又方后服 前方去木瓜木通紫花蒂丁白藓皮四味加桔梗（七分）减土茯苓（二两半）照前煎
服忌椒酒煎炙牛肉茶房室 按此二方先服效速毒即出而易好后服平和而疮自内消
见效极速用多年土墙上白螺蛳壳不拘多少洗去土净火 研为极细面用
眼药杯四分冰片五厘另研和匀米泔水洗净疮拭干将药搽上就结靥勿爬破恁其自落（已试验过）

上为细末临搽入片脑少许其疮先用椒葱汤洗净后以药搽上三次即愈（已试验过）
治疗瘰疬、马刀，无论已经溃破或未溃破，或者日久形成漏管的情况，使用夏枯草六两，加水二钟，煎煮至七分，滤去药渣，饭后服用。这味药是清血热、治疮毒的圣药。如果身体极度虚弱，宜煎成浓膏，同时配合十全大补汤加远志、贝母、香附内服，并用此膏涂抹患处（效果更佳）。
治疗杨梅疮、疳疮、便毒，服用四剂后，体内的毒邪就会化为脓液，从大便排出，效果极好，因此名为“三奇”。同时也治疗各种肿毒（初起时服用也有效）。
配方：金银花（二钱）、赤芍药、甘草节、穿山甲（用蛤粉炒，各一钱）、白蒺藜（去刺，二钱）、白僵蚕（炒）、连翘、当归尾（各一钱半）、蜈蚣（一条，去头足尾）、大黄（体虚者三钱，体质壮实者五钱）、皂角刺（一钱）。
以上药物用水一钟、酒一钟，煎煮至一钟。病位在上部的，饭后服用；病位在下部的，饭前服用。
先服用四帖，再服用三帖，七日即可痊愈。
（此方）经验过：防风、皂角刺、天门冬、黄芩、栝蒌仁、金银花（各五分）、当归、熟地黄、木瓜、薏苡仁、紫花地丁、白鲜皮、木通（各一钱）、甘草（三分）、土茯苓（四两）。
以上药物用水三钟，煎煮至二钟，分两次服用。药渣再次煎煮。此方为先服用的方剂。
又一方为后服用的方剂：前方去掉木瓜、木通、紫花地丁、白鲜皮这四味药，加入桔梗（七分），减少土茯苓至二两半，按照前面的方法煎服。忌食花椒、酒类、煎炸食物、牛肉、茶以及房事。按此两个方子，先服用的方子见效快，毒邪即出且容易愈合；后服用的方子性质平和，疮毒自然从内部消散。
见效极快：使用多年土墙上的白螺蛳壳，数量不限，洗净泥土，用火煅烧后研成极细的面粉状。用量为眼药杯四分，冰片五厘，另外单独研磨混合均匀。用米泔水洗净疮口并擦干，将药粉搽在患处，就会结痂，不要抓破，任其自然脱落（已试验过）。
又一方：红砒（烧灰存性，五钱）、桃树上干枯的桃子（烧灰存性，五钱）、炉甘石（火煅至黄色，用童便淬炼七次，二钱半）。
以上药物研成细末，临用时加入少许片脑（冰片）。治疗该疮时，先用椒葱汤洗净疮口，然后用药粉搽上，三次即可痊愈（已试验过）。
To treat scrofula (Luo Li) and "horse knife" (Ma Dao, a type of linear scrofula), whether ulcerated or not, or if they have persisted for a long time forming fistulas, use six taels of Prunella vulgaris (Xiakucao). Add two zhong of water, decoct until seven-tenths remains, remove the dregs, and take after meals. This herb is a sacred medicine for clearing blood heat and treating sores. If the deficiency is severe, it is advisable to decoct into a thick paste and concurrently administer Shiquan Dabu Tang (Decoction for Ten Complete Tonifications) with added Polygala tenuifolia (Yuanzhi), Fritillaria thunbergii (Beimu), and Ligusticum chuanxiong (Xiangfu) internally, while applying the paste topically to the affected area (which is especially effective).
To treat yaws (Yangmei Chuang), gan sores (Gan Chuang), and buboes (Bian Du), after taking four doses, the pathogenic toxins will transform into pus and be excreted through the stool, which is extremely effective; hence the name "San Qi" (Three Wonders). It also treats various types of swelling and toxic sores (effective even in the early stages).
Formula: Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua, 2 qian), Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao), Licorice Root Tips (Gancao Jie), Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia, stir-fried with clam powder, each 1 qian), Tribulus terrestris seeds (Baijili, thorns removed, 2 qian), Bombyx batryticatus (Baijiangcan, stir-fried), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Angelica sinensis tail (Dangguiwei, each 1.5 qian), Centipede (Wugong, one piece, head, feet, and tail removed), Rhubarb (Dahuang, 3 qian for deficient persons, 5 qian for robust persons), Gleditsia sinensis spine (Zaocispina, 1 qian).
Decoct the above herbs with one zhong of water and one zhong of wine until one zhong remains. If the disease is located in the upper body, take after meals; if in the lower body, take before meals.
Take four doses first, then three doses; full recovery occurs within seven days.
(Proven experience formula): Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng), Gleditsia sinensis spine (Zaocispina), Asparagus tuber (Tianmendong), Scutellaria baicalensis root (Huangqin), Trichosanthes kirilowii seed (Gualouren), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua, each 0.5 fen), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang), Quince (Mugua), Coix seed (Yiyiren), Violae Herba (Zihuadiding), Dictamnus dasycarpus bark (Baixianpi), Akebia stem (Mutong, each 1 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.3 fen), Smilax glabra rhizome (Tufuling, 4 liang).
Decoct the above herbs with three zhong of water until two zhong remains, divide into two doses. The dregs can be decocted again. This formula is for initial administration.
Another formula for subsequent administration: Remove Mugua, Mutong, Zihuadiding, and Baixianpi from the previous formula. Add Platycodon grandiflorus root (Jiegeng, 0.7 fen) and reduce Tufuling to 2.5 liang. Decoct and take as previously directed. Avoid pepper, alcohol, fried foods, beef, tea, and sexual intercourse. According to these two formulas, the initial formula acts quickly, expelling toxins and facilitating easy healing; the subsequent formula is mild and harmonious, allowing the sore to resolve internally.
Extremely rapid effect: Use white snail shells from old earthen walls, quantity unrestricted. Wash clean of dirt, calcine by fire, and grind into an extremely fine powder. Measure four fen using an eye medicine cup, and five li of borneol (Bingpian), separately ground and mixed uniformly. Clean the sore with rice wash water, dry thoroughly, apply the powder to the lesion. It will form a crust; do not scratch it off, let it fall naturally (tested and verified).
Another formula: Realgar (Hongni, calcined to ash retaining its nature, 5 qian), dried peaches from peach trees (calcined to ash retaining its nature, 5 qian), Calamina (Luganshi, calcined until yellow, quenched seven times in children's urine, 2.5 qian).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Before application, add a small amount of borneol (Piannao). First, cleanse the sore with a decoction of pepper and green onion, then apply the medicine. Three applications result in cure (tested and verified).
