[总诀]世人救急最当详，命在须臾实可伤。因证施方莫疑忌，挽回造化致嘉祥。
误中菌毒，呕吐烦乱欲死者，胸伤而气逆也。宜清胸涤毒饮。
地浆水（一两） 绿豆（四钱） 甘草（三钱） 银花（三钱） 滑石（四钱）
歌曰∶菌毒须当饮地浆，银花滑石煮成汤。
再加绿豆和甘草，甘缓调和体即康。
中一切毒，无论药石虫蛇者，皆风痰热毒也。宜解毒万应丹。

跌压猝死，血气伤损昏迷者，须曲拳坚抱也。宜热马溺灌之（如无马溺，用童便灌之。再用桃仁、红花、麝
香、酒军、童便并服）。
歌曰∶跌压昏迷抱要坚，热餐马溺治当痊。
桃仁军麝红花煮，童便加来效若仙。
梦魇猝死，僵卧呼叫不醒者，痰气闭窍道也。宜通关开窍丹。
皂角末（一钱） 半夏末（一钱五分）
歌曰∶梦魇须将皂夏吹，通关开窍奏奇功。
只缘梦魇因痰闭，取嚏除痰此法宜。
凡汤火伤，不可冷水逼劫者，热气恐内攻也。宜黄连白虎汤。
石膏（四钱） 知母（三钱） 黄连（五分） 甘草（一钱五分） 花粉（三钱） 淡竹叶（二钱）
外用大黄末麻油调敷。
歌曰∶汤火伤宜用石膏，知连甘草一锅熬。
蒌根淡竹均清热，黄共油调外治高。
投水溺死，水不得出，闭气者，当撬口通窍也。宜吹气吹药方。
用竹管吹两耳，用生半夏末吹鼻中，用皂角末吹下部中，水出则气回。
歌曰∶溺死宜将两耳吹，复吹鼻内气能回。
再将牙皂捶成粉，下部吹来有转机。
救自缢死，恐其颈垂气泄者，当抵肛提发也。宜推拿按摩方。
不可断绳，当解下放平，一人提其发，使颈直。一人抵其肛，使气不泄。再用两人按摩推拿，曲折手足，
复用竹管吹耳中，良久取嚏，进姜汤而活。
歌曰∶缢死宜将顶发提，抵肛摩按漫推移。
再将竹管来吹耳，缓进姜汤气可回。

吸入煤烟毒气，出现昏眩、迷闷如同死亡状态的，是炭气闭塞肺窍所致。适宜使用清凉解热浆。
莱菔汁（萝卜汁）冷服，这是第一良方。又可用冷水从胸部面部灌服，或者放置在寒冷地方吹风即可缓解，之后再煎服黄连石膏芒硝汤。
歌诀说：瓦斯昏迷吞服莱菔汁，风吹身体变冷就能说话。
加入石膏、黄连和芒硝服用，一派清凉之性身体就不会烦扰。
因跌打压撞突然死亡，气血受损昏迷的，必须弯曲拳头紧紧抱住身体。适宜灌服热马溺（马尿）（如果没有马溺，用童便灌服。再用桃仁、红花、麝香、酒大黄、童便一起服用）。
歌诀说：跌打昏迷抱拳要紧，热喝马溺治疗应当痊愈。
桃仁、大黄、麝香、红花煮制，加入童便效果如仙。
梦魇猝死，僵硬躺卧呼叫不醒的，是痰气闭塞窍道所致。适宜使用通关开窍丹。
皂角末（一钱） 半夏末（一钱五分）
歌诀说：梦魇需要将皂角和半夏粉末吹入鼻中，通关开窍奏出奇效。
只因为梦魇是由于痰闭引起，取嚏以除痰，这种方法适宜。
凡是汤火烫伤，不可用冷水强行逼迫降温的，因为热气恐怕内攻脏腑。适宜使用黄连白虎汤。
石膏（四钱） 知母（三钱） 黄连（五分） 甘草（一钱五分） 花粉（三钱） 淡竹叶（二钱）
外用大黄末用麻油调匀敷贴。
歌诀说：汤火烫伤适宜用石膏，知母、黄连、甘草一锅熬煮。
瓜蒌根、淡竹均能清热，大黄共与油调外治高明。
投水溺死，水无法排出，闭气窒息的，应当撬开口腔通利窍道。适宜使用吹气吹药方。
用竹管向两耳吹气，用生半夏末吹入鼻中，用皂角末吹入下部（肛门），水出来则气息恢复。
歌诀说：溺死适宜将两耳吹气，再吹入鼻内气息能回。
再将牙皂捶打成粉，吹入下部有转机。
救活自缢死者，担心其颈部下垂导致气泄的，应当抵住肛门提起头发。适宜使用推拿按摩方。
不可切断绳索，应当解开绳子放平身体，一人提起其头发，使颈部伸直。一人抵住其肛门，使气不泄露。再用两人进行按摩推拿，屈伸其手足，再用竹管向耳中吹气，很久之后使其打喷嚏，进服姜汤而复活。
歌诀说：缢死适宜提起头顶发，抵住肛门按摩慢慢推移。
再用竹管来吹耳朵，缓慢进服姜汤气息可回。

Poisoning from various toxins, whether from herbs, minerals, insects, or snakes, is caused by Wind-Phlegm and Heat-Toxin. Jiedu Wanying Dan (Hundred-Toxin Resolving Universal Efficacy Pill) is suitable.
Realgar (1 qian), Alum (1 qian), Rhinoceros Horn (4 fen), Forsythiae Fructus (3 qian), Lonicerae Flos (3 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (1 qian), Talcum (3 qian), Saposhnikoviae Radix (1 qian), Mung Bean (4 qian), Belamcandae Rhizoma (1 qian).
Decoct in water and take when slightly cool.
The song says: For all toxins, Wanying Dan is needed; Realgar, Alum, Rhinoceros Horn, Glycyrrhiza, and Saposhnikovia gather together.
Lonicerae Flos, Forsythiae Fructus, and Talcum clear heat; Mung Bean combined with Belamcandae Rhizoma is still appropriate.

Poisoning from coal gas, characterized by dizziness, confusion, and a state resembling death, is due to carbon gas blocking the Lung orifices. Qingliang Xiere Jiang (Cooling and Clearing Heat Paste/Drink) is suitable.
Radish juice taken cold is the primary prescription. Alternatively, pour cold water over the chest and face, or place the patient in a cold place with wind exposure to resolve the issue; subsequently, decoct and administer Huanglian Shigao Mangxiao Tang (Coptis, Gypsum, and Mirabilite Decoction).

Add Gypsum, Coptis, and Mirabilite; a cooling nature prevents bodily vexation.
Sudden death from falling or crushing, with damage to Blood and Qi causing coma, requires the patient to curl fists and hold tightly. Re hot horse urine should be灌 (poured/administered) (If horse urine is unavailable, use child's urine. Then administer together with Peach Kernel, Safflower, Moschus, Wine-processed Rheum, and child's urine).
The song says: For fall-induced coma, holding firmly is key; drinking hot horse urine ensures cure.
Peach Kernel, Rheum, Moschus, and Safflower are boiled; adding child's urine yields miraculous efficacy.
Sudden death from nightmare (Mengyan), characterized by stiff lying, calling out, and unresponsiveness, is due to Phlegm-Qi blocking the orifice pathways. Tongguan Kaiqiao Dan (Pass Through Orifice and Open Orifice Pill) is suitable.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina powder (1 qian), Pinelliae Rhizoma powder (1.5 qian).
The song says: For nightmare, blow Gleditsia and Pinellia powder; passing through orifices achieves miraculous results.
Since nightmares are caused by Phlegm blockage, inducing sneezing to remove Phlegm is the appropriate method.
For scalds and burns, cold water should not be used to forcibly suppress the heat, as there is fear of Heat attacking inward. Huanglian Baihu Tang (Coptis White Tiger Decoction) is suitable.
Gypsum (4 qian), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (3 qian), Coptidis Rhizoma (5 fen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (1.5 qian), Trichosanthis Radix (3 qian), Lophatheri Herba (2 qian).
Externally, apply Powder of Rheum mixed with sesame oil.
The song says: For scalds and burns, Gypsum is suitable; Anemarrhena, Coptis, and Glycyrrhiza are boiled in one pot.
Trichosanthes root and Lophatherum both clear heat; mixing Rheum with oil for external treatment is superior.
For drowning, where water cannot exit and Qi is closed, the mouth should be pried open to clear orifices. The Chuiqi Chu Yao Fang (Blowing Air and Medicine Prescription) is suitable.
Use a bamboo tube to blow air into both ears; blow raw Pinelliae Rhizoma powder into the nose; blow Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina powder into the lower orifice (anus). When water exits, Qi returns.
The song says: For drowning, blow into both ears; blowing into the nose restores Qi.
Crush Gleditsia into powder and blow into the lower orifice to create a turning point.
