缩砂散
砂仁（碎炒） 黄连（姜炒） 木贼
等分，米饮调下。
一方∶五倍子作末，和油涂之。
一方∶鳖头烧存性和真麻油调敷之。
一方∶田螺烂捣涂之，奇效。又田螺烧存性涂之云。
猾皮散（因泄痢努力脱肛，此方主之）
猾皮 鳖甲（并烧存性） 磁石（煨，醋淬，研，各五钱） 桂心（三钱）
米饮调下。
一方∶枳壳五、六钱煎汤，温洗肛门，五倍子作末，和蜜涂之。
（腹际两阴间小肿或赤烂）
消疳败毒散
柴胡 黄柏 赤芍药（酒炒） 赤茯苓 木通（去节） 草龙胆（酒洗） 连翘 荆芥穗 黄连 苍术 知母
（酒炒） 防风 独活 甘草（各三分） 灯芯（少许）
一方∶蛇床子煎汤，频洗疮处，鸡子黄作油涂之，以瘥为度。
一方∶鸡卵油和石雄黄末，涂之为妙。
一方∶碧梧桐皮煎汤，洗痔疮为妙。
一方∶生螳螂烂捣，敷疮处。
一方∶田螺烂捣，炙火，敷疮处极妙。
朱砂（水飞） 南星（炮制） 巴豆霜
等分为末，糊丸黍米大，薄荷汤和下一、二丸即通。如无巴豆霜，代入大黄（酒煨），加皂角刺等分。
一方∶朱砂、滑石并作末，和蜜服之。
一方∶香油一盅子，去冷，饮二、三次即效。
急取生地龙数条，蜜少许，同研，敷阴茎上。又蚕退纸烧灰，朱砂、龙脑、麝香各少许，麦门冬、灯芯煎汤，调灌
口中即通。如无脑、麝代入木通（去节）、赤茯苓、生地（酒炒），三味煎汤，只调朱砂，服之亦可。
一方∶鹊脑髓和清，酒服之。
如大小便俱不通，葱白汁、乳汁各半匕调匀，抹儿口中，即吮乳乃通。
（因正气虚弱而兼有热邪，以缩砂散为主治方剂）

另一方法：将五倍子研成粉末，与油混合后涂抹患处。
另一方法：将鳖头烧至存性（保留部分炭化结构），用纯正的麻油调和后敷贴。
另一方法：将田螺捣烂后涂抹，效果奇特。也有说法是将田螺烧至存性后涂抹。
猾皮散（因腹泻痢疾时过度用力导致脱肛，此方主治）
猾皮 鳖甲（均烧至存性） 磁石（煨制后用醋淬炼，研磨，各五钱） 桂心（三钱）
用米汤调服。
另一方法：取枳壳五、六钱煎汤，趁温热清洗肛门，再将五倍子研末，与蜂蜜混合后涂抹。
（腹部两阴之间出现小肿块或红肿溃烂）
消疳败毒散

另一方法：用蛇床子煎汤，频繁清洗疮口，用鸡蛋黄熬油涂抹，以痊愈为度。
另一方法：用鸡卵油调和雄黄粉末，涂抹患处非常妙。
另一方法：用碧梧桐树皮煎汤，清洗痔疮非常妙。
另一方法：将生螳螂捣烂，敷于疮处。
另一方法：将田螺捣烂，经火炙烤后，敷于疮处极妙。
朱砂（水飞法处理） 南星（炮制） 巴豆霜
以上等分为粉末，用面糊制成如黍米大小的丸药，用薄荷汤送服一、二丸即可通畅。如果没有巴豆霜，可用大黄（酒煨）替代，并加入皂角刺等量。
另一方法：将朱砂、滑石分别研末，与蜂蜜混合服用。
另一方法：饮用一盅香油，去其寒性，分两三次饮用即见效。
紧急情况下，取数条地龙（蚯蚓），加少许蜂蜜，共同研磨，敷在阴茎上。另外，将蚕退纸烧成灰，加入少许朱砂、冰片、麝香，用麦门冬和灯芯煎成的汤剂调和，灌入口中即可通畅。如果没有冰片和麝香，可替换为木通（去节）、赤茯苓、生地（酒炒），这三味药煎汤，仅用来调和朱砂服用也可以。
另一方法：取喜鹊脑髓，用清水调和，用酒送服。
如果大小便都不通，取葱白汁和乳汁各半匙，调匀后抹在婴儿口中，婴儿吮吸乳汁后即可通畅。

Suo Sha San (Cardamom Powder)
Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Sharen, Sand Cardamom) (crushed and stir-fried), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, Goldthread Rhizome) (stir-fried with ginger juice), Equiseti Herba (Muzai, Horsetail Herb).
Equal parts, taken orally mixed with rice water.
Another method: Powdered Myrobalan (Wubeizi, Terminalia chebula Retz.), mixed with oil for topical application.
Another method: Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia, Turtle Shell) head burned until carbonized but retaining structure (burnt to preserve nature), mixed with Sesami Oleum (Mahu You, Sesame Oil) for external application.
Another method: Fresh Ciprynidae (Tianluo, Apple Snail) crushed and applied; remarkable efficacy. Alternatively, burned until carbonized and applied.
Huapi San (For prolapse of rectum caused by excessive straining during dysentery or diarrhea, this formula is indicated.)

Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia, Turtle Shell) (both burned until carbonized), Magnetitum (Cishi, Magnetite) (roasted, quenched in vinegar, ground, each 5 qian), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, Cinnamon Bark).
Taken orally mixed with rice water.
Another method: Decoct Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus, Bitter Orange) 5-6 qian in water, use the warm decoction to wash the anus, then apply powdered Myrobalan (Wubeizi) mixed with honey.
(Small swelling or redness/ulceration between the two yin regions of the abdomen.)
Xiao Gang Bai Du San (Eliminate Malnutrition Toxin-Detoxifying Powder)
Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, Saussurea Root), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, Amur Cork Tree Bark), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, Red Peony Root), Poria (Chifuling, Red Poria), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, Akebia Stem) (nodes removed), Gentianae Radix (Caolongdan, Gentian Root), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao, Forsythia Fruit), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui, Schizonepeta Spike), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, Goldthread Rhizome), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, Atractylodes Rhizome), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, Timorall Root) (wine-fried), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, Ledebouriella Root), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix? No, Duhuo (Duhuo, Angelica Pubescens Root), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, Licorice Root) (each 3 fen), Junci Medulla (Dengxin, Rush Pith) (a small amount).
Another method: Decoct Xichuangzi (Psoraleae Fructus, Psoralea Fruit), frequently wash the lesion; apply oil rendered from Chicken Egg Yolk (Jizihuang), continue until healed.
Another method: Mix Chicken Egg Yolk Oil with Realgar (Shixiong, Arsenic Sulfide) powder, apply to the area; highly effective.
Another method: Decoct Biwutong Pi (Bark of Broussonetia papyrifera or similar "Green Wutong"), wash hemorrhoids; highly effective.
Another method: Crush fresh Mantis Ootheca (Shanglang, Mantis Egg Case), apply to the lesion.
Another method: Crush fresh Ciprynidae (Tianluo, Apple Snail), roast over fire, apply to the lesion; extremely excellent.
Cinnabar (Zhusha, Mercury Sulfide) (processed by water levigation), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Nanxing, Pinellia Tuber) (prepared), Crotonis Fructus Frost (Badoushuang, Croton Seed Frost).
Grind into equal parts powder, bind with paste to make pills the size of millet seeds, take 1-2 pills washed down with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang) to achieve patency. If Badoushuang is unavailable, substitute with Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang, Rhubarb) (wine-roasted), add Gleditsiae Spina (Zaojiaoci, Locust Thorn) in equal parts.
Another method: Grind Zhusha (Cinnabar) and Talcum (Huashi, Talc) separately into powder, mix with honey and ingest.
Another method: Drink one cup of Sesami Oleum (Xiangyou, Sesame Oil), remove its cold nature, drink in two or three doses for immediate effect.
Urgently take several earthworms (Sheng Dilong, Live Leech/Earthworm), add a little honey, grind together, and apply to the penis. Alternatively, burn Silkworm Cast-off Skin (Can Tui Zhi, Paper Mulberry Silk Waste) to ash, add small amounts of Cinnabar (Zhusha), Borax (Longnao, Camphor), and Moschus (Shexiang, Musk), mix with Ophiopogonis Decoction (Menmendong, Liriope Root) and Junci Medella (Dengxin, Rush Pith), and instill into the mouth to restore patency. If Camphor and Musk are unavailable, substitute with Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, Akebia Stem) (nodes removed), Poria (Chifuling, Red Poria), and Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi, Raw Rehmannia Root) (wine-fried); decoct these three, use the liquid to mix and ingest Cinnabar (Zhusha).
Another method: Take Pie Brain Marrow (Que Naosui, Magpie Brain Marrow), mix with clear water, take with wine.
If both urination and defecation are blocked, mix half a spoonful of Allii Fistulosi Juice (Congbai Zhi, Scallion Juice) and human milk (Ruzhi, Breast Milk), apply evenly to the infant's mouth; the infant will suckle breast milk and patency will be restored.
