猪脊髓和丸梧子大。每八十丸，空心盐汤下。治肾虚腰痛，动止软弱，脉大虚疼不已。
摩腰丹 附子尖、川乌尖、南星、朱砂、干姜各一钱，雄黄、樟脑、丁香、麝香各五分，为末，蜜丸芡
实大。每一丸，姜汁化开，烘热置掌中，摩腰上，令尽粘肉，热帛缚定，腰热如火妙，间三日用一丸，或加吴
萸、肉桂。治寒湿腰痛及妇人白带。如疝气外肾肿大，加丁香、麝
香摩上，及横骨上软布覆之，一宿即消。
久甚腰疼夸速效，龟樗苍柏祛痰热。
速效散 川楝肉（用巴豆五粒同炒赤，去巴）、茴香、故纸各一两，为末。每一钱，空心热酒调服，治男
妇腰痛不可忍。
龟樗丸 龟版一两，樗白皮、苍术、滑石各五钱，白芍、香附各四钱，为末，粥丸服。治湿痰腰痛。
大便泄，或加苍术、威灵仙尤妙；凡腔子里气，须用些木香行气。
七味苍柏散 苍术、黄柏、杜仲、故纸、川芎、当归、白术各一钱，水煎服。治湿热腰痛，动止滞重，不
能转侧。
七香异香顺气，佐以调肝；
七香丸 丁香、香附、甘草各一两二钱，甘松八钱，益智仁六钱，莪术、砂仁各二钱，为末，蒸饼糊丸，
绿豆大。每三十丸，米饮下。治郁闷忧思，或闪挫跌扑，一切气滞腰痛。
异香散 石莲肉、甘草、莪术、三棱、益智仁各五分，青皮、陈皮各一钱半，浓朴一钱，盐一撮，姜枣
煎服。治心肾不和，腰痛伛偻，腹胁膨胀，饮食难化，噫气吞酸，一切冷气结聚，腹中刺痛。
人参顺气散 人参、川芎、桔梗、白术、白芷、陈皮、枳壳、麻黄节、乌药、白姜、甘草各一钱，水煎服。
治气滞腰疼及感风寒，头疼鼻塞；或诸风蜷痹，眩晕 斜。
调肝散 半夏三分，辣桂、木瓜、当归、川芎、牛膝、细辛各二分，石菖蒲、酸枣仁各一分，姜、枣煎服。
治郁怒伤肝，发为腰痛。
独活泻肾解热，兼医劳乏。
独活汤 独活、羌活、防风、肉桂、大黄、泽泻各九分，当归、桃仁、连翘各一钱半，炙甘草六分，防
己、黄柏各三钱，水、酒各半煎服。治劳役腰痛如折，沉重如山。
泻肾汤 大黄一合（用密器水浸一宿），磁石八钱，玄参、细辛各四钱，芒硝、茯苓、黄芩各三钱，生
地汁、石菖蒲各五钱，甘草二钱，每服一两，以水二盏煎去渣，下大黄内药汁中，更煮减一分，去大黄，下
地黄汁微煎一二沸，下芒硝，食前温服，治肾实热，小腹胀满，腰背急强离解，便黄舌燥，四肢青黑，耳聋梦
泄等证，急宜服此救之。
疝虚冷也，四制茱萸川楝以内消之，兼用乌桂芦橘玄胡索，欲止痛以除根，无过于猪脬茴硫；
四制茱萸丸 吴萸一斤，用酒、醋、白汤、童便各浸四两，过一宿焙干，入泽泻二两，为末，酒糊丸梧
子大。每三十丸，空心盐汤下。治远年近日疝气撮痛，偏坠肿硬，阴间湿痒，抓成疮癣。
三萸内消丸 山茱萸、食茱萸、吴茱萸、桔梗、川乌、茴香、蒺藜、青皮、肉桂、川楝各二两，大腹皮、
五味子、海藻、玄胡索各二两半，木香一两半，桃仁、枳实、陈皮各一两，为末，酒糊丸，梧子大。每三十丸，
空心温酒下。治肾虚受邪，结成寒疝，阴囊偏坠，痛引脐腹；或生疮疡，时出黄水。
茱萸内消丸 山茱萸、吴茱萸、川楝、马兰、茴香、青皮、陈皮、山药、肉桂各二两，木香一两，为末，
酒糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，温酒盐汤任下。治膀胱、肾虚受邪，结成寒疝，阴囊偏坠，痛连脐腹，小肠气刺，
奔豚 癖等证。
四炒川楝丸 川楝肉一斤，分作四分，一分用麸一合、斑蝥四十九粒同炒，麸黄色去麸、蝥；一分用麸一
合、巴豆四十九粒同炒，麸黄色去麸、豆；一分用麸一合、巴戟一两同炒，麸黄色去麸、戟∶一分用盐一两、
茴香一协议炒，麸黄色去盐、茴。再加木香、破故纸各一两，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，盐汤下。
日三服。治一切疝气，肿痛缩小，久者断根。
五炒川楝丸 川楝肉五两，一两斑蝥一个炒，一两小茴五钱、盐五分炒，一两故纸三钱炒，一两黑丑三
钱炒，一两萝卜子一钱炒，去各药，留小茴、故纸，为末，酒糊丸。酒下，治钓肾。
金铃丸 川楝肉五两，马蔺花、茴香、海
蛤、海带、破故纸、菟丝子各三两，木香、丁香各一两，为末，面糊丸梧子大。第五十丸，温酒盐汤任下。
治膀胱肿痛及小肠气阴囊肿，毛间水出。
去铃丸 用角茴一斤，以生姜一斤取自然汁浸一宿，约姜汁尽入茴香，然后入青盐二两同炒赤，取出焙燥
为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每三十丸，温酒米饮任下。此药专实脾胃，以其有盐能引入下部，遂大治小肠疝气，有
姜汁专一发散，而无疏导之害，所以服之累效。
乌头桂枝汤 大乌头一个，用蜜煮熟，肉桂、芍药各三钱三分，甘草二钱半，分二帖，姜枣煎，入前煮药
蜜半合调服。治风寒疝气，腹中疼痛，手足逆冷，及贼风入腹，攻刺五脏，身体拘急，转侧叫呼，阴缩，悉皆主
之。
葫芦巴丸 葫芦巴一斤，茴香十二两，吴萸十两，川楝肉十八两，巴戟、川乌各六两，为末，酒糊丸梧子
大。每十五丸，空心酒下；小儿五丸，茴香煎汤下。一方有黑丑，治小肠盘肠，奔豚疝气，偏坠阴肿，小腹有
形如卵，上下走痛不可忍。
橘核丸 橘核、海藻、昆布、海带、桃仁、川楝各一两，浓朴、玄胡索、枳实、桂心、木香、木通各五钱，
为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每六十丸，温酒盐汤任下。治四种 疝，卵核肿胀，偏有大小，或坚硬如石，或引脐腹
绞痛，甚则肤囊肿胀，或成疮痈溃烂，轻则时出黄水。如虚寒加川乌，肿久不消加 砂少许，有热气滞加黑
丑、大黄。
古玄蝎散 玄胡索盐炒五钱，全蝎一钱，为末。每一钱，酒调服。治小肠疝气。
单竹茹汤 竹茹一两，水煎浓汁服之，治交接劳复，卵肿腹痛欲绝。
猪脬丸 黑雄猪腰子一对，不见水去膜切碎，以大小茴香末各二两同猪腰拌匀，再以前猪尿脬一个人腰
子于内扎定，用酒三碗于砂锅内悬煮至半碗，取起焙干为末，将余酒打糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，温酒下。治诸
疝除根。
八味茴香丸 茯苓、白术、山楂、角茴、吴萸、荔枝核各一两，枳实八钱，橘核三两，为末，蜜丸弹子大。
每细嚼一丸，姜汤下。治疝如神。
四味茴香散 乌药（酒浸一宿焙）、良姜、小茴、青皮各一两，为末。每二钱，发时热酒调服。治风寒
伤肝，囊茎抽痛，欲名小肠气，痛不可忍。
硫荔丸 荔枝核、陈皮、硫黄各等分为末，饭丸梧子大。每十四丸酒下，其疼立止，如自觉疼甚不能支
持，加用六丸，再不可多。治疝气上冲，筑塞心脏欲死，手足厥冷者，其效如神。
荔核散 荔枝核、茴香、青皮各等分，锉散，炒令黄色勿焦，倾地上出火毒，为末。每二钱，酒调服。
治肾大如斗，三剂除根。
疝湿热也，加减柴正苍柏以下渗之，更羡栀仁山楂青木香，欲守效以活肾，不外乎栀附陈核。
加减柴苓汤 柴胡、半夏、茯苓、甘草、白术、泽泻、猪苓、山楂、山栀、荔枝核各等分，姜煎服。治
诸疝，各肝肾，顺气消疝，治湿热之剂。
加减八正散 即八正散加枳壳，热盛加竹叶，治肾气实热。如肿胀小便不利，口舌干燥，去 蓄、山栀、
大黄、加葵子、猪苓、赤茯。
十味苍柏散 苍术、黄柏、香附为君，青皮、玄胡索、益智仁、桃仁为臣，茴香、附子、甘草为佐，水煎
服。治疝作痛。
栀桃枳楂散 山栀、桃仁、枳核、山楂各等分为末，于砂钵内入姜汁用水烫起煎热服，治阳明湿热传入太
阳，恶寒发热，小腹连毛际间闷痛不可忍。一方加吴萸，治食积与瘀血成痛及冷热不调疝气。
青木香丸 黑丑三两，补骨脂、荜澄茄、槟榔各二两，青木香一两；如冷者，去黑丑、槟榔加吴萸、
香附，为末，水丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心盐汤下。治膀胱疝气肿痛及胸膈噎
塞，气滞不行，肠中水声，呕哕痰逆，不思饮食，兼治气痢。一方用青木香丸二百丸，以斑蝥七个为末，同于
瓦铫属性武火上炒，令丸子微香，以瓷器盖之，俟冷，去蝥，每五十丸，茴香酒下，最利小便。盖疝属肝，
故借斑蝥以治风。
守效丸 苍术、南星、白芷、山楂各一两，川芎，橘核、海石各五钱，秋冬加吴萸，有热中山栀，坚硬
加朴硝或青皮、荔枝核，为末，神曲糊丸服。治 疝不痛者要药。
活肾丸 苍术一两、黄柏、枸杞子、滑石各七钱，南星、半夏、山楂、白芷、神曲各五钱，昆布、吴萸各
三钱，为末，酒糊丸梧子丸。每七十丸，空心盐汤下。治木肾不痛。如热加山栀，寒加附子，气加香附、玄
胡索，血加桃仁，气块加姜黄、莪术。
古栀附汤 山栀仁四两半炒过，大附子一枚炮熟，锉散，每服二钱，水一盏、酒半盏，煎至七分，入盐一
撮，温服即愈。治寒疝入腹，心腹卒痛及小肠膀胱气 刺，脾肾气攻挛急，极痛不可忍，屈伸不能，腹中冷
重如石，自汗不止者宜。
橘核散 橘核、桃仁、山栀、川乌、吴萸各炒为末，煎服。盖橘核单止痛，乌头散寒郁，山栀除湿热，又
引乌头速下，不留胃中。此方能分湿热寒郁多少，用之甚捷，但亦不可多服久服。
积疝山楂，气疝黄连为君；
积疝丸 山楂一两，茴香、柴胡各二钱，牡丹皮一钱，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每五六十丸，盐汤下。
气疝饮 黄连用吴萸水浸炒一钱，人参、白术各七分，白芍、陈皮各五分，甘草二分，生姜三片，水煎服。
女疝泽兰，小儿牡丹特设。
泽兰叶散 泽兰叶二两，牡丹皮、柏子仁、赤芍、续断各五钱，当归、玄胡索、桂心、附子、牛膝、川
芎、桃仁、干漆、琥珀、没药、木香各三分，麝香一分，为末。每二钱，温酒调服。治妇人寒湿，或服水银，
以致子宫番出肿湿及风虚劳冷，气攻心腹疼痛，肢节拘急，体瘦无力，经候不调，饮食减少。
牡丹皮散 牡丹皮、防风各等分为末。每二钱，温酒或盐汤调服。治小儿外肾偏坠，外用盐汤洗之。
风损香港脚，虎骏五兽三匮兮，地仙养真；
换腿丸 木瓜四两、薏苡仁、南星、石楠叶、石斛、槟榔、萆 、牛膝、羌活、防风、黄 、当归、天麻、
续断各一两，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，温酒盐汤下。治足三阴经为风寒暑湿之气所乘，发为挛痹缓弱，
上攻胸胁肩背，下注脚膝疼痛，足心发热，行步艰辛。一方有炮附子、肉桂各一两，苍术一两半，治肾经虚弱，
干湿香港脚肿痛无时及气痛喘促，举动艰难，面色黧黑，二便秘涩，常服舒筋轻足，永无香港脚之患。
附虎四斤丸 牛膝一斤，用酒五升浸透晒干，乳香、没药各五钱，木瓜、天麻、肉苁蓉各一斤，附子、
虎胫骨各二两，为末，用前浸药酒打糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心木瓜煎汤或盐汤下。治肾虚寒，下攻腰脚，
筋脉拘挛掣痛，履地艰辛，脚心陷痛，一切风寒湿痹香港脚缓弱。常服补虚除湿，大壮筋骨。
胜骏丸 附子一个，当归、天麻、牛膝各二两，木香、羌活、全蝎、没药、甘草各一两，酸枣仁、熟地、
防风各三两，木瓜四两，乳香五钱，麝二钱半，为末，用生地一斤捣烂，以酒煮成膏和前药为丸弹子大，每
临卧细嚼一丸，酒下；或蜜丸梧子大，盐汤下二十丸。治寒湿气，脚腰挛拳，或连足指走痛无定，筋脉不伸，
行履不随，常服益真气，壮筋骨。
五兽三匮丸 鹿茸、麒麟竭、虎胫骨、牛膝、金毛狗脊各等分，即五兽也；又用附子一枚，去皮剜去中
心，入辰砂填满，又用木瓜一枚去皮，剜去中心，入前附子于内，以附子末盖口，即三匮也。却以三匮正坐于
瓷罐内，重
汤蒸至极烂，取出和五兽捣丸，芡实大，木瓜酒下。治气血耗损，肝肾不足，两脚痿软。
地仙丹 川椒、附子、苁蓉各四两，菟丝子、覆盆子、白附子、羌活、防风、乌药、赤小豆、骨碎补、萆 、
南星、牛膝、何首乌各二两，白术、茯苓、川乌、甘草、金毛狗脊各一两，人参一两半，地龙、木鳖子各三两，
黄二两半，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每四十丸，空心温酒下。治肾气虚惫，风湿流注，膝脚酸疼，步履无力，
精神耗散；兼治五劳七伤吐血，肠风痔漏，一切风气，妇人无子等证。
养真丹 即四物汤加羌活、天麻等分，蜜丸鸡子大。每一丸，木瓜、菟丝子浸酒下。治肝虚为四气所袭，
手足顽麻，脚膝无力及瘫痪痰涎，半身不遂，言语謇涩，头目昏眩，荣气凝滞，遍身疼痛；兼治产后中风，坠堕
瘀血等证。
湿热香港脚，松杉苍柏红槟兮，健步开结。
松节汤 松节炒黄、桑白皮、苏叶各一两，槟榔三分，甘草五钱，每三钱入灯心二十根，生姜三片，童
便三分煎服。治香港脚入腹，心腹胀急，烦躁肿痛。
杉节汤 杉节四两，槟榔七枚，大腹皮一两，青橘叶四十九片，作一服，水煎分三服，一日饮尽。如大便
通利，黄水未愈，过数日再进一服。病根去为度。外用杉节、橘叶煎汤洗之，神效。
将猪脊髓与药末混合，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用八十丸，空腹时用盐汤送服。治疗肾虚引起的腰痛，表现为活动后腰部软弱无力，脉象大而虚，疼痛不止。
摩腰丹：由附子尖、川乌尖、天南星、朱砂、干姜各一钱，雄黄、樟脑、丁香、麝香各五分组成。研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如芡实大小的丸剂。每次取一丸，用姜汁化开，加热后置于掌心，在腰部按摩，直至药物完全粘附于皮肤，再用热布包裹固定，使腰部感到如火般温热效果最佳。每隔三天使用一丸，也可加入吴茱萸、肉桂。治疗寒湿腰痛及妇女白带过多。如果是疝气导致的外肾肿大，可加入丁香、麝香进行按摩，并在横骨部位覆盖软布，一夜即可消退。
速效散：由川楝肉（用五粒巴豆同炒至变红，去掉巴豆）、小茴香、补骨脂各一两组成。研成细末。每次取一钱，空腹用热酒调服。治疗男女剧烈难忍的腰痛。
龟樗丸：由龟板一两，樗白皮、苍术、滑石各五钱，白芍、香附各四钱组成。研成细末，用米粥作为粘合剂制成丸剂服用。治疗湿痰引起的腰痛。如果伴有腹泻，加入苍术、威灵仙效果更好；凡是体内气机阻滞，必须加入木香来行气。
七味苍柏散：由苍术、黄柏、杜仲、补骨脂、川芎、当归、白术各一钱组成。水煎服。治疗湿热腰痛，表现为行动迟缓沉重，不能转身侧卧。
七香异香顺气，辅助调理肝脏；
七香丸：由丁香、香附、甘草各一两二钱，甘松八钱，益智仁六钱，莪术、砂仁各二钱组成。研成细末，用蒸饼糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，用米饮送服。治疗因郁闷忧思，或闪挫跌扑引起的一切气滞腰痛。
异香散：由石莲肉、甘草、莪术、三棱、益智仁各五分，青皮、陈皮各一钱半，厚朴一钱，盐一撮，生姜、大枣煎服。治疗心肾不和，腰痛弯腰，腹部胁部胀满，饮食难以消化，嗳气吞酸，一切冷气结聚，腹中刺痛。
人参顺气散：由人参、川芎、桔梗、白术、白芷、陈皮、枳壳、麻黄节、乌药、干姜、甘草各一钱组成。水煎服。治疗气滞腰痛及感受风寒引起的头痛鼻塞；或者各种风邪导致的蜷缩痹痛、眩晕、口眼歪斜。
调肝散：由半夏三分，肉桂、木瓜、当归、川芎、牛膝、细辛各二分，石菖蒲、酸枣仁各一分组成。加生姜、大枣煎服。治疗因郁怒伤肝引发的腰痛。
独活汤：由独活、羌活、防风、肉桂、大黄、泽泻各九分，当归、桃仁、连翘各一钱半，炙甘草六分，防己、黄柏各三钱组成。用水和酒各一半煎服。治疗劳累过度引起的腰痛，感觉像折断一样，身体沉重如山。
泻肾汤：大黄一合（用密闭容器在水中浸泡一夜），磁石八钱，玄参、细辛各四钱，芒硝、茯苓、黄芩各三钱，生地黄汁、石菖蒲各五钱，甘草二钱。每次服用一两，用水两盏煎煮去渣，将大黄放入药汁中，再煮至减少一份量，取出大黄，加入地黄汁微煮一二沸，最后加入芒硝，饭前温服。治疗肾实热证，表现为小腹胀满，腰背拘急强直甚至分离感，小便黄赤，舌燥，四肢青黑，耳聋，梦遗等症状，急需服用此方救治。
疝气属于虚寒证，用四制吴茱萸丸和川楝丸内消，兼用乌头、肉桂、芦根、橘核、玄胡索，想要止痛并除根，没有比猪脬丸、小茴香、硫磺更好的了；
四制茱萸丸：吴茱萸一斤，分别用酒、醋、白开水、童便各浸四两，过夜后焙干，加入泽泻二两，研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，空腹用盐汤送服。治疗多年或近期的疝气牵引疼痛，睾丸偏坠肿胀坚硬，阴部潮湿瘙痒，抓破后形成疮癣。
三萸内消丸：由山茱萸、食茱萸、吴茱萸、桔梗、川乌、小茴香、蒺藜、青皮、肉桂、川楝各二两，大腹皮、五味子、海藻、玄胡索各二两半，木香一两半，桃仁、枳实、陈皮各一两组成。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，空腹用温酒送服。治疗肾虚受邪，结成寒疝，阴囊偏坠，疼痛牵引脐腹；或者生疮疡，时常流出黄水。
茱萸内消丸：由山茱萸、吴茱萸、川楝、马兰、小茴香、青皮、陈皮、山药、肉桂各二两，木香一两组成。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，温酒或盐汤任意送服。治疗膀胱、肾虚受邪，结成寒疝，阴囊偏坠，疼痛牵连脐腹，小肠气刺痛，奔豚、癖块等证。
四炒川楝丸：川楝肉一斤，分为四分。一分用麦麸一合、斑蝥四十九粒同炒，待麦麸变黄后去掉麸和斑蝥；一分用麦麸一合、巴豆四十九粒同炒，待麦麸变黄后去掉麸和巴豆；一分用麦麸一合、巴戟天一两同炒，待麦麸变黄后去掉麸和巴戟天；一分用盐一两、小茴香一同炒，待麦麸变黄后去掉盐和茴香。再加入木香、补骨脂各一两，研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，盐汤送服，每日三次。治疗各种疝气，肿痛缩小，久病者可断根。
五炒川楝丸：川楝肉五两，一两用斑蝥一个炒，一两用小茴香五钱、盐五分炒，一两用补骨脂三钱炒，一两用黑丑三钱炒，一两用萝卜子一钱炒，去掉其他药物，只保留小茴香、补骨脂，研成细末，用酒糊制成丸剂。酒送服，治疗阴茎内缩（钓肾）。
金铃丸：川楝肉五两，马蔺花、小茴香、海蛤、海带、补骨脂、菟丝子各三两，木香、丁香各一两。研成细末，面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，温酒或盐汤任意送服。治疗膀胱肿痛及小肠气引起的阴囊肿大，阴毛间流水。
去铃丸：用角茴香一斤，用生姜一斤榨取自然汁浸泡一夜，约姜汁全部被茴香吸收后，再加入青盐二两同炒至红色，取出焙干研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，温酒或米饮任意送服。此药专门充实脾胃，因为含有盐分能引药入下部，所以能大治小肠疝气，有姜汁专门发散，而没有疏导的害处，所以服用多次都有效。
乌头桂枝汤：大乌头一个，用蜜煮熟，肉桂、芍药各三钱三分，甘草二钱半，分为两帖，加生姜、大枣煎煮，加入之前煮药的蜜半合调服。治疗风寒疝气，腹中疼痛，手足逆冷，以及贼风入腹，攻刺五脏，身体拘急，转侧呼叫，阴器收缩，皆主治之。
葫芦巴丸：葫芦巴一斤，小茴香十二两，吴茱萸十两，川楝肉十八两，巴戟天、川乌各六两。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次十五丸，空腹酒送服；小儿五丸，小茴香煎汤送服。另一配方中有黑丑，治疗小肠盘肠、奔豚疝气、睾丸偏坠肿胀，小腹有形如卵，上下走窜疼痛难忍。
橘核丸：由橘核、海藻、昆布、海带、桃仁、川楝各一两，厚朴、玄胡索、枳实、桂心、木香、木通各五钱组成。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次六十丸，温酒或盐汤任意送服。治疗四种疝气，睾丸肿胀，左右大小不一，或者坚硬如石，或者牵引脐腹绞痛，严重时皮肤囊肿胀，或者形成疮痈溃烂，轻则时常流出黄水。如果是虚寒加川乌，肿久不消加少许砂仁，有热气滞加黑丑、大黄。
古玄蝎散：玄胡索盐炒五钱，全蝎一钱。研成细末。每次一钱，酒调服。治疗小肠疝气。
单竹茹汤：竹茹一两，水煎浓汁服之。治疗房事后的劳复，睾丸肿胀腹痛欲绝。
猪脬丸：黑雄猪腰子一对，不见水洗净去膜切碎，以大小茴香末各二两同猪腰拌匀，再将前猪尿脬一个装入腰子内扎定，用酒三碗于砂锅内悬煮至半碗，取出焙干研成细末，将余酒打糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，温酒送服。治疗各种疝气除根。
八味茴香丸：由茯苓、白术、山楂、角茴、吴茱萸、荔枝核各一两，枳实八钱，橘核三两组成。研成细末，蜂蜜制成弹子大小的丸剂。每次细嚼一丸，姜汤送服。治疗疝气如神。
四味茴香散：乌药（酒浸一夜焙干）、良姜、小茴香、青皮各一两。研成细末。每次二钱，发作时热酒调服。治疗风寒伤肝，阴囊茎部抽痛，名为小肠气，疼痛难忍。
硫荔丸：荔枝核、陈皮、硫黄各等分研成细末，米饭制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次十四丸酒送服，疼痛立即停止，如果自觉疼痛严重无法支持，加用六丸，不可再多。治疗疝气上冲，堵塞心脏欲死，手足厥冷者，效果如神。
荔核散：荔枝核、小茴香、青皮各等分，锉碎散，炒至黄色勿焦，倒在地下去除火毒，研成细末。每次二钱，酒调服。治疗肾脏肿大如斗，三剂除根。
疝气属于湿热证，用加减柴苓汤、苍术、黄柏以下渗利湿，更羡慕栀子仁、山楂、青木香，想要守效且活肾，不外乎栀子、附子、陈皮、荔枝核。
加减柴苓汤：由柴胡、半夏、茯苓、甘草、白术、泽泻、猪苓、山楂、山栀、荔枝核各等分组成。加生姜煎服。治疗各种疝气，涉及肝肾，顺气消疝，是治疗湿热之剂。
加减八正散：即八正散加枳壳，热盛加竹叶，治疗肾气实热。如果肿胀小便不利，口舌干燥，去掉蓄积、山栀、大黄，加葵子、猪苓、赤茯苓。
十味苍柏散：以苍术、黄柏、香附为君药，青皮、玄胡索、益智仁、桃仁为臣药，茴香、附子、甘草为佐药，水煎服。治疗疝气作痛。
栀桃枳楂散：由山栀、桃仁、枳核、山楂各等分研成细末，在砂钵内加入姜汁用水烫起煎热服。治疗阳明湿热传入太阳经，恶寒发热，小腹连阴毛际间闷痛难忍。另一方加吴茱萸，治疗食积与瘀血成痛及冷热不调引起的疝气。
青木香丸：黑丑三两，补骨脂、荜澄茄、槟榔各二两，青木香一两；如果是寒证，去掉黑丑、槟榔，加吴茱萸、香附，研成细末，水制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，空腹盐汤送服。治疗膀胱疝气肿痛及胸膈噎塞，气滞不行，肠中水声，呕哕痰逆，不思饮食，兼治气痢。另一方用青木香丸二百丸，用斑蝥七个研成细末，同于瓦铫中武火炒，令丸子微香，用瓷器盖住，待冷却后去掉斑蝥，每次五十丸，茴香酒送服，最利小便。因为疝属肝，所以借斑蝥以治风。
守效丸：由苍术、南星、白芷、山楂各一两，川芎、橘核、海浮石各五钱组成，秋冬加吴茱萸，有热加山栀，坚硬加朴硝或青皮、荔枝核，研成细末，神曲糊制成丸剂服用。治疗疝气不痛的要药。
活肾丸：苍术一两、黄柏、枸杞子、滑石各七钱，南星、半夏、山楂、白芷、神曲各五钱，昆布、吴茱萸各三钱。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次七十丸，空腹盐汤送服。治疗木肾不痛。如果有热加山栀，寒加附子，气滞加香附、玄胡索，血瘀加桃仁，气块加姜黄、莪术。
古栀附汤：山栀仁四两半炒过，大附子一枚炮熟，锉碎散，每次服用二钱，用水一盏、酒半盏，煎至七分，加入盐一撮，温服即愈。治疗寒疝入腹，心腹突然疼痛及小肠膀胱气刺痛，脾肾气攻致挛急，极痛难忍，屈伸不能，腹中冷重如石，自汗不止者适宜。
橘核散：橘核、桃仁、山栀、川乌、吴茱萸各炒后研成细末，煎服。因为橘核单独止痛，乌头散寒郁，山栀除湿热，又引导乌头迅速下行，不留滞在胃中。此方能分辨湿热寒郁的多少，使用非常快捷，但也不可多服久服。
积疝丸：山楂一两，茴香、柴胡各二钱，牡丹皮一钱。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五六十丸，盐汤送服。
气疝饮：黄连用吴茱萸水浸炒一钱，人参、白术各七分，白芍、陈皮各五分，甘草二分，生姜三片，水煎服。
泽兰叶散：泽兰叶二两，牡丹皮、柏子仁、赤芍、续断各五钱，当归、玄胡索、桂心、附子、牛膝、川芎、桃仁、干漆、琥珀、没药、木香各三分，麝香一分。研成细末。每次二钱，温酒调服。治疗妇人寒湿，或服用汞制剂，以致子宫翻出肿胀湿润及风虚劳冷，气攻心腹疼痛，肢节拘急，身体消瘦无力，月经不调，饮食减少。
牡丹皮散：牡丹皮、防风各等分研成细末。每次二钱，温酒或盐汤调服。治疗小儿外生殖器偏坠，外用盐汤清洗。
风损香港脚（下肢痿痹），虎胫骨、牛膝、五兽、三匮等药配合，地仙丹养真丹滋补；
换腿丸：木瓜四两、薏苡仁、南星、石楠叶、石斛、槟榔、萆薢、牛膝、羌活、防风、黄芪、当归、天麻、续断各一两。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，温酒或盐汤送服。治疗足三阴经为风寒暑湿之气所乘，发为挛痹缓弱，上攻胸胁肩背，下注脚膝疼痛，足心发热，行走艰辛。另一方有炮附子、肉桂各一两，苍术一两半，治疗肾经虚弱，干湿香港脚肿痛无时及气痛喘促，举动艰难，面色黧黑，二便秘涩，常服舒筋轻足，永无香港脚之患。
附虎四斤丸：牛膝一斤，用酒五升浸透晒干，乳香、没药各五钱，木瓜、天麻、肉苁蓉各一斤，附子、虎胫骨各二两。研成细末，用之前浸药酒打糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，空腹木瓜煎汤或盐汤送服。治疗肾虚寒，下攻腰脚，筋脉拘挛掣痛，履地艰辛，脚心陷痛，一切风寒湿痹香港脚缓弱。常服补虚除湿，大壮筋骨。
胜骏丸：附子一个，当归、天麻、牛膝各二两，木香、羌活、全蝎、没药、甘草各一两，酸枣仁、熟地、防风各三两，木瓜四两，乳香五钱，麝香二钱半。研成细末，用地黄一斤捣烂，用酒煮成膏和前药制成弹子大小的丸剂，每次临睡前细嚼一丸，酒送服；或者蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，盐汤送服二十丸。治疗寒湿气，脚腰挛拳，或者连足指走窜疼痛无定处，筋脉不伸，行走不随，常服益真气，壮筋骨。
五兽三匮丸：鹿茸、麒麟竭、虎胫骨、牛膝、金毛狗脊各等分，这就是五兽；又用附子一枚，去皮挖去中心，填入辰砂填满，又用木瓜一枚去皮，挖去中心，放入前面的附子在内，以附子末封口，这就是三匮。然后将三匮正坐于瓷罐内，隔水蒸至极烂，取出和五兽一起捣丸，做成芡实大小，用木瓜酒送服。治疗气血耗损，肝肾不足，两脚痿软。
地仙丹：川椒、附子、肉苁蓉各四两，菟丝子、覆盆子、白附子、羌活、防风、乌药、赤小豆、骨碎补、萆薢、南星、牛膝、何首乌各二两，白术、茯苓、川乌、甘草、金毛狗脊各一两，人参一两半，地龙、木鳖子各三两，黄芪二两半。研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次四十丸，空腹温酒送服。治疗肾气虚惫，风湿流注，膝脚酸疼，步履无力，精神耗散；兼治五劳七伤吐血，肠风痔漏，一切风气，妇人无子等证。
养真丹：即四物汤加羌活、天麻等分，蜂蜜制成鸡蛋大小的丸剂。每次一丸，用木瓜、菟丝子浸酒送服。治疗肝虚为四气所袭，手足顽麻，脚膝无力及瘫痪痰涎，半身不遂，言语謇涩，头目昏眩，荣气凝滞，遍身疼痛；兼治产后中风，坠堕瘀血等证。
湿热香港脚，松节、杉节、苍术、黄柏、红花、槟榔等药配合，健步开结。
松节汤：松节炒黄、桑白皮、苏叶各一两，槟榔三分，甘草五钱，每次三钱加入灯心二十根，生姜三片，童便三分煎服。治疗香港脚入腹，心腹胀急，烦躁肿痛。
杉节汤：杉节四两，槟榔七枚，大腹皮一两，青橘叶四十九片，作一服，水煎分三服，一日饮尽。如果大便通利，黄水未愈，过数日再进一服。病根去除为止。外用杉节、橘叶煎汤洗之，神效。

Moyao Dan (Waist Rubbing Pill): Consists of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata tip (Fuzi Jian), Aconiti Radix tip (Chuanwu Jian), Pinelliae Rhizoma processed (Nanxing), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Zingiberis Rhizoma dried (Ganjiang) each 1 qian; Realgar (Xionghuang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Zhangnao), Syzygium aromaticum (Dingxiang), Moschus (Shexiang) each 5 fen. Grind into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of Euryale seed (Qianshi). Dissolve one pill in Ginger Juice (Jiangzhi), heat it, place it in the palm, and rub it onto the waist until it adheres completely to the skin. Bind tightly with hot cloth. The effect is excellent when the waist feels as hot as fire. Use one pill every three days. Wuzhuyu (Wuyu) and Cinnamon Twig (Rougui) may be added. It treats lower back pain due to Cold-Dampness and leukorrhea in women. Guichu Wan: Consists of Testudo Carapax et Plastrum (Guiban) 1 liang; Bungea Tree Bark (Chubai pi), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Talcum (Huashi) each 5 qian; Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) each 4 qian. Grind into powder, make pills with rice porridge paste. It treats lower back pain due to Damp-Phlegm. If accompanied by diarrhea, adding Cangzhu and Clematidis Radix (Weilingxian) is particularly effective. For Qi stagnation in the body cavity, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) must be used to move Qi.
Qiwei Cangbai San (Seven-Ingredient Cang-Bai Powder): Consists of Cangzhu, Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), Guzhi, Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) each 1 qian. Decoct in water and take. It treats lower back pain due to Damp-Heat, characterized by sluggish and heavy movement, inability to turn or lie sideways.
Qixiang Yixiang moves Qi and soothes the Liver;
Qixiang Wan: Consists of Dingxiang, Xiangfu, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) each 1 liang 2 qian; Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma (Gansong) 8 qian; Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (Yizhiren) 6 qian; Curcumae Radix (Ezhu), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Sharen) each 2 qian. Grind into powder, make pills with steamed bread paste, the size of mung beans. Take 30 pills each time, administered with rice drink. It treats all types of Qi-stagnation lower back pain caused by depression, worry, thought, or sudden strain/falls.
Yixiang San: Consists of Nelumbinis Semen (Shilianrou), Gancao, Ezhu, Sparganii Rhizoma (Sanleng), Yizhiren each 5 fen; Tangerine Peel Green (Qingpi), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) each 1.5 qian; Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo) 1 qian; Salt a pinch; Decoct with Ginger and Jujube. It treats disharmony between Heart and Kidney, lower back pain with stooping, abdominal and hypochondriac distension, difficulty digesting food, belching with acid regurgitation, accumulation of Cold-Qi, and stabbing pain in the abdomen.
Renshen Shunqi San (Ginseng Qi-Soothing Powder): Consists of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Chuanxiong, Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Baizhu, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Chenpi, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao), Ephedrae Herba nodes (Mahuang jie), Linderae Radix (Wuyao), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Baijiang), Gancao each 1 qian. Decoct in water and take. Tiaogan San (Liver-Soothing Powder): Consists of Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) 3 fen; Cinnamomum Cassia Bark (Lagui), Chaenomelis Fructus (Mu Gua), Danggui, Chuanxiong, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) each 2 fen; Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu), Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzao ren) each 1 fen. Decoct with Ginger and Jujube. It treats lower back pain caused by Liver injury from depression and anger.
Duhuo Xieshen Tang clears Heat and treats fatigue due to overwork.
Duhuo Tang: Consists of Duhuo, Qianghuo, Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Rougui, Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) each 9 fen; Danggui, Persicae Semen (Taoren), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao) each 1.5 qian; Honey-fried Gancao 6 fen; Podagric Herb (Fangji), Huangbai each 3 qian. Decoct in half water and half wine. It treats lower back pain due to labor exhaustion, feeling like breaking, with heaviness like a mountain.
Xieshen Tang: Rheum 1 he (soaked in water in a sealed container overnight); Magnetitum (Cishi) 8 qian; Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen), Xixin each 4 qian; Mirabilite (Mangxiao), Poria (Fuling), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) each 3 qian; Fresh Rehmanniae Juice (Shengdizhi), Shichangpu each 5 qian; Gancao 2 qian. Take 1 liang per dose. Decoct 2 cups of water, remove dregs, add the prepared Rheum juice, boil until reduced by one part, remove Rheum, add Rehmanniae juice, simmer briefly, add Mangxiao, take warm before meals. It treats Kidney Excess-Heat, characterized by lower abdominal fullness, stiffness and tension in the lower back and neck, yellow urine, dry tongue, blackish limbs, deafness, and nocturnal emission. This condition requires urgent administration of this prescription.
Hernia is due to Deficiency-Cold; use Sizhi Zhuyu Wan and Chuanlian Wan to dissipate internally, combined with Aconitum (Wutou), Cinnamon (Rugui), Reeds (Lu), Citrus reticulata peel (Ju), and Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo). Zhuyu Neixiao Wan: Shanzhuyu, Wuzhuyu, Chuanlian, Malan, Huixiang, Qingpi, Chenpi, Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Rougui each 2 liang; Muxiang 1 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with warm wine or salted water. It treats Cold Hernia formed by pathogenic factors invading Bladder and Kidney deficiency, with unilateral scrotal swelling, pain connecting to the umbilicus and abdomen, stabbing pain of Small Intestine Qi, Ben Tun (rolling mass), and Pi masses.
Sichao Chuanlian Wan: Melia Toosendan Seed 1 jin, divided into four parts. Part 1: Stir-fry with 1 he bran and 49 Mylabris (Banmao) until bran turns yellow, remove bran and Banmao. Part 2: Stir-fry with 1 he bran and 49 Badou until bran turns yellow, remove bran and Badou. Part 3: Stir-fry with 1 he bran and 1 liang Morinda officinalis Root (Bajitian) until bran turns yellow, remove bran and Bajitian. Part 4: Stir-fry with 1 liang salt and Huixiang until bran turns yellow, remove salt and Huixiang. Add Muxiang and Guzhi each 1 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with salted water, three times daily. It treats all hernias, reducing swelling and pain, and eradicating the root in long-standing cases.
Wuchao Chuanlian Wan: Chuanlian 5 liang. One liang stir-fried with one Banmao; one liang stir-fried with 5 qian small Huixiang and 5 fen salt; one liang stir-fried with 3 qian Guzhi; one liang stir-fried with 3 qian Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqiu); one liang stir-fried with 1 qian Radish Seed (Luobozǐ). Remove other drugs, keep only Huixiang and Guzhi, grind into powder, make pills with wine paste. Administered with wine, it treats retractile testicle (Diaoshen).
Jinling Wan: Chuanlian 5 liang; Malianhua, Huixiang, Haige, Haidai, Guzhi, Tusizi each 3 liang; Muxiang, Dingxiang each 1 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with flour paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with warm wine or salted water. It treats Bladder swelling/pain and Small Intestine Qi causing scrotal swelling and weeping from the pubic region.
Quling Wan: Use Jiaohuixiang 1 jin, soak overnight in natural juice extracted from 1 jin Ginger. When the juice is absorbed, add 2 liang Green Salt, stir-fry until red, take out, dry, and grind into powder. Make pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 30 pills, administered with warm wine or rice drink. This medicine specifically strengthens the Spleen and Stomach; the salt guides the medicine to the lower part, effectively treating Small Intestine hernia. The ginger juice disperses without damaging the guiding function, hence repeated efficacy.
Wutou Guizhi Tang: One large Wutou, cooked熟 in honey; Rougui, Shaoyao each 3.3 qian; Gancao 2.5 qian. Divide into two doses, decoct with Ginger and Jujube, mix with half he of the honey used for cooking the drug, and take. It treats Wind-Cold hernia with abdominal pain, cold extremities, Thief-Wind entering the abdomen attacking the Five Zang organs, body stiffness, painful turning/calling, and retraction of the penis.
Huba Wan: Huba 1 jin, Huixiang 12 liang, Wuzhuyu 10 liang, Chuanlian 18 liang, Bajitian, Chuanwu each 6 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 15 pills, administered with wine on an empty stomach; children take 5 pills with Huixiang decoction. Another formula includes Heiqiu, treating Small Intestine coiled hernia, Ben Tun hernia, unilateral scrotal swelling, palpable egg-like mass in the lower abdomen moving up and down with unbearable pain.
Juehe Wan: Juehe, Haizao, Kelp (Kunbu), Haidai, Taoren, Chuanlian each 1 liang; Houpo, Yanhusuo, Zhi Shi, Guixin, Muxiang, Mutong each 5 qian. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 60 pills, administered with warm wine or salted water. It treats four types of hernia with testicular swelling, unequal size, hardness like stone, or colicky pain radiating to the umbilicus/abdomen. Severe cases involve skin cysts, abscesses, or oozing yellow fluid. Add Chuanwu for Deficiency-Cold, Sha Ren for persistent swelling, Heiqiu and Dahuang for Heat-Qi stagnation.
Gu Xuanxie San: Yanhusuo salt-fried 5 qian, Quanxie 1 qian. Ground into powder. Take 1 qian, mixed with wine. It treats Small Intestine hernia.
Dan Zhuru Tang: Zhuru 1 liang, decoct in water to make a concentrated decoction. It treats relapse due to sexual exertion, with swollen testicles and unbearable abdominal pain.
Zhupao Wan: One pair of black male pig kidneys, cleaned without water, membrane removed, chopped. Mix with 2 liang each of Da Huixiang and Xiao Huixiang powder. Place inside one pig bladder, tie securely. Suspend in a clay pot with 3 bowls of wine, boil until half remains. Take out, dry, and grind into powder. Use remaining wine to make paste for pills, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with warm wine. It eradicates all hernias.
Bawei Huixiang Wan: Fuling, Baizhu, Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha), Jiaohuixiang, Wuzhuyu, Litchi Seed (Lizhihe) each 1 liang; Zhi Shi 8 qian; Juehe 3 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with honey, size of弹子弹. Chew one pill finely, administer with Ginger Tea. It treats hernia miraculously.
Siwei Huixiang San: Wuyao (soaked in wine overnight, dried), Liangjiang, Xiao Huixiang, Qingpi each 1 liang. Ground into powder. Take 2 qian, mixed with hot wine during attacks. It treats Liver injury by Wind-Cold causing drawing pain in the scrotum and penis, known as Small Intestine Qi, with unbearable pain.
Liuli Wan: Lizhihe, Chenpi, Liuhuang equal parts, ground into powder, made into pills with rice, size of wu seeds. Take 14 pills with wine; pain stops immediately. If pain is unbearable, add 6 pills, but do not exceed. It treats hernia Qi rushing upward, blocking the heart, causing death-like sensation and cold extremities; efficacy is miraculous.
Lihe San: Lizhihe, Huixiang, Qingpi equal parts, crushed, stir-fried until yellow (not burnt), spread on ground to remove fire toxicity, ground into powder. Take 2 qian, mixed with wine. It treats enlarged kidney (like a bucket); three doses eradicate the root.
Hernia due to Damp-Heat is treated with Jiajian Chailing Tang, Cangzhu, Huangbai to drain dampness; Zhirén, Shanzha, Qingmuxiang are admired; Zhifu, Fuzi, Chenpi, Lizhihe are used to maintain efficacy and activate the Kidney.
Jiajian Chailing Tang: Chaihu, Banxia, Fuling, Gancao, Baizhu, Zexie, Zhuling, Shanzha, Zhizi, Lizhihe equal parts. Decoct with Ginger. It treats various hernias involving Liver/Kidney, moves Qi, dissipates hernia, and treats Damp-Heat.
Jiajian Bazheng San: Bazheng San plus Zhiqiao; add Zhuye if Heat is excessive. Treats Kidney Qi Excess-Heat. If swelling, difficult urination, dry mouth/tongue occur, remove Jixu/Zhizi/Dahuang, add Kuimazi, Zhuling, Chi Fuling.
Shiwei Cangbai San: Cangzhu, Huangbai, Xiangfu as Sovereign; Qingpi, Yanhusuo, Yizhiren, Taoren as Minister; Huixiang, Fuzi, Gancao as Assistant. Decoct in water. It treats hernia pain.
Zhitao Zhi Zha San: Zhizi, Taoren, Zhike, Shanzha equal parts, ground into powder. In a mortar, add Ginger juice, warm with water, boil, and take hot. It treats Yangming Damp-Heat transmitting to Taiyang, with aversion to cold, fever, and unbearable stifling pain in the lower abdomen connecting to the pubic region. Another formula adds Wuzhuyu to treat pain from Food Stagnation and Blood Stasis, and Cold-Heat discordant hernia.
Qingmuxiang Wan: Heiqiu 3 liang, Buguzhi, Bichengqie, Binglang each 2 liang; Qingmuxiang 1 liang. For Cold patterns, remove Heiqiu/Binglang, add Wuzhuyu/Xiangfu. Ground into powder, made into water pills, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with salted water on an empty stomach. It treats Bladder hernia swelling/pain, chest/diaphragm blockage, Qi stagnation, borborygmus, vomiting/phlegm reversal, loss of appetite, and Qi dysentery. Another method: Stir-fry 200 Qingmuxiang Wan with 7 Banmao powder in a clay pot over high heat until slightly fragrant, cover with porcelain, cool, remove Banmao. Take 50 pills with Huixiang wine; promotes urination best. Since hernia belongs to the Liver, Banmao is borrowed to treat Wind.
Shouxiao Wan: Cangzhu, Nanxing, Baizhi, Shanzha each 1 liang; Chuanxiong, Juehe, Haishi each 5 qian. Add Wuzhuyu in Autumn/Winter, Zhizi for Heat, Poxiao/Qingpi/Lizhihe for hardness. Ground into powder, made into pills with Shenqu paste. It is the key medicine for non-painful hernia.
Huoshen Wan: Cangzhu 1 liang, Huangbai, Gouqizi, Huashi each 7 qian; Nanxing, Banxia, Shanzha, Baizhi, Shenqu each 5 qian; Kunbu, Wuzhuyu each 3 qian. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 70 pills, administered with salted water on an empty stomach. It treats "Wood Kidney" (hard, painless hernia). Add Zhizi for Heat, Fuzi for Cold, Xiangfu/Yanhusuo for Qi, Taoren for Blood, Jianghuang/Ezhu for Qi masses.
Gu Zhifu Tang: Zhiren 4.5 liang (stir-fried), one large Fuzi (cooked). Crushed. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in 1 cup water and 0.5 cup wine until 0.7 cup remains, add a pinch of salt, take warm. It cures quickly. It treats Cold Hernia entering the abdomen, sudden heart/abdominal pain, stabbing pain of Small Intestine/Bladder Qi, spasm/pain from Spleen/Kidney Qi attack, inability to bend/stretch, heavy cold abdomen like stone, and continuous sweating.
Juehe San: Juehe, Taoren, Zhizi, Chuanwu, Wuzhuyu stir-fried and ground into powder, decocted. Juehe alone stops pain; Wutou disperses Cold stagnation; Zhizi drains Damp-Heat and guides Wutou downward, preventing gastric retention. This formula distinguishes degrees of Damp-Heat/Cold-Stagnation and acts swiftly, but should not be taken excessively or long-term.
Accumulation Hernia uses Shanzha as Sovereign; Qi Hernia uses Huanglian as Sovereign;
Jizhi Wan: Shanzha 1 liang, Huixiang, Chaihu each 2 qian, Mudanpi 1 qian. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50-60 pills, administered with salted water.
Qichi Yin: Huanglian soaked/stir-fried in Wuzhuyu water 1 qian; Renshen, Baizhu each 7 fen; Baishao, Chenpi each 5 fen; Gancao 2 fen; Ginger 3 slices. Decoct in water.
Female Hernia uses Zelán; Children's Hernia specially uses Mudanpi San.
Zelan Ye San: Zelánye 2 liang, Mudanpi, Baiziren, Chishao, Xu Duan each 5 qian; Danggui, Yanhusuo, Guixin, Fuzi, Niuxi, Chuanxiong, Taoren, Ganqi, Hupo, Moyao, Muxiang each 3 fen; Shexiang 1 fen. Ground into powder. Take 2 qian, mixed with warm wine. It treats Female Cold-Dampness, or uterine prolapse/swelling/dampness due to Mercury intake, Wind-Deficiency-Fatigue-Cold, Qi attacking heart/abdomen causing pain, limb stiffness, emaciation, weakness, irregular menstruation, and poor appetite.
Mudanpi San: Mudanpi, Fangfeng equal parts, ground into powder. Take 2 qian, mixed with warm wine or salted water. It treats pediatric unilateral testicular swelling; wash externally with salted water.
Wind damage and Hong Kong Foot (Gout/Lower Limb Bi), Tiger Bone, Horse Hoof, Five Beasts, Three Vessels, Dixian, Yangzhen;
Huantui Wan: Mugua 4 liang, Yiyiren, Nanxing, Shinanye, Shihu, Binglang, Bibi, Niuxi, Qianghuo, Fangfeng, Huangqi, Danggui, Tianma, Xuduan each 1 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with warm wine or salted water. It treats contraction/bi/weakness caused by Wind-Cold-Damp-Heat invading the Three Yin meridians of the foot, attacking chest/hypochondrium/shoulder/back, descending to knee/foot pain, hot soles, and difficult walking. Another formula has Pao Fuzi, Rougui each 1 liang, Cangzhu 1.5 liang, treating Kidney meridian deficiency, wet/dry Hong Kong Foot swelling/pain, Qi pain/asthma, difficult movement, dark complexion, constipation/urinary difficulty. Regular use relaxes sinews, lightens feet, and prevents Hong Kong Foot.
Fuhu Sijin Wan: Niuxi 1 jin, soaked in 5 sheng wine, dried; Ruxiang, Moyao each 5 qian; Mugua, Tianma, Roushoucong each 1 jin; Fuzi, Tiger Tibia Bone (Hujingggu) each 2 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with the soaking wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 50 pills, administered with Mugua decoction or salted water on an empty stomach. It treats Kidney Deficiency-Cold attacking lower back/feet, tendon spasms/pulling pain, difficult walking, sole depression pain, and all Wind-Cold-Damp Bi/Hong Kong Foot weakness. Regular use tonifies deficiency, drains dampness, and strengthens sinews/bones.
Shengjun Wan: Fuzi 1 piece; Danggui, Tianma, Niuxi each 2 liang; Muxiang, Qianghuo, Quanxie, Moyao, Gancao each 1 liang; Suanzao Ren, Shudi, Fangfeng each 3 liang; Mugua 4 liang; Ruxiang 5 qian; Shexiang 2.5 qian. Ground into powder, mix with 1 jin fresh Dihuang pounded into paste, boiled in wine to form a膏, and mixed with the powder to make pills the size of彈子弹. Chew one pill finely before sleep, administer with wine; or make honey pills size of wu seeds, take 20 pills with salted water. It treats Cold-Damp Qi, curled legs/waist, wandering pain to toes, stiff tendons, inability to walk freely. Regular use benefits True Qi, strengthens sinews/bones.
Wushou San Kui Wan: Lurong, Qilinjie, Hujingggu, Niuxue, Jinmao Gouji equal parts (Five Beasts); One Fuzi, peeled, hollowed, filled with Chen Sha; One Mugua, peeled, hollowed, containing the Fuzi, sealed with Fuzi powder (Three Vessels). Steam the Three Vessels upright in a porcelain jar over boiling water until very soft. Take out, mash with Five Beasts, make pills size of Qianshi, administer with Mugua wine. It treats Qi/Blood depletion, Liver/Kidney insufficiency, and flaccid weakness of both legs.
Dixian Dan: Chuanjiao, Fuzi, Roushoucong each 4 liang; Tusizi, Fupenzi, Baifuzi, Qianghuo, Fangfeng, Wuyao, Xiaochidou, Gusuibu, Bibi, Nanxing, Niuxi, Heshouwu each 2 liang; Baizhu, Fuling, Chuanwu, Gancao, Jinmao Gouji each 1 liang; Renshen 1.5 liang; Dilong, Mubiezi each 3 liang; Huangqi 2.5 liang. Ground into powder, made into pills with wine paste, size of wu seeds. Take 40 pills, administered with warm wine on an empty stomach. It treats Kidney Qi exhaustion, Wind-Damp flowing into joints, soreness/pain in knees/feet, weak walking, mental depletion; also treats Five Labors/Seven Injuries hematemesis, intestinal wind/hemorrhoids, all Wind conditions, and female infertility.
Yangzhen Dan: Siwu Tang plus Qianghuo, Tianma equal parts, made into pills with honey, size of chicken egg. Take one pill, administered with Mugua/Tusizi soaked wine. It treats Liver Deficiency invaded by Four Evils, numbness of hands/feet, weak knees/legs, paralysis/phlegm, hemiplegia, slurred speech, dizziness, Ying Qi stagnation, whole-body pain; also treats postpartum Wind stroke, trauma blood stasis.
Damp-Heat Hong Kong Foot, Songjie, Shan jie, Cangzhu, Huangbai, Honghua, Binglang; Jianbu Kaijie.
Songjie Tang: Songjie stir-fried yellow, Sangbaipi, Suz ye each 1 liang; Binglang 3 fen; Gancao 5 qian. Take 3 qian per dose, add 20 Dengxin, 3 slices Ginger, 0.3 cup Tongbian, decoct and take. It treats Hong Kong Foot entering the abdomen, abdominal distension/urgency, restlessness/swelling/pain.
Shanjie Tang: Shan jie 4 liang, Binglang 7 pieces, Dafupi 1 liang, Qingjuye 49 leaves. One dose, decoct in water, divide into three servings, drink all in one day. If stool is loose and yellow fluid persists, repeat after several days. Continue until the root disease is gone. Externally, wash with Shan jie and Juye decoction; miraculous effect.
