以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，如小豆大小。每次服用三五十丸，姜汤送服，饭后服用。

Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Zhu Ling (Polypori Umbellati Sclerotium), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Chi Fu Ling (Poria cum Ligno Rubrum, Poria with Red Wood) (each 0.5 liang), Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Bing Lang (Arecae Semen) (each 3 qian), Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (2 liang, remove white pith), Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (1 qian).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. For each dose, take 5 qian, add 1 zhan of water and 3 slices of fresh ginger, decoct together until reduced to 6/10 of the original volume, take warm after meals.
Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (1.5 liang), Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (1 fen), Hua Shi (Talcum) (6 liang), Bing Lang (Arecae Semen) (3 qian), Fu Ling (Poria) (1 liang), Zhu Ling (Polypori Umbellati Sclerotium) (remove black skin), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 0.5 liang), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (2 qian).
The above ingredients are ground into a powder. For each dose, take 5 qian, add 1 zhan of water and 5 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 6/10 of the original volume, filter out the dregs, take warm after meals.
Ku Ting Li (Semen Lepidii seu Descurainiae, fried), Hei Qian Niu (Semen Pharbitidis, slightly fried, use the first extraction powder), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma) (2 liang), Zhu Ling (Polypori Umbellati Sclerotium) (2 liang, remove skin), Jiao Mu (Zanthoxyli Fructus Ovarium) (0.5 liang).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. For each dose, use 3 stems of scallion white, 1 zhan of fermented grain water, decoct until reduced to half a zhan, add 0.5 zhan of wine, mix with 3 qian of medicine powder, take early in the morning facing east.
Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Fu Ling (Poria), Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum) (each 1 liang), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (1 fen), Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, remove white pith), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (each 0.5 liang), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) (1 liang).
The above ingredients are ground into a powder, made into pills with wheat paste, size of small beans. Take 30-50 pills per dose, swallow with ginger soup, after meals.
Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 0.5 liang), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Han Shui Shi (Lapis Calcitae) (each 1 liang), Hua Shi (Talcum) (2 liang).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Mix 3 qian with hot boiled water; new water with ginger soup is also acceptable. Take after meals.
Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fu Ling (Poria), Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, remove white pith), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma) (each 0.5 liang), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (1 liang), Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, fried), Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Suo Sha Ren (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), Huo Xiang (Agastaches Herba) (each 1 fen).
The above ingredients are ground into a powder. Dissolve a small amount of honey in plain boiled water, mix with 2 qian of powder, take at any time. If refined honey is used to make ten pills from every liang of powder, it is named Bai Zhu Tiao Zhong Wan (White Atractylodes Regulating Middle Pill).
