上为末，炼蜜丸，每丸重一钱五分。空心细嚼，姜汤下。
其病甚至气上冲，如有物筑塞，心脏欲死，手足厥冷，二三服除根。
硫黄（铫中溶化，投水中去毒，研） 荔枝核（炒黄，为末） 陈皮（各等）
上末，饭丸梧子大。每十四丸，空心酒下，其疼立止。自觉痛不能支持，略加六丸，再
不可多用。
治远年近日小肠疝气，脐下撮痛，外肾偏坠肿硬，阴间或湿痒，抓成疮癣。
吴茱萸（一斤） 酒浸四两，醋浸四两，汤浸四两，童便浸四两，各浸一宿，焙干。泽
泻（去毛，二两）
上为末，酒煮，面糊丸梧子大。每服空心五十丸，温酒盐汤任下。
一方 治小肠偏坠。用生姜二两五钱去皮，一半留皮，一半共捣烂取汁，倾在热酒内，
加盐少许，空心温服，不过三服愈。
治小肠气痛坚硬。此乃肝肾二经，皆因嗜欲内戕，肾家虚惫，故阴阳不相交，水火不相
济，而沉寒痼冷，凝滞其间，胀腹作痛，顽痹结硬，势所必至也。
橘核为末，每服二钱，空心温酒或盐汤任下。
亦治身痛发热。方见寒门。
一方 治偏坠肿痛。用花椒四两，炒布包熨，肿冷更易。
一方 小儿阴囊肿痛及茎肿。用生甘草汁、轻粉、蚯蚓泥，研调敷。
一方 治疝气不甚痛，气不升降，膈气好怒，胸痞有痰，减食。

该病症严重时会出现气向上冲逆，感觉有物体堵塞撞击，心脏痛苦欲死，手脚冰冷，服用二三剂即可除根。

以上药材研为细末，用米饭制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十四丸，空腹时用酒送服，疼痛立即停止。如果自觉疼痛难以忍受，可略微增加六丸，但不可多用。
治疗多年或近期的小肠疝气，脐下拘挛疼痛，外生殖器偏坠肿胀坚硬，阴部有时潮湿瘙痒，抓挠后形成疮癣。
吴茱萸（一斤） 其中四两用酒浸泡，四两醋浸泡，四两开水浸泡，四两童便浸泡，每种浸泡一夜后焙干。泽泻（去毛，二两）
以上药材研为细末，用酒煮，面粉糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次空腹服用五十丸，温酒或盐汤任其选择送服。
另一方案：治疗小肠偏坠。用生姜二两五钱去皮，一半留皮，一半不留皮，共同捣烂取汁，倒入热酒中，加少许盐，空腹温服，不超过三剂即可痊愈。
用经霜的老丝瓜烧成灰研为细末，空腹用热酒调服，出汗后，效果神奇。
治疗小肠气痛且触之坚硬。这是由于肝、肾两条经脉，都因为纵欲内伤，导致肾脏虚弱疲惫，因此阴阳不能相交，水火不能相济，而沉寒痼冷凝滞在其中，腹部胀满作痛，顽固麻痹结块坚硬，这是必然的趋势。
橘核研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹用温酒或盐汤任其选择送服。
也治疗身体疼痛发热。方剂见“寒门”章节。
另一方案：治疗偏坠肿痛。用花椒四两，炒后用布包裹熨烫，肿处冷则更换热敷。
另一方案：小儿阴囊肿痛及阴茎肿胀。用生甘草汁、轻粉、蚯蚓泥，研磨调和后敷贴。
另一方案：治疗疝气疼痛不剧烈，气机升降失常，膈气易怒，胸脘痞闷有痰，食欲减退。

Poria (Fu Ling, 30g) Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Bai Zhu, 30g) Hawthorn Fruit (Shan Zha Zi, 30g) Immature Bitter Orange (Zhi Shi, 24g) Star Anise Fruit (Ba Jiao Hui Xiang, stir-fried, 30g)
Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu, 30g)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, each pill weighing approximately 5.6g (1.5 qian). Chew thoroughly on an empty stomach and swallow with ginger decoction.
When the condition is severe, Qi rushes upward, feeling as if an object is blocking and striking, causing extreme cardiac distress, and coldness in the hands and feet. Taking two or three doses can eradicate the root cause.
Sulfur (Melt in a crucible, pour into water to remove toxicity, then grind) Lychee Seed (Li Zhi He, stir-fried until yellow, ground into powder) Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi, equal amounts of each)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Form pills the size of walnut seeds using rice paste. Take fourteen pills on an empty stomach with wine; pain stops immediately. If self-perceived pain is unbearable, slightly increase by six pills, but do not use excessively.
Treats long-standing or recent small intestine hernia, cramping pain below the umbilicus, unilateral descent and swelling/hardening of the external genitalia, dampness and itching in the genital region, which may scratch into sores or tinea.
Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu, 500g): Soak 125g in wine, 125g in vinegar, 125g in boiling water, 125g in children's urine, soak overnight for each, then dry by baking. Alisma Rhizome (Ze Xie, dehusked, 60g)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Cook with wine and form pills the size of walnut seeds using wheat flour paste. Take fifty pills on an empty stomach, swallowing with warm wine or salted water as preferred.
Another prescription: For small intestine unilateral descent. Use 80g of fresh ginger, peeled. Keep half with skin, half without. Pound together to extract juice, pour into hot wine, add a little salt, take warm on an empty stomach. Cure within three doses.
Burn old loofah that has been exposed to frost into ash, grind into powder. Mix with hot wine and take on an empty stomach. Sweating occurs, with miraculous effect.
Treats small intestine Qi pain with hardness upon palpation. This arises from the Liver and Kidney meridians, caused by internal damage due to excessive sexual desire, leading to Kidney deficiency and exhaustion. Thus, Yin and Yang cannot interact, and Water and Fire cannot harmonize. Deep-seated cold and chronic stagnation condense within, causing abdominal distension and pain, stubborn numbness, and hard nodules, which is an inevitable progression.
Tangerine Seed (Ju He) ground into powder. Take 6g (2 qian) on an empty stomach, swallowing with warm wine or salted water as preferred.

Another prescription: For unilateral descent with swelling and pain. Use 200g of Sichuan peppercorn (Hua Jiao), stir-fry, wrap in cloth, and apply as a compress. Replace when the area becomes cold.
Another prescription: For infants with scrotal swelling/pain and penile swelling. Mix raw Licorice Root juice (Gan Cao), Calomel (Qing Fen), and earthworm mud. Grind and blend, then apply topically.
Another prescription: For mild hernia pain, dysfunctional Qi ascending/descending, diaphragmatic Qi stagnation with irritability, chest fullness with phlegm, and reduced appetite.
