南星 半夏（并生用） 天麻（以上各半两） 白面（三两）
上为细末，滴水丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，用水一大盏，先煎令沸，下药煮，
候浮即熟，漉出放温，另用生姜汤下，不拘时服。
滑石（六两） 甘草（一两）
上为细末。每服三钱，蜜调，新水送下。
治暑。
寒水石 滑石 石膏 栝蒌根（以上各四两） 甘草（二两）
上为细末。每服五钱，新水调下。
石膏（一两） 人参（去芦） 甘草（炙，各半两）
上为细末。新水蜜水调三钱，生姜汤亦可。
治疟。
信（一钱） 雄黑豆（六十个或二两重）
上为细末，朱砂为衣，端午日合。不令鸡犬妇人见。每服一丸，无根水下。
信（一钱） 甘草（二钱） 紫河车（三钱） 豆粉（四两）
上为末，滴水丸。每服半钱，作十丸，临卧，无根水下。
紫河车 绿豆（以上各一两） 甘草（半两） 砒（一钱，另研）
上为细末，后入砒，研匀。每服半钱，新水一盏调下。如是隔日发，直待临睡服
药；如频日发，只夜深服。忌荤、酒、鱼、兔等。
官桂 泽泻 猪苓（去黑皮） 茯苓（去皮） 白术（各半两）
上为细末。每服二钱，热汤，或新水调下。
苦葶苈 茯苓（去皮） 猪苓（去皮，以上各一分） 木香（半钱） 泽泻 木通 甘草（各半两
官桂（一分） 滑石（三钱）
上为细末。每服三钱，生姜汤调下，食前服。
南星、半夏（均生用）、天麻（以上各半两）、白面（三两）。
将上述药材研成细末，滴入水制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，取一大盏水，先煮沸，放入药丸煮至浮起即熟，捞出放温，另用生姜汤送服，不拘泥于固定时间服用。
滑石（六两）、甘草（一两）。
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用三钱，用蜂蜜调和，新汲水送服。
治疗暑病。
寒水石、滑石、石膏、栝蒌根（以上各四两）、甘草（二两）。
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用五钱，用新汲水调服。
石膏（一两）、人参（去芦头）、甘草（炙，各半两）。
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用三钱，用新汲水或蜜水调服，用生姜汤送服亦可。
治疗疟疾。
信石（一钱）、雄黑豆（六十个或重二两）。
将上述药材研成细末，以朱砂为衣，在端午节配制。不让鸡、狗、妇人看见。每次服用一丸，用无根水送服。
信石（一钱）、甘草（二钱）、紫河车（三钱）、豆粉（四两）。
将上述药材研成细末，滴入水制成丸剂。每次服用半钱，制成十丸，临睡前服用，用无根水送服。
紫河车、绿豆（以上各一两）、甘草（半两）、砒霜（一钱，单独研磨）。
将前三种药材研成细末，后加入砒霜，研磨均匀。每次服用半钱，用一盏新汲水调服。如果是隔日发作的疟疾，务必等到临睡前服药；如果是每日发作的，只需在深夜服用。忌食荤腥、酒、鱼、兔肉等。
官桂、泽泻、猪苓（去黑皮）、茯苓（去皮）、白术（各半两）。
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，用热汤或新汲水调服。
苦葶苈、茯苓（去皮）、猪苓（去皮，以上各一分）、木香（半钱）、泽泻、木通、甘草（各半两）、官桂（一分）、滑石（三钱）。
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用三钱，用生姜汤调服，饭前服用。
Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanxing), Pinellia Rhizoma (Banxia) [both raw], Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) [each half tael], Triticum Aestivum Farina (Baifan) [three taels].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add water drop by drop to make pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills per dose. Use one large cup of water, boil first, then add the pills and cook until they float, indicating they are cooked. Strain them out and let cool to warm temperature. Take separately with Ginger Decoction, at any time without restriction.
Talcum (Liushi) [six taels], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [one tael].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mix with honey, and take with newly drawn water.
Treating Summerheat (Shu).
Calcitrum (Hanshuishi), Talcum (Huashi), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Trichosanthis Radix (Gualougen) [each four taels], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [two taels].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take five qian per dose, mix with newly drawn water.
Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) [one tael], Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) [deprived of rhizome], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [prepared by stir-baking, each half tael].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mix with newly drawn water or honeyed water; taking with Ginger Decoction is also acceptable.
Treating Malaria (Nuè).
Realgar (Xin) [one qian], Black Soybean (Xiongheidou) [sixty beans or weighing two taels].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, coat with Cinnabar (Zhusha), prepare on the Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu). Do not let chickens, dogs, or women see it. Take one pill per dose with Wugen Water (rainwater/snowmelt).
Realgar (Xin) [one qian], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [two qian], Placenta Hominis (Ziheche) [three qian], Phaseoli Semen (Doubfen) [four taels].
Grind the above ingredients into a powder, add water drop by drop to make pills. Take half a qian per dose, divided into ten pills. Take before going to bed with Wugen Water.
Placenta Hominis (Ziheche), Mung Bean (Lüdou) [each one tael], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [half tael], Arsenic Trioxide (Pi) [one qian, ground separately].
Grind the first three ingredients into a fine powder, then add Arsenic Trioxide and grind uniformly. Take half a qian per dose, mix with one cup of newly drawn water. If the malaria occurs every other day, wait until just before sleep to take the medicine; if it occurs daily, take it late at night. Avoid meat, alcohol, fish, rabbit meat, etc.
Cinnamomum Cassia Cortex (Guangui), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie), Polyporus (Zuling) [deprived of black skin], Poria (Fuling) [deprived of bark], Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) [each half tael].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mix with hot water or newly drawn water.
Periplocae Semen (Kutingli), Poria (Fuling) [deprived of bark], Polyporus (Zuling) [deprived of bark, each one fen], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) [half qian], Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [each half tael], Cinnamomum Cassia Cortex (Guangui) [one fen], Talcum (Huashi) [three qian].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mix with Ginger Decoction, take before meals.
