治一切痈疽切起，未消者服之即消，已成者服之即溃，若已溃后不必服此。
金银花（三钱） 陈皮（去白） 当归（酒洗，钱半） 防风（七分） 白芷 甘草节 贝母
天花粉 乳香（一钱） 没药（二味，另研候药熟，下） 皂角刺（五分） 穿山甲（三大片锉，
蛤粉炒，去粉用）
用好酒煎。毒在上饱服，在下饿服，善饮者，多饮酒，以行药势。
此药不问老幼皆可服之，服至一两以上，无不取效。一切疮痈恶毒初起，即服，
解毒，护膜托里，毒不攻心，最止疼痛，不动脏腑，神效。
白矾（明亮者一两，研） 黄蜡（七钱溶化，待少冷入矾末，不住手搅匀）
上众手丸桐子大。倘蜡冷不能丸，以滚汤倾之便软。每服三十丸，渐加至三四十丸，白
汤或温酒送下。如未破即消，已破即合，遍身生疮，状如蛇头，服此并效。但一日之
中，服近百粒，则方有功，盖心为君主，不易受邪，凡患痈疽及蛇犬所伤，毒上攻心，
则命立倾矣。是药能防毒瓦斯内攻，固膜护心解毒定痛，切不可以浅近而忽之。
消便毒痈肿如神。
全蝎（炒） 核桃（去壳、肉，只用隔膜，炒，等分） 为末，空心酒调下三钱，
下午再服三钱，痊愈。

能解毒，保护内膜托举正气，防止毒邪攻心，最能止痛，不伤及脏腑，效果神奇。

白开水或温酒送服。如果未破溃即消散，已破溃即愈合，全身生疮，形状像蛇头，服用此方均有效。但一天之
中，服用近百粒，才能发挥药效，因为心为君主之官，不易受邪气侵袭，凡是患痈疽以及被蛇犬咬伤，毒邪上攻心脏，
生命就会立刻倾覆。这个药能防止毒气内攻，巩固膜原保护心脏解毒定痛，千万不要因为药方浅显而忽视它。
消除便毒（腹股沟淋巴结炎等）痈肿效果如神。

Baifan (Alumen, select bright ones, 1 liang, ground) Huangla (Cera Flava, 7 qian melted, wait until slightly cool then add the alum powder, stir continuously until uniform).
Grind into pills the size of paulownia seeds. If the wax cools too much to form pills, pour boiling water over them to soften. Take 30 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 30-40 pills, swallowed with plain warm water or warm wine. If unruptured, they resolve; if ruptured, they heal. For severe back carbuncles with extensive ulceration where only the diaphragmatic membrane remains among the five zang organs, in a critical condition. Use HT fish (specific fish type as per original text), remove intestines, stuff with dried sheep manure, bake until charred, grind into powder, and apply dry powder directly to the wound. The sore will naturally close. This is a miraculous prescription.
