凡人浑身麻木不仁，两目羞明怕日，眼涩难开，视物昏花，睛痛亦治，方用神效黄 汤∶
黄 （一钱） 陈皮（五分） 人参（八分） 白芍（一钱） 蔓荆子（二分） 炙甘草（四分）
水煎服，如有热，加黄柏三分。
风寒湿三气合而成病，客于皮肤肌肉之间，或痛、或
麻木，方用∶
牛皮胶（二两） 南星（五钱） 姜汁（半碗）
共熬膏，摊贴，再用热鞋底熨之。加羌活、乳香、没药更妙。
浊、淋二症，俱小便赤也。浊多虚，淋多实，淋痛、浊不痛为异耳。浊、淋俱属热症，大约属湿痰下陷及脱精所致。
惟其有痛，大约纵淫欲火动，强留败精而然，不可混治。
〔此症〕方用五淋散∶
淡竹叶（二钱） 赤茯苓（一钱） 芥穗（一钱） 车前子（五钱） 灯心（一钱）
水煎服。
〔此症〕方用清心莲子饮∶
石莲子（二钱半） 人参（二钱半） 黄 （一钱半） 地骨皮（一钱半） 车前子（一钱半） 赤茯苓（二钱）
黄芩（一钱半） 麦冬（一钱半） 甘草（五分）
水煎服。
此虚火炎上，而肺金之气不能下行故耳。若用黄柏、知母，煎汤饮之，立时消散。然自倒之后，终年不能
重振、是亦苦也。方用∶
元参（三两） 麦冬（三两） 肉桂（三分）
水煎服。
此方妙在元参以泻肾中之火，肉桂入其宅，麦冬助肺金之气，清肃下行，以生肾水，水足则火自息矣，不求
倒而自倒也。
凡是出现全身麻木不仁、两眼畏光怕日、眼睛干涩难以睁开、视物模糊昏花、眼球疼痛的症状，治疗方剂使用神效黄芪汤：

风、寒、湿三种邪气结合而致病，侵袭停留在皮肤肌肉之间，表现为或疼痛、或麻木，治疗方剂如下：

共同熬制成膏药，摊开贴敷患处，再用热的鞋底熨烫以助药力渗透。如果加入羌活、乳香、没药效果更佳。
白浊和淋证两种病症，都表现为小便颜色发红。白浊多属于虚证，淋证多属于实证，区别在于淋证有疼痛感而白浊没有疼痛感。白浊和淋证都属于热证，大致是由湿痰下陷以及精气耗损所致。
之所以会有疼痛感，大概是因为纵欲导致相火妄动，强行滞留败精而引起的，不能混淆治疗。
针对此症，治疗方剂使用五淋散：

玄参（三两） 麦冬（三两） 肉桂（三分）
用水煎煮后服用。
这个方剂的妙处在于玄参能够泻除肾中的火气，肉桂进入肾宅，麦冬辅助肺金之气清肃下行，从而滋生肾水，肾水充足则虚火自然平息，不需要刻意追求勃起消退，它自然会消退。

Decoct with water and take orally. If heat signs are present, add Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (0.3 fen).
The combination of Wind, Cold, and Dampness pathogens causes disease, lodging between the skin and muscles, manifesting as either pain or numbness. The treatment formula is:
Niu Pi Jiao (Ox Hide Glue) (2 liang)
Nan Xing (Arisaema Rhizome) (5 qian)
Jiang Zhi (Ginger Juice) (half bowl)
Simultaneously decoct into an ointment, apply externally to the affected area, and then use a hot shoe sole to iron over it for warmth penetration. Adding Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Ru Xiang (Frankincense), and Mo Yao (Myrrh) yields even better results.
Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity) and Lin Zheng (Dysuria Syndrome) both present with reddish urine. Bai Zhuo is mostly deficiency-type, while Lin Zheng is mostly excess-type; the distinction lies in the fact that Lin Zheng involves pain, whereas Bai Zhuo does not. Both Bai Zhuo and Lin Zheng belong to Heat syndromes, generally caused by the sinking of Damp-Phlegm and the depletion of Essence due to sexual indulgence.
The presence of pain is approximately due to excessive sexual desire stirring up Ministerial Fire, forcing the retention of stale semen, and thus they must not be treated indiscriminately.

This condition arises from Deficient Fire flaming upward, preventing the Qi of Lung Metal from descending. If Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) and Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizome) are decocted in water and drunk, the erection will dissipate immediately. However, after the flaccidity, being unable to regain an erection for the entire year is also a source of suffering. The treatment formula is:
Xuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix) (3 liang)
Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber) (3 liang)
Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark) (0.3 fen)
Decoct with water and take orally.
The efficacy of this formula lies in Xuan Shen clearing the fire within the Kidney, Rou Gui entering the Kidney residence, and Maidong assisting the Lung Metal Qi to descend clearly and purely, thereby generating Kidney Water. When Kidney Water is sufficient, the fire naturally subsides; the flaccidity occurs naturally without needing to be forced.
