血只此二物结灵丹至道不繁无扭捏火取日水取月又与诸家闻各别内行符火合天机攒簇阴阳人
莫测青凤飞归混沌窝白龟钻入昆仑穴龙虎驯婴儿越黄婆巧弄千般舌一时会合入兰房夫妇交欢
情定热曰取补灵胎结胎完耿耿紫金色脱胎换骨象盈亏转制抽添按圆缺紫霞紫绶紫灵芝红似日
轮鲜赫赫一厘能点一斤金一粒遐龄千万结功成幸满天诏宣凤化鸾飞并援擢吾今一一说与君只
恐多言反疑惑得之之难默默行他年名挂黄金阙
童便不拘多少用锅熬将干量入稻草灰或荞麦灰收干待其锅一红便取起捣碎又用净锅入清
水再
煮看其大沸用箕一个上用好棉纸三张将锅内药水滤过去灰如澄清一般再用铜锅或铜铫一个洗
净入煎过澄清水再熬成丹待干日晒夜露旬日听用
用瓦缸一只上中下凿三孔用布塞了方入童便不拘多少将桃柳枝如打靛一般如此者千余下
四五遍后放真正滑石末七八钱撒入缸内或寒水石一块不打碎放入缸下待其澄清自上中下放去
清便亦如上中下搅三次去其清便后入清水放入缸内仍照前打搅三次去其水尽将原清汁取上谅
入人乳露一夜晒干听用或为丸用白松糕丸亦好每日空心上午下午临卧任意滚水点服
秋石诀
谨守至高医理，切勿泄露天机。知你前世修有仙风道骨，今日特将天地奥秘向你诉说。
安炉立鼎，效法乾坤大道；高筑祭坛，名为山泽炼养。炼制真铅（指代人体内的精气精华），色泽随时间变化，正当午夜中秋之时，登上南楼观赏月华。月光一轮，五彩光芒清澈深邃。秋季采集玉兔（月亮）脑中的精液，石头中汲取金乌（太阳）心中的血液。仅凭这两样东西就能结成灵丹妙药，大道至简，无需矫揉造作。用火取日之精，用水取月之华，这与各家流派的方法截然不同。内部运用符火修炼，契合天机，攒聚阴阳之气，常人难以测度。青凤飞回混沌的窝巢，白龟钻入昆仑的山穴。龙虎驯服，婴儿（元神）越过黄婆（媒人/中介）。巧妙运用千般舌窍，一时之间会合于兰房（丹田/内室），如同夫妇交欢，情意坚定热烈。此时采取补益之法，灵胎结就，胎元完备，呈现出耿耿紫金色的光辉。脱胎换骨，象征月亮的盈亏变化，按照圆缺规律进行抽添火候。紫霞、紫绶、紫灵芝，红得像太阳轮盘一样鲜艳显赫。一厘丹药能点化一斤黄金，一粒丹药可延寿千万年。功成之后，幸得满天神诏宣召，凤凰与鸾鸟飞翔接引，并加以提拔重用。我今天一一讲给你听，只恐怕话说多了反而引起疑惑。得到此法的艰难之处，应默默修行，他日名字挂在黄金阙（天界/高位）之上。
童便（尿液）不拘多少，用锅熬煮至干，适量加入稻草灰或荞麦灰，收干水分。等到锅底烧红时取出，捣碎。再用干净的锅加入清水重新煮，看其大沸时，用一个箕斗，上面铺三张上好棉纸，将锅内药水过滤过去，滤后如澄清一般。再用一个洗净的铜锅或铜铫，倒入煎过并澄清的药水，再次熬制成丹。待干燥后，日晒夜露十天，听候使用。
用一只瓦缸，在上、中、下三个位置凿三个孔，用布塞住，然后装入童便，数量不拘。像打靛蓝染料那样，用桃枝和柳枝搅拌一千多次，重复四五遍。之后放入真正滑石末七八钱，或者一块未打碎的寒水石，放入缸底。等待其澄清后，从上、中、下三个孔放出清液。放出的清液也如上、中、下搅拌三次，去除清液后，加入清水放入缸内，仍然照前法搅拌三次，去尽水分。将原来的清汁取出，估计量加入人乳，露置一夜，晒干后听候使用。或者制成丸药，用白松糕做丸剂也可以。每天空腹，上午、下午或临睡前，任意用滚水冲服。
Jue of Qiushi (Processed Human Urine)
Strictly adhere to the supreme principles, do not leak the secrets. Knowing that you possess an immortal nature from a past life, I shall now reveal the mysteries of heaven and earth to you.
Establish the furnace and tripod, emulating the Great Universe; build the altar high, named after the Mountain and Marsh (trigrams). Refine the True Lead (referring to the essence and spirit within the human body), its color changes with time. When it is midnight on the Mid-Autumn Festival, ascend the southern tower to admire the moonlight. A single wheel of moonlight shines with clear, profound five-colored radiance. In autumn, seek the essence of the Jade Rabbit (Moon) in its brain; from stone, extract the blood of the Golden Crow (Sun) within its heart. Only these two substances are needed to form the spiritual elixir. The Great Dao is simple, requiring no affectation. Use fire to take the essence of the Sun, use water to take the brilliance of the Moon. This differs from the methods of various other schools. Internally, apply talismanic fire for cultivation, aligning with the heavenly mechanism, gathering Yin and Yang energies, which are unfathomable to ordinary people. The Green Phoenix flies back to the nest of Chaos; the White Turtle drills into the Kunlun Cave. The Dragon and Tiger are tamed; the Infant (Primordial Spirit) crosses over the Yellow Mother (the mediator). Skillfully manipulating a thousand tongues, they converge at once in the Orchid Chamber (Dantian/Inner Room), like husband and wife joining in joy, their affection firm and hot. At this moment, employ tonifying methods; the Spiritual Embryo is formed, the fetal origin complete, shining with a resplendent purple-gold hue. Shedding the mortal body and exchanging bones, it mirrors the waxing and waning of the moon, adjusting the fire according to the cycles of fullness and emptiness. Purple clouds, purple ribbons, and purple lingzhi mushrooms are as bright and prominent as the sun's disk. One li (a unit of weight) of elixir can refine one jin (a unit of weight) of gold; one pill can extend life by tens of millions of years. Upon completion of merit, fortunate enough to receive edicts from all heavens, summoned by flying phoenixes and luan birds, and promoted to high positions. I tell you all this today, fearing that too many words might only cause confusion. The difficulty lies in obtaining this method; practice it silently. In future years, your name will be inscribed in the Golden Palace (Heaven/Highest Rank).
Tongbian (Human Urine): Do not limit the quantity. Boil in a pot until dry. Add an appropriate amount of straw ash or buckwheat hull ash, and collect until dry. When the bottom of the pot turns red, remove it and crush it. Then, use a clean pot, add clear water, and boil again. When it boils vigorously, place a winnowing basket lined with three sheets of high-quality cotton paper over the pot to filter the medicinal liquid. The filtrate should be clear. Next, use a cleaned copper pot or copper ladle, pour in the filtered and clarified liquid, and boil again until the elixir forms. Once dry, expose it to sunlight during the day and dew at night for ten days, then it is ready for use.
Use one earthenware jar. Drill three holes at the top, middle, and bottom. Plug them with cloth, then fill with Tongbian (Human Urine), quantity不限. Stir vigorously with peach and willow branches, similar to the process of making indigo dye, for more than a thousand times. Repeat this four or five times. Then, add 7-8 qian of genuine滑石 (Talcum Powder) or a whole piece of寒水石 (Natrii Sulfas/Cool Water Stone, uncrushed) to the bottom of the jar. Wait for it to clarify, then drain the clear liquid from the top, middle, and bottom holes. The drained clear liquid should also be stirred three times from top, middle, and bottom. After removing the clear liquid, add clear water to the jar and stir three times again, draining all the water. Take the original clarified juice, estimate the volume, add human milk, leave it exposed to the night dew overnight, and dry it in the sun. It is then ready for use. Alternatively, make pills using white pine cake as a binder. Take orally with boiling water, either empty-stomached in the morning or afternoon, or before bed, as desired.
