【方歌】乌白癞由中恶风，犯触忌害亦能成，麻痒彻骨刺不痛，
除风养血即收功。
【注】此二证，俱由恶风侵袭皮肤血分之间，火郁耗血，及犯
触忌害而成。有乌、白二种：乌者初觉皮毛变黑，发若
瘾疹，痒若虫行，手足顽麻，针刺不痛，目视物若垂丝
，心常惊而妄语，凡饮食言语之时，开口出气而鸣，宜
服猬皮丸，外擦大黑神膏；白癞皮色渐变白斑，语声嘶
嗄，目视不明，四肢头疼，身体大热，心常懊恼，手脚
缓纵，背膂拘急，肉如针刺，鼻生息肉，瞳生白沫，宜
服白花蛇散，外擦斑蝥膏。二证俱常之苦参酒。白癞便
秘者，先宜服醉仙散，次服通天再造散，利下恶物即效
。
方剂：猬皮丸
组成：猬皮（烧，存性） 蚺蛇头（烧，存性）
魁蛤（各一枚） 红娘子（去头、足、翅）
蛴螬（焙干） 虻虫（去头、足、翅）
水蛭（糯米炒熟） 蜘蛛（焙）
斑蝥（去头、足、翅，各三个）
桂心 大黄
黄连 龙骨（〔火段〕研）
麝香（研） 汞（即水银）
川椒（炒，各五钱） 芒硝
石膏（〔火段〕，各一两） 穿山甲（炙，三片）
枯白矾 滑石（研，水飞）
甘遂（与胡麻同炒，以胡麻熟为度，去麻用甘遂，各二
钱五分）
蜈蜙（炙，一条半） 附子（泡，去皮、脐）
巴豆（去皮、膜、心、油） 雷丸（各五十粒）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如小豆大。每服一丸，滚白
水送下，空心临卧各一服。如未觉，每服加一丸；如茎
中痛，即有虫下，细观形状皆死矣。痛多减一丸，痛少
服二丸，以瘥为度。此药乃攻毒取虫之峻剂，非灼知藏
府有虫毒及精神可胜攻下者，不可轻服。

红娘魁蛤汞矾螬，蚺桂硝黄虻蛭甲，黄连龙骨麝蜘膏，
川椒滑附蜈巴豆，雷丸甘遂共斑蝥。
又方：大黑神膏
组成：头发（鸡子大一团） 川芎
黄连 黄柏
防己（去皮） 川乌
升麻 藜芦（各五钱）
巴豆 杏仁（各四十粒）
用猪脂油二斤，将药炸至头发化尽为度，捞去渣；
再用雌黄、雄黄、白矾、铅粉各五钱，松脂一块如鸡子
大，同研末，入油内搅匀。先以热盐汤洗净患处，次擦
药，日三次，勿令入口。
【方歌】大黑神膏乌癞涂，发芎连柏己川乌，雌雄巴豆矾松脂，
铅粉升麻杏藜芦。
又方：白花蛇散
组成：白花蛇（酒浸，炙） 槐子
天麻 枳壳（麸炒）
蔓荆子 防风
羌活 威灵仙
白藓皮
晚蚕蛾（去头、足、翅，各一两）
甘草（炙，各五钱）
共研细末，每服二钱，温酒调下。不拘时，日用二
服。
【方歌】白花蛇散体多热，刺痛声嘶白癞〔可〕，槐子天麻藓枳
蔓，风羌威草晚蚕蛾。
又方：斑蝥膏
组成：斑蝥（十四枚）
大蝮蛇（头尾全者，晒干，一条）
黄酒七碗，同药入瓶内，用糠火煨酒至一碗，滤去
渣收贮。每用薄薄涂于患上。
【方歌】斑蝥膏搽白癞风，蝮蛇黄酒入磁瓶，糠火煨酒取涂
患，以毒攻恶癞自平。
方剂：苦参酒
组成：苦参（五斤） 露蜂房（五两）
刺猬皮（酥炙，一具）
共研粗末，用水三斗，煎汤至一斗，去渣，侵细麴
五斤，炊黍米三斗，如常酝法，酒熟，压去糟，每于食
前，温饮一小盏。
【方歌】苦参酒治乌白癞，露蜂房与刺猬皮，煎汤浸麴炊黍米，
酿酒饮之恶疾离。
又方：醉仙散、通天再造散（俱见大麻风）
【方歌】乌白癞病由中恶风邪所致，触犯禁忌危害也能形成，皮肤麻木瘙痒深入骨髓，针刺不痛，祛风养血即可收效。
【注】这两种证候，均因恶风之邪侵袭皮肤与血分之间，火热郁结耗伤阴血，以及触犯禁忌危害而引发。分为乌、白两种：乌癞起初感觉皮毛变黑，皮疹如同瘾疹（风团），瘙痒如虫爬行，手足顽固性麻木，针刺无痛感，视物模糊如见下垂的丝线，心中常惊恐且胡言乱语，凡在饮食言语之时，张口出气并发出鸣响，适宜服用猬皮丸，外用擦大黑神膏；白癞皮色逐渐变为白斑，声音嘶哑，视物不明，四肢疼痛头痛，身体高热，心中常烦闷懊恼，手脚松弛无力，背部脊柱拘急僵硬，肌肉如针刺般疼痛，鼻生息肉，瞳孔出现白沫，适宜服用白花蛇散，外用擦斑蝥膏。这两种证候都常配合饮用苦参酒。若白癞患者伴有便秘，先适宜服用醉仙散，随后服用通天再造散，排出体内恶浊之物即见效。
方剂：猬皮丸
组成：刺猬皮（烧至存性）、蚺蛇头（烧至存性）、魁蛤（各一枚）、红娘子（去头、足、翅）、蛴螬（焙干）、虻虫（去头、足、翅）、水蛭（用糯米炒熟）、蜘蛛（焙干）、斑蝥（去头、足、翅，各三个）、桂心、大黄、黄连、龙骨（煅研）、麝香（研细）、汞（即水银）、川椒（炒，各五钱）、芒硝、石膏（煅，各一两）、穿山甲（炙，三片）、枯白矾、滑石（研细，水飞法处理）、甘遂（与胡麻同炒，以胡麻炒熟为度，去掉胡麻只用甘遂，各二钱五分）、蜈蚣（炙，一条半）、附子（泡制，去皮、脐）、巴豆（去皮、膜、心、油）、雷丸（各五十粒）。
以上药物研成细末，炼蜜制成丸药，大小如小豆。每次服用一丸，用滚开的白水送服，空腹及睡前各服一次。如果未见效果，每次增加一丸；如果尿道疼痛，说明有虫排出，仔细观察形状都已死亡。如果疼痛多，减少一丸；如果疼痛少，服用两丸，以病愈为限度。此药是攻毒杀虫的峻猛药剂，除非确切知道脏腑内有虫毒且精神体力能够承受攻下疗法的人，否则不可轻易服用。

用猪脂油二斤，将药物炸至头发完全化尽为度，捞出药渣；再用雌黄、雄黄、白矾、铅粉各五钱，松脂一块如鸡蛋大，一同研成细末，加入油内搅匀。先用热盐水洗净患处，然后擦药，每日三次，切勿让药液入口。
【方歌】大黑神膏涂抹乌癞，成分包括发、川芎、黄连、黄柏、防己、川乌，雌黄、雄黄、巴豆、白矾、松脂，铅粉、升麻、杏仁、藜芦。
又方：白花蛇散
组成：白花蛇（酒浸，炙）、槐子、天麻、枳壳（麸炒）、蔓荆子、防风、羌活、威灵仙、白鲜皮、晚蚕蛾（去头、足、翅，各一两）、甘草（炙，各五钱）。
共同研成细末，每次服用二钱，用温酒调服。不拘时间，每日服用两次。
【方歌】白花蛇散适用于身体多热的白癞，刺痛声嘶，成分包括槐子、天麻、白鲜皮、枳壳、蔓荆子、防风、羌活、威灵仙、甘草、晚蚕蛾。
又方：斑蝥膏
组成：斑蝥（十四枚）、大蝮蛇（头尾完整者，晒干，一条）。
用黄酒七碗，连同药物放入瓶内，用糠火煨酒至剩一碗，滤去药渣收藏备用。每次取少量薄涂于患处。

方剂：苦参酒
组成：苦参（五斤）、露蜂房（五两）、刺猬皮（酥炙，一具）。
共同研成粗末，用水三斗，煎汤至一斗，滤去药渣，浸泡细曲五斤，蒸熟黍米三斗，按照常规酿酒方法，酒酿熟后，压榨去糟，每次在饭前，温饮一小盏。
[Verse] The condition of Black and White Leprosy arises from the invasion of malignant wind pathogens; it can also be caused by violating taboos or suffering harm. Symptoms include intense itching and numbness penetrating to the bone, with no pain upon needle pricking. Dispelling wind and nourishing blood will achieve the therapeutic effect.
[Annotation] These two conditions are both caused by the invasion of malignant wind pathogens into the skin and blood levels, where fire stagnation consumes blood yin, combined with violations of taboos or harm. They are divided into two types: Black and White.
Black Leprosy: Initially, the skin and hair turn black, resembling urticaria (wind wheals). Itching feels like insects crawling. There is persistent numbness in the hands and feet, and no pain upon needle pricking. Vision is blurred as if seeing hanging threads. The heart is often startled, accompanied by delirious speech. During eating, drinking, or speaking, gasping sounds and noises are emitted when opening the mouth. It is suitable to take Wei Pi Wan (Hedgehog Skin Pill) and externally apply Da Hei Shen Gao (Great Black Divine Ointment).
White Leprosy: The skin color gradually changes to white patches. The voice becomes hoarse, and vision is unclear. There is pain in the limbs and head, high body heat, and constant mental restlessness and vexation. Hands and feet are flaccid and weak. The back and spine are stiff and contracted. Muscles feel like being pricked by needles. Nasal polyps may form, and white foam may appear around the pupils. It is suitable to take Bai Hua She San (White Snake Powder) and externally apply Ban Mao Gao (Mustard Beetle Ointment). Both conditions are commonly treated with Ku Shen Jiu (Sophora Root Wine). If White Leprosy is accompanied by constipation, Zui Xian San (Intoxicating Immortal Powder) should be taken first, followed by Tong Tian Zai Zao San (Sky-Penetrating Rebirth Powder); expelling foul matter from the bowels brings immediate relief.
Formula: Wei Pi Wan (Hedgehog Skin Pill)
Ingredients: Ci Wei Pi (Hedgehog Skin, burned until carbonized but retaining efficacy), Ran She Tou (Python Head, burned until carbonized but retaining efficacy), Kui Ge (Tridacna Shell, one each), Hong Niang Zi (Red Lady Beetle, heads, legs, and wings removed), Qi Lao (Mealworm, roasted dry), Meng Chong (Blue Bottle Fly Larva, heads, legs, and wings removed), Shui Zhi (Leech, stir-fried with glutinous rice until cooked), Zhi Zhu (Spider, roasted), Ban Mao (Mustard Beetle, heads, legs, and wings removed, three each), Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Da Huang (Rhubarb Rhizome), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), Long Gu (Fossilized Bone, calcined and ground), She Xiang (Musk, ground), Gong (Mercury), Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper, stir-fried, five qian each), Mang Xiao (Mirabilite), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum, calcined, one liang each), Chuan Shan Jia (Pangolin Scale, roasted, three slices), Ku Bai Fan (Alum, dried), Hua Shi (Talcum, ground and washed with water), Gan Sui (Euphorbia Kansui Root, stir-fried with Sesame Seed until sesame is cooked, discard sesame, use only Euphorbia, 2.5 qian each), Wu Gong (Centipede, roasted, one and a half pieces), Fu Zi (Aconite Lateral Root, soaked, peel and navel removed), Ba Dou (Croton Seed, peel, membrane, heart, and oil removed), Lei Wan (Omphalia Lapponica, fifty grains each).
Process these ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of small beans. Take one pill per dose, swallowed with boiling plain water, once on an empty stomach and once before bed. If there is no effect, increase the dose by one pill per administration. If pain occurs in the urethra, it indicates that parasites are being expelled; observe closely, and they will be found dead. If pain is severe, reduce the dose by one pill; if pain is mild, take two pills. Continue until cured. This formula is a potent agent for attacking toxins and eliminating parasites. It should not be taken lightly unless it is certain that there are parasite toxins in the zang-fu organs and the patient's spirit and constitution can withstand the purgative treatment.
[Verse] Hedgehog skin treats Black Leprosy where skin turns black; heart palpitations and vision like hanging hairs; itching like insect movement and limb numbness. Red Lady Beetle, Tridacna Shell, Mercury, Alum, Mealworm; Python, Cinnamon Twig, Mirabilite, Rhubarb, Blue Bottle Fly Larva, Leech, Pangolin Scale; Coptis Rhizome, Fossilized Bone, Musk, Spider Paste; Sichuan Pepper, Talcum, Aconite, Centipede, Croton Seed; Omphalia Lapponica, Euphorbia Kansui Root, and Mustard Beetle together.
Another Formula: Da Hei Shen Gao (Great Black Divine Ointment)
Ingredients: Human Hair (a ball the size of a chicken egg), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark), Fang Ji (Stephania Root, peeled), Chuan Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Root), Sheng Ma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Li Lu (Veratrum Nigrum Rhizome, five qian each), Ba Dou (Croton Seed), Xing Ren (Apricot Seed, forty grains each).
Use two jin of lard. Fry the herbs until the human hair completely dissolves. Remove the dregs. Then grind Ci Huang (Realgar? Note: Ci Huang usually refers to Realgar, but contextually might imply Arsenic compounds or specific mineral; WHO term: Realgar), Xiong Huang (Realgar? Note: In TCM, Ci Huang and Xiong Huang are often paired, typically Realgar and Orpiment. However, standard WHO terminology distinguishes them. Let's use Realgar for Xiong Huang and Orpiment for Ci Huang? Actually, traditionally Ci Huang is Realgar and Xiong Huang is Orpiment. Wait, standard TCM: Ci Huang (Realgar) and Xiong Huang (Orpiment). Let's stick to Latin names.), Bai Fan (Alum), Qian Fen (Lead Powder), each five qian, and Song Zhi (Rosin), a piece the size of a chicken egg. Grind all into a fine powder and mix into the oil. First, wash the affected area with hot salt water, then apply the ointment. Apply three times daily. Do not allow ingestion.
[Verse] Great Black Divine Ointment applied for Black Leprosity; Hair, Ligusticum, Coptis, Phellodendrum, Stephania, Aconitum; Realgar, Orpiment, Croton, Alum, Rosin; Lead Powder, Cimicifuga, Apricot Seed, Veratrum.
Another Formula: Bai Hua She San (White Snake Powder)
Ingredients: Bai Hua She (Bungarus multicinctus, soaked in wine, roasted), Huai Zi (Styphnolobium Seed), Tian Ma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Zhi Ke (Aurantium Fructus, stir-fried with bran), Man Jing Zi (Vijaya Fruit), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Wei Ling Xian (Clematis Root), Bai Xian Pi (Dictamnus Bark), Wan Can E (Silkworm Moth, heads, legs, and wings removed, one liang each), Gan Cao (Licorice Root, roasted, five qian each).
Grind all into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Take at any time, twice daily.
[Verse] White Snake Powder treats White Leprosy with excessive heat, stabbing pain, and hoarse voice; Styphnolobium Seed, Gastrodia, Dictamnus Bark, Aurantium Fruit, Vijaya Fruit, Saposhnikovia Root, Notopterygium Root, Clematis Root, Licorice Root, Silkworm Moth.
Another Formula: Ban Mao Gao (Mustard Beetle Ointment)
Ingredients: Ban Mao (Mustard Beetle, fourteen pieces), Da Fu She (Viper, whole head and tail, sun-dried, one snake).
Use seven bowls of yellow wine. Place the herbs and wine in a bottle. Simmer over chaff fire until the wine reduces to one bowl. Filter out the dregs and store. Apply thinly to the affected area each time.
[Verse] Mustard Beetle Ointment rubbed for White Leprosy Wind; Viper and yellow wine in a porcelain bottle; simmered over chaff fire, applied to the lesion; attacking evil leprosy with toxicity achieves peace.
Formula: Ku Shen Jiu (Sophora Root Wine)
Ingredients: Ku Shen (Sophora Root, five jin), Lu Feng Fang (Paper Wasp Nest, five liang), Ci Wei Pi (Hedgehog Skin, roasted with酥 [su], one whole hedgehog).
Grind into coarse powder. Use three dou of water, decoct until one dou remains. Filter out the dregs. Soak five jin of fine Qu (fermentation starter). Cook three dou of millet. Brew according to standard methods. When the wine is ready, press out the lees. Drink one small cup warm before meals.
[Verse] Sophora Root Wine treats Black and White Leprosy; Paper Wasp Nest and Hedgehog Skin; decocted to soak Qu and cook millet; brewed wine dispels evil diseases.
