上蒸饼丸，每三十丸，食前白汤下。
治男子妇人远年近日一切诸虚百损，及五劳七伤，左瘫右痪，口眼歪斜，半身不遂，语
言蹇涩，筋脉拘挛，手足顽麻。浑身疮癣，伤风，痔漏紫白。中风，风寒湿香港脚，二十四般
积气，痰气，膀胱疝气。十膈五噎，身体羸瘦，腰膝腿疼，四肢无力，耳聋眼花，丹田虚冷。
诸般淋痛，妇人经水不调，脐腹疼痛，胁肋虚张，面黄肌瘦，口苦舌干，饮食无味，四肢倦
怠，头晕眼花，神思惊悸，夜多盗汗，时发潮热，月事不匀，或多或少，或前或后，或崩漏，
或止，经脉不通，子宫积冷，赤白带下，或久无子嗣，并皆治之。此药互相制伏，药性和暖，
其味香甜。能除万病，和缓脾胃，补养丹田，强壮筋骨，益精补髓，身体康健，耳目聪明，
定五脏，安魂魄，润肌肤，和容颜，强阴壮阳。其药绝妙如神，少年少用。
人参 当归 白茯 乌药 杏仁 砂仁 川乌 川草乌 何首乌 五加皮 枸杞子 牛
膝杜仲 肉桂 苍术（以上各五钱，制） 肉苁蓉 破故纸 甘草（以上各一两） 木香 枳
壳干姜 虎骨（酥炙） 香附 白芷 浓朴 陈皮 白术 川芎 麻黄 独活 羌活 川
椒（去合口、目） 白芍 生地 熟地 天冬（去心） 麦冬（去心） 防风 荆芥 五味
子小茴香 细辛 沉香 白蔻（以上各三钱） 枣肉（二两） 真蜜（一斤） 核桃仁（四
两） 真酥油（半斤） 加天麻（三钱） 生姜（四两）
上除酥蜜二味，将前四十八味各精制，秤足装入绢袋中，入无水高烧酒四十斤，同酥蜜
入坛中，将坛口密封严固，桑柴文武火烧三炷香，待大锅中水冷取出，埋阴地，三日出火毒。

这就是前面的补阴散。
治疗上焦积聚的热邪，清除五脏的火气。

将上述药材研成细末，用蒸饼糊作为粘合剂制成丸药。
另一配方：治疗因饮酒和房事过度损伤少阴经。
黄柏（炒制，一两半）、黄连（炒制，一两）、条芩（即黄芩，炒制，五钱）、龟板（酒炙，五两）。
另加砂仁（三钱）。
以上药材用蒸饼糊制成丸药，每次服用三十丸，饭前用白开水送服。
治疗男子和女子无论病程长短的一切虚损百病，以及五劳七伤，左侧瘫痪右侧偏瘫，口眼歪斜，半身不遂，言语蹇涩不利，筋脉拘挛抽搐，手足麻木僵硬。全身疮癣，伤风感冒，痔疮瘘管及紫白痢疾。中风，风寒湿邪导致的脚气病，二十四种积气，痰气，膀胱疝气。十膈五噎（指多种吞咽困难或胸膈阻塞病症），身体消瘦虚弱，腰膝腿疼，四肢无力，耳聋眼花，丹田虚冷。各种淋证疼痛，妇人月经不调，脐腹疼痛，胁肋部虚胀，面色萎黄肌肉消瘦，口苦舌干，饮食无味，四肢倦怠，头晕眼花，心神惊悸，夜间多盗汗，时常发作潮热，月经周期不规律，经量或多或少，或提前或推后，或崩漏不止，或突然停止，经脉不通，子宫积冷，赤白带下，或长期无子嗣，这些病症都能治疗。此药方中诸药相互制约，药性温和，味道香甜。能祛除万病，调和脾胃，补养丹田，强壮筋骨，益精补髓，使身体健康，耳目聪明，安定五脏，安魂定魄，滋润肌肤，调和容颜，强阴壮阳。此药效果绝妙如神，年轻人应少量使用。
人参、当归、白茯苓、乌药、杏仁、砂仁、川乌、川草乌、何首乌、五加皮、枸杞子、牛膝、杜仲、肉桂、苍术（以上各五钱，经炮制）、肉苁蓉、破故纸（即补骨脂）、甘草（以上各一两）、木香、枳壳、干姜、虎骨（酥油炙）、香附、白芷、浓朴（即厚朴）、陈皮、白术、川芎、麻黄、独活、羌活、川椒（去闭合的籽和杂质）、白芍、生地、熟地、天冬（去心）、麦冬（去心）、防风、荆芥、五味子、小茴香、细辛、沉香、白蔻（以上各三钱）、枣肉（二两）、真蜜（一斤）、核桃仁（四两）、真酥油（半斤）。另加天麻（三钱）、生姜（四两）。
除酥油和蜂蜜外，将前四十八味药材分别精制，称足重量装入绢袋中，放入四十斤无水的高烧酒中，连同酥蜜一起装入坛中，将坛口密封严实，用桑柴火文武火煮三炷香的时间，待大锅中的水冷却后取出，埋在阴凉处，三天以去除火毒。

It treats heat accumulation in the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner) and clears fire from the Five Zang organs.
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (equal parts).
Grind the above into a fine powder, use steamed wheat dumpling dough as a binder to make pills.
Another prescription: Treats damage to the Shaoyin (Lesser Yin) meridian caused by excessive alcohol consumption and sexual indulgence.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (stir-fried, 1.5 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (stir-fried, 1 liang), Tiaohuangqin (Stir-fried Scutellariae Radix, 5 qian), Guiban (Testudinis et Chelonis Carapax et Plastrum) (wine-processed, 5 liang).
Add Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus) (3 qian).
Make pills using steamed wheat dumpling dough. Take 30 pills per dose, with warm water before meals.
Treats all kinds of deficiency and hundred injuries in men and women, regardless of whether the condition is recent or long-standing, as well as the Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, left hemiplegia and right paralysis, deviation of the mouth and eyes, hemiplegia, slurred speech, muscle spasms, numbness and stiffness of hands and feet. Whole-body sores and tinea, wind-cold invasion, hemorrhoids and fistulas, purple and white dysentery. Stroke, foot-heat disease caused by wind-cold-dampness, twenty-four types of Qi stagnation, Phlegm-Qi, bladder hernia. Various painful urinary disorders, irregular menstruation in women, pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, distension in the hypochondrium, sallow complexion and emaciation, bitter taste in the mouth and dry tongue, loss of appetite, fatigue of four limbs, dizziness and blurred vision, palpitations and fright, night sweats, tidal fever, irregular menstrual cycles with varying amounts, occurring early or late, metrorrhagia or uterine bleeding, amenorrhea, obstruction of meridians, cold accumulation in the uterus, red and white leukorrhea, or infertility after a long time. All these conditions are treated. This medicine mutually restrains each other, has a mild nature, and tastes sweet. It can eliminate myriad diseases, harmonize the Spleen and Stomach, nourish the Dantian, strengthen sinews and bones, benefit essence and replenish marrow, ensure physical health, sharpen hearing and vision, stabilize the Five Zang organs, calm the Hun and Po spirits, moisten skin, beautify the face, strengthen Yin and boost Yang. The effect of this medicine is miraculous; young people should use it sparingly.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baifu (Poria), Wuyao (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum), Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix), Chuanchuawu (Aconiti Radix Preparata), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Wujapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (the above five qian each, processed), Rongshunrong (Cynomorii Herba), Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (the above one liang each), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Zhike (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Hugugu (Pantheris Os) (roasted with butter), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (remove closed seeds and impurities), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Tiandong (Asparagi Radix) (remove heart), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (remove heart), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Baikou (Amomi Fructus) (the above three qian each), Zaorou (Jujubae Pulpa) (2 liang), Zhenmi (Mel) (1 jin), Hetao Ren (Juglandis Semen) (4 liang), Zhen suyoub (Butyrum). Add Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) (3 qian), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (4 liang).
Except for the butter and honey, process the aforementioned forty-eight herbs individually, weigh them accurately, and place them in a silk bag. Put them into forty jin of high-proof alcohol without water, along with the butter and honey, into a jar. Seal the jar mouth tightly. Boil over mulberry wood fire, alternating between strong and weak heat, for the duration of three incense sticks. When the water in the large pot cools down, take it out and bury it in a shady place for three days to remove the "fire toxicity."
