治疗肠风、脏毒、痔漏的秘方。用大雄鸡一只，罩在地板上，不给食物（伺机等它非常饥饿时），将其移到干净的地方。用猪胰脏四两切碎，逐渐喂给鸡吃，等待它排便时渐渐收集。如此进行两三天，等到鸡屎积累到四两，晒干后加入以下药物：透明矾（四两）、千叶雌黄、雄黄（各六钱）、胆矾（五钱）、朴硝（二两）。

Use a pair of black male pig kidneys. Do not let them touch raw water. Remove the membrane and internal blood, then slice them. Use two liang each of Fenneli Fructus (Da Huixiang, 大茴香) and Aniseed Fruit (Xiao Huixiang, 小茴香), stir-fry them until coarse powder, and mix evenly with the kidney slices. Take one pig bladder from before, put the kidney slices and aniseed powder inside, and tie it tightly. Put three bowls of raw Baijiu (Chinese liquor) into a clay pot, suspend it in water to boil (double-boil), until the liquid evaporates to half a bowl. Take out the bladder, cut it into pieces, bake it together with the medicine until dry, and grind into fine powder. Use the remaining wine from boiling the medicine to make a paste with flour, form pills the size of wu zi (Cibotii Rhizoma seeds). Take seventy pills each time, on an empty stomach, washed down with good yellow wine. (Immediate effect, root cure, never recurs again.)
Secret recipe for treating external genitalia injury causing unilateral swelling and descent. Use three to five male sparrows. Remove the intestines. For each sparrow, fill its belly with one qian of Alum (Bai Fan, 白矾). Place the sparrows between two new tiles. Seal both ends with salt mud. Fire-roast until red hot, take out and preserve the medicinal property (cun xing). Grind into powder. Take one qian each time, on an empty stomach, mixed with good yellow wine. Consuming one sparrow completely cures it. (This formula is family-secret, used repeatedly with miraculous effects.)
Use two liang of Artocarpus Hypargyreus Fruit (Mu Mantou, 木馒头), three liang of Tugong Rhizome (Tai Wuyao, 台乌药), and five qian of Fenneli Fructus (Da Huixiang, 大茴香).
Stir-fry the above three ingredients until red, then grind into powder. Then mix evenly with one and a half liang each of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), and Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, 枳壳). Make into coarse powder. Take one liang each time, add one zhong of water and one zhong of wine, decoct until eight parts remain. Take on an empty stomach. Three doses will eliminate the condition. This formula has also been tested and proven effective.
Secret recipe for treating Chang Feng (Intestinal Wind), Zang Du (Visceral Toxin), and hemorrhoids/fistulas. Take one large male chicken. Cover it on the floor without feeding it (wait until it is very hungry), then move it to a clean place. Cut four liang of porcine pancreas into small pieces and gradually feed it to the chicken. Collect its feces as it defecates. Do this for two or three days until the chicken feces accumulate to four liang. Dry them in the sun. Add the following medicines: Transparent Alum (Tou Ming Fan, 透明矾), Qianye Cinnabar (Qianye Cihuang, 千叶雌黄), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Chalcanthite (Danfan, 胆矾), and Mirabilite (Puxiao, 朴硝).
Grind each of the above separately into coarse powder. Use a clay pot that is wide and tall enough to hold the medicine with some empty space at the top. First, put one liang of chicken feces at the bottom of the pot. Next, layer alum, then chalcanthite, then qianye cihuang, then mirabilite, then realgar. Finally, cover everything with alum, and add another layer of chicken feces on top. Cover the pot top with a new bowl. Surround with charcoal fire until blue smoke ceases. Wait for it to cool, take out, and grind in a stone mill into extremely fine powder. Add five qian each of Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) and Myrrh (Moyao, 没药), grind each into extremely fine powder, mix evenly, and store in a small-mouthed porcelain jar. When using, mix uniformly with saliva in the palm of the hand. Dip a new brush into the mixture and apply to the affected area. Apply three to five times a day, twice at night. First, wash the area with warm water using a wool brush, wipe dry with soft silk, then apply the medicine. This allows the medicinal power to penetrate the flesh. After application, yellow fluid will exude continuously, which is the best sign; do not worry if there is much. After three days, the hemorrhoids will naturally dry up and fall off. If the hemorrhoids are hard, frequently wash with decoction; the prolapsed rectum will naturally turn red and soft and retract. Avoid toxic foods, alcohol, and sexual activity for one month to achieve a root cure. Internal medicine formula follows below.
