加味香苏饮：治疗四季感受风寒之证。

加入生姜五片、葱白五根，用水二杯半，煎煮至八分满，温服，服药后覆盖衣被以取得微微汗出。如果是伤风且自汗者，去掉葱白和荆芥，加大枣两枚，在一昼夜内分两次服用。此方可以替代桂枝汤（调和营卫的解表剂）和麻黄汤（发汗解表的峻剂），时人喜欢它药性平稳。
小柴胡汤：治疗胁痛、口苦、耳聋、咽干、疼痛位于身体侧面、呃逆、寒热往来等症状。
柴胡（四钱） 人参 黄芩 生姜 炙甘草（各一钱五分） 大枣（两枚） 半夏（洗净，二钱五分）
用水四杯，煎煮至一杯半，滤去药渣，再次煎煮至八分满，温服，日夜分三次服用。
六君子汤：治疗脾虚导致痰湿盛多，是温补脾胃的良药。
人参 白术 茯苓 半夏（各二钱） 陈皮 炙甘草（各一钱）
加入生姜三片、大枣两枚，用水煎煮后温服。
补中益气汤
黄芪（二钱，蜜炙） 人参 白术 当归 陈皮 甘草（各一钱） 升麻 柴胡（各三分）
加入生姜三片、大枣两枚，用水煎煮。
人参败毒散：治疗瘟疫以及四季感冒，并治疗噤口痢（下痢不能进食）等重症。

Jiawei Xiangsu Yin (Modified Fragrant and Perilla Decoction): Treats wind-cold invasion occurring in all four seasons.
Perillae Folium (San Qian / 3 qian), Xiangfu Rhizoma Zedoariae (Er Qian / 2 qian, ground), Tangerine Peel, Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, Vitex Fruit, Saposhnikovia Root, Gentiana Macrophylla Root, Schizonepeta Spike (each Yi Qian Wu Fen / 1.5 qian), Licorice Root (Yi Qian / 1 qian).
Add five slices of Fresh Ginger and five stalks of Scallion White. Decoct with two and a half cups of water until reduced to eight-tenths volume. Take warm. After ingestion, cover with blankets to induce slight sweating. For wind-strike accompanied by spontaneous sweating, remove Scallion White and Schizonepeta Spike, add two Jujubes, and divide the dose into two servings over one day and night. This formula serves as a substitute for Guizhi Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction) and Mahuang Tang (Ephedra Decoction); contemporary practitioners favor it for its mild nature.

Xiao Chaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction): Treats hypochondriac pain, bitter taste in the mouth, deafness, dry throat, pain located on the sides of the body, hiccups, alternating chills and fever, and other such syndromes.
Bupleuri Radix (Si Qian / 4 qian), Ginseng Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Fresh Ginger, Prepared Licorice Root (each Yi Qian Wu Fen / 1.5 qian), Jujube (two pieces), Pinellia Tuber (washed, Er Qian Wu Fen / 2.5 qian).
Decoct with four cups of water until reduced to one and a half cups. Strain the dregs, then decoct again until reduced to eight-tenths volume. Take warm, divided into three doses throughout day and night.
Liujunzi Tang (Six-Gentlemen Decoction): Treats spleen deficiency leading to excessive phlegm; it is an excellent medicine for warming and tonifying.
Ginseng Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Poria, Pinellia Tuber (each Er Qian / 2 qian), Tangerine Peel, Prepared Licorice Root (each Yi Qian / 1 qian).
Add three slices of Fresh Ginger and two Jujubes. Decoct with water and take warm.
Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction)
Astragali Radix (Er Qian / 2 qian, honey-fried), Ginseng Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Angelica Sinensis Radix, Tangerine Peel, Licorice Root (each Yi Qian / 1 qian), Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Bupleuri Radix (each San Fen / 0.3 qian).
Add three slices of Fresh Ginger and two Jujubes. Decoct with water.
Shenqi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill) (See Phlegm-Fluid below)
Jiawei Xiangsu Yin (Modified Fragrant and Perilla Decoction) (See Wind-Cold above)
Renshen Baidu San (Ginseng Detoxification Powder): Treats epidemic febrile diseases and wind-cold invasion in all seasons; also treats jin kou e li (dysentery with inability to eat).
Ginseng Radix, Bupleuri Radix, Peucedani Radix, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Angelica Dahurica Root, Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, Poria, Platycodon Root, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (each Yi Qian Wu Fen / 1.5 qian), Licorice Root (Ba Fen / 0.8 fen).
Add three slices of Fresh Ginger. Decoct with water and take. For those with strong constitution, use only Jiawei Xiangsu Yin, remove Vitex Fruit, and add Polygonatum Odoratum Rhizoma (Yu Zhu) between three and five qian.
Huoxiang Zhengqi San (Patchouli Harmonizing the Qi Powder): Treats external pathogenic invasion combined with internal retention of food, presenting with headache and fever, or cholera-like vomiting and diarrhea, or seasonal malaria.
Agastaches Herba, Angelica Dahurica Root, Arecae Pericarpium, Perillae Folium, Poria (each Yi Qian Wu Fen / 1.5 qian), Pinellia Tuber, Magnolia Bark, Platycodon Root, Licorice Root (each Yi Qian / 1 qian).
Add Fresh Ginger and Jujube. Decoct with water and take.
Baitu Tang (White Tiger Decoction): Treats symptoms of high fever, intense thirst, and spontaneous sweating.
Gypsum Fibrosum (raw and ground, Ba Qian / 8 qian), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Licorice Root (Yi Qian / 1 qian), Coicis Semen (Si Qian / 4 qian).
Decoct with water and take. Adding Yi Qian Wu Fen (1.5 qian) of Ginseng Radix creates Ren Shen Baitu Tang (Ginseng White Tiger Decoction), taken in three doses over day and night.
Sanyi Chengqi Tang (Three-One Purging Decoction): Treats all interior excess syndromes.
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Mirabilite, Magnolia Bark, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (each Er Qian / 2 qian), Licorice Root (Yi Qian / 1 qian).
Decoct with water, then add Mirabilite to dissolve. However, it is more appropriate to select one of the three Chengqi Decoctions based on specific indications rather than using this fixed formula.
