【方歌】土粟生在足跟旁，肿若琉璃亮色黄，行路崎岖伤筋骨，
急服仙方合五香。
【注】此证又名琉璃疽，生在足跟之旁，形如枣栗，亮而色黄
，肿若琉璃，由行崎岖之路，劳伤筋骨血脉而成。急服
五香汤及仙方活命饮，宣通壅滞；脓熟针之，脓少而多
水者，以陀僧膏贴之。余按痈疽溃疡治法。
方剂：五香汤
组成：乳香 藿香
丁香 沈香
青木香（各三钱半）
水二钟，煎八分，服之。
【方歌】五香汤善治土粟，行路劳伤血脉积，乳藿丁沈青木香，
煎服舒壅功效极。
又方：仙方活命饮（见肿疡门）
陀僧膏（见溃疡门）
【方歌】冷疔湿寒足跟生，疼痛彻骨紫疱形，黑烂深孔流血水，
气秽神灯照法灵。
【注】此证生在足跟，由湿寒凝结而成。形如枣粟，起紫白疱
，疼痛彻骨，渐生黑气，腐烂孔深，时流血水，气秽经
久不敛者，宜神灯照法照之，铁粉散敷之。初服内补十
宣散，次按溃疡治同。
方剂：铁粉散
组成：生铁粉（即铁砂，如无，用黑铅四两，铁杓化开，倾水
中冷定取出，再化再倾，以铅化尽为度。去水
取末，三钱）
黄丹（飞） 轻粉
松香（各一钱） 麝香（一分）
各研细末，共和一处再研匀，将患处以葱汤洗去血
水腐臭，香油调药搽于患上，油纸盖之，扎之。
【方歌】铁粉散医足冷疔，能蚀黑腐肌肉生，黄丹轻粉松香麝，
香油调搽纸盖灵。
又方：神灯照法（见首卷）
内补十宣散（见胸部〔其〕历痈）
【方歌】土粟疮生于足跟旁边，肿胀如同琉璃般光亮且颜色发黄，行走于崎岖道路会损伤筋骨，
急需服用仙方合五香汤。
【注】此证又名琉璃疽，生长在足跟之旁，形状像枣或栗子，表面光亮且呈黄色，
肿胀如同琉璃，是由于在崎岖道路上行走，劳损筋骨血脉所致。急需服用
五香汤及仙方活命饮，以宣通壅滞；脓液成熟后针刺排脓，若脓少而多
水者，用陀僧膏贴敷。其余按照痈疽溃疡的治疗方法处理。
方剂：五香汤
组成：乳香 藿香
丁香 沉香
青木香（各三钱半）
用水二钟，煎至八分，服用。
【方歌】五香汤善于治疗土粟疮，针对行走劳伤导致的血脉积聚，由乳香、藿香、丁香、沉香、青木香组成，

【方歌】冷疔生于足跟，因湿寒引起，疼痛直达骨髓，呈现紫色疱状，黑色腐烂且有深孔，流出血水，
气味秽臭，使用神灯照法疗效灵验。
【注】此证生长在足跟，由湿寒凝结而成。形状像枣或粟粒，出现紫白色疱，
疼痛彻骨，逐渐产生黑气，腐烂孔洞深，时常流出血水，气味秽臭且
长久不愈合者，适宜用神灯照法照射，并用铁粉散外敷。初期服用内补十
宣散，随后按溃疡治疗方法相同。
方剂：铁粉散
组成：生铁粉（即铁砂，如果没有，可用黑铅四两，用铁勺熔化，倒入
水中冷却定型后取出，再熔化再倒入，直到铅完全转化为止。去掉水
取粉末，三钱）
黄丹（飞研） 轻粉
松香（各一钱） 麝香（一分）
分别研磨成细末，混合在一起再次研磨均匀，将患处用葱汤清洗去除血
水和腐臭物，用香油调和药物涂抹于患处，用油纸覆盖，包扎固定。
【方歌】铁粉散医治足部冷疔，能腐蚀黑色腐肉使新肉生长，由黄丹、轻粉、松香、麝香组成，
用香油调匀涂抹，油纸覆盖疗效灵验。

[Formula Song] Tusu (Earth Grain) arises beside the heel, swelling like glazed glass with a bright yellow hue; walking on rugged paths injures sinews and bones, urgently administer Xianfang Hexiang (Immortal Formula Combined with Five Fragrances).
[Note] This condition is also known as Liuli Ju (Glazed Carbuncle), arising beside the heel, shaped like a date or chestnut, bright and yellow in color, swelling resembling glazed glass. It results from laboring and injuring the sinews, bones, and blood vessels by walking on rugged roads. Urgently administer Wuxiang Tang (Five Fragrances Decoction) and Xianfang Huoming Yin (Immortal Formula for Life Decoction) to unblock stagnation; when pus matures, puncture it with a needle. If there is little pus but much fluid, apply Tuoseng Gao (Turquoise Paste). For other aspects, follow the treatment methods for carbuncles and ulcers.
Formula: Wuxiang Tang (Five Fragrances Decoction)
Composition: Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina, Frankincense), Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba, Patchouli Leaf), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, Clove), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, Agarwood), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Aucklandia Root) (each 3.5 qian).
Use two zhong of water, decoct until one-eighth remains, and take orally.
[Formula Song] Wuxiang Tang excellently treats Tusu, addressing blood vessel accumulation from walking labor; composed of Ruxiang, Huoxiang, Dingxiang, Chenxiang, and Qingmuxiang, decocting and taking it has extreme efficacy in soothing stagnation.
Another Formula: Xianfang Huoming Yin (Immortal Formula for Life Decoction) (see Swollen Ulcer Section)
Tuoseng Gao (Turquoise Paste) (see Ulcer Section)
[Formula Song] Lengding (Cold Carbuncle) arises at the heel due to dampness and cold, pain penetrating to the bone with purple blister formation, black rotting deep holes bleeding bloody fluid, odor foul, Shen Deng Zhao Fa (Divine Lamp Illumination Method) is effective.
[Note] This condition arises at the heel, formed by the coagulation of dampness and cold. Shaped like a date or millet grain, rising with purple and white blisters, pain penetrating to the bone, gradually developing black gas, deep rotting holes, intermittently bleeding bloody fluid, foul odor persisting without healing for a long time; it is suitable to use Shen Deng Zhao Fa (Divine Lamp Illumination Method) to illuminate, and apply Tiefen San (Iron Powder Powder). Initially take Neibu Shixuan San (Internal Tonification Ten-Acupuncturation Powder), subsequently treat according to ulcer methods.
Formula: Tiefen San (Iron Powder Powder)
Composition: Sheng Tiefen (Raw Iron Powder, i.e., iron filings; if unavailable, use 4 liang of lead black, melt in an iron spoon, pour into water to cool and solidify, remove, melt again and pour again, until the lead is fully transformed. Remove water, take the powder, 3 qian). Huangdan (Yellow Lead Oxide, refined), Qingfen (Calomel), Songxiang (Pini Resina, Pine Rosin) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, Musk) (1 fen).
Grind each into fine powder, mix together and grind uniformly again. Wash the affected area with scallion soup to remove bloody fluid and putrid odor, mix the medicine with sesame oil, apply to the lesion, cover with oiled paper, and bandage.
[Formula Song] Tiefen San treats foot Lengding, can erode black rotting tissue and generate new flesh; composed of Huangdan, Qingfen, Songxiang, and Shexiang, mixed with sesame oil for application, covered with oiled paper for effective results.
