearing completely, umbilical and abdominal pain, intermittent chills and fever. Do not use unless there is dry stool constipation.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma), Xiao (Natrii Sulfas) (each 1.5 qian).
Add 2 zhong of water, decoct until 1 zhong remains. Take hot on an empty stomach. Decoct the dregs again and take.
Another prescription: Treats continuous bleeding after miscarriage.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix).
Decoct in water, take warm on an empty stomach.
